서울지역 초등학교와 중학교 급식 종사자들의 위생관리 및 위생교육 실태 평가 (The Sanitary Performance and Sanitary Education of Elementary and Middle School Food Service Employees in the Seoul Area)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the sanitary performance and education of elementary and middle school food service employees, by administering questionnaires to 358 elementary school food service employees and 171 middle school food service employees in Seoul. The collected data were subjected to descriptive analysis and $X^2$ tests using the SPSS package program. On the questionnaire, items pertaining to personal hygiene, ingredient control, process control, safety management, and sanitation education were used to measure sanitary performance, with a maximum possible rating of 5 per each category. The results can be summarized as follows. Elementary school food service employees' had the following sanitary performances scores: personal hygiene(4.75), ingredient control(4.82), process control(4.73), safety management(4.69) and sanitation education(4.29). Middle school food service employees' had the following performance ratings: personal hygiene(4.62), ingredient control(4.71), process control(4.71), safety management(4.61) and sanitation education(4.05). In the elementary school employees, 59.8% received regular sanitation education once per month, while 67.3% of middle school employees received regular sanitation education more than once per month. At the elementary schools, food service sanitation education was conducted verbally(39.4%), while middle school sanitation education was principally carried out through the distribution of leaflets(41.5%). The average effectiveness scores for food service verbal education were 2.97 out of a possible 5 at the elementary schools and 2.94 out of 5 at the middle schools. In both elementary and middle schools, the majority of the employees attributed the low level of sanitation knowledge in food service to a lack of facilities and equipment.

LTE-Advanced 융합 망에서 서비스 자기-조직화 방법 (Service Self-Organization Method in LTE-Advanced Heterogeneous Networks)

  • 상이한 망이 공존하는 LTE-Advanced에서 기존 음성 서비스에 적용된 절차적이고 정적인 제어방식으로는 서비스 연속성을 효과적으로 지원하는 것은 현실적으로 어렵다고 여겨진다. 본 논문에서는 SON를 기반으로 서비스 연속성을 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 서비스 자기-조직화를 제시하고자 한다. SON을 통하여 가입자 단말기는 자신의 현재 상태 및 주변 기지국 정보를 수집하고, 기지국은 내부 및 인접한 기지국 모니터링으로 수집된 정보를 통하여, 관련 제어 데이터를 공유하고 이를 종합 분석하여 서비스 연속성을 자체적으로 조절/제어하는 방법을 제안한다. 서비스 자기-조직화는 단말기 및 기지국의 상태 정보 변화에 따라 관련 기능(여기서 기능은 ISHO, 셀 선정, 자원 할당, 부하 제어, QoS 매핑 등을 의미함)의 설정을 동적으로 제어하고, 각각의 기능들이 변화에 적응하여 조정되고 재구성하는 과정을 주고받으면서 각 기능들이 상호 작용하게 된다. 이러한 동작들이 서비스 자기-조직화를 통하여 서비스 연속성을 만족시키는 방향으로 이루어진다. 자원 이용률과 outage 확률을 성능척도로 하여 수행된 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 제안된 방안은 기존 방안에 비하여 더 우수한 성능을 가짐이 확인된다.

셀룰러이동망과 WLAN 간의 사용자 프로파일 기반 핸드오프 기법 (Handoff Scheme based on User Service Profile between WLAN and Cellular Mobile System)

  • 다양한 이동서비스를 지원하기 위해, 다양한 무선접속기술이 제공된다. 차세대 이동통신시스템에서 끊김없는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 이기종 무선망간의 핸드오프 서비스가 필요하다. WLAN의 고속데이터서비스가 셀룰러이동망으로 핸드오프하는 경우 셀룰러이동망 기지국의 호차단율이 급격하게 증가할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자 프로파일 기반 핸드오프 방식을 제안한다. 성능분석을 통해 제안된 핸드오프 방식 적용시 셀룰러이동망 기지국의 호차단율이 개선됨을 확인하였다.

  • 이동통신서비스가 넓게 확대되고, 서비스영역의 확대로 인해 중계기가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이동통신 서비스의 큰 서비스 구역으로 간섭제거시스템을 위한 새로운 Signed CMA알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 Signed CMA알고리즘은 조정된 스텝사이즈 값에 의해 성능이 개선된다. 우리는 Signed CMA의 평균자승에러를 개선한다. 매트랩은 실험결과에 맞춰 제안된 알고리즘과 비교 분석하여 사용한다. 수렴횟수 1000번일 때 스텝사이즈 0.0065를 가진 제안된 Signed CMA알고리즘의 최소자승에러 성능이 기존 CMA 알고리즘보다 약 5 dB 더 낫다.

패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 단서가 고객의 지각된 위험 및 만족에 미치는 영향(서울지역 대학생을 대상으로) (The Influences of Tangible Clues on Customer's Perceived Risk and Satisfaction at Family-Restaurants (Focused on University Students in Seoul))

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of tangible clues on university students' perceived risks and satisfaction at family-restaurants in Seoul. The performances of 3 tangible clues(physical evidence, employee, service process) negatively influenced the student's perceived risks. This result indicated that tangible clues can reduce the negative characteristics of service (intangibility, inseparability, perishability and variability) toward student customers at family restaurants. Meanwhile, financial risk, performance risk and social risk negatively influenced their overall satisfaction. Performance risk had the strongest negative influence on student customers' overall satisfaction, indicating that university students were much more interested in performance and utility about menu, food and service quality than in other factors at family restaurants. As a result, food-service corporations need to manage suitably various tangible clues as an important marketing strategy to diminish their customers' perceived risk and raise their satisfaction.

  • The performances of the building service equipment relay on the individual superintendent's share for the assessment of performance, fault detection, deterioration diagnosis of the building service equipment. A major use of building energy management system(BEMS) is for monitoring plant and building's energy consumption. National building management system (N-BMS) presented in this study links buildings into a network group in order to monitor and control the buildings. How to construct the N-BMS was considered to save energy resource and to conserve performance of building service equipment. The FEMIS, facility, energy/environmental management & information system, for building service offer management process integrated with BAS, FMS and EMS and so on.

A Study focused on how Korean IT Service Firms were financially impacted since the restrictions on participation of large firms

  • The government has strengthened the system of restricting participation of large corporations to limit participation in national information system construction projects and to increase participation of SME software companies. This study analyzes the financial performances of small and medium sized IT firms in Korea three years prior and 3 years after the restrictions on participation of large firm. A sample of 121 small and medium-sized IT services firms were classified into 3 groups and statistical techniques (T-test and one-way ANOVA) were used for the purpose of the analysis. In the three years after the restriction of participation of large corporations, the total assets and sales of the medium and small IT service firms were positive, but the operating profit and net profit were negative. There were many worries about the introduction of the restriction on the participation of large corporations, but many were stabilized. However, the negative impact was more pronounced for SMEs. Therefore, the reduction effect of SME IT service companies is different from the first legislative purpose of enforcing the restriction system of large enterprises, so we propose to revise the policy.

  • Wireless ATM(WATM) intends to provide a broad range of mobile multimedia services through wireless access by mobility extensions from the fixed ATM-based network. Recently, there have been active researches about new handover techniques to support terminal mobility in WATM. In this paper we classify path reestablishment schemes into full reestablishment, path rerouting with a static COS, path rerouting with a dynamic COS, and path extension. For a backward lossy handover procedure, we analyze and compare the performances of path reestablishment schemes in terms of delay, service disruption time and cell loss.

  • In this paper, we propose a cell scheduling algorithm for ABR traffic in ATM multiplexer. Proposed Algorithm can support ABR service more efficiently than existing WRR and DWRR algorithm. We evaluate the performances of proposed algorithm through computer simulation. Also, we model the VBR and the ABR traffics as ON/OFF source, and the CBR traffic as a Poisson source. And the simulation shows that proposed algorithm better performance over other cell scheduling algorithm in tem of mean cell delay time.
