테넌트 요구사항 기반의 클라우드 서비스 추천 방법 (The Method for Cloud Service Recommendation Based on Requirements of Tenant)

  • 클라우드 서비스가 다양해지고 그 수가 급격히 증가하면서 클라우드 서비스 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하기가 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 사용자와 제공자 사이에서 클라우드 서비스를 중개해주는 클라우드 서비스 브로커라는 개념이 제시되었다. 클라우드 서비스 브로커의 핵심적인 역할은 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 서비스를 찾아주는 것이다. 그러나 현재 제시된 클라우드 서비스 브로커 대부분은 클라우드 서비스 전문가의 도움으로 사용자의 요구사항을 분석하는 수동적인 과정이 수행되고 있으며, 체계적으로 기능적, 비기능적 요구사항을 분석하는 과정이 미흡하다. 따라서 유사한 기능을 가지고 있는 클라우드 서비스 중 사용자의 요구사항의 중요도를 분석해서 가장 근접한 서비스의 선택을 지원해줄 수 있는 요구사항 분석 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 쌍대비교법을 응용하여 클라우드 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구사항을 분석하고 각 서비스의 명세에 따른 점수를 계산하여 그 결과에 따라 클라우드 서비스를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • 실제 물리적 공간에 유비쿼터스 서비스를 개발하여 실현하는 작업이 유비쿼터스 지능 공간 구축을 위해 진행 중에 있다. 또한 이와 같은 유비쿼터스 지능 공간 개발은 전 세계적으로 다양한 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 지능 공간을 개발하기 위한 방법론 중에서 먼저 시나리오를 제작 분석하고 이에 따라 요구분석과 설계를 하기도 하며 역으로 개발에 고려하고 있는 유비쿼터스 기술로 먼저 설계나 요구분석을 실시하고 이후에 시나리오를 통하여 실현 가능성을 보이기도 한다. 그러나 시나리오 제작과 요구분석이 상호 유사한 내용을 공유하고 있음에도 불구하고 별도로 제작하는 과정에서 불일치와 많은 노력이 소모된다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 시나리오 제작과 요구분석 문서를 생성하는 시스템을 제안하는 것이다.

방문요양.방문목욕 장기요양기관의 요양보호사 업무수행 요구도 분석 (Analysis of Performance Requirement for Long-term Care Workers of Home Visit Care and Home Visit Bathing based on Korean Long-term Care Insurance System)

  • As same time of starting on the Korean Long-term Care Insurance System, the government developed a program to train new qualification of long-term care workers. The number of enrolled long-term care workers are 950,000 persons in 2010. Mostly they are working in home based care work places such as home visit care centers and home visit bathing centers covered insurance. The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of task performance requirement according to long-term care workers' responsibilities which divided into home visiting care and home visiting bathing. The comparison analysis was conducted to task performance requirement in basic management, safety management, administration management, practical services. Key result was found that task performance requirement of long-term care workers whose responsibilities are home visiting care were more higher than the home visiting bathing. Finally, To improve quality of home visiting care and home visiting bathing, it is necessary to provide the fields based continuing education and reflect new reimburse system.

외식 통계 계정 필요도 분석 (The Requirement analysis of Food service statistical indicator on Food service Industry)

  • The purpose of the study to examine the requirement of food service statistical account. the questionnaire was composed of two part: the traits of food service statistical accounts by USA and Japan and demographic characteristics. 325 questionnaires were distributed by mail to the member of Korean Food service Management Society and Korea university and college Culinary Management Faculty Association and 92 questionnaires were returned. the data was completed using the SPSS for frequency, mean, t-test, and ANOVA test. As a result of the follows. the 23 traits showed a high priority placed. Seeing the category, Number of customer, unit volume, solid waste, and information technology and application were higher than employee information. Comparing company members to academic members, both of them thought that dimension of unit, sales result, and number of customer. However, company member group indicated that employee information was important.

Evaluation of nutritional adequacy after investigating amino acid and mineral content in pet food distributed in South Korea

  • Among the nutrients in feed, amino acids and minerals are important for the growth and development of pets. In particular, interest in nutritional components related to the health of pets is increasing as pet-raising households and pet food markets have recently grown. Therefore, in this study, 55 pet food products distributed in South Korea were purchased, and the content of 3 essential and conditionally essential amino acids (taurine, lysine, arginine) and 4 minerals (Ca, P, Na, K) was investigated. Among the three amino acids, arginine was found to have the highest content, and the average content was 1.79 and 1.37 % in cat and dog foods, respectively. On the other hand, the taurine content was the lowest, but it was found to be higher than the minimum requirement of 0.10 % for cats set by the American Association for Feed Control (AAFCO) and the European Federation of Pet Food Industries (FEDIAF). As a result of the four-component analysis of minerals, the content of Ca was found to be the highest, and the average content was confirmed to be 1.64 and 1.25 % in cat and dog food, respectively. On the other hand, Na was the lowest, but it was higher than the AAFCO minimum requirement and FEDIAF minimum requirement for young cat and dog food. Among all 55 samples examined, the content of the three amino acids and the four inorganic components was confirmed to be suitable for the recommended minimum intake and maximum allowable intake presented by AAFCO and FEDIAF.

Classification and Evaluation of Service Requirements in Mobile Tourism Application Using Kano Model and AHP

  • Purpose The emergence of mobile applications has simplified our life in various ways. Regarding tourism activities, mobile applications are already efficient in providing personalized tourism related information and are very much effective in booking hotels, flights, etc. However, there are very few studies on classifying the actual service requirements and improving the customer satisfaction in mobile tourism applications. The purpose of this study is to implement a practical mobile tourism application. To serve the purpose, we classify and categorize the service requirement of mobile tourism applications in Korea. We employed Kano model and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Specifically, we conducted a focus group study to find out the service requirements in mobile tourism applications. Design/methodology/approach The data for this study were collected from Koreans and Foreigners who has the experience using mobile tourism applications. Participants needed to be familiar with mobile tourism applications because such users may be more aware of the mobile tourism applications services. We analyzed 147 valid data using Kano model and conducted AHP analysis on five experts in the field of tourism using Expert Choice software. Findings In this paper, we identified the 17 service quality requirements in the mobile tourism applications. The results reveal that the service requirement such as Geo-location map, Multilingual option, Compatibility with different operating systems were unavoidable service, absent of such requirements leads to the dissatisfaction. Based on the results of the integrated application of both Kano model and AHP analysis, this study provide specific implications for improving the service quality of the mobile tourism applications in Korea.

주서비스와 보조서비스를 갖는 시스템 설계 (A Design Problem of a System Working at Both Primary Service and Secondary Service)

  • In this paper, we consider a system working at both primary service and secondary service. A server can switch between the primary service and the secondary service or it can be assigned to secondary service as a dedicated server. A service policy is characterized by the number of servers dedicated to the secondary service and a rule for switching the remaining servers between two services. The primary service system is modelled as a Markovian queueing system and the throughput is a function of the number of servers, buffer capacity, and service policy. And the secondary service system has a service level requirement strategically determined to perform the service assigned. There is a revenue obtained from throughput and costs due to servers and buffers. We study the problem of simultaneously determining the optimal total number of servers, buffers, and service policy to maximize profit of the system subject to both an expected customer waiting time constraint of the primary service and a service level constraint of the secondary service and develop an algorithm which can be successfully applied with the small number of computations.

  • As Korea's global IT sourcing is sluggish and supply of qualified IT personnel does not meet the demand, IT developers currently do not worry about their job security. The sluggish global sourcing is attributed to the lack of system design and analysis skills as well as lack of communication skills of IT personnel. Most of big Korean IT service firms operate in captive market. This is also attributed to the cause of the sluggish global sourcing. Some IT managers, especially in global IT service firms, concerned about the negative long term effect of the sluggish global sourcing on competitiveness and human infra capability of Korea's IT service industry. Managers in IT service firms expect skill requirement changes in the future when global sourcing becomes active. The skills and knowledge that they wish to retain in-house is business knowledge, system analysis and design knowledge, customer relation management skills, project management skills and industry knowledge. The jobs with the above knowledge usually involve customers.

  • 현재 모바일 또는 유비쿼터스 시스템을 포함한 하이테크 통신 기술의 중요성과 관련된 비즈니스 분야는 성장세를 거듭하고 있다. 개인적 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 웰빙의 의미에서, ICT 기술은 선택이 아니라 필요 사항이 되고 있다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 u-휘트니스에 대상으로 TAM의 수용과 관련된 사용자의 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 인식한다. 이는 다중회귀분석을 통하여 그 사용자 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한다. 이러한 분석 결과와 연계하여 본 연구의 두 번째 목적은 QFD 방법을 사용하여 그 u-헬스 시스템에의 적용 가능성을 제시한다. 즉 본 연구는 QFD 방법을 사용하여 사용자 요구사항과 관련된 특성에 그 TAM의 외부 변수들을 결합할 수 있다는 가능성을 제안하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 결과에 근간하여 그 적합한 시스템이 구축되고 개발될 수 있을 것이다.

SOA를 위한 온톨로지 기반의 서비스 도출 방법론 (A Methodology for Ontology-based Service Drawing for SOA)

  • Even though several methodologies for SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) have been proposed, in practical aspects most of them have some problems since they fail to propose specific policies in definition and identification of a service. This paper proposes a service modeling methodology. SOMO(Service Oriented Modeling using Ontology), which draws proper services in the process of defining and identifying services. SOMO defines a service ontology based on service definition and characteristics in SOA. The service drawing process consists of 3 steps : requirement analysis, service identification, and service definition. SOMO is expected to increase the degree of reuse and facilitates the definition and search of services by using service ontology. In addition, it clearly allows the definition and identification of services, satisfying the user requirements.
