중요도-수행도 분석을 이용한 대학 기숙사 급식소의 서비스 품질 속성에 대한 고객 인식분석 (Customer Perception Levels towards Service Quality Attributes of University Residence Hall Foodservice by Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze university students' perception of service quality attributes in residence hall foodservice. Questionnaires were hand delivered to 1,210 university students residing in a residence hall. A total of 1,011 was usable, resulting in an 83.6% response rate. The survey was conducted between October, 1998 and May, 1999. A statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS/Win 6.12 for Descriptive Analysis, $X^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, Spearman Correlation, and Common factor Analysis, and Importance- Performance Analysis(IPA) was completed. Significant negative correlations between importance and performance were found with 'abundance of foods'(p < 0.001), 'discontent handling'(p < 0.001), and 'availability of new menus'(p < 0.01). factors including food, menu, sanitation, atmosphere, facilities, employee's attitude, and convenience were rearranged and a new dimension was created with the service. Employee's attitude and service factors received the highest scores in customer perception of importance and performance. Food, menu, and convenience factors were included in Quadrant A. female students had significantly higher importance mean scores than males, while males had significantly higher Performance mean scores. 홈쇼핑 종사자의 데이터홈쇼핑과 기존 TV홈쇼핑의 인식차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference of Perception between Data Home Shopping and Traditional TV Home Shopping by Home Shopping Workers)

  • 데이터홈쇼핑은 데이터방송기술을 기반으로 기존 TV홈쇼핑, 데이터방송의 상품DB, 그리고 카탈로그 쇼핑의 장점을 결합한 T-커머스 서비스이다. 이러한 데이터홈쇼핑 서비스는 2012년부터 일부 시작되었기에 데이터홈쇼핑 인식에 관한 연구가 심층적으로 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 TV홈쇼핑과 데이터홈쇼핑이 플랫폼 품질, 서비스 품질, 콘텐츠 품질측면에서 어떠한 인식을 나타내고 있으며 차이점은 무엇인지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 데이터홈쇼핑에 대한 이해도가 높은 TV홈쇼핑과 데이터홈쇼핑 업무종사자 140명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, TV홈쇼핑과 데이터홈쇼핑의 플랫폼 품질, 서비스 품질, 콘텐츠 품질의 차이는 유의미하며, TV홈쇼핑의 품질이 더 높게 나타났다. 플랫폼 품질의 경우는 TV홈쇼핑은 5점 척도로 3.75, 데이터홈쇼핑은 2.93으로 나타났으며, 서비스 품질은 TV홈쇼핑(3.60), 데이터홈쇼핑(3.25)로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 콘텐츠 품질의 경우, TV홈쇼핑(3.21), 데이터홈쇼핑(2.82)로 TV홈쇼핑의 콘텐츠 품질이 높게 나타났다. 또한 성별, 연령, 직급, 업무분야의 경우 연령에 따른 플랫폼 품질을 제외하고는 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

  • 서비스전달과정에서 고객과 서비스제공자 사이의 인적 상호작용으로 정의되는 고객접촉은 다차원적 구조물로, 서비스품질에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 고객접촉의 구성차원을 탐색하고, 이들이 서비스품질평가에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 강원도 설악권 호텔고객으로부터 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객접촉은 고객과 서비스종업원 사이에 이루어진 접촉의 질적 측면을 반영하는 접촉근접성과 물리적인 커뮤니케이션의 지속정도에 관련되는 커뮤니케이션시간 등 두 차원적 구조물로 나타났다. 둘째, 선행연구결과에서와 같이 고객접촉은 전반적인 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 고객접촉 구성차원은 독립적으로 또 동시에 네 차원으로 밝혀진 서비스품질 차원에 전반적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

도로교통이용자 측면을 고려한 새로운 분석방법 개발 (A New Approach for Incorporating Transportation User Perception into Transportation Engineering)

  • 교통 이용자는 교통시스템의 세 가지 주요 구성요인인 이용자, 운송수단, 그리고 도로시설 중의 하나로써 교통서비스와 교통안전 등을 고려할 때 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만, 지금까지 교통공학의 연구는 주로 도로시설 및 주행환경에 집중되어 왔고, 실제적 구체인 교통 이용자의 측면에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되지 못해 왔다. 이러한 교통 이용자의 인지 및 만족도(transportation user perception)를 평가하는데 있어서, 기존 방법론은 많은 한계를 안고 있다. 이는 인간의 인지/판단 과정(Human thought process)이 매우 주관적이고, 복잡하며, 평가자의 개별적인 특성 및 상황적인 특성에 따라 그 결과가 달라질 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 자신의 인지/만족도를 평가하는 데 있어 우리 인간은 이를 수량화하기 보다는 언어적인 평가방법에 익숙하기 때문이다. 이러한 교통이용자 측면을 교통공학에 보다 구체적으로 접목시키기 위한 노력으로, 본 연구에서는 교통이용자 측면을 고려한 교통공학의 패러다임 전환을 위한 필요성과 배경을 언급하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교통이용자 측면을 고려한 서비스수준 평가에 관한 연구를 중심으로 사례연구를 분석하여 향후 연구방향을 제시하고, 교통전문가와 교통이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사결과를 분석하여 교통이용자의 인지정보의 다양성과 주관성을 설명하였다. 끝으로 이러한 교통이용자의 인지정보를 평가하기 위한 대안적인 방법을 제시하고, 이를 이용하여 연구된 다양한 선행연구를 제시함으로써 제안한 방법에 대한 적용 가능성을 모색하였다.

기초자치단체 기록관의 서비스 품질 평가 연구 - 서울시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Evaluation of Service Quality for Records Centers in the Local Governments: Based on Seoul Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구에서는 서울시 25개 기초자치단체 기록관을 대상으로 서비스 품질에 대한 기대수준과 인식수준을 측정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 현황조사를 통해 5개 요인과 31개 문항으로 구성된 평가 지표를 도출하였고, 주 이용자인 소속 기관 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 기초자치단체 기록관의 서비스 품질은 전반적으로 기대수준이 인식수준보다 높아 실제 서비스가 이용자를 만족시키지 못하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 그 차이도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 과정적 품질에 기초하여 국내에서는 처음으로 기초자치단체 기록관의 서비스 품질에 대한 현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

일개 병원의 환자안전문화에 대한 인식 (A Study on Worker's Perception of Patient Safety Culture in a hospital)

  • Background : The purpose of study in to grasp the level of perception of hospital workers on the patient safety culture, consider the difference in perception of patients safety culture according to medical service and finally find out a way to establish patient safety culture in hospital. Methods : As for the data, the analysis on frequency, t-test, ANOVA and tukey test were carried out by using SPSS 12.0. Result : The results of comparison among the positive response ratios on the patients culture of hospital workers showed that the subjects had perceived the teamwork within units most positively(74.1%), and perceived most negatively on the non-punitive response to error(16.2%)and the staffing(26.2%). 68.6% of subjects answered that the medical error were mostly of always reported. when daytime working hours are longer, perception of patient safety culture ranked low. In general, departments for direct medical service than departments for indirect medical service assessed patient safety culture high. Conclusion : Organizational learning and teamwork within units, communication openness, active support of hospital management for patient safety, and cooperation across the units would be crucial to promote the overall perceptions of patients safety of hospital workers and the level of patients safety in the units and to improve the quality of the event reporting system.

고객 충성도 및 항공사 이미지 형성에 기내 서비스품질이 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Cabin Service Quality on Customer Loyalty and Airline Image)

  • The cabin service quality expected by customers during the air travel can be the top priority to choose an airline. Customers' perception about cabin service quality evaluation are important for developing differentiated cabin service strategies of airlines, so this study aims to analyze the effect of the cabin service quality on airline image and customer loyalty. For achieving this purpose, literature study and empirical study on cabin service, customer loyalty and airline image were performed together. As a results of research, a high level of the cabin service quality provided by airlines significantly influenced positive images of airlines and customer loyalty. And customers' positive image towards airlines practically had a substantial influence on the improvement of customer loyalty. These study results would help in creating positive images of airlines and securing customer loyalty by developing differentiated and improved cabin service quality strategies of each airline in the limitless competition of the aviation service industry.

노인의 주관적 건강 인식과 삶의 질이 우울과 자살 생각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Elderly's Subjective Health Perceptions and Quality of Life on Their Depression and Suicide Ideation)

  • The study thus examined and analyzed 1,478 people aged 65 or older in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of 2010 to investigate the effects of differences in the elderly's general characteristics and depression & suicide ideation and in their subjective health perceptions and quality of life on their depression and suicide ideation. As a result, Significant differences in their suicide ideation were also caused by such quality of life variables as ill in bed, exercise capacity, self-management, daily activity, pain and uncomfortableness, and anxiety. The logistic analysis results of depression and suicide ideation according to the degree of subjective health perception show a significant finding that the better health perception they had compared with their very poor subjective health perception, the lower the odds ratio became. In the category of quality of life, only experience of uncomfortableness caused significant results on suicide ideation and depression. The results of the study will be of great use as basic data to intervene in the suicide route of the elderly and take measures to prevent suicide.

의료기관 장례식장 급식품질의 다자간 인식차이 및 IPA 분석: 장례식장 급식운영 담당자, 상주 및 유족, 조문객을 중심으로 (The IPA of Multilateral Perception on Foodservice Quality of Hospital Funeral Centers : Focusing on Foodservice Operators, Chief mourners/the bereave and Funeral Visitors)

  • This study identified the importance and performance perceptions of funeral foodservice service quality toward funeral foodservice employees, chief mourners/the bereaved and funeral visitors. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires from 102 funeral foodservice employees, 71 chief mourners/the bereaved and 293 funeral visitors. According to the result of the survey, 'hygienic food production process' was recognized as the most important attribute while 'neat appearance of food' had the least performance. By comparing the importance of service quality attributes between three subject groups, it can be identified funeral foodservice employees had the highest recognition while funeral visitors had the lowest (p<0.001). Furthermore, funeral foodservice employees had a significantly high performance level compared to chief mourners/the bereaved in all 19 service quality attributes (p<0.001). The IPA result toward funeral foodservice employees indicated the following attributes that required improvements: 'reasonable menu price' and 'kindness of helpers'. Another IPA result from chief mourners/the bereaved recognized 'reasonable menu price' as a service priority. Overall, implications for funeral foodservice managers regarding service quality improvement are discussed.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 소비자의 위험지각과 위험감소행동에 관한 연구 (Risk Perception and Risk Reduction Behaviors of Fashion Product Consumers in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed risk perception and risk reduction behaviors of male and female college students in their twenties who purchased fashion products in internet shopping malls. It also investigated the relationship between risk perception and risk reduction behavior as well as the ways in which groups, categorized by risk perception, differed in their risk reduction behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: first, seven factors of risk perception were identified. These were product quality, shipping, product image, payment, economic feasibility, fear of other people's reactions, and size. Six types of risk reduction behavior were also identified. These were product comparison, word-of-mouth information search, price search, preference for name-brand, service comparison, and referring to experiences. Next, a correlational analysis of the factors of risk perception and those of risk reduction behavior showed several patterns. The highest positive correlation was between economic risk perception and product comparison behavior. In addition, shipping risk perception was positively correlated with service comparison behavior and product quality and product image had a positive correlation with word-of-mouth information search behavior. Third, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: shipping risk perception group, high risk perception group, and product quality risk perception group. The groups were shown by factor analysis to be significantly different to each other. Finally, risk reduction behavior was investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of the internet shopping malls and the results showed significant differences among groups.
