This study aims to explore the combinations of services and technologies for academic libraries to use based on librarians' perception and establish effective service strategies accordingly. The literature review facilitated an understanding of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies impacting the libraries. We discovered how technologies are transforming library services. We analyzed the academic library services to categorize their service structure. The survey revealed the necessity of introducing technology for each service category and the appropriate automation levels of services based on the perception of librarians. The survey results identified nine prioritized combinations of academic library services and technologies. Based on the analysis, we proposed the service-technology strategies for each category. This study has significance in exploring the potential for introducing and utilizing new technologies to enhance academic library services and exploring ways to combine services and technologies based on the common opinion of librarians.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on e-commerce utilization performance in B2B market. Measurement factors derived from the survey were examined, and whether they had a positive effect on the performance of e-commerce utilizing was examined. The survey period was conducted on the Likert-5 score scale for about four months from November 2021 to February 2022, and 2,200 copies were distributed online and offline, and a total of 268 copies were used for empirical analysis. The moderating effect of the research methodology was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and PROCESS MACRO. Three factors of service quality were secured and the influence relationship on e-commerce utilization performance was derived. Study results were as follows. First, interaction, logistics and economics have a positive effect on the level of e-commerce utilization. It means SMEs can increase the level of use of e-commerce as they produce and deliver goods with high economic contribution from the perspective of foreign companies, accuracy of goods transportation services, and purchasing companies. Second, It was confirmed that the effect of service quality on the utilization performance of e-commerce varies depending on the degree of corporate image. Therefore, it will be important to plan a management strategy first to improve service quality in order to increase e-commerce activities.

Despite the growing importance of the logistics industry, it has been socially recognized as a 3D job and is perceived as a field of lower professional identity since the workers themselves think that they are engaged in a less important job. According to the related researches, it shows that professional identity affects the quality of service to customers, and applying it to the workers who are engaged in the logistics industry should be a meaningful subject of research. Therefore, this study intends to look into the impact of professional identity by managers in logistics centers on their service orientation and job engagement. To this end, this study surveyed managers in logistics centers across the country and conducted exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis through structural equation models. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of professional identity, recognition of professionalism did not have a significant effect on service orientation and job engagement, while acquisition recognition and range cognition had significant effects on it. Second, service orientation had a significant effect on job engagement. It believes that this study suggested implications for educational institutions and logistics companies that develop human resources of logistics in the aspect of that it presented the importance of developing human resources of logistics as well as the directivity to where the working environment such as the autonomy in their works and the extension of their authority should take their way.

Technical advancement in the field of world-class railway has brought the development of passenger safety, efficient operation and fast passenger service. The study of the railway speed-up has been progressed for a long time. As for the speed-up of trunkline railways, its design work has already promoted in some railway tacks and some track sections has already been under construction. In such a perspective we should review if the domestic signaling system is the optimal system and figure out the trend of signaling system for the speed-up that is recently applied over the world. In this way learning about justification and futurition, we should secure the national competitiveness in the long term and review the system available to international exports. Further, it is important to apply the result to the research project currently being pursued. In addition, predicting the recent international trends, we should show the direction of the future-oriented and economic signaling system.

Purpose: This integrative review study was done to analyze methods used for validation studies in Korean nursing research. Methods: In this study, the literature on instrument development in nursing research from Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) and major nursing journal databases in Korea were examined. The MeSH search terms included 'nursing', 'instrument', 'instrument development', 'validation' and 189 articles were included in the review. Results: The most frequently reported validity type was content validity, followed by construct validity, and criterion validity. One third reported a single type of validity, and 15% of the studies demonstrated three kinds of validity at the same time. In about 40% of the studies, both content and construct validity were examined. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to provide a wider variety of evidence to establish whether instruments are valid enough to use in nursing research.

This research is basically deals with an inventory distribution system with several regional sales branches. Under the continuous review policy, each sales branch places an order to its supplier whenever on hand plus on order inventory falls on the order point, and the order quantity is received after elapsing a certain lead time. This research first shows the method how to apply the product with low lever of demand into the continuous review policy. For the application, we use an order level as the maximum level of inventory during an order cycle. Also we analyze the lost sales case as a customer behavior. Further we use variable demands and variable lead times for more realistic situation. Based on the above circumstances, the research mainly discusses those methods to decide the optimal order level, order point, and order quantity for each sales branch which guarantees the system wide goal level of service, while keeping the minimum level of the system wide total inventory.

This paper discusses the properties of RCA, the effects of RCA use on concrete material properties, and the large scale impact of RCA on structural members. The review study yielded the following findings in regards to concrete material properties: (1) replacing NA in concrete with RCA decreases the compressive strength, but yields comparable splitting tensile strength; (2) the modulus of rupture for RCA concrete was slightly less than that of conventional concrete, likely due to the weakened the interfacial transition zone from residual mortar; and (3) the modulus of elasticity is also lower than expected, caused by the more ductile aggregate. As far as the structural performance is concerned, beams with RCA did experience greater midspan deflections under a service load and smaller cracking moments. However, structural beams did not seem to be as affected by RCA content as materials tests. Most of all, the ultimate moment was moderately affected by RCA content. All in all, it is confirmed that the use of RCA is likely a viable option for structural use.

Motion picture industry in Korea has been growing constantly and aroused various kinds of research attention. Particularly, the introduction of official box-office database service brought quantitative studies. However, approaches based on diffusion models have been rarely found with domestic film markets. In addition to the fundamental statistical review on Korea and US film markets, we applied a diffusion model to daily box-office revenue. Unlike conventional preference of Gamma distribution on the film markets, estimation results proved that BMIC can also explain the trend of daily revenue successfully. The comparison with BMIC showed that there is a distinctive difference in diffusion patterns of Korea and US film markets. Generally, word-of-mouth effect appeared more significant in Korea.

Expanding product variety and high customer service provision place an enormous burden on demand forecasting and the matching of supply with demand in a supply chain. Postponement of product differentiation has been found to be powerful means to improve supply chain performance in the presence of increasing product variety. Delaying the point of product differentiation implies that the process would not commit the work-in-process into a particular finished product until a later point. This paper reviews the recent analytical models that quantify the value of delayed product differentiation. We conclude the literature review by summarizing and synthesizing the economic evaluation of the postponement and outline directions for future research.

Vaccination is one of the most important and cost-effective methods of preventing infectious diseases. Over the past decade, scientific in molecular biology and immunology have improved understanding of many diseases and led to the development of novel strategies for vaccination. An ideal vaccine would induce effective immunity specific for the type of infection, have long duration, require minimal or no boosters, have safety, would not induce adverse reaction, and be easy to administer. The desire to meet these criteria has resulted in the development of vaccines that do not depend on the use of the viable disease agent. It is not the intent of this review to give an extensive review of the field of vaccinology, but rather to address characteristics of conventional and genetically engineered vaccines.
