Ashing of photoresist was investigated in dielectric barrier discharges in atmospheric pressure by changing applied voltage, frequency, flow rate. we analyzed the plasma by Optical Emission Spectroscopy(OES) to monitor the variation of active oxygen species. Another new peaks of oxygen radical is observed by addition of argon gas. This may explain the increase in ashing rate with argon addition. With the results of Optical Emission Spectroscopy(OES), we can find the optimized ashing conditions. MIS capacitor for monitoring charging damage by the plasma was also studied. The results suggest the dielectric barrier discharges(DBD) can be an efficient, alternative Plasma source for general surface processing.

We evaluated the seam characteristics with finishing, seaming and sealing processes and seam Puckering behavior of the breathable waterproof fabrics with laser scan. There were differences in 99% significant level between the seamed fabric and the sealed fabric. Seam breakage was initiated with the breakage of sewing thread, so the seam strength after seaming was almost uniform. The sewn seam strength and elongation increased with sealing process in all finishing methods. Pucker grade of laminating type was generally much higher than that of the coating type. We confirmed that wave length and amplitude have more important meaning than the number of weave in the breathable waterproof fabrics. The puckering in breathable waterproof fabrics is mainly occurred by inherent and feeding pucker. The former if due to the insertion of sewing thread and the littler is caused by differential feeding when two pieces of fabric are fed into the gap between a press foot and needle plate.

Garment manufacture represents the final stage of processing a finished fabric. The main task of the garment manufacturer is to produce shell structures out of flat fabrics to match the shape of the human body, and the most acceptable means of joining textile materials for apparel use is by sewing. On the sewing process, the bottom layer is pushed forward by the feed-dog, but the presser foot tends to retard the passage of the top layer. Since the friction between the layers is low, is possible that the components will move out of phase and pucker. (omitted)

XML의 출현으로 메타데이터를 이용한 개념수준의 지식 모델링 토대가 구축됨으로써, 추론 기능을 부가하여 실질적인 개념화를 실현하는 온톨로지 기술이 정보시스템의 핵심요소로 부각되고 있다. 온톨로지를 적용함으로써 기존의 정보처리를 지식 처리로 고도화할 수 있으며, 다양한 지식처리 기능을 실현해 낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업이나 기 관 간의 지식 자원 관리 및 공유, 협업 등이 가능한 JSR 168과 WSRP 기반의 포탈 프레임워크를 구축하고 온톨로지 기술을 응용하여 포틀릿 정보를 의미 수준에서 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 온톨로지 기반의 로틀릿 관리 기능을 갖은 엔터프라이즈 포털 시스템은 깁업의 정보 자산 관리와 정보 서비스 향상에 기반 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

In this paper, a design and control of the safe arm with passive compliant joints(PCJ) is presented. Each PCJ has a magneto- rheological damper and maximum 6 springs. Compliance analysis in Cartesian space is performed with the compliance ellipsoid; this analysis shows a map between compliance in the joint space and compliance in Cartesian space. Vibration control of the arm using an input shaping technique is also presented; the results of a simulation and an experiment prove that a fast motion of the safe arm without residual vibration can be performed.

There have been intensive studies concerning $[^{11}F]$choline ($[^{11}F]$methyldimethyl( ${\beta}$ -hydroxyethyl) ammonium) (1) which is known as a very effective tracer in imaging various human tumors localized in brain, lung, esophagus, rectum, prostate and urinary bladder using Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and there is increasing interest in $^{18}F$ labelled choline (2) and proved to be useful to visualize prostate cancer. We have prepared six $^{18}F$ labelled alkyl choline derivatives (3a-3c, 4a-4c) from ditosylated and dibrominated alkanes in moderate yields. The six alkyl tosylate or bromate ammonium salts have been synthesized as precursors. Radiofluorination was achieved by the treatment of precursors with $^{18}F$ - in the presence of Kryptofix-2.2.2.. The labeling yields varied ranging from 7 to 25%.

The relationship between the microstructure, mechanical properties, and oxidation behavior of pitch-, polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-, and Rayon-based carbon fibers (CFs) has been studied in detail. Three types of carbon fiber were exposed to isothermal oxidation in air and the weight change was measured by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) apparatus. After activation energy was gained according to the conversion at reacting temperature, the value of specific surface area and the surface morphology was compared, and the reaction mechanism of oxidation affecting development of pores of carbon fibers was examined. This study will lead to a new insight into the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of carbon fibers.

유한요소모델개선기법은 계측된 동특성을 모사하는 구조해석모델을 구하는 방법으로서 손상탐지 및 구조건전도감시를 위해 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 유한요소모델개선기법에는 다양한 종류의 동특성데이터가 사용될 수 있는데, 본 연구에서는 고유진동수와 모드형상을 사용한 경우와 고유진동수와 주파수응답함수를 사용한 경우를 각각 사용해 실험실 규모의 구조물의 손상 위치 및 손상정도를 추정하였다. 4층 철골조의 골조구조물로서 진동대를 이용하여 원구조물에 백색잡음 가진실험을 실시한 후 손상의 모사를 위해 1층 부분의 보 부재를 작은 단면의 부재로 교체하고 동일한 실험을 반복하였다. 보 부재 교체 전 후에 계측된 데이터와 두 종류의 모델개선기법을 각각 적용하여 손상탐지를 실시한 후 그 정확도를 분석하였다.

시맨틱 웹에서 지능형 검색은 잘 구축된 온톨로지의 추론에 의해 가능하다. 온톨로지는 간단히 표현하면 단어와 관계들로 구성된 사전으로서 어느 특정 도메인에 관련된 단어들을 계층적 구조로 표현한다. 이런 구조는 다양한 방법으로 표현이 가능하며 추론에 적합한 구조인 N-TRIPLE로의 변환을 위해 JENA API를 사용한다.

본 논문에서는 웹상에서의 음성인식 시스템을 구현하기 위해 자바애플릿과 연속분포HMM을 이용하여 단어 단위 인식을 실행하였다. 이 시스템은 Browser-embedded 모델로 구성되었으며 클라이언트컴퓨터에서는 애플릿으로 음성을 처리하여 특징파라미터들을 인터넷을 통해 서버컴퓨터로 보내고, 서버의 음성인식기는 전향 알고리듬을 적용하여 인식된 결과를 클라이언트컴퓨터에게 보내어 문자로 출력하도록 설계하였다. 훈련DB는 자동차 항법시스템에서 사용되는 22개 단어로 구축되었다.
