A DQN-based Two-Stage Scheduling Method for Real-Time Large-Scale EVs Charging Service

  • With the rapid development of electric vehicles (EVs) industry, EV charging service becomes more and more important. Especially, in the case of suddenly drop of air temperature or open holidays that large-scale EVs seeking for charging devices (CDs) in a short time. In such scenario, inefficient EV charging scheduling algorithm might lead to a bad service quality, for example, long queueing times for EVs and unreasonable idling time for charging devices. To deal with this issue, this paper propose a Deep-Q-Network (DQN) based two-stage scheduling method for the large-scale EVs charging service. Fine-grained states with two delicate neural networks are proposed to optimize the sequencing of EVs and charging station (CS) arrangement. Two efficient algorithms are presented to obtain the optimal EVs charging scheduling scheme for large-scale EVs charging demand. Three case studies show the superiority of our proposal, in terms of a high service quality (minimized average queuing time of EVs and maximized charging performance at both EV and CS sides) and achieve greater scheduling efficiency. 공감모듈과 신뢰가 의료서비스 품질 및 의료 신뢰, 행복에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Sympathy Module and Trust on Medical Service Quality, Medical Trust and Happiness)

  • There are a lot of effort to improve medical service quality and medical trust in Korean Medicine. However, in spite of importance of personalized medicine, there are still few research about it. Thus, the purpose of this study is to grope ways to improve medical service quality and medical trust by sympathy module group and personalized trust. People over 19 were participated in investigation. We divided respondents into 4 groups depending on sympathy module group and 2 groups depending on speed of trust. Questionnaire was consisted of questions about sympathy module group, speed of trust, medical service quality, medical trust, satisfaction and happiness. This questionnaires were conducted through personal interviews. Total 220 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. Rational type had the highest proportion. At Medical service quality scale, Prevention focus group had most highest figure on Confidence. Promotion focus group and Rational Group had most highest figure on Sympathy. At Medical trust scale, Medical team had the highest proportion at all group. Prevention focus group put more emphasis on sense of sanitation, At Satisfaction and Happiness scale, Satisfaction and Happiness was most affected by Trust in Sincerity and Ability. This study can be very useful for composing kit of treatment of personalized medicine. But this study has also some limits such as respondent selection, disease selection etc. So, more detailed and comprehensive survey is needed.

온.오프라인 채널에서 지각된 품질이 서비스의 개인가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -인지욕구의 조정효과를 중심으로- (A Study on Perceived Quality affecting the Service Personal Value in the On-off line Channel - Focusing on the moderate effect of the need for cognition -)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 시장에서의 지각된 품질과 개인가치간의 인과적 관계 및 고객의 인지욕구에 따른 온 오프라인상의 조절효과에 대해 실증분석하였으며 이를 통해 개인가치에 대한 서비스 전략과 마케팅 관리의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 서비스 시장에서 서비스 제공자와 구매자간의 장기적 거래관계의 중요성이 크게 부각됨에 따라 관계구축 및 강화에 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 개인가치에 관한 연구는 학계뿐만 아니라 실무적으로도 고객관계관리의 관점에서 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다. 실증분석을 위해 대형마트(할인점)와 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며 온 오프라인의 비교분석을 통한 차이검증을 위한 인과적 구성모델에 대해 구조방정식 모델분석을 통해 가설검증하였다. 구성모델에 대한 분석결과 물리적 환경, 상호작용 품질, 그리고 결과품질로 구성된 지각된 품질은 안정적 삶, 사회적 인식, 사회적 통합으로 구성된 서비스 개인가치에 통계적으로 매우 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 집단간 차이효과분석을 통해서도 온 오프라인에 따른 조정효과는 온라인에서보다는 오프라인에서 더 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 온라인상에서의 서비스에 대한 인지욕구가 높을 때보다는 오프라인상에서의 서비스에 대한 인지욕구가 높을 때 개인가치에 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 구성모델에 대한 적합도 역시 수용할만한 수준인 것으로 나타났다.

CoffeeSERV측정모형을 활용한 커피전문점 서비스품질의 가치지각, 고객만족, 행동의도의 영향관계 연구: 조절초점동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impacts of the Service Quality of Coffee Shop Adapting the CoffeeSERV on Customer's Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention: Focusing on Regulatory Focus Theory)

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention of coffee shop using CoffeeSERV scale. In this model, CoffeeSERV scale consists of fundamental characteristics, physical environment, confidence, beverage characteristics, and representation factors. In particular, this study tried to demonstrate the moderating effect of customer's regulatory focus orientation among in the relationships between service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study intends to expand the existing service quality research by using the coffee shop service quality measurement tool developed by domestic researchers. I wanted to find some implications for the trend. In particular, this study applied the regulatory focus theory to identify individual differences of customers regulatory focusing motivation. In order to verify several hypotheses, the data were 227 college students and analyzed with SPSS/PC 21.0 and SmartPLS 3 program. The moderating role of customer's regulatory focusing motivation was tested using multi-group analysis with SmartPLS 3 program. Results - The resutls are as follows. First, the fundamental characteristic factors only had a significant influence on the utilitarian value perception, but in the hedonic value perception, all other service factors except for the beverage characteristic had a statistically significant effect. Second, utilitarian and hedonic value had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the regulatory focus orientation played a moderating role in the relationship between beverage characteristic - utilitarian value, representation - utilitarian value, fundamental characteristic - hedonic value, physical environment - hedonic value, confidence - hedonic value, and utilitarian value - behavioral intention. Conclusions - The results of this study show that the various service quality factors that make up the CoffeeSERV scale have different effects on utilitarian and hedonic value. This means that perceived benefits from product and service experience have different impacts on the customer's experience. Therefore, marketers should identify the impacts of service quality dimension that customers who use coffee shops consider important, understand the impact process of these quality factors on experience value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention, and allocate limited marketing budget. The results also show that it is possible to establish differentiatied response strategies using customer's regulatory focus orientation to find ways to enhance utlitarian and hedonic value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention using various Coffeeshop service quality factors. At the end of this paper, some limitations and future research directions were suggested.

대형할인점 의류매장의 서비스품질, 가격과 품질지각, 및 점포이미지가 점포애호도에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Service Quality, Perceived Price and Product Quality, and Store Image on Store Loyalty)

  • The goal of this study was to investigate the impacts of service quality, product quality, and perceived price on store loyalty of the clothes shops at a large-scale discount store. The subjects were 357 female adults living in Suncheon City, Jeollanam Province. The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from June 1 to 30, 2006. The collected data were factor and reliability analyzed using the SPSS program. And Regression was used to verified the relationships between the constructs. Among the five hypotheses set in the research model, total four were selected through empirical analysis and the rest one were rejected. The empirical results showed the following managerial implications. First, consumer' perceived service quality has a positive relationship with store image and store loyalty. Second, product quality has a positive relationship with store image. Third, store image has positively related with store loyalty. Fourth, perceived price has not significantly related with store loyalty. Finally, store image in large-scale discount store is 'sales people', 'VMD/atmosphere', and 'assortment' on forming the store image. Especially, 'assortment', 'oust and friendship', and 'symbol' have significantly related with store loyalty.

Enhancing the Competitiveness of Organic Food Shops Using the SERVQUAL Scale

  • Purpose - This study focused on consumer perceptions of service quality in organic food shops, the innovativeness of organic products, and which SERVQUAL sub-dimensions increase purchase intentions. Another purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between consumer perceptions of organic food shops, their direct interest in organic food, and their purchase intentions. Research design, data, and methodology - We tested our hypothesized model within a structural equation modeling (SEM) framework, utilizing path-analysis implementation. The AMOS 18.0 software was used, and we found that it fit very well with the observed data. Results - The results of the full model (structural and measurement models) indicated the following fit indices: χ2=39.492, degree of freedom=25, provability level=0.033, RMR=0.047, GFI=0.948, AGFI=0.906, NNFI=0.958, CFI=0.984, and RMSEA=0.060. The effects of service quality on purchase intention, service quality on innovativeness, and innovativeness on purchase intention we resignificant. We also examined the statistical significance of the mediation effects using the Sobeltest and found further evidence to support service quality and purchase intention through innovation. Conclusions - These results suggest that, if organic food shops want to achieve a greater level of competitiveness, they must try to raise the quality of their service and actively promote the innovativeness of organic food.

대학행정서비스 품질측정에 관한 연구 -SERVQUAL을 이용한 품질측정- (A Study on the Measuring Service Quality of University Organizations by SERVQUAL)

  • Recently, administrators of Korean university are struggling to survive against rapidly changing environment. But, the customer service of university organizations are generally recognized inferior to those of business service. Thus, the measuring of service quality is the beginning of works to improve customer service in university. SERVQUAL is known the most generalized scale to measure service quality. After SERVQUAL was published as a measure of perceived service quality by PZB(1985), several arguments have been made against its validity and the other measures have been suggested by Tears(1993), Cronin and Taylor(1992). Therefore, this paper reviews about SERVQUAL controversies. Also, this paper analyzed the dimensions of service quality and its relevant concepts. For this empirical study, 288 respondents drawn from university student in Pusan area are collected and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by using regression analysis. The results of empirical study are as follows. (1) three dimensions of service quality(specialty, reliability, tangiables) are perceived from factor analysis. (2) dimensions of service quality are related to the overall service quality and customer satisfaction, especially specialty is varified as the most important dimension. (3) customer satisfaction affects repurchase intention and word-of-mouth effect positively. In conclusion, however this study have a few limitations about sampling and questionnaire, offers some strategic directions for improving the service quality of university organizations.

일부 전문대학 치위생과 교육 서비스 품질이 학생만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of education service quality on major satisfaction in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of education service quality on major satisfaction in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 271 dental hygiene students in Seoul from April 1 to 20, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects(6 items), education service quality (27 items), and major satisfaction of students(23 items). The instrument for education service quality was adapted from Parasuraman and modified by Park & Lee. Likert 5 point scale adaptation included physical environment, reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy, class professors, administrative facilities, and school activities accessibility. Cronbach's alpha test in the study was 0.956 in education service quality and 0.951 in major satisfaction. Results: The education service quality was 3.1 points. The lower grade students tended to have the higher education service quality (p<0.001). The satisfaction to class professors was 3.2 points. The education service quality had a significant positive relation to major satisfaction. The satisfaction was positively influenced by physical environment, responsiveness, certainty, and empathy. Conclusions: A positive motivation to education service quality leads to major satisfaction. A variety of strategies are very important to enhance the education specialization.

공기업의 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study to the evaluation Service Quality of Public Corporations)

  • One of the important components of this administrative reform is customer satisfaction. Every public enterprises introduced the Service Charter and Korean government took Customer satisfaction as the key index of public sector performance assessment. Most public enterprises introduced customer satisfaction management in an attempt to improve the quality of customer service. The government granted high incentives to excellent business innovative enterprises and developed additional indices, which are related to CS. From now on, every Korean enterprises must embody feasible customer satisfaction management and improve the quality of customer service In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the public enterprise based on the Service Quality Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the five categories within the Service Quality: responsiveness, convenience, tangibility, sympathy and reliability, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model.

A Study on the Difference in Expectation-Performance of Service Recovery Measurement Scale's 4 Dimensions both Korean Native Cattle Beef and Imported Beef Restaurant

  • A considerable amount of research has focused on the dimensionality of service failure and recovery construct. This paper is focused on service failure and recovery in the Korean native cattle and imported beef restaurant industry in the Korea. So, this paper has adapted Kau and Loh's Service recovery measurement scale so that restaurant managers can use it to determine how customers perceive the service quality in Korean native cattle beef restaurant and imported beef restaurant. The purpose of this research is to test the difference in pre-purchase expectation and post-purchase actual performance of 4 dimensions between the restaurants that sell the beef of Korean native cattle and imported cattle. The paired t -test is used to test difference of pre-purchase expectation and post-purchase actual performance for service recovery measurement scale's 4 dimensions of the 2 restaurant types. But, there is significant difference between pre-purchase expectation and post-purchase actual performance in the 2 restaurant types.
