The purpose of this study is to verify empirically the causal relationship between service quality, ease of use, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention of mobile shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the ease of use and customer satisfaction mediating effect of between service quality and repurchase intention. Therefore, 323 university students in Jeonnam area were surveyed and the structural equation model was derived based on previous research. Service quality of mobile shopping mall make a significant effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, among service quality of mobile shopping mall, service scape like mobile interface and site design made a positive effect on purchasing satisfaction, but did not any effect on repurchase intention. In other words, service quality factors that make positive effects on customer's pleasant using and repurchase intention make a positive effect on repurchase intention when providing and using the service customer wants faithfully rather than external part of the site and mutually influencing attitude or behavior well. The implications suggested by this study are as follows. First, service quality of mobile shopping mall makes a significant effect on repurchase intention, so it's necessary to improve CS service system so as to treat customers' inquiries or inconveniences actively during mobile shopping and return and refund of defective products quickly and conveniently. And, in addition to the finally used factors in analysis process, benefits using customers' grade by number of purchases, such as various events, coupons, reserve, etc. and active contents marketing strategies providing more various pleasures and values of shopping are necessary. Second, satisfaction of mobile shopping mall makes a positive effect on repurchase intention, so visiting of site and repurchasing of product are continuously done as customers' satisfaction on shopping mall is increasing. Therefore, shopping mall site requires differentiation of contents, exact plan and practice of service, marketing, etc. so that customers can feel more satisfaction. This study is significant as it systematically analyzed concepts of components that service quality of mobile shopping mall makes an effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchase intention, verified the relations, systematized it by theoretical structure, and widened the understanding of effects making an effect on repurchase intention.
Risk factors are the reason behind cost overruns and delays in long-term large-scale IT service projects. Major risks originate from the integration of complex IT system components, including software, hardware, and solutions; the competitive bidding process; the turnkey and firm-fixed price nature of contracts; and the project execution environment. We have identified several risk factors such as delay in acceptance, low quality of deliverables, delay in payment, adding and changing requirements and scope, unclear definition of roles and responsibilities of the buyer and supplier, and unclear procedures of change and quality management during the project execution phase. One needs to manage risks proactively before signing the contract. In order to weed out or lower the risk factors well in advance, we need to identify and remove risk factors contained in contract clauses and attached contract documents. We propose a checklist for assessing IT service project contracts. To validate the checklist's utility, we applied it to an IT service project in the finance industry. The results show that the checklist is effective in identifying and removing risk factors pertaining to IT service projects.
Quality is an important factor influencing organizational performance, so it should be possible to accurately and effectively measure the quality perceived by members. The Consumer Cooperative can be seen as a retail industry by industry classification, and there are various studies based on the dimension of retail quality, but compared to the general retail industry, few studies have been conducted based on the quality level perceived by members. The purpose of this study is to develop quality dimensions and sub-attributes by analyzing in detail and elaborately how the quality of cooperative is viewed from the perspective of members who are both consumers and owners. To this end, the quality dimension of cooperative quality is needed to be newly developed and quality components are demonstrated based on previous studies on the quality dimension. The quality dimension of the cooperative was developed through prior research to suit the value of the cooperative in product, service, and social responsibility, and a survey was conducted to demonstrate the four major cooperative members in Korea. Through this, sub-dimensions were constructed and the quality dimension of the high-order model was demonstrated through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. It aims to discover key management elements in terms of quality management and provide practical implications to management.
This study investigates the impact of website contents on Internet auction success. Based on the marketing concepts of stimuli, consumer behavior, and product involvement, the research model presents the theoretical relationships between the key factors of website contents and Internet auction performance. This study examines particularly four dimensions of website contents including transaction features, auction-specific features, seller's reputation, and information quality, which are deemed to have significant impact on the Internet auction performance, Each dimension of website contents is hypothesized to have a unique impact on a bidder's decision-making, which may vary depending on the bidder's level of involvement in the product. While transaction and auction-specific features serve as necessary components for successful auctions, a seller's reputation and information quality, as parts of satisfactory requirements, acutely affect bidders' decisions, especially those with high involvement to buy the product through a particular auction site. The outcomes of the analysis, in general, support the proposed model. The study results also provide meaningful Implications on ways in which auction websites can be improved for both sellers and auction service providers.
The use of information systems improves a company's service quality and provides efficient information management. The establishment of an information system has become an essential element. In designing and developing a large number of screens when building an information system, As the number of screens increases, so does the cost and time. In addition, modifications can increase the cost of maintenance and exceed the cost of development. In order to solve these problems, there have been studies to design the screen simply and easily, but there is a shortage in reducing the maintenance cost. In this paper, we have studied the layout algorithm for managing the attributes of the screen components as data structures based on the designed screen and arranging the components on the screen. And we compared the proposed method and the methods that have been studied in the related studies. Screen component layout methods can automatically deploy screen components to consistently develop a large number of screens and reduce cost and manpower by reducing the time it takes to deploy screens.
This research tried to understand the expectation and experience level of the medical service among the foreign patients who visit South Korea for a medical tourism, and to find out the effect of expectation and experience level on the satisfaction of medical service. Data collection was done through conducting a survey of inpatients in 4 hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Total 110 cases were used for analysis. According to the study, expectation level had a significant difference between the group exposed to a word-of-mouth and the group not exposed to the word-of-mouth. The difference analysis of expectation and experience level of the foreign patients showed that all components of the service quality were satisfied. The component of perceived reliability was the only factor influencing the foreign patients' overall satisfaction on the medical service. The findings of this study will be provided a basic data for the marketing strategy which can apply to the satisfaction strategy differentiated from other countries.
The aim of this study is the development of a fee - based model day care center for the elderly by inquiring into the current condition of facilities in America and in Korea, and in surveying the opinion of domestic elderly about day care facilities. A field trip to U.S. day care services was held between July 5 and July 15 in 1997, and an on-the-spot study for domestic facilities took place during March in 1998. Our research reveals that the overall supply of day care facilities can not meet future demand in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore a model must be created for day care centers of a that consists of a director from a professional group. an adequate environment, and a standardized in order to offer a qualified public health service linked to the home and community in Korea. The director of a day care center is a critical variable in determining the quality of service. Professional skills related to the needs of the elderly and the person's quality of service should be considered in appointing director for the center. This study belleves that a professional nurse should be the director of a day care center. The operating environment of a day care facility should be made up of considerable space comparable to the number of residents, should be in a comfortable and safe location, and should have equipment that provides a qualified, safe service to the elderly. Our model is designed for 20 persons and allocates 4 Peng per person. This model is comprised of a reading room. a craft room, a health room, a room for physical therapy, a dining room, a staff office, and a multi -purpose room connected to other rooms. Day care service should be a comprehensive service program meeting the multidimensional needs of the elderly. A comprehensive service program needs a team of various professionals made up of the elderly family, participants, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, nutritionists, and medical doctors. The program will also include health care service, physical therapy, speech therapy. diet, occupational therapy, transportation service, health and an education program, etc. In conclusion, a model of a day care center is developed with the following components: a professional director and an environment and program, that considers the physical, mental, and social characteristics of the elderly. A model should also motivate self-reliance self-fulfillment in the elderly in order to fulfill their health needs and to prevent isolation from society and mental depression. Furthermore, This facility will be a beneficial factor in reducing a family's burden on caring for the elderly that includes unnecessary hospital expenses. The following is a suggestion based on results this study: A service program should be developed to fit the conditions of the elderly in Korea by specifically analyzing the needs of the elderly.

The study aimed to analyze the current situation of the electronic portal of the Northern Border University, in terms of content and components, the extent of quality of use, service assurance and integrity, linguistic coverage of objective content, in addition to assessing the efficiency of the Blackboard e-learning platform and measuring the degree of safety of the portal, in addition to measuring the extent of satisfaction, through a sample that included 135 faculty members, as the researcher was keen to apply the case study methodology with the use of the questionnaire as the main tool for measurement, and the study found that there is an average trend among faculty members in the degree of content for the components of the portal and electronic security While it rose to good use, and very good at using the Blackboard platform.

Cloud-based technology is used in different organizations around the world for various purposes. Using this technology, the service providers provide the service mainly SaaS, PaaS and while the cloud service consumer consumes the services by paying for the service they used or accessed by the principle of "pay per use". The customer of the services can get any services being at different places or locations using different machines or electronic devices. Under the conditions of being well organized and having all necessary infrastructures, the services can be accessed suitably. The identified problem in this study is that cloud providers control and monitor the system or tools by ignoring the calculation and consideration of various faults made from the cloud provider side during service delivery. There are currently problems with ignoring the consumer or client during the monitoring and mentoring system for cloud services consumed at the customer or client level by SLA provisions. The new framework was developed to address the above-mentioned problems. The framework was developed as a unified modeling language. Eight basic components are used to develop the framework. For this research, the researcher developed a prototype by using a selected cloud tool to simulate and java programming language to write a code as well as MySQL to store data during SLA. The researcher used different criteria to validate the developed framework i.e. to validate SLA that is concerned with a cloud service provider, validate what happened when the request from the client-side is less than what is specified in SLA and above what is specified in SLA as well as implementing the monitoring mechanism using the developed Monitoring component. The researcher observed that with the 1st and 3rd criteria the service level agreement was violated and this indicated that if the Service level agreement is monitored or managed only by cloud service prover, there is a violation of LSA. Therefore, the researcher recommended that the service level agreement be managed by both cloud service providers and service consumers in the cloud computing environment.
