번호이동성 구현을 위한 규격 연구 (A Study on the Standard for Number portability)

  • 전화번호이동성이란 전화서비스 가입자가 전화망 사업자, 지역, 서비스의 종류를 변경하여도 종전에 사용하던 전화번호를 변경하지 않고 그대로 사용할 수 있는 것을 뜻한다. 새로운 통신사업자가 계속 등장함에 따라 국가적으로 이들의 공정한 경쟁을 유도하는 정책이 필요하게 되었으며 전화번호 이동성의 제공은 후발 통신사업자가 선발 통신사업자와 공정한 경쟁을 할 수 있는 토대를 만드는 것으로 인식되면서 국내에서도 전화번호이동성을 제공하기 위한 법률이 만들어지고 전 사업자가 동의할 수 있는 전화번호이동성을 제공하기 위한 표준이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위하여 번호이동성 구현을 위한 규격을 개발하였으며, 번호이동성 구현을 위한 규격에는 호처리구조, 망구조 요구사항 등이 있으며 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 규격에 관하여 다룬다.

DCFR상 서비스제공자의 계약에 적합한 서비스제공의무에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Provider's Duty to Provide Services in Conformity with the Contract under the DCFR)

  • This article attempts to describe and analyze the rules on the service provider's duty to provide his service in conformity with the contract under the Draft Common Frame of Reference (here-in-after DCFR), which are applied to construction, storage, design and factual information contracts. It categorizes such rules in accordance with the requirements of conformity with the contract, the time when the service provided must be in conformity with the contract, and the exemptions of the service provider's duty. On the basis of such categorization, it examines the rules on the service provider's duty in each type of service contract under the DCFR. By doing so, it seeks to figure out how the members of EU compromised on the various issues of the service provider's duty under the DCFR which is regarded as the first uniformed legislation in the area of the service contract. This may provide some guidance to the legislators of domestic law for their amendment or interpretation of their laws. In addition to them, this article also seeks to point out problems in terms of their interpretations and gaps in their rules to cover various aspects of non-conformity and put forward some solutions for such problems and gaps.

  • OAI는 간단한 프로토콜을 정의함으로써 디지털도서관 사이의 상호이용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 제시된 프로토콜이다. OAI를 통해 디지털도서관사이의 상호이용을 가능하게 하기 위해, 디지털도서관이 가지고 있는 컨텐츠에 대한 메타데이터를 제공하기 위한 data provider와 이를 수집하여 유용한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 service provider라는 두개의 프레임웍이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OAI protocol을 따르는 많은 data provider들이 가지고 있는 정보들을 수집하고 수집된 정보를 통해 새로운 서비스를 제공하는 service provider의 기능을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Consistent Distributed Lookup Service Architecture for Mobile Ad-hoc Networks

  • Mobile Ad hoc network is a self configuring network of mobile nodes. It allows mobile nodes to configure network spontaneously and share their services. In these networks, service discovery is very important because all nodes do not have same resources in term of memory and computing power. Nodes need to use different services offered by different servers. Some service discovery protocols have been proposed in last couple of years but they include significant traffic overhead and for small scale MANETS. In this paper, we present extensible lookup service scheme based on distributed mechanism. In our scheme neighboring nodes of service provider monitor service provider and send notification to lookup server when the service provider terminates its services unexpectedly. Lookup server can find other service provider or other alternative services in advance because of advance notification method and can provide consistent lookup services. In our scheme neighboring nodes also monitor lookup server and send notification to network when lookup server terminates unexpectedly. Simulation results show that our scheme can reduce up to 70% and 30% lookup failure as compare to centralize and simple distributed mechanism respectively.

Proficiency Test for the Dosimetry Audit Service Provider

  • Purpose: The proficiency test was conducted to assess the performance of the dosimetry audit service provider in the readout practice of the dose delivered to patients in medical institutions. Methods: A certain amount of the absorbed dose to water for the high-energy X-ray from the medical linear accelerator (LINAC) installed in the Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS) was delivered to the postal dose audit package given by the dosimetry audit service provider, in which the radio-photoluminescence (RPL) glass dosimeters were mounted. The dosimetry audit service provider read the RPL glass dosimeters and sent the readout dose value with its uncertainty to KRISS. The performance of the dosimetry audit service provider was evaluated based on the En number given in ISO/IEC 17043:2010. Results: The evaluated En number was -0.954. Based on the ISO/IEC 17043, the performance of the dosimetry service provider is "satisfactory." Conclusions: As part of the conformity assessment, the KRISS performed the proficiency test over the postal dose audit practice run by the dosimetry audit service provider. The proficiency test is in line with confirming the traceability of the medical institutions to the primary standard of absorbed dose to the water of the KRISS and ensuring the confidence of the dosimetry audit service provider.

소셜커머스 서비스품질과 서비스제공 업체의 물리적환경이 소셜커머스 충성도에 미치는 영향 -공동구매형 소셜커머스를 중심으로- (A Study on the Effect of Social Commerce Service Quality and Service Provider Physical Environment on the Social Commerce Loyalty -Focused on the Social Commerce for Group Purchase-)

  • 본 연구는 소셜커머스 서비스품질과 서비스제공 업체의 물리적환경이 소셜커머스 신뢰 및 서비스제공 업체 만족을 통한 소셜커머스 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한연구로, 가설검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 소셜커머스 서비스품질과 소셜커머스 신뢰와의 관계는 정보성(가설 1-1), 상호작용성(1-3)이 소셜커머스 신뢰에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 거래성(가설 1-2), 웹디자인(가설 1-4), 보안성(가설 1-5)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 서비스제공 업체 물리적환경과 서비스제공 업체 만족과의 관계는 청결성(가설 2-2), 분위기(가설 2-3), 상호작용성(3-5)이 서비스제공업체 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 편리성(가설 2-1), 유용성(가설 2-4)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 소셜커머스의 신뢰와 서비스제공업체 만족과 소셜커머스 충성도간의 관계(가설 3, 4, 5)는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동구매형 소셜커머스에 대한 종합적인 이해와 함께 공동구매형 소셜커머스 및 서비스제공 업체의 활성화를 위한 전략의 수립에도 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

서비스 품질 상호지향성 모형 : 국가연구개발사업계획 평가서비스 사례를 중심으로 (Service quality co-orientation model : Case study of national R&D project plan evaluation service)

  • Purpose: In the meantime, studies on the measurement methods of service quality have mainly been conducted in views of the service recipients. In this study, we introduce a co-orientation model that compares the perceptions of service provider and recipient and examine the applicability in service quality field. Methods: In this study, we conducted a case study on the specific service called 'National R&D Project Plan Evaluation Service' to examine the applicability of the co-orientation model in the service quality field. Results: We could identify the phenomenon of how service providers and recipients perceive differently about specific services introduced in the case study. This study confirms that it can be used to identify problems in mutually oriented service quality activities and to take practical measures to improve them. As we have seen in this case study, the co-orientation model is expected to be of great help in exploring opportunities for quality improvement in the area of service quality. Conclusion: The service quality co-orientation model allows the service provider to distinguish between what they think of differently with the service recipient and what they have in common, so the service provider will be able to find the agenda of service quality improvement.

전자계약서비스의 문제점과 해결방안 (A Study on the Adoption of Electronic Contract Service)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to the activation of e-contract service for one stop e-trade by analyzing the problems and its solutions in e-contract service at home and abroad. In order to achieve the purpose of this thesis, case studies are done on e-contract service providers such as CECTRUST service of NTT DATA in Japan and HanCM.com of Haansoft in Korea and user companies such as Taisei Corporation using CECTRUST service and Hyundai Card using HanCM.com. The problems in the e-contract service are the lack of e-contract service providers, rare publicity of e-contract service, limited use of e-contract service at only home, higher pricing for e-contract service, short time management of e-contract documents by service providers, no application of newly developed security technology to e-contract service, unsatisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party, absence of lower pricing e-contract service by service provider, authorizing key error in electronic signature under recognized authentication system in case of fail in renewal of digital certificate and reproduction of digital certificate. The solutions of these problems are the upbringing of e-contract service providers, broad publicity of e-contract service, development of e-contract service on a global basis, establishment of lower pricing for e-contract service, long time management of e-contract documents by service providers, application of newly developed security technology such as bio technology to e-contract service, satisfaction of requirements of e-contract service provider as trusted third party by designation of recognized e-document repository, development of lower e-contract service by way of application service provider(ASP), introduction of time stamping of e-contract document and signature key value. The limitation of this thesis is that the problems and its solutions could not meet with the broad recognition as they are conferred by intuition because of few e-contract service provider.

Global Manager - A Service Broker In An Integrated Cloud Computing, Edge Computing & IoT Environment

  • The emergence of technologies like Big data analytics, Industrial Internet of Things, Internet of Things, and applicability of these technologies in various domains leads to increased demand in the underlying execution environment. The demand may be for compute, storage, and network resources. These demands cannot be effectively catered by the conventional cloud environment, which requires an integrated environment. The task of finding an appropriate service provider is tedious for a service consumer as the number of service providers drastically increases and the services provided are heterogeneous in the specification. A service broker is essential to find the service provider for varying service consumer requests. Also, the service broker should be smart enough to make the service providers best fit for consumer requests, ensuring that both service consumer and provider are mutually beneficial. A service broker in an integrated environment named Global Manager is proposed in the paper, which can find an appropriate service provider for every varying service consumer request. The proposed Global Manager is capable of identification of parameters for service negotiation with the service providers thereby making the providers the best fit to the maximum possible extent for every consumer request. The paper describes the architecture of the proposed Global Manager, workflow through the proposed algorithms followed by the pilot implementation with sample datasets retrieved from literature and synthetic data. The experimental results are presented with a few of the future work to be carried out to make the Manager more sustainable and serviceable.

물류서비스산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 종합물류업자 인증제도의 활성화 방안 (Activation of Korean Certification System of Total Logistics Provider for the Strength of Logistics Service Industry)

  • To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.
