이 연구의 목적은 보건교사들의 수업연수에 대한 요구도를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 G시와 J도에 근무하고 있는 504명의 보건교사였다. 보건교사들의 수업에 대한 질문지가 2013년 11월 9일부터 23일까지 배부되었으며 수집된 자료는 빈도분석과 카이자승 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보건교사 업무의 우선순위 1위는 건강 문제 관리였으며, 2위가 보건교육이었으며, 이 결과는 학교급에 따른 차이를 보였다(p<.01). 두 번째, 보건수업 시간에 주로 사용하는 수업방법은 강의, 토의 그리고 실습의 순서로 나타났다. 세 번째, 보건수업 시간에 주로 사용하는 수업자료는 PPT, 교과서, 인터넷동영상의 순으로 나타났다. 네 번째, 대부분의 보건교사는 창의성 교육의 중요성에 동의하나 실제 사용하고 있는 비율은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯 번째, 대부분의 보건교사들은 수업연수를 원하고 있으며 그 내용으로 창의성 교육 또는 새로운 수업을 위한 스토리텔링 등을 희망하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 지속적인 창의 인성교육을 위한 수업설계모형을 구안하기 위하여 NFTM-TRIZ를 활용하는데 그 목적을 두었다. NFTM-TRIZ는 TRIZ에 기반하여 유아에서 성인에 이르기까지 '지속적인 창의성 교육'을 할 수 있도록 개발된 교육프로그램이다. TRIZ는 주어진 문제의 모순을 찾아내고 이를 극복함으로써 혁신적인 해결안을 얻도록 하는 창의적 문제해결방법론으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 G 대학교의 교직과목으로 개설된 "교육과정 및 교육평가"를 수강한 3, 4학년 남, 여 학생들 80명을 대상으로 매주 10분 내지 15분씩 창의성 수업을 한 후, 이에 대한 산출물로 NFTM-TRIZ의 8단계 교수 학습 절차에 맞추어 각자의 전공 교과별로 창의 인성 교육을 위한 수업안을 만들어 제출토록 하고 창의성 수업에 대한 후기를 작성토록 하여 연구 결과를 분석했다.

예비보육교사의 보육교사적성을 파악하고 보육교사적성이 교사전문성인식과 보육효능감 및 다문화교수 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 보육교사적성 중 영유아에 대한 친화력에서 남녀 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌으나 다른 영역에서 차이가 없음을 보여 보육교사의 성보다는 보육교사직에 대한 소망과 자질이 중요함을 시사한다. 또한 보육교사적성 중 업무에 대한 소명감이 보육교사전문성 인식을 의미있게 설명하는 변인으로 밝혀졌고, 창의성과 자기계발, 영유아에 대한 친화력, 수용성과 민감성, 안전관리능력이 보육효능감을 의미있게 설명하는 변인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 창의성과 자기계발이 다문화교수효능감을 설명하는 주요변인으로 밝혀져 예비보육교사가 창의성을 가지고 자신을 계발할 수 있도록 지도하여 다문화교수역량을 높일 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.

Purpose - Our research aims to investigate the mediating effect of employee creativity on the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job performance using relationship using Chinese department salespeople samples. Another objective of this study is to be clear boundary conditions that strengthen or weaken the effects of intrinsic motivation on work outcomes (i.e., employee creativity and job performance). Drawing on JD-R theory, we suggest that the two types of coworker support play differential moderating roles in the intrinsic motivation, employee creativity relationship by increasing or decreasing job resources and demands in different ways. Research design, data, and methodology - This empirical study data were collected from gathered from a sample of full time salespeople in China. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 300 responses were collected, indicating a response rate of 84.0%. Working with a sample of 300 salespeople working in a department store in China. SPSS 18.0, Process 2.16 Macro, and M-Plus 8.0 software were used in the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the distribution of the employee profiles and correlations between variables. M-Plus 8.0 software was used to test the model fit, validity and reliability of the variables. Finally, all research hypotheses was estimated by SPSS Macro 2.16. Results - To test our research hypotheses, we employed an analytical strategy suggested by Hayes (2013; 2015) and Shrout and Bolger (2002). In this study, we tested the relationship between intrinsic motivation and job performance throughout employee creativity. Results showed intrinsic motivation and job performance was partially mediated by employee creativity. The positive relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity when coworker emotional support was high than when it was low. In contrast, the positive association between intrinsic motivation and employee creativity was stronger when coworker instrumental support was low than when it was high. Coworker emotional and instrumental support further moderated the indirect effect of intrinsic motivation on job performance through employee creativity. Conclusions - This study extends the conceptual model and empirical researches in coworker supports literature by representing a fundamental mechanism of how salespeople's intrinsic motivation and job performance throughout employee creativity.

This study focused on realizing the UX pattern elements for Wordpress service, and applying the UX pattern approach to enhance UX consideration in Wordpress theme service. The Wordpress UX pattern system was developed based on web UX pattern analysis, and on characteristics of Wordpress components and theme filtering tags. The Wordpress UX pattern system was further analyzed in 22 popular Wordpress themes and 20 web UX scenarios, to evaluate its working by defining theme UX as a case study. The Wordpress theme filtering service GUI was designed based on the Wordpress UX pattern system as a design suggestion. Web technology is evolving rapidly, and web design has become a ready-made service with less user experience consideration, or design creativity. This study directs to keep track of UX value in an emerging web service paradigm.

정보통신기술 발달과 함께 도래한 지식정보사회는 급변하는 사회에 대처할 수 있는 지식의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이와 더불어 창의성과 인성을 강조하는 패러다임에서 교육 목표와 내용의 변화를 뒷받침 할 수 있는 교육 방법의 선진화를 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS: Social Network Service)를 활용한 ICT 기술을 적용한 연구가 지속적, 장기적으로 요구되는 실정이다. 이에 부합되는 창의 인성 교육을 확대 적용, 분석을 통해 창의 인성 교육에 기반한 디지털 큐레이션 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 디지털 큐레이션 시스템은 최근 들어 웹 해킹들이 급증하는 시점에서 웹 해킹 중 하나인 WebShell에 안전하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 해킹 중 하나인 WebShell에 안전한 디지털 큐레이션 시스템을 분석하고 WebShell에 대한 대응 방안에 대하여 분석한다.

경제가 발전함에 따라서 개인적인 외모에 대한 관심이 고조되어지고 있다. 그 가운데 개인별 헤어스타일 및 헤어관련 관심이 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 특히, 여성의 영역으로 이해되어지던 헤어부분도 남성들의 관심이 증가함에 따라 이들에 대한 상품화 마케팅 전략이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인별 맞춤형 헤어제품의 마케팅 강화를 위한 현황을 분석해보며, 특히 온라인을 통한 마케팅 전략 강화를 위한 방안을 제안한다. 또한 이를 실현하기 위한 온라인 헤어제품 상품화 마케팅 구현결과를 제시함으로써 온라인을 통한 마케팅 전략 서비스 개발에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 온라인을 통한 헤어제품의 마케팅 활성화에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

웹 서비스 사용자가 증가하면서 웹 애플리케이션을 공격하는 방법들이 여러 가지 유형들로 나타나면서 웹 애플리케이션 보안에 관한 중요성의 인식도 증가하고 있다. 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 도래한 지식정보사회는 급변하는 사회에서 창의성과 인성 교육에 필요한 웹사이트의 구축이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 창의 인성 교육기반의 디지털 큐레이션 시스템에서 제공하는 교육 콘텐츠에 대한 SQL Injection과 XSS에 대한 공격 방법과 취약점을 분석한다. 그리고 SQL Injection과 XSS에 대한 웹 공격에 대응하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Korea's rapid urbanization caused problems, such as destruction of the rural environment, loss of traditional culture and dissolution of communities, as the continuous outflow of the population from rural areas, aging and consequent labor shortages and deterioration of the living environment were connected like a vicious cycle. In order to solve the problems of rural areas and overcome their vulnerabilities, the ultimate goal is to find a way to reintroduce the population to the rural areas. In order to be reborn as a space with rural characteristics and pluralistic functions and various potentials in a space under threat of underdevelopment and extinction, the pushing factor from rural areas is improved, and the population inflow factor to the rural areas is improved to enhance rural attractiveness, focusing on creativity among the 4Cs of New Ruralism: Conservation, Cultivation, Community, Creativity. A case study of 'Creative space in rural areas' was studied and considered. In-depth interviews were conducted with four key stakeholders, and the research results were analyzed focusing on the grounded theory method to draw implications from the background of Gurye Natural Dream Park, characteristics that can be viewed as creative spaces, and examples of creative space creation in rural areas. The 'Creative space in rural areas' is a space that can solve the current issues and problems of rural areas. In the case of Gurye Natural Dream Park, the young population of Gurye is increasing through job creation, provision of living and cultural service facilities, and improvement of the education and medical environment. In this study, the existing rural problem-solving process in this process was viewed as creativity in rural areas.

본 연구는 개인 창의성과 조직 구성원의 가치혁신문화 인식이 혁신행동 및 지식공유에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고, 혁신행동과 지식공유를 매개로 조직의 혁신성과와 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검정함으로써 기업 경영의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 기존의 선행연구를 통해 각 변수의 측정변인들을 추출하고 가설검정을 위해 423명의 유효 표본을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 통계 패키지 프로그램과 LISREL 9.1을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 개인 창의성의 창의적 사고기술과 조직의 가치혁신 문화 인식의 의미 있는 업무, 위험감수문화는 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직의 가치혁신 문화 인식의 의미 있는 업무 요인만이 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신행동은 지식공유 및 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경영성과에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식공유는 혁신성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않으나 경영성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 혁신성과는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다.
