All-IP 네트워크에서 IPTV 트래픽 수용을 위한 최적의 설계 방안 연구 (A Study on the Optimal All-IP Network Design for Adopting IPTV Traffic)

  • All-IP network requires change of the existing IP network engineering methods as the convergence service market between communication and broadcasting industries using IP network is growing rapidly. Especially the video services like IPTV require more strict transmission quality and higher bandwidth than the existing data services. So it is difficult to design All-IP network by the over-provisioning method which used to be used for the existing IP network design. It also requires a heavy investment which becomes one of big obstacles to the IPTV service expansion. In order to reduce the investment costs, it is required to design an optimized network by maximizing the utilization of the network resources and at the same time maintaining the customer satisfaction in terms of service quality. In this paper, we first analyze the effects of IPTV traffic on the existing internet. Then we compare two traffic engineering technologies, which are dimensioning without admission control and dimensioning with admission control, on the All-IP network design by simulation. Finally, we suggest cost effectiveness of traffic engineering technologies for designing the All-IP network.

20-40대 남성의 이.미용 서비스만족도와 재방문 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Men's Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit Beauty Shop Service)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify factors evaluating beauty service and to find determinants of consumer satisfaction and intention to revisit a beauty shop for Korean men aged from 20's to 40's. The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied to analyze data. The results were as follows: First, factor analysis produced five factors on men's beauty service quality. They were store environments and convenience, employee's skill, service efficiency, store management methods, and service fee. Second, men's service satisfaction on beauty shop and on beauty shop employee were significantly affected by all the beauty service factors. Third, men's intention to revisit beauty shop and to revisit beauty shop employee were positively and significantly affected by all the beauty service factors and satisfaction on beauty shop employee. In conclusion, men's satisfaction and, in turn, intention to revisit beauty service were affected mainly by evaluation on beauty service. To increase customer satisfaction followed by store loyalty, comfortable shop atmosphere and outstanding styling quality service are likely to be most important. Beauty service quality could be perceived in comparing with service fee. Thus, diverse ways of price related promotion would be required to improve beauty service satisfaction.

SERVPERF와 고객여정지도를 활용한 의료서비스 개선 요건 파악 (Identification of Requirements for Improving Healthcare Services with the Combined Use of SERVPERF and Customer Journey Map)

  • This paper is aimed at proposing a new approach to connecting the measurements of customer satisfaction on healthcare services with the prioritized identification of healthcare service processes to be improved. As customers' requirements for healthcare services have become too diverse and healthcare service systems have been increasingly complex, there has been growing interest in the customer-oriented evaluation of healthcare service quality and the systematic improvement of healthcare service processes. Most of the previous studies on service quality evaluation are based on SERVQUAL model. However, because of the unique characteristics and constraints inherent in healthcare service systems, it has been reported that SERVQUAL would be inadequate to be applied to healthcare service systems. As an alternative, SERVPERF has recently been widely used in the evaluation of healthcare service quality. However, there is a lack of studies on how to use the measurements of healthcare service quality systematically to improve service functions and processes. With this issue in mind, we firstly measured the customer-perceived satisfaction on the healthcare service quality from the six dimensions based on SERVPERF. Then we identified the relationships between the subjective measurements and healthcare service processes through brainstorming and expert interview. By using the relationships, we developed a customer journey map in healthcare services that visually describe the interaction between customers and healthcare service systems. The developed customer journey map would help service designers easily identify a healthcare service process that needs to be improved with priority. It is expected that the design improvement process proposed in this study would be a useful method for enhancing the quality of healthcare services.

염해 환경하의 철근콘크리트 구조물의 친환경 내구설계 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Sustainable Durability Design System for Reinforced Concrete Structure under Chloride Attack Environments)

  • This study was suggested to develop sustainable durability design system and proposed the plan to evaluate design conditions that meet the intended service life and $LCCO_{2}$ reduction level of reinforced concrete structure easily from the early design stage. For that the W/B and covering depth of the concrete structure were calculated through calculation of service life based on standard specification expression and the quantitative reduction rate of the vertical member of reinforced concrete structure by the calculated W/B was applied. Life cycle of building classified into construction stage, operation stage, maintenance stage, and demolition/disposal stage and the method of $CO_{2}$ evaluation of each stage was proposed. For construction stage, the major construction materials that take up over 80% $CO_{2}$ emitting during building construction were selected and the $CO_{2}$ evaluation method for 5 standard apartment houses was proposed. Also, for operation stage, $CO_{2}$ emission was calculated through calculation of heating load by energy efficiency rating certification system. For maintenance stage, $CO_{2}$ emission was calculated using concept of re-construction by life and for demolition/disposal stage was calculated with the use of construction standard estimate. As a result of the case study by such evaluation methods, 80 years of service life and 17 specifications of sustainable durability design that meet the 40% intended $LCCO_{2}$ reduction level were deduced. The Maximum $LCCO_{2}$ reduction rate was analyzed by 47.2%.

균등 표면 염화물량을 고려한 시간 의존적 내구적 파괴확률 해석기법 (Analysis Technique on Time-dependent PDF (Probability of Durability Failure) Considering Equivalent Surface Chloride Content)

  • 염해에 노출된 콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명 평가는 매우 중요하므로 최근들어 결정론적 및 확률론적 방법을 통하여 내구수명을 평가하는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. Fick's 2nd 법칙에 근거한 내구수명 평가방법은 표면 염화물량과 확산계수의 시간의존성을 고려하여 합리적인 설계를 수행하고 있으나, 확률론적 방법에서는 이러한 영향이 고려되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따라 증가하는 표면염화물량을 유효 표면염화물량으로 고려한 뒤 시간의존성 확산계수를 고려하여 내구적 파괴확률을 도출할 수 있는 해석기법을 제안하였다. 표면염화물에 도달하는 기간을 10~30년으로, 표면염화물량을 $5.0{\sim}10.0kg/m^3$으로 변화시키면서 내구적 파괴확률을 평가하고 내구수명의 변화를 분석하였다. 제안된 기법은 결정론적 내구수명 평가방법의 해석조건을 동일하게 적용시키면서 설계인자의 확률 변동성을 고려할 수 있으므로 과다한 설계를 방지함으로서 합리적인 설계기법으로 적용할 수 있다.

A Pickup and Delivery Problem Based on AVL and GIS

  • The fundamental design issues that arise in the pickup and delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the development of pickup and delivery system with customer responsive service level, DCM(Demand Chain Management). The distribution process and service map are consisted of manufacturing, warehousing, and pickup and delivery. First we formulated the vehicle pickup and delivery problem using GIS-VRP method so as to satisfy the customer service requests. Second, we developed a GUI-type computer program using AVL, automated vehicle location system. The computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of test problems.

시간대 제약이 있는 차량경로 결정문제를 위한 2단계 해법의 개발 (A Two-phase Method for the Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows)

  • This paper presents a two-phase method for the vehicle routing problems with time windows(VRPTW). In a supply chain management(SCM) environment, timely distribution is very important problem faced by most industries. The VRPTW is associated with SCM for each customer to be constrained the time of service. In the VRPTW, the objective is to design the least total travel time routes for a fleet of identical capacitated vehicles to service geographically scattered customers with pre-specified service time windows. The proposed approach is based on ant colony optimization(ACO) and improvement heuristic. In the first phase, an insertion based ACO is introduced for the route construction and its solutions is improved by an iterative random local search in the second phase. Experimental results show that the proposed two-phase method obtains very good solutions with respect to total travel time minimization.

페르소나 방식 소비자분석이 기업의 R&D에 미치는 영향 (A study on the impact of persona-style consumer analysis on corporate R&D)

  • 본 연구에서는 페르소나(perrsona) 방식의 소비자분석 데이터 서비스에 대한 효과성 검증을 위하여 www.ethno-mining.com 의 소비자분석 서비스 활용사례를 중심으로 하는 연구를 진행하였다. 사례는 강원디자인진흥원의 '작은기업 디자인 애로해결 지원사업'을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 진행은 www.ethno-mining.com 시스템의 페르소나 방식의 소비자분석 데이터, 관련 이론에 대한 고찰, 유사한 서비스에 대한 비교, 서비스의 이용 만족도와 효과성을 측정하기 위한 질의서 개발과 설문진행, 결과를 분석하고 검정하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 강원디자인진흥원의 '작은기업 디자인 애로해결 지원사업'에 참여자를 중심으로 검정한 결과에서 페르소나 방식의 소비자분석 데이터는 이용 만족도에서 긍정적인 반응을 얻었고, 기업의 R&D에 미치는 서비스 효과성을 측정한 회귀분석에서도 R&D 진행시 시간단축, 비용절감 및 개발자간의 원활한 소통, 소비자분석에 대한 전문성 확보, R&D의 전반적 품질 향상으로 기업에게 실질적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

건축용 프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 역티형 보와 직사각형 보의 휨거동 비교 (Comparison on Flexural Behaviors of Architectural Precast Prestressed Rectangular and Inverted-tee Concrete Beams)

  • Flexural behaviors of two typical architectural precast beam sections ; inverted tee and rectangular - were compared and investigated. The heights of web in inverted tee beams are generally less than half of beam depth in building structures to accomodate the nib of double-tee where the total building height limited considerably. The inverted-tee beams are designed for parking live load - 500kgf/$\m^2$ and market - 1,200kgf/$\m^2$ according to the currently used typical shape in the domestic market building site in Korea. The bottom dimension and area of rectangular beams are same to those of inverted tee beams to compare the flexural behaviors of two beams. These two beams are also reinforced for similar strength. Four flexural tests are performed on two beams. Following results are obtained from the tests; 1) The rectangular beam is simpler in production, transportation, and election, and more economic than the inverted tee beam for these two beams with same dimension and similar strength. 1) The estimations of flexural strength of two beams by Strength Design Method and Strain Compatibility Method is fully complied with the result of tests. However, Strain Compatibility Method is slightly ore accurate than Strength Design Method. 2) Overall deflections of two type beam under the service loads are less than those of the allowable limit in ACI Code provision. 3) The rectangular beam is failed in large deflection (average 12.56mm large) than those of inverted tee beams. 4) The rectangular and inverted tee beams with 6m span develop initial flexural crackings under the 88% of full service loading even though they designed to satisfy the ACI tensile stress limit provisions.

지상파 DMB 자동 재난경보방송 표준을 위한 재난 메시지 및 메시지 분할 방법 설계 (Design of Alert Message and Message Segmentation For T-DMB Automatic Emergency Alert Service Standard)

  • 본 논문은 T-DMB 자동재난경보방송표준을 위한 재난 메시지 및 재난 메시지 분할 방법 설계에 대하여 기술한다. 재난 메시지는 T-DMB 수신기에 전달되는 메시지로서 재난경보를 위한 핵심적인 내용으로 구성한다. 이러한 내용 중 정형화가 가능한 내용은 코드화된 필드로 표현하고 비정형 내용은 단문으로 표현한다. 논문에서는 각 필드 설계를 위한 분석과 각 필드의 의미와 문법에 대해 기술한다. 다음으로 재난 메시지의 분할 방법에 대해 설명한다. 본 논문에서 정의한 재난 메시지의 크기는 대부분 FIG 최대 크기를 넘어 분할 계층이 필요하다. 하지만 현 지상파 DMB 송수신 정합 표준은 FIDC에서의 메시지 분할 방법을 정의하고 있지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 FIG type 0 메시지 분할 방법과 패킷모드 분할 전송 방법에 비해 잡음이 많은 환경에서도 유연하고 신속한 수신을 보장하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이러한 연구 결과 앞으로 시범 서비스를 통하여 추가적으로 개선해야 할 보완점을 파악하였다.
