이 논문은 한국의 병역의무에 대하여 남성무용수들이 갖고 있는 경향성을 살펴보고 이들이 병역특례에 대해 어떠한 인식과 경험을 하는지를 심층적으로 구명하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 연구방법은 질적연구방법을 토대로 진행하였다. 자료수집은 병역특례 남성 무용수 3인과 병역 비특례 남성 무용수 3인의 총 6명을 대상으로 비참여관찰, 심층면담, 문헌자료 수집 등을 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주화를 통해 질적분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 남성무용수들은 한국남성으로서 부여된 병역의무에 대하여 당연한 것으로 받아들이는 공통적 인식이 나타났다. 그러나 실제 병역의무이행에 대해서는 다소 부정적인 시각이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째 병역 특례자들은 다른 동료 무용수보다 높은 우월감을 느꼈으며 주위의 높은 관심으로 인해 지나친 사회적 감시를 경험하고 있었다. 또한 병역 비특례자들은 군복무를 통해 단절(경력, 경제)을 경험하며 무용에서 이탈하거나 병역특례제도에 대한 의구심을 갖는 경향성이 나타났다.

This study divided pre-service elementary school teachers' knowledge conversion into four types, socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, based on their inquiry activities on the life cycle of cabbage butterfly. As research subjects, this study collected results from 24 pre-service elementary school teachers who carried out inquires on the life cycle of cabbage butterfly for about 2 months. The type of socialization indicates the conversion of tacit knowledge into tacit knowledge, and this study found out that pre-service elementary school teachers acquired and accumulated tacit knowledge from their fellow pre-service teachers, professors and even acquaintances inside and outside the lab. However, there appeared no process that they shared their tacit knowledge with other pre-service teachers or delivered it to them. The type of externalization indicates the conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, and this study discovered some cases that pre-service elementary school teachers expressed their inner tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge. However, there was no case found that they converted the verbally-unexpressed tacit knowledge of their fellow teachers or experts into well-defined explicit knowledge. The type of combination indicates the conversion of explicit knowledge into explicit knowledge, and this study discovered some cases that they collected explicit knowledge and converted it into new explicit knowledge for the acquisition, integration and delivery or distribution of explicit knowledge. However, there were few cases that they creatively devised new explicit knowledge by acquiring new knowledge through direct observation and supplementing the existing explicit knowledge. The type of internalization indicates the conversion of explicit knowledge into tacit knowledge, and this study discovered both explicit knowledge embodied through personal experiences and explicit knowledge embodied through simulations and experiments that formed tacit knowledge in process of examining the existing explicit knowledge.

Distributed Control System(DCS) is one of the best solutions to implement control systems because it provides continuous observation of control process and execution of commands to induce proper operations. In this paper, a design of control network for DCS in nuclear power plant is proposed. The proposed control network on DCS has a simple architecture and deterministic property. Thus, the proposed control network offers hard real-time periodic service. It also has redundant media for the fault-tolerance. As a result, high safety and reliability required in nuclear power plant are guaranteed.

It is studied that the measuring method of the spectral emissivity by using hemispherical mirror with an inclined observation hole. The in-service calibration method of mirror reflectivity is also dealed with. It is possible to apply this method on measuring emissivity of conductor or non-conductor.

Six universities, four institutes and agencies, and two vendors are working for space weather in South Korea. Along with education and research activities, they have been extending ground-based observation system and upgrading space weather service, and participating in international space weather programs. Recently, several space missions for space weather have been proposed in accordance with the national space program of Korea. Here, we report and discuss the current status and future perspective of Korean community for space weather.

주거 공간에 건강관리에 필요한 서비스가 제공되는 것은 'aging in place'의 실현을 가속화할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 주거공간의 변화는 의료비를 절감하고 삶의 질을 향상하는 복지 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 고령자가 스스로 건강을 관리할 수 있도록 헬스케어 서비스(Healthcare service)를 아파트 단지 내에 적용하는 계획방안에 대해 도출하고 주거복지동의 첫 사업 대상지인 가양 7단지 영구임대주택 단지를 중심으로 내용을 전개하고자 한다. 먼저 거주자의 헬스케어 서비스 이용의향에 대해 조사하고 관심이 높은 응답자를 중심으로 실제 시범사업이 적용된 서비스의 사용모습 관찰 및 심층 인터뷰를 통해 추후 계획시 고려할 사항에 대해 도출하였다. 가양 7단지의 경우 유헬스케어 서비스에 대한 요구는 고령자보다는 고령자 진입층에서 더 강력하게 나타나지만 공통적으로 주호의 협소함으로 기기 설치 및 측정에 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 관찰조사 결과 주호는 사용자세의 불편함으로 입식구조의 측정공간 계획이 필요하며 장비보관장소도 필요하다. 그리고 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 프로그램은 건강측정, 건강관리, 외부 시설과 연계된 시설로 나눠 계획할 수 있으며, 이는 건강측정 공간을 기본형, 즉 최소형으로 하여 점차 확대 적용할 수 있다. 가양 7단지의 경우, 별도의 복지 건물이 신축되므로 기능을 복합적으로 구성하는 혼합형의 프로그램을 적용할 수 있으며, 반자립 사용자에 대한 서비스까지 확대 적용하는 계획이 필요하다.

본 연구는 해상교통관제사(이하 'VTS 관제사')의 해상교통관제(Vessel Traffic Service: 이하 'VTS') 수행 속성을 상황인식(situation awareness: 이하 'SA')과 관련된 세부 과제들의 수행 빈도와 SA 역량에 대한 주관적 평가의 측면에서 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. SA 세부 과제들에 대한 수행 빈도 자료는 3개 VTS 센터의 VTS 관제사가 보인 VTS 수행을 직접 관찰하여 수집하였고, SA 역량에 대한 주관적 평가 자료는 18개 VTS 센터에서 근무하는 VTS 관제사를 대상으로 설문조사법을 통해 수집하였다. 수행 빈도 자료는 SA의 세 수준과 각 세부 과제에 따라 비교하였고, 주관적 평가 점수에 대해서는 VTS 관제사의 성별과 근무경력을 추가적으로 고려하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, VTS 관제사는 SA 수준 중 정보지각에 해당하는 과제를 가장 높은 비율로 수행하였고, 이어서 정보통합과 예측에 해당하는 과제들을 각각 유사한 수준으로 수행하는 것이 관찰되었다. 둘째, VTS 관제사는 정보를 획득하거나 통합하는 역량에 비해 미래 상황을 예측하는 역량을 상대적으로 더 낮게 평가하였다. 셋째, 성별 차이를 비교한 결과, 남성 VTS 관제사는 여성에 비해 더 높은 수준으로 자신의 SA 역량을 평가하였다. 넷째, 성별로 근무경력에 따른 주관적 평가 차이를 비교한 결과, 남성의 경우 근무경력이 15년 이상인 VTS 관제사는 5년 미만의 VTS 관제사에 비해 SA의 모든 수준에 걸쳐 상대적으로 더 높은 주관적 평가를 보였으나, 여성의 경우는 근무경력에 따른 주관적 평가에서의 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 VTS 관제사의 SA 과제 수행 빈도와 SA에 대한 주관적 평가가 SA 수준과 개인차 변인에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다.
