We developed the conferencing system based on the conference service model which is defined in ITU-T T. 120 series standard. Our conferencing service system is operated over the local area network. The NetMeeting of Microsoft corporation is used as a terminal and the MCU is developed by ourselves. In this paper, we described the design and implementation method of transport protocol stack supporting Multipoint Communication Service (MCS). Also, we described the occurred problem during the interoperability test between MCU and NetMeeting. And then we suggested their solution.

In this paper, we propose a web crawler service method for collecting information efficiently about college students and job-seeker's external activities, competition, and scholarship. The proposed web crawler service uses Jsoup tree analysis and Json format data transmission method to avoid problems of duplicated crawling while crawling at high speed. After collecting relevant information for 24 hours, we were able to confirm that the web crawler service is running with an accuracy of 100%. It is expected that the web crawler service can be applied to various web sites in the future to improve the web crawler service.

Purpose: This paper reviews the papers on service quality issues which are published in the Journal of the Korean Society for Quality Management (KSQM) since 1965. The literature review is purposed to survey a variety of service quality issues for several categories in terms of industry as well as research model. Methods: By use of the double diamond design process model 71 papers are analyzed 4 stages which are discover, define, develop and deliver. And all of service quality issues are classified into 4 categories: service factory, mass service, service shop and professional service by the service process matrix typology. Results: According to this review, there are several features of research trends. There are 'from physical service to information-intensive service pattern' and 'from private sector to public sector pattern'. And the Kano model has been a steady-selling model to measure the service quality as like a SERVQUAL. Another meaningful issue was a convergency of the research method and tools such as BSC, CRM, AHP, DEA, Information System, Systgem Dynamics and 6 Sigma. Conclusion: The review paper is expected to provide future direction to improve service quality theories and applications. There are three future research topics: Application area, measurement model and research purpose.

Flexural behaviors of the two typical precast beam sections (inverted tee and rectangular) for buildings were investigated and compared. The height of web in the inverted tee beam was generally less than half of beam depth to be adapted to that of the nib in the ends of double-tee where the total building height limited considerably. The inverted-tee beams were designed for a parking live load - 500kgf/$m^2$ and a market - 1,200kgf/$m^2$ from the currently used typical shape of a domestic building site in Korea. The area and bottom dimension of rectangular beams were the same as those of inverted tee beams. These woo beams were also reinforced with a similar strength. following results were obtained from the studies above; 1) the rectangular beam is simpler in production, transportation, and erection, and more economic than the inverted tee beam in the construction test for these two beams with a same dimension and a similar strength, 2) all of the beams considered in the tests were generally failed in values close to those of the strength requirements in ACI Provisions. The ratios of test result to calculated value are averaged to 1.04. One rectangular and one inverted tee beams failed in a value only 2-3％ larger than the estimated volue of the Strength Design Methool the results of the Strain Compatibility Method wire slightly more accurate than those of the Strength Design Method, 4) the maximum deflections of all of the beams under the full service loads were less than those of the allowable limit in ACI Code Provisions. The rectangular beams experienced more deflection then inverted tee in the same loading condition and failed with more deflection, and 5) the rectangular and inverted tee beams showed good performances under the condition of service and ultimate loads. However, one inverted tee beams with fm span developed an initial flexural crackings under 88％ of the full service load even though they designed to satisfy the ACI tensile stress limit provisions.

Examine method to improve web geography information service system because this paper uses XML and presented specific implementation result. Through internet, it planed various geography information that offer in form of service that do not receive restriction of heterogeneous system environment. Also, did thing that is easy when request service about geography information that user need and deliver fast by purpose. Supplement and to improve open-ended and XML of form normalized use and developed existent web geography information service. So that can use map service in web browser without setup of application program that buy expensive GIS software or offer in each company design and implement.

The purpose of this study was to identify men's beauty service markets based on socio-cultural appearance attitude and to compare their satisfaction and intention to revisit beauty service. The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred men aged from 20's to 40's were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, cluster analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied. The results are as follows: First, five factors were found for men's socio-cultural attitude for their appearance. They were high involvement in appearance, social appearance, appearance satisfaction, appearance comparison and low involvement in appearance. Second, cluster analysis based on socio-cultural attitude produced three customer groups such as high involvement, social concern & satisfaction, and low involvement. Third, customer groups showed significant differences in some demographics and some items of service dimensions, which resulted in significant differences in satisfaction, and intention to revisit beauty shop services. A high involvement group was composed of young and unmarried men with more frequent visit to beauty shop service. In general, both the high involvement and the social concern & satisfaction groups showed higher evaluations than the low concern group in some of service items, level of satisfaction, and intention to revisit. In conclusion, attitude on their appearance could be useful factors in segmenting men's beauty service market. Levels and types of beauty shop service should be differentiated among consumer markets.

A streaming service is considered as an important fact to listen musics at mobile device in the popular smart-phone era. An apple's HTTP Live Streaming method is used in iOS and a RTSP(Real-time Streaming Protocol) method is used in Android OS. A Wowza Media Sever will be used to support both apple and android mobile streaming. This paper describes a design and implementation of smart-phone app. to record user's songs by userself with smart-phone recording function, upload to the streaming server and to service real-time mobile streaming play for an user's selected song and provide song sharing SNS functions.

Recently "Green IT" technology has been attracting public attention that the Ministry of Environment has come up with new plans to make "low carbon and green growth" technology and to promote u-City industries. Making an offer, Uubiquitous Service needs RFID/USN Middleware to handle heterogeneous RFID/USN devices in order to gather existing informations. In this paper, we propose the design and implementation of a dynamic management method for heterogeneous RFID/USN devices. In compliance with the paper I will furnish Uubiquitous Service regarding existing circumstances by handling heterogeneous RFID/USN devices such as new RFID/Sensor devices addition and deletion and so on.

Service Design Platform which has been developing under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy is aimed at facilitating service design consultancy to carry out service design projects smoothly online. In the development process in order to verify and improve the usability of the platform, heuristic evaluations by usability experts along with usability test done by user participation are required. This study was conducted for the purpose of deriving appropriate evaluation areas and detailed evaluation indices prior to carrying out the heuristic evaluation. For the study, first, the concept of the service design platform was identified and the features of its component were analyzed. Second, based on literature study of standards which are related to usability evaluation indices, usability evaluation areas and indices were analyzed. Third, in order to establish and verify evaluation areas and indices which are appropriate for the evaluation, Delphi survey was conducted and its validity was verified. Through this study, evaluation indices with 4 evaluation areas and 45 detailed items were derived. Derived evaluation indices was made in the form of checklist and will be utilized for heuristic evaluation by usability experts.

Recently, as mobile paradigms such as telematics or LBS (Location Based Service) have been being more diverse and mobile devices such as PDA (Personal Digital Assistance) or several telematics terminals have been being used more widely, mobile services, for example, mobile geographic information service have been being put more importance by people. In this paper, we propose to adopt S/W and data streaming mechanism as a method to improve performance of mobile geographic information service which is a representative of mobile services based on client-server architecture. The show the effectiveness of proposed methods, we design and implement S/W streaming prototype system and sample mobile geographic information service to be executed on the S/W streaming system.
