Lately due to the sudden growth of the construction of an apartment complex in domestic market, many construction companies are eager to provide various public facilities to increase the apartment distribution rate. An introduction of a fitness center is popularized as a part of such development. There has been a continuing development in a private fitness based on analyzing the user's data. However a public fitness is quite different from the private in terms of a user's classification, preference rate, the pattern of use, and location which requires a different facility plan. Nevertheless, all these days a public fitness in an apartment house has been developed without a specific facility plan based on relevant materials. It is worried that such development would cause the facilities not to function as appropriate resident facilities and sink to idle ones. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to make the standard considered in facility planning in future and the base to guide an applying method. In the paper the present condition of fitness centers inside apartment houses has been compared to analyze the progress of the existing facilities and the appropriateness of the organization and the structure division. The result of the research shows that public resident facilities is not the place to perform passive role for fixed activities but one to form a community through the human relationship based on the facility. Therefore a fitness center inside the apartment complex have to be designed to provide service and leisure space as one of main community facilities for residents. To obtain this purpose, when choosing facilities of an apartment complex, first of all the residents' standard of living, apartment size, residents' distinction rate of age and sex, the needs of the times should be fully considered Secondly, the size of each facility space have to be decided based on the practical data analysis in facility use such as space preference, average staying time. Also, future living culture requires the change of the function and space according to the change of social values, so continuing research and data analysis are required to related to fitness center inside an apartment complex in order to present systematic approaching method and the paper will be expected to be a little step toward it.

University library must have a substantial collection development policy, by which the short and long term plannings are set up to meet the goals of university education and to support university function. Only when university library organizes collection building based on the well-planned policy, can it establish the systematic collection building, which can satisfy users, support continuity of work, use budget efficiently, and solve the space problem by with-drawing the materials. But most Korean university libraries, contrary to many foreign cases, don't have proper systematic collection development policy or guideline that controls overall library work from planning the collection of materials to evaluating and preserving them. Questionaire on whether university library has collection development policy or guideline was answered positively by only 6 cases out of 57 cases, which is just 10.5 percent. Even in cases that they have a guideline, the content of the copied guideline they sent was confined to acquisition, which is just a part of collection development. Collection development is a statement needed to set up long and short term plannings in consideration of the aims of the library and the needs of users and to shape and manage the library collection systematically. With the above conception and definition, we try to make a proper collection development policy and guideline for the Korean university libraries. Here we must define the object of the university. Object of university is to have good curriculum, good courses, research activities on the part of the faculty, enlargement of graduate school, and establishment of various institutes, etc. And in guideline, selector, method of selection, level of selection and arrangement of budget, etc. must be described concretely in its contents. Since collection development policy and guideline of Korean university libraries should concern their situation, we must confer with the result of the survey and analysis on the matter of collection determination. Here the contents include the priority of materials to be collected, method of collecting materials, arrangement of budget, and others. The purpose of this study is to develop a tenative collection development guideline in reference to the Jeonju University Library by means of analyzing the guiding principle, contents of the guideline, and present conditions of the Korean university libraries. The systematic collection development based on the Guideline for Collection Development of the Korean University Library, can offer a satisfactory service to the users of the university community, and also contribute to the development of the university itself as well as the university library.

본 연구에서는 고등학교 단거리 선수의 심폐능력, 기초체력, 신체조성, 그리고 각 부위별 근력이 24주간 운동을 통하여 어떠한 변화가 있는지 규명하였다. D 고등학교에 재학중이며 운동경력이 최소 4년이상된 남자 단거리 선수 8명을 연구대상자로 선정하였다. 운동 전 후 연구대상자들의 심폐능력, 신체조성, 근력 그리고 기초체력을 측정하여 자료처리 하였다. 본 연구결과, 체지방률, 체지방량, 제지방량, 그리고 체수분량 모두 훈련 후 통계적으로 유의한 증가가 있었다(p<0.05). $VO_2$max와 aerobic threshold는 운동전보다 향상되었으며 통계적으로 매우 유의한 변화가 나타났다 (p<0.05). 근력 및 기초체력 또한 통계적으로 유의한 상승 변화을 보였다 (p<0.05.) 본 연구결과 24주간의 훈련 프로그램은 남자 고등학교 단거리 선수들의 총체적 체력 향상을 도모하였다. 단거리 훈련 프로그램 작성 시 전통적인 방법으로 훈련을 계획하고 실천하기 보다는 경기력 향상 및 부상 예방을 위하여 훈련 전 종합적인 신체검사 및 체력 검사를 전문가와 같이 실시 및 평가하여 이를 토대로 개인의 체력에 맞게 훈련 프로그램을 계획 실천할 필요가 있을 것이다.

최근 문화산업은 한류의 성장과 더불어 발전가능성과 함께 극적인 효과를 보여주고 있는 매력적인 산업이다. 특히 대중성을 겸비한 공연예술 산업이 유망산업으로 주목받기 시작하면서, 공연예술 시장의 마케팅 기법도 다른 상품 시장처럼 소비자의 욕구와 수요에 맞추어 변화되기 시작하였다. 소비자들의 요구가 점점 다양해지고 개성화되며 다양한 소비자의 욕구충족에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해서는 소비자들의 행동을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 공연예술 시장에서는 관객에 대한 중요성을 인식하고, 이에 적합한 마케팅 기법을 적용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공연예술 관람객들이 가치에 대하여 지각하는지를 실증적으로 규명하고, 지각된 가치가 공연예술에 대한 태도형성과 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하기 위해 노력하였다. 공연예술에 대한 가치가 태도와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보기 위해서는 측정항목의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검정하기 위해 사용하는 신뢰도 분석(reliability analysis)과 요인분석(factor analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 핵심적인 분석방법은 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 사용하였다. 그 결과 공연예술에 대한 지각된 가치와 태도가 고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점은 공연을 기획하는 단체입장에서는 공연을 보러오는 관객을 중심으로 마케팅과 홍보를 진행할 수 있는 연구의 기초자료가 되어 앞으로 보다 구체적이고 세부적인 연구가 지속되어질 것을 기대해본다.

'기업가정신(entrepreneurship)'은 21세기 기업경영에 있어 가장 중요한 핵심요인 중 하나로 주목받고 있다. 기업가정신은 시장의 변화에 민첩하게 대응하고 과감한 혁신을 통해 경쟁우위를 지켜나가야 하는 분야에서 더욱 필요하다. 유통산업과 불가분의 관계를 갖고 있는 프랜차이즈 산업 역시 시장변화 속도가 빠르고 생존경쟁이 치열해 경영자들의 기업가정신이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 중소기업이 대다수를 차지하는 프랜차이즈 산업에서는 가맹본부 CEO의 기업가정신이 기업의 경쟁력을 높이고 장기적인 성장을 달성하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 프랜차이즈에 관한 기존 연구들은 가맹본부 CEO의 기업가정신의 중요성을 부각시키고 기업성과에 있어 CEO가 수행하는 역할을 규명하는데 한계를 보여 왔다. 따라서 CEO의 기업가정신과 기업성과간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하고 프랜차이즈 산업에서 기업가정신을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 도출하는 것은 중요한 연구과제이다. 본 연구에서는 CEO 개인의 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구, 그리고 CEO의 기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 프랜차이즈 분야에 적용해 분석함으로써, 프랜차이즈 산업에서 기업가정신의 중요성과 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구모형을 개발하였고, 모형의 타당성 검증을 위해 가맹본부CEO 152명으로부터 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 사용해 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 CEO의 기업가정신이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과를 토대로, 프랜차이즈 기업의 성과와 기업가정신 함양을 위한 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

한국의 장묘 방법의 대부분은 매장묘지와 납골당묘지로 임야에서 이루어지고 있으며 국토 및 임야의 효율적 이용 면에서 심각한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 매장묘지의 제반 문제를 해결하기 위해서 정부 (산림청), 지방자치단체 (인천광역시), 종교법인 (은회사)에서는 새로운 장묘 방법인 수목장을 조성하여 운영하기 시작하였다. 한국과 일본의 수목장에 대한 의식비교 설문조사 결과에 따르면, 80% 이상이 기존의 매장묘지 및 납골당묘지의 문제점을 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 아직까지 한국은 장묘문화에 대한 제반 문제점이 산적해 있고, 수목장에 대한 전문가가 없는 상태에서 관리 및 운영이 이루어지고 있어 국민들의 기대와 요구에 부응한 기능 발휘를 할 수 없는 상태이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 환경 친화적인 수목장은 새로운 장묘 문화로의 전환이다. 일본의 이와테켄 이치노세키시에 위치한 지승원(知勝院)의 경우에는 수목장 조성이 지역 정주 환경 개선에 영향을 주었고, 살기 좋은 마을 100선에 선정되어 관광객의 증가는 물론 지역경제소득 창출에도 좋은 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상주시를 대상으로 사회환경 변화와 산림의 다양한 기능 발휘를 통해 지역 활성화에 기여하고 지역 주민과 공존할 수 있는 지역 상황에 적합한 수목장 조성의 필요성에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 BK21사업에 실질적으로 참여하는 대학원생들을 중심으로 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 학술활동지원, 교육 국제화지원 지원, 교육환경지원 측면 등에 대한 만족도 여부를 조사하여 대학원생들의 안정적인 연구여건 마련과 우수한 인력양성 촉진을 위한 방안들을 모색하는데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 인문사회계열 BK21사업에 참여하는 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 설문문항은 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 안정적 학술지원, 대외 활동지원, 교육 국제화지원, 영어 강의지원, 교육환경지원의 7가지 영역으로 구성되었으며 대체적으로 영역별로 긍정적인 반응이 나타났다. 그 중에서 높은 만족도를 나타낸 영역은 안정적 학술지원과 교육 국제화지원 지원에 관한 것이었으며 취업지원의 경우 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 향후 발전적인 BK21사업을 위해 사업내용에 대한 인지도 확대, 취업준비 교육 및 관련 정보제공, 연구비 지원 영역 확대, 장단기 해외 연수프로그램 제고, 영어강의 지원체제 마련, 연구공간 확보방안 마련 등의 제언이 도출되었다.

본 연구는 대학에 입학하기 전, 또는 대학생활 동안 일정 시간 동안 진로에 대해 탐색할 수 있는 주요국(영국, 미국, 일본) 대학의 갭이어(Gap Year) 운영 사례를 분석하여 우리나라 대학의 도입 가능성을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 갭이어는 고등학교를 마치고 대학에 입학하기 전, 정규교육과정에서 잠시 벗어나 자기이해 등의 경험을 위해 다양한 진로 및 봉사활동을 하는 것을 의미한다. 갭이어 운영 사례는 미국 대학의 4개교, 영국 대학의 2개교, 일본 대학의 1개교를 분석한 결과, 갭이어를 제도, 재정적으로 지원하는 학교로 구분할 수 있으며, 그 대상으로 입학허가자, 재학생, 졸업예정자로 구분할 수 있다. 영국, 미국, 일본 대학의 갭이어 사례분석 결과와 그 시사점을 토대로 국내 대학의 도입 가능성 차원에서 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 대학 내외 관련 제도 정비 및 재정적 지원이 필요하다. 그리고 갭이어 운영 정착을 위한 진로교육시스템을 제안하는 바, 대학생들에게 제공하는 진로탐색, 진로결정, 진로계획 수립, 진로 준비 등의 체계적인 단계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 인간이 겪는 다양한 문제 중 관계중독 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 분석하여 차후 관계중독 연구 활성화를 위한 기초자료 및 새로운 연구방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 2005년부터 시작된 관계중독 연구 현황을 국내학술연구정보서비스, 학술데이터베이스, 국회도서관, 국립중앙도서관, 한국학술정보의 검색 서비스에 "중독", "관계중독", "중독관계" 등 키워드를 통해 검색된 국내 석박사 논문과 학술지를 중심으로 분석하였다. 합리적 연구결과를 도출하기 위해 "자료수집 및 선행연구 분석 - 분석기준 설정 - 자료코딩과 분석 - 연구결과 도출 및 발전방향 제시"의 4단계를 거쳤다. 연구결과 그동안 관계중독 연구가 총 67 편으로 아주 미미하였고, 연구대상이 성인초기 대학생 관계중독 중심으로 한정적이었다. 관계중독 연구 분야가 점점확대 되어 가고 있으며 탈 성매매 등 사회문제와 직접적 관계가 있음도 밝혀졌다. 또한 연구방법론과 사용척도에 있어서도 질적양적 다양한 방법론 활용 필요성과 국내정서에 맞는 새로운 척도 개발의 필요성도 제기된다. 이에 연구대상 및 분야 확대, 사회문제 관련성 연구 등 관련 이론과 요인분석, 연구모형 등 차후 관계중독의 다양한 연구의 필요성과 가치가 있음이 증명되었다.

Purpose: The hotel industry needs a leader who can actively demonstrate leadership to respond to and accept changes in the organization in a highly competitive and fast-changing environment. Therefore, the role of leaders who instill clear vision and goals of the organization in their members, listen to their opinions, and empathize is paramount. Leaders should encourage successful organizational activities based on active participation by employees and create the best environment for working with a sense of mission and responsibility. This study aims to identify the relationship between empathy leadership and job engagement as a result variable of team cohesion in the hotel culinary department and conduct empirical studies on the role of empathy leadership and job engagement. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from employees who work in culinary department at a five-star franchise hotel located in the Seoul metropolitan area. Because it is difficult to conduct a survey through face-to-face contact with employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the online survey was conducted from February 1 to February 28, 2020. A total of 330 questionnaires through online were distributed and 268 employees completed the survey, yielding a response rate of 81%. Of the 268 returned responses, 27 responses were not usable due to missing information. Thus, a total of 241 responses were used for analysis. Results: The study results are as follows. First, it has been shown that the empathy leadership of culinary department in hotel companies has a significant positive impact on the job engagement. Second, it has been shown that job engagement has a significant positive effect on members' team cohesiveness. Third, empathy leadership of hotel companies' culinary department has a significant positive impact on members' team cohesiveness. Fourth, job engagement has a significant positive (+) mediating effect in the relationship between empathy leadership and team cohesiveness in culinary department. Conclusion: This study supports the theory that an emotional and empathic leader's behavior or ability can change the effectiveness or atmosphere of a rapidly changing hotel culinary team organization by presenting a research model on the effect of empathic leadership on job engagement and team cohesiveness. And hotel chefs should be more aware of the importance of empathic leadership and make them a human resource of the organization through formal and informal communication with culinary employees.
