The purpose of this study is to examine library service for the blind and visually disabled persons. the coverage of this study is 1) The Concept and categorization of blind and visually disabled persons 2) History of library service for the blind and visually disabled persons. 3) Activities and current situation of library service for the blind and visually disabled persons. 4) Activities of library service for the blind and visually disabled persons in Korea. 5) problems of library service for the blind and visually disabled persons. The followings are some of major points revealed in problems of library service for the blind and visually disabled persons. 1. Attitudinal barriers which grow out of prejudice because of lack of public awareness of all the information services for the blind and visually disabled persons. 2. The development and distribution of reading aids and innovative technology improving access to information for the blind and visually disabled persons. 3. Extension of information service in public library for the blind and visually disabled persons. 4. Copyright problems. 5. Facilities or architectural problems for the blind and visually disabled persons.

이 연구는 공공도서관 장애인 서비스와 관련한 이해 관계자를 대상으로 요구 분석하여 개선 방안을 제언하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공공도서관 장애인 서비스 현황 분석과 공공도서관 서비스 수혜자인 장애인과 서비스 제공자인 담당 직원을 대상으로 IPA 분석과 FGI를 진행하여 이해 관계자 요구 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 공공도서관 장애인 서비스 현황에서는 장애인 이용자, 장애인 서비스 관련 예산, 장애인용 특수자료 등에서 매우 열악한 수준으로 나타났다. 공공도서관의 장애인 서비스 요구 분석에서는 IPA 분석 결과 정책 차원의 개선과 이용자 요구를 반영하여 통합형 프로그램 운영이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, FGI 분석 결과에서는 장애인과 비장애인 그리고 직원 등 상호 간의 장애인식 개선이 필요하며, 공공도서관의 서비스를 장애인 이용자도 보편적으로 이용할 수 있도록 이용안내와 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 장애인 서비스 개선을 위한 기본방향을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 공공도서관 서비스 대상으로서 '장애인'을 핵심 이용자 계층으로 수용, 둘째, 장애 유형별 다각화한 맞춤형 서비스 개발, 셋째, 보편적 공공도서관 서비스에 기반한 장애인 서비스 디자인 적용의 필요성과 유니버설디자인을 적용한 방향으로의 전환이다.

The development of autonomous driving technology is expected to bring about a major change in the mobility rights of the transportation vulnerable. It is very important to identify user requirements in developing autonomous vehicles and service technologies for the transportation vulnerable. User requirements were derived for the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. Through focus interviews, a total of 58 requirements were derived for wheelchair-using disabled people and 53 requirements for walking disabled people. A Kano survey was conducted on 33 wheelchair disabled and 34 walking disabled. After that, the quality types of functional requirements in terms of autonomous vehicles and service environment development were analyzed using the Kano model. Priority analysis was conducted on the functions required by the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the priorities of user function requirements in the early stages of autonomous vehicle and service technology development.

This study is a study on the recognition and policy direction of welfare service for the disabled. For this, it aims to draw implications about the policy direction of welfare service for the disabled using basic investigation of welfare for the disabled among $2^{nd}$, $3^{rd}$ community social welfare plans of Jeollanam-do. As study results, it was analysed that the demand of welfare service for the disabled is increasing from providing the past livelihood such as establishing the foundation for basic livelihood to customized welfare service such as supplying jobs for enhancing the quality of life of the disabled. That is judged to be caused by needs for human's basic rights according to economic development and improvement in income level, and it will be appropriate to set up the software-focused policy for the disabled individuals rather than to set up the hardware-focused policy like the past. Despite the implications like these, however, this study has limitation that its subject is restricted to D-gun, so henceforth it needs to draw more general conclusions through comprehensive research about more extensive regions.

This study is purposed to suggest the method for improving the effect of the mental health project by checking the influence of the "value and function of the mentally disabled" to the "satisfaction to current life of the mentally disabled" for the users of the daytime mental rehabilitation service in the local community, and the difference in the"satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled" and "value and function of the mentally disabled" depending on the participation into the mental rehabilitation program. With regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", the result showed that the "relation between the current user members" and "consideration about himself in usual time" were the positive influential factors out of the measuring factors for the "value and function of the mentally disabled." In addition, with regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", in case of participating to the "vocational rehabilitation program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs, the general "personal value and function which are felt by the mentally disabled" has higher significant difference in case of participating into the "social technology program", "daily life program", "vocational rehabilitation program", "leisure activity program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs than non participating.

This research is to understand the actual conditions of the degrees of housework share, the usage of kitchen equipments, the adjustments of residence, and community service to understand difficulties on housework that disabled homemakers can have, and to present possible copping strategies for homelife improvement of disabled homemakers. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) Main difficulties are that the disabled homemakers feel when performing housework are the preparation of meals, doing dishes, doing laundry, cleaning up etc, which are the essential parts of ones homelife. 2) The result shows that having a rice cooker, a refrigerator, and a stove is a necessity for the disabled homemakers and that the degree of usage is pretty high. 3) Most of the disabled homemakers lack basic adjustments for the disabled in their residence such as the adjustments of the height of shelves. 4) Considering that they do not recognize community service for them, and most of them are not covered by any service, we can conclude that community service for disabled homemakers is not run enough.

도서관 장애인서비스의 중요성이 확산되는 상황에서 수요자 중심의 도서관 장애인서비스 제공을 위해 현실적인 운영기준 마련이 시급하다. 따라서 이 연구는 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스의 운영기준 등을 조사하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스 운영기준을 분석한 결과 법적 기준과 관련 기관의 운영기준 모두 현실을 반영한 실질적인 기준으로서 개정이 시급한 상황이었다. 본 연구에서 도출한 과제는 우선 도서관 장애인서비스의 최소기준과 세부기준을 별도로 고려하는 것이다. 그중에서도 최소기준으로 활용할 수 있는 도서관법 시행령의 조속한 개정에 대한 필요성을 제기하였다. 또한 이와 같은 기준이 현실적으로 적용되기 위해서는 도서관장애인서비스 통계 및 평가지표와 연계되어야 하며, 평가업무 연계에 공감대를 형성하기 위해서 기준 적용의 당사자인 장애인도서관 및 장애인이용자의 의견 수렴이 1차적으로 선행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

This study developed key elements of dental service guidelines for the disabled patients. In order to provide consumer-oriented service guidelines for the dental patients with disability, service design method was applied. Using service design method guided by the double diamond design process, this study implemented consumer survey, observation, and contextual interviews for consumers' needs assessment. And customer journey map, mind maps, and blueprints were utilized to visualize consumer needs and guidelines for dental care services for the disabled. According to the study, disabled consumers have needs for expertise of the medical staff, dental care institutions specialized on the disabled, financial support, establishment of the facilities for the disabled, comfortable atmosphere in the institutions, and communication with medical staffs. Based on the needs of the disabled, 5 key elements of the dental care services were developed: convenience, expertise, empathy, financial support, and education and management. And service design guidelines were proposed to implement key elements of dental care services for the patients with disability. This study is significant in that it is the first attempt to apply the service design technique from the consumer perspectives in the field of dental care for the disabled. Furthermore the process of this study has become a reference that can be utilized and applied to other medical institution.

"장애인차별금지법"이 2008년 4월부터 시행되어 공공도서관의 장애인서비스가 의무화되었으나 여전히 우리나라 공공도서관의 장애인서비스는 보편화되지 못하고 크게 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구는 2008년을 기준으로 조사된 각종 통계데이터와 관련 법률, 정책자료 등을 근거로 공공도서관 장애인서비스 개발에 기초자료가 될 장애인 일반 현황, 장애인의 특성, 관련법 및 정책현황, 공공도서관의 장애인서비스 실태 등을 분석하였다. 또한 그 결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관 장애인서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

국내에는 약 200만명을 상회하는 다양한 유형의 장애인이 있다. 그들은 비장애인과 마찬가지로 평생학습, 사회활동, 여가향유, 사회참여를 목적으로 도서관 지식정보에 대한 접근을 필요로 한다. 이에 주목한 본 연구는 장애인을 위한 도서관서비스 협력망의 구축 및 운영방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 도서관의 장애인서비스 협력망을 가동하기 위한 후속조치도 언급하였다.
