정보기술과 헬스케어의 발전으로 건강데이터를 효율적으로 관리하여 다양한 의료 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다. 환자나 건강인들이 자신이 받은 의료 서비스로부터 발급받은 건강데이터를 축적하면 자신의 건강상태를 추적할 수 있어 효율적인 건강관리가 가능해지고 의료 비용도 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인이 다양한 기관으로부터 발급받은 건강데이터를 클라우드 스토리지에 저장하여 자신의 건강상태를 관리할 수 있는 건강데이터 중계프레임워크를 설계한다. 건강데이터 중계프레임워크가 클라우드 스토리지에 액세스할 수 있는 인증을 효율적으로 하기위해 OAuth2 인증 프로토콜을 적용한다. 제안된 건강데이터 중계 프레임워크는 클라우드 스토리지에 축적된 건강데이터를 이용하여 다양한 건강 서비스를 개발하는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.

Recently, interests in IT Service Management(ITSM) are increasing internationally as well as domestically. In order to realize the benefits from ITSM, it is necessary to institutionalize it as a culture of the organization through effective change management. One of the most promising approach of effective change management is the change management framework of ITSM. In this study, we analyze a success case in which the change management framework of ITSM was applied to IT Service company which has introduced ITSM. Through the analyses, this study aims to propose a feasible and specific approach to institutionalize ITSM. To accomplish the objective, the study is designed to analyze specific methods for applying ITSM's change management framework to ITSM organizations, performance of projects and future directions based on interviews and review of project documents/deliverables. This study could not provide detailed performance measures due to lack of previous research on this topic and difficulty of obtaining quantitative data. However, this study has contributed to proposing a direction to institutionalize ITSM in organizations by analyzing a feasibility of ITSM's change management framework in implementing ITSM.

Convergence is now the trend of knowledge information society. Information technology and knowledge transfer are main sources of convergence. There are many articles which studied outcomes of convergence while there are few articles that try to study the process of convergence. The purpose of this study is to investigate how convergence is dynamically formalized. For the analysis, we used Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD) framework from the point of convergence. IAD framework could synthetically study the origin and the process of convergence. We investigated the case of sillicon valley whether or not dynamics of ICT convergence could be explicable by IAD framework. The results shows that ICT technology and knowledge could be the enabler for the formation of convergence. ICT technology accelerates convergence and knowledge convergence from information converge different technologies and industries. This article provides a theoretical foundation for future research to analyze dynamics of ICT convergence by the IAD framework. For the future work, it is recommended that a study is to be empirically analyzed the dynamics of ICT convergence.

Cloud computing technologies are utilized and merged in various domains. Cloud computing technology-based personal cloud service technologies provide mobility and free access by using user centered storages and smart devices such like smart phones and table PCs. Therefore, we should overcome limits on the storage by solving the capacity problems of devices to provide security services in the personal cloud environments It can be addressable to provide the convenience of various security technologies. However, there are some security threats inherited from existing cloud environments and the possibilities of information leakage when devices are lost or stolen. Therefore, we designed a framework for providing secure cloud services by adding objects, such as user authorization, access tokens, set permissions by key generation, and key management assignments, for user management in personal cloud environments. We analyzed the stability of the proposed framework in terms of irreverent use and abuse, access to insiders, and data loss or leakage. And we evaluated the proposed framework in terms of the security with access control requirements in personal cloud environments.

소프트웨어 개발에 있어 코드와 분석 및 설계 정보에 대한 재사용이 가능한 객체지향 프레임워크는 개발자들의 생산성을 직접적으로 향상시킬 수 있다. 객체지향 프레임워크는 프로그래머가 사용하거나 확장 수정이 가능한 어느 특정 분야의 클래스들과 그들 간의 연결성들의 집합이다. 이는 어느 특정 분야에 전문적인 설계안과 프레임워크에서 재사용 될 코드를 담고 있는 메타 해결안인 것이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 인터넷을 기반으로 한 원격 교육 시스템에서 기본적으로 사용하는 게시판, 채팅, 화이트보드, ftp 어플리케이션에 대한 공통으로 제공하는 서비스를 추출하여 이를 프레임워크로 구축하였다. 이러한 서비스는 이종의 어플리케이션에서도 대부분 사용되므로 부품화 하여 이용될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 의료용 빅 데이터를 활용하여 비즈니스와 연계하여 새로운 서비스를 창출하기 위한 프레임 워크를 설계하였다. 단순한 데이터 분석 단계를 나타내는 것이 아니라 데이터의 활용 목적을 명확히 하고, 이에 대한 분석을 수행하여 그 속에서 가치를 추출하고 실제 사업이나 서비스를 운용할 때까지의 과정을 설계한다. 설계된 프레임워크는 기본 아키텍처, 사회 시스템 모델까지 커버할 수 있도록 하였다. 설계된 프레임 워크를 참조하여 사회 시스템에 적용될 수 있도록 디자인하였으며, 기본 데이터로는 의료용 빅 데이터를 중심으로 하였다. 의료용 기본 데이터를 적용한 프레임 워크 설계로 여러 의료용 사업 제휴 및 서비스 창출을 실현할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Researches on the business value of IT and ICT in the past has been focused on static content researches such as study of IT ICT itself and study of the relationship between IT ICT and performance. In recent years, however, the need for discussions on the "process of IT and ICT making economic value (performance) difference between companies" is growing. In particular, there is a need for an framework to analyze the process of qualitative change (progress, evolution, improvement) of IT and ICT affecting the competitive advantage. In this paper, we present a framework for analyzing the process of creating competitive advantage by IT ICT and show the structure of how IT and ICT resources lead to the creation of competitive advantage. In order to achieve these objectives, this paper proposes a framework for the process of creating competitive advantage by linking IT and ICT related resources, value activities, value chains, and business processes.

The importance of trade in services has been increasing day by day, but the research on it is insufficient so far in terms of basic information, statistics, influence, industrialization and so on. To foster of professional trader in services, we need curriculums, textbooks and training centers like academy or college in advance. We have well developed curriculums for trade in goods since 1960's in Korea, so we can transfer the trade in goods' curriculum to trade in services. There are some differences between trade in goods and trade in services basically, but we can borrow a lot of idea from trade in goods in terms of basic framework like international economics, international business and international commercial transactions. This study propose the basic framework for trade in services' curriculum. First, trade in services economics handle the basic concept, statistics, characteristics, theories etc. Second, trade in services business treat the global companies to expand their business to global market, so characteristics of service companies, marketing plan and strategies and so on. Third, international commercial transaction of trade in services concentrate for procedures and contracts in terms of formation, implementation and finish of contract. Finally, Services industries can be a future strategic industry to any contries, so there are some national and corporates' strategy for expanding their business. This study acts on the initial idea for curriculums of trade in services, so I am looking forward to many criticism and development from another researchers to develop the model curriculums and textbook for education of specialized trader in services.

최근 다양한 네트워크 기술들을 통합하고 하나의 단일화된 유비쿼터스 네트워크를 형성하여 사용자에게 효과적으로 서비스를 제공하려는 기술적 시도들이 많이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, OSGi Alliance에서 제안된 OSGi는 자바기술을 기반으로 서비스의 동적 재구성을 지원함으로써 다양한 미들웨어 환경 사이에서 서비스간의 상호연동 및 유비쿼터스 네트워크 구성을 위한 핵심 인프라로서 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 현재 OSGi 표준에서는 내부에 등록된 서비스를 외부환경에서 공개(publish)하고 호출 및 연동하기 위한 메커니즘을 정의하고 있지 않아, 분산 환경에서 효율적인 서비스의 동적 재구성 및 협업을 달성하는 데에 다소 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 OSGi 환경에서 등록된 서비스들의 효율적인 서비스의 공개 및 연동을 위한 JARSIO(JAva Remote Service Invocation for OSGi) 프레임워크를 제안한다. JARSIO는 TCP/IP 통신을 기반으로, OSGi 환경에서 동적으로 재구성되는 다양한 서비스들을 원격지에서 자유롭게 호출 및 연동 가능할 수 있도록 지원한다.
