Expectation for improvement of creativity and problem-solving capability has increased the creative robotics classes in the form of after-school activity in more than half of total elementary schools. While Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has promoted 'Green IT Guidelines' as a part of 'Eco-friendly Green School Development Project', the Green issues have not been considered enough in those creative robotics classes. In this paper, we would like to address the Green issues, especially in the r-Learning services based on UCR (User Created Robots). First, trend of green IT education, r-Learning services and UCR are reviewed. And the current status of eco-related operations and teachers' perception in the robotics classes of elementary schools is investigated. Examples of Green UCR are also searched and green programs based on the three kinds of UCR, UC-TR, UC-AR, UC-CR, are explored. Finally, we propose action plans to promote the UCR-based r-Learning service reflecting green issues.
The proportion of the aged people in Korea has increased rapidly by more than 7% in 2000. A survey says that the changing rate from the aging society to the aged is the highest among the OECD countries. The prevalence rate of the aged population is on the increase. Chronic diseases such as arthritis and strokes limits their body's functions and activities of daily living. It is necessary that functional training. ADL training and continuous treatment be provided by Physical or Occupational Therapists. Discontinuance of treatment can cause the aged people to be in a bed state. The aged people need a variety of home care services at their convenience. Occupational and Physical therapist should play a major role in providing the rehabilitation-base home care services. Further they are expected to contribute to the extension of health care services such as home care and nursing home programs.
Background: Organizational changes that involve healthcare hospital departments and care services of health districts, and ongoing technological innovations and developments in society increasingly expose healthcare workers (HCWs) to work-related stress (WRS). Minimizing occupational exposure to stress requires effective risk stress assessment and management programs. Methods: The authors conducted an integrated analysis of stress sentinel indicators, an integrated analysis of objective stress factors of occupational context and content areas, and an integrated analysis between nurses and physicians of hospital departments and care services of health districts in accordance with a multidimensional validated tool developed in Italy by the National Network for the Prevention of Work-Related Psychosocial Disorders. The purpose of this retrospective observational study was to detect and analyze in different work settings the level of WRS resulting from organizational changes implemented by hospital healthcare departments and care services of health districts in a sample of their employees. Results: The findings of the study showed that hospital HCWs seemed to incur a medium level risk of WRS that was principally the result of work context factors. The implementation of improvement interventions focused on team development, safety training programs, and adopting an ethics code for HCWs, and it effectively and significantly reduced the level of WRS risk in the workplace. Conclusion: In this study HCW resulted to be exposed to occupational stress factors susceptible to reduction. Stress management programs aimed to improve work context factors associated with occupational stress are required to minimize the impact of WRS on workers.

Objectives: This study was designed to confirm the effects of the Korean Medicine health promotion program targeting young children. One important aspect of the Korean Medicine health promotion program for children is to bring awareness of health benefits of introducing Korean Medicine methods to young children and to promote incorporating such methods in children's daily activities to develop healthy habits. Methods: The following experiment was conducted for 6 weeks, and the participants were in the age between 2 to 6 years old from 6 child care centers in Wonju and Chungju. 268 participants were in the intervention group, and 277 in the control group. To measure the outcomes of the Children Korean Medicine health program, the intervention group received Korean Medicine prevention programs (children education, parent education, growth exercises, common cold prevention scarf, and pear herb tea), control group did not. This research collected and compared the following data as the children's health indicators to measure the outcomes before and after the program: medical services usage, the number of absences, early leaves, and tardiness to the child care centers due to the participant's health condition. Results: After applying the children's health promotion programs on children between the age of 2-6, there was a decrease in the overall medical services usage, absences, early leaves, and tardiness to the child care center. This health promotion program was purely based on Korean medical theories and Korean Medicine resources without any conventional medical mediation. Conclusions: It can be concluded that a positive change was noted in raising awareness of Korean Medicine through educating both the parents and children. By learning to incorporate Korean Medicine prevention practices to daily habits, not only was there a reduction in the Medical services usage, but the children also became familiar and comfortable with Korean Medicine and its treatment procedures; the overall satisfaction level of the program was also high.

This paper studied the present condition of social welfare activities of Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City in order to activate the social welfare services of women agricultural organizations. The main results are as follows; First, the general characteristics of the respondents in this study are forty or fifty years of age with above high school education with main income source of agriculture and middle class women living in agricultural communities more than 10 years. Second, considering the present and future planned activities of the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City this study finds that there is high expectation of helping poor people and joining voluntary services. Third, the members of the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City have actively participated in the local welfare service programs however, there is significant difference among people according to the age, living standard and joining period. Fourth, out of social welfare activities managed by the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City the welfare service activities for old people and local community are most active and the participants in the welfare service activities for women and the youngsters are small. Thus, according to this study the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City should consider the following three points in order to activate the social welfare service activities; First, as the members are expecting to expand the individual activities and to enhance the private improvement, the social welfare service activities should meet with the demands to improve self satisfaction of the participants. Second, new programs should be developed after reviewing the current programs in order to meet with the need of the members. Third, as the committee has not established a network system with government administrative organizations and relating institutions, and as its activities are concentrated in particular areas the committee should establish a new system to provide more efficient services in line with the cooperation with public organization and welfare resource suppliers.
Objectives : The purpose of the study was to investigate self-reported oral health attitudes and behaviors among patients receiving scaling services and provide guidelines for developing preventive programs for dental disease. Methods : The survey was administered to a sample of 462 receiving voluntary scaling service in the practice lab in the department of dental hygiene at J health college. Results : 1. Of all participants, 261(56.5%) reported that they received scaling services in the past. 134 of the women (62.6%) and 127 of the men (51.2%) received scaling services 2. Analysis of the regular scaling attendance rates showed that only 16.2% of all participants received routine scaling. 13.7% of the male participants and 19.2% of the female participants received scaling on a regular basis. 3. Participants commonly reported "self-motivation" and "suggestion by others" (37.9% and 34.1%, respectively) as the main reasons for obtaining scaling services. 4. The main reasons for not obtaining scaling services were "I did not know about scaling" (39.3%), "I don't feel it is necessary" (27.4%) and "because I am scared" (20.9%). More men (42.1%) than women (35%) reported that they did not know about scaling. 5. Objective: This study purposed to provide implications in regards to the Moon Jae-in Administration that launched in May 2017. Three sectors of childcare polices on administration of childcare centers were reviewed in terms of supporting the healthy development of young children. Methods: Medium and long-term childcare plans and the main policies of previous administrations since 2004 when the Childcare Act was completely reformed, as well as the 'Five-year policy for the Moon Jae-in administration of state affairs' that was announced on July, 2017, were reviewed in terms of publicness of childcare, regulations on operation of childcare services, and customized childcare programs for diverse needs. Results: It was proposed that the concept of publicness of childcare should be conservative when focusing on public childcare centers. The regulations on operating childcare services should focus on improving structural dimensions of childcare quality to keep the well-being of children a top priority. Furthermore, diverse programs should be designed and implemented to satisfy changes in childcare surroundings and the various needs of children and their families. Conclusion/Implications: The Moon Jae-in administration is expected to outline childcare policies and carry out tasks under the new paradigm. The healthy development of young children should be embodied as the final goal that forms the vision of childcare policies based on publicness, rationality, and diversity.
