에너지산업현장에서의 재난대응안전한국훈련시 재난훈련시스템 적용성 검토 사례조사 (Case Study on the Application of Disaster Training System in Disaster Response Safety Training in Korea)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 에너지산업현장에서 재난 발생에 대비하여 훈련하는 안전한국훈련 상황에서 훈련시 사용할 수 있는 재난훈련시스템을 필요한 곳에 적절하게 사용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 논문, 보고서, 통계자료 등을 조사하고 현장방문하여 훈련상황을 조사하였다. 연구결과: 재난훈련시스템을 활용한 토론기반 훈련과 실행기반 훈련이 계획수립부터 자체평가까지 가능하게 잘 이루어지고 있었다. 결론: 재난훈련시스템은 재난 발생에 대비하는 기관의 자체 훈련, 재난대응안전한국훈련시에는 평가활동까지 복합적으로 활용할 수 있는 시스템으로 그 사용성을 높여 평소 활용 범위를 넓혀야 한다.

농어촌지역의 가정간호 요구자와 비요구자의 특성 비교 (A Comparison of Characteristics between Home Health Care Needers and Non-needers in Rural Areas)

  • Purpose: The aims of this study were to describe general characteristics and needs of home health care, and to find the differences between home health care needers and non-needers. Method: In this study, 642 subjects participated who lived in Muan, Jollanam-do. Data were collected in August 2001 using a self-reported questionnaire. The questionnaire was a revised and simplified form of the Organization of Community Health System Program at the Seoul National University. Collected data were analyzed through Kruskal-Wallis test. t-test. and Chi-squire for cross-sectional analysis. Result: The average age of the subjects was 52.6 years and 33.3% of them aged over 65 years. Twenty six percent of them had chronic degenerative diseases. The percentages of hypertension patients and D.M. patients were 6.4% and 2.5%, respectively. The number of family members was 2.95 on the average, 2.19 in cases of families with the elderly and 3.33 in cases of families without the elderly. The rate of disability of the elderly was 10.5%. Marital status (p=.000), the number of family members (p=.000), education (p=.000), job (p=.000) and health insurance (p=.027) were significantly different between home care needers and non-needers. Home care needers had less living expenses (p=.001), more frequent hospital admissions (p=.004), higher chronic disease rate (p=.000) and more frequent visits to public health center (p=.027) than non-needers. Home care needers who wanted free service were twice as many as non-needers. Conclusion: Home care need was very high in rural areas and the needers had worse characteristics (low educational level. low income, no job and no family). Therefore, it is necessary to develop cheaper and more accessible services for home care needers in rural areas.

병원 고객만족도 측정방법에 대한 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis of Models for Measuring Consumer Satisfaction in Health Care Organization)

  • Objectives : The SERVQUAL scale is based on gap theory, which suggests the difference between consumers' expectations and the quality of the medical service actually received. However, problems in the implementation of the SERVQUAL scale have been identified by several researchers. Some researchers have proposed a simple performance-based measure (SERVPERF) or au exportation-controlled performance-based measure(Non-Diff) as alternatives to the SERVQUAL scale. On the basis of the theoretical concerns discussed, we examined the capability of each of the three scales(SERVQUAL, Non-Diff, SERVPERF) to explain variations in consumer satisfaction. Methods : Data was gathered from a self-administered questionnaire in a 430 bed hospital. Questionnaires evaluating medical services were distributed to 180 ambulatory patients. A total of 167 usable questionnaires were gathered. The questionnaire was composed of 10 expectation, performance and expectation-controlled performance items. In addition, overall satisfaction and purchase intention were measured. Results : Compared with the SERVQUAL scale, the Non-Diff and SERVPERF scales better explained the observed variations in consumer satisfaction(SERVOQUAL, $R^2=0.29;\;Non-Diff,\;R^2=0.51;\;SERVPERF,\;R^2=0.48$) and purchase intention(SERVQUAL, $R^2=0.22;\;Non-Diff,\;R^2=0.33;\;SERVPERF,\;R^2=0.34$). Conclusion : The maier conclusion from our study is that the Non-Diff and SERVPERF scales are more efficient in assessing consumer satisfaction than the SERVQUAL scale. Therefore we suggest that consumer satisfaction he measured by the Non-Diff or SEVPERF scales.

치과위생사의 감정노동, 근무환경 분위기, 직무몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of emotional labor, organizational climate, and job involvement on turnover intention in Korean dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional labor, organizational climate, and job involvement on turnover intention in Korean dental hygienists. Methods: A total of 806 dental hygienists were enrolled in this study. A self-administered questionnaire was used to evaluate the demographic and occupational characteristics, emotional labor, organizational climate, job involvement, and turnover intention of the subjects. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed. All statistical analyses were performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences for Windows (version 23.0) and p-values < 0.05 were considered significant. Results: Highly chronic exposure to emotional labor were more likely to increase the risk of turnover intention among dental hygienists, especially in the sub-scales of "over-load and conflict in customer service" (OR: 1.64; CI: 1.01-2.64), "organizational surveillance and monitoring" (OR: 1.76; 95% CI: 1.21-2.57), and "lack of a supportive and protective system in the organization" (OR: 1.76; 95% CI: 1.36-2.46). Job involvement (OR: 0.91; 95% CI: 0.86-0.96) and organizational climate (OR: 0.82; 95% CI: 0.75-0.90) were negatively associated with turnover intention among dental hygienists. Conclusions: Exposure to chronic and excessive emotional labor might be a contributing factor for turnover intention, and job involvement and a positive organizational climate contribute to protecting the negative impacts of emotional labor on turnover intention in dental hygienists.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 정신장애인의 공공후견서비스 사업이 당사자의 의사결정을 지원하고 권익옹호를 하는 제도로서 역할을 하고 있는지 그 경험과 과제를 탐구하는 것이다. 연구방법은 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)의 근거이론을 이용하여 공공 후견법인 후견업무 실무자 11명을 대상으로 전문가인터뷰를 실시하고, 과정분석과, 유형분석 등을 통해 실천모형을 제시하였다. 연구결과로는 정신장애인의 공공후견서비스를 통해, 후견의 권리옹호의 가능성과 시설의 긍정적인 태도변화 및 정신장애인의 권리회복을 위한 방향성 확립 등이 도출되었다. 공공후견법인 종사자들은 후견인에 대한 과도한 권한 부여나 업무 과정에서의 여러 어려움을 경험하지만 정신장애인들의 권리를 옹호하고 자기결정권을 지원할 수 있는 경험을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 후견서비스의 필요성과 확대의 당위성을 제시하였다.

패션브랜드 판매원의 판매서비스와 조직구성원 관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Sales Services and Organizational Member Relationships of Fashion Brand Salesperson on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of sales services and organizational member relationships of fashion brand salespersons on job performance and job satisfaction, as well as how job performance, job satisfaction, salesperson services, and organizational member relationships differ according to the sales career and job position. The data were collected by administering a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, the basic services of the salesperson comprised factors such as 'consideration and convenience', 'appearance and dress', and 'kindness and greeting', which are considered better variables to explain job performance than job satisfaction. Second, the salesperson's professional service consisted of 'fashion product knowledge', 'professional self-management', and 'store display technology' factors, which are good variables to predict job performance. Third, the relationship between the members of a salesperson's organization consists of factors such as 'headquarters relations', 'colleague relations', and 'emotional labor', which was better for explaining job satisfaction than job performance. Fourth, depending on the position, professional salespeople exhibited significantly higher values in job performance, basic and professional services of salespersons, and 'headquarters relations' factors, whereas there were no significant differences in job satisfaction, 'colleague relations' and 'emotional labor'. Lastly, the more sales career, the higher the job performance, and the basic services, professional services, and 'headquarters relations' factors of salespeople were also good.

공공도서관 사서의 전문직 정체성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Professional Identity of Public Librarians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 사서의 전문직 정체성 수준을 측정하고, 관련 요인을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역의 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 2021년 10월 28일~11월 18일까지 설문조사를 수행하여 375부의 유효한 응답 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공공도서관 사서는 '자체 규제에 대한 신념' 영역의 평균이 가장 높았으며, '직업에 대한 소명 의식', '공공서비스에 대한 신념', '전문직 단체의 활용', '자율성' 영역 순으로 나타났다. 또한 공공도서관 사서의 전문직 정체성은 도서관의 설립 주체, 운영 방식에 영향을 받지 않는 한편 응답자가 근무하는 도서관의 관장의 사서직 여부와 사서의 경력과 연령, 직위는 사서의 전문직 정체성에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 Hall(1968)의 전문직 정체성 측정 도구를 사용하여 국내 공공도서관 사서의 전문직 정체성의 수준을 5개의 영역별로 분석하였다는 점과 국내 도서관의 특성을 공공도서관 사서의 전문직 정체성 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석하고자 했던 점에서 의의가 있다.

Sentiment Analysis for COVID-19 Vaccine Popularity

  • Social media is used for various purposes including entertainment, communication, information search, and voicing their thoughts and concerns about a service, product, or issue. The social media data can be used for information mining and getting insights from it. The World Health Organization has listed COVID-19 as a global epidemic since 2020. People from every aspect of life as well as the entire health system have been severely impacted by this pandemic. Even now, after almost three years of the pandemic declaration, the fear caused by the COVID-19 virus leading to higher depression, stress, and anxiety levels has not been fully overcome. This has also triggered numerous kinds of discussions covering various aspects of the pandemic on the social media platforms. Among these aspects is the part focused on vaccines developed by different countries, their features and the advantages and disadvantages associated with each vaccine. Social media users often share their thoughts about vaccinations and vaccines. This data can be used to determine the popularity levels of vaccines, which can provide the producers with some insight for future decision making about their product. In this article, we used Twitter data for the vaccine popularity detection. We gathered data by scraping tweets about various vaccines from different countries. After that, various machine learning and deep learning models, i.e., naive bayes, decision tree, support vector machines, k-nearest neighbor, and deep neural network are used for sentiment analysis to determine the popularity of each vaccine. The results of experiments show that the proposed deep neural network model outperforms the other models by achieving 97.87% accuracy.

일선 간호관리자를 위한 리더십 훈련 프로그램 개발 (A Study on the development of leadership training program for first-line nurse managers)

  • The health care environment becomes more competitive every day. It has fallen to nurse managers - from vice presidents of patient care to nurse managers and their assistants - to recruit and develop a workforce that successfully meets the needs of both patients and the organization. This means employees who demonstrate advanced critical thinking skills, creative problem solving, and sound decision making skills combined with clinical skills and patient advocacy. The environment which nurse managers create and the way they relate to their workforce, are pivotal to organizational viability. Especially leadership of first -line nurse managers contributes to the success of their organizations. First-line nurse managers are deserved to be one of the most administrative supervisors through the middle stratum in a hospital organization as being a manager in the field service if assessed from the overall aspects of hospital, as being an interim managers in the nursing department as well as being a supreme supervisor in a unit in terms of an organizational structure in the hospital. Similarly, as a compete leader, the first-line nurse managers have not only a professional which is qualified to perform a role of appropriate coordination with medical staff and key personnel but also hold an important key position a being responsible for performing his or her given role. The first-line nurse manager is expected to manage human and fiscal resources in ways not required before. While an identified need for well-prepared first-line nurse manager continues to plague the profession, first-line nurse managers often have difficulty providing the leadership required. The need leadership training to function effectively in their positions. But we hardly find a useful leadership training program for first-line nurse managers, therefore the purpose of this study was to developed the leadership training program for them. The steps of leadership program development were below: 1st step, 2 studies were done before develop a leadership program. One was done to ask to first-line nurse managers what they want to learn through leadership training, the other one was to ask the staff nurses what their opinions are for their first-line nurse managers leadership. 2nd step was searching other leadership programs contents. The results of this study were below: The total amount of hours is 24. Leadership training program contents are : Future of nursing profession (210min), understanding basic factor's of leadership and leadership theories(310 min), self understanding as first- line nurse managers(320 min), basic principle and practice of interpersonal relationship(210 min), assertiveness training, conflict management (180min), and group study(210min). This is challenging time to be a leader, especially in nursing. As nurse managers look toward the new millennium, it seems as through the same struggles are ahead that are behind. So nurse managers need to embrace change with a positive attitude. They need to demonstrate risk taking and support it in their staffs. All these things are possible that after they participate the leadership training program.

자기조직화 지도를 활용한 성장모형 기반의 시장 성장패턴 지도 구축: ICT제품을 중심으로 (Development of Market Growth Pattern Map Based on Growth Model and Self-organizing Map Algorithm: Focusing on ICT products)

  • 시장 예측은 일정 기간 동안 소비자에게 판매되는 동종 제품 또는 서비스의 수량 혹은 매출액의 규모를 추정하는 활동으로 정의할 수 있다. 정확한 시장 예측은 기업의 입장에서 새로운 제품의 도입시기 결정, 제품 설계, 생산계획 수립, 마케팅 전략 수립 등에 활용됨으로써 경영활동에 있어 효율적인 의사결정을 내릴 수 있게 하고, 정부의 입장에서는 발전 가능성이 있는 분야에 국가예산을 더 배분할 수 있는 효율적인 예산수립이 가능하게 한다. 본 연구는 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technology: ICT) 분야의 제품 및 서비스에 대해서 과거의 시계열 자료를 이용하여 시장 성장곡선을 도출하고, 성장패턴이 비슷한 그룹으로 분류하여, 산업 내 시장에 대해 이해하고, 제품들의 미래 전망을 예측하는 데 목적이 있다. 다양한 아이템들을 통일되고 일관적인 방법으로 예측하기 위하여, 로지스틱 모형, 곰페르츠 모형, Bass 모형의 세 가지 전통적인 성장모형과 로지스틱 모형이나 곰페르츠 모형에서 도출되는 잠재시장 크기를 Bass 모형에 결합시킨 두 가지 하이브리드 성장모형을 개발하여 비교 분석하였다. 데이터 설명력이 우수한 로지스틱 + Bass 모형을 최적의 모형으로 선정하여 ICT 제품 및 서비스들 각각의 시장 성장곡선 모수를 확인하였다. 도출된 모수를 데이터로 하여, 자기조직화 지도 알고리즘을 통해, 5개의 의미 있는 영역으로 구분된 시장 성장패턴 지도가 구축되었는데, 각 영역별로 차별화된 특징과 성장패턴을 가지고 있었다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프로세스 및 시스템은 산업 시장 분석 시스템의 수요 예측 기능으로 활용될 수 있으며, ICT 산업뿐만 아니라 다양한 산업 및 분야에도 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
