Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between geriatric caregivers and older adults in urban-rural complex communities. The ultimate goal was to design local community educational programs and policies to enhance communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and improve the quality of care services for older adults. Methods: To identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between elderly caregivers and older adults, a survey titled "CCEP: Assessment of Communication Status between Elderly Care Service Providers and Recipients" was conducted from February to July 2020, focusing on rural-urban complex areas. The survey was administered based on providers of elderly healthcare services. The survey targeted 131 respondents involved in providing care services for older adults. The dependent variable of this study was the communication satisfaction reported by elderly caregivers in their interactions with the elderly. The independent variables included perceptions of older adults, factors associated with communication difficulties, and communication efforts. Additionally, gender, working environment, working experience, and the proportion of face-to-face interactions with older adults during caregiving were controlled for the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that communication efforts with older adults significantly influenced communication satisfaction (β=.09, p<0.01). However, perceptions of the elderly and communication hindrance factors did not have a significant impact on communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers. Conclusion: Effective communication between geriatric caregivers and older adults is crucial for identifying and meeting the needs and demands of caregiving services, and it plays a vital role in overall caregiving service satisfaction. To enhance communication skills and satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and ensure the appropriate fulfillment of elderly care needs in the local community, the development of community-centered, specialized health communication programs and other initiatives will be necessary in the future.

This study showed the activation of public library services utilizing twitter. Top five American public library twitter's 1,373 tweets collected, analyzed by content types and examined applicability into public library services. Based on the results, it suggested that public library services can be activated by auto-tweeting informations within home page, re-tweeting of timely informations, generating HASH tag, using diverse social medias, active re-tweeting/replying, and utilizing twitter programs such as twit-bot. Finally, the study proposed that evaluations about twitter services such as satisfaction survey should be carried out.

With changes of global environment, a growing number of people has entered America in recent decades, including immigrants, refugees, exchange students, and visitors. The influx of newcomers has brought great challenges to American public libraries to meet the needs and desires of diverse groups in the community. This paper discusses how public libraries can improve their services and programs for the ethnic, cultural, and linguistic diversities of community members. Especially, this paper comprehensively discusses that the public library's atmosphere for newcomers, community need assessment, library services and programs, multicultural collections, multicultural staff, collaboration with other organizations and groups, information and communication technology, and future challenges for public libraries.

This study aims at the fundamental factors needed to make the policy for internet reference service of public records were presented, considering the methods for improvement of internet reference service of national assembly records. For this purpose, reference service theory of recorded informations and examples of foreign congress reference services were analyzed. From the result of analysis, three tasks were proposed as an improvement plan for internet reference services of national assembly records: establishment of access policy, improvement of reference service programs, and activation of communication with users.

Objectives: This study was performed to suggest the roles and professional competencies of health education specialists to improve the efficacy of health promotion activities in public health organizations. Results and Conclusion: Based on the advanced cases of utilizing health education specialists in international and domestic public health organizations, five key roles of health education specialists were proposed. They included developing and applying behavior change strategies necessary to begin and maintain health behavior practices, analysing the needs of the priority population in a systematic way, organizing multiple health behavior change programs and multilevel intervention programs, and doing research on health determinants and scientific evidence of health promotion programs, In order to improve the quality of health promotion services in public health organizations, professional competencies of health education specialist should be developed and strengthened.

This paper explores the role of entrepreneurship education in a modern economy and how the government, academic, and nonprofit sectors in the United States have responded to this growing field. There are several sectors that play important roles in the entrepreneurship education landscape in the United States. Over the past decade, there has been increasing participation of Federal and state governments. This recent trend suggests the field may be increasing in maturity and legitimacy, showing promise for expanding the reach of entrepreneurship education programs. Programs sponsored by nonprofit organizations and private foundations complement government initiatives and display an effective means of leveraging knowledge and resources across the relevant sectors. Thus, new initiatives, whether initiated by government or academia, should learn from the successes of this sector as well as be carefully considered within the context of existent programs and services. Nonetheless, the potentially dynamic environment of the entrepreneurship education field in the United States offers a specific opportunity to leverage the experience in mentorship activities at the post-secondary education to address a possible gap in these activities at the secondary education level.

For the existing process's incremental and rapid improvement, the exploiting innovation programs are used such as 6 Sigma program and so on. For the new business model's searching and developments, the exploration innovation programs are used such as blue ocean program and brainstorming and so on. In this paper is presented the new procedures, for the new business model development, combining exploration and exploiting innovation programs. To obtain the creative business ideas, various exploration methodologies are adopted based on 6 Sigma's methodology, The new procedures are applied to the venture company and examined its validity.

The purpose of this study is to examine for redefining the concept of literacy in Library and Information Science research field and in public library services. For the purpose, literature review, bibliometric analysis and case study were conducted. Based on the results, this study proposed the concept of literacy as "a comprehensive ability to use a medium, information and knowledge for solving the problems people faces in order to understand particular subjects or situations they are in" and the concept of literacy service as "the services or programs offered by public libraries in order to develop their patrons' literacies." This research also suggests four new literacy service concepts for public library services: early literacy service, adult literacy service, digital literacy service, information literacy service.

CONNECT is a most popular bench-marking case over the world for bio-venture incubation. In this paper, core success factors and incubating programs of CONNECT are analyzed in detailed way for local govenments and incubating institutions to develop enterprise promotion policy. CONNECT is famous for its tailored services to meet the varying needs of entrepreneurs at all stages of their business life cycles and growth. CONNECT is a pioneer which provide mainly software services by using network while it provide hardware supports like space at minimun level. CONNECT has provided early stage corporations with diverse software services on which business incubators in Korea should have focus Since its inception, CONNECT has assisted more than 800 technology companies. Leadership of policy makers, network and software services have been key success factors of UCSD CONNECT.
