  • This study was to evaluate opportunities for the commercialization of smart insole. smart technology is evolving to Insole. Pressure-sensitive sensor or an acceleration sensor is applied to create a balance of the feet and body, is also evolving for entertainment (sports, entertainment, etc.) and health care. Moreover, smart insole can fix an incorrect walking habit by sending a weight value measured by the sensor on a smartphone and during the movement, smart insole helps to correct body balance by measuring the center of gravity moving condition. However, smart tendency of the insole has yet to create a clear boundary in the entertainment and healthcare markets. This is because the fitness band, smart socks, smart shoes can also replace the benefits of a smart insole. Interestingly, the business opportunities are appearing more frequently in health care solution service of electrocardiogram, body temperature, blood pressure, etc., rather than smart devices.

  • Among high-tech products, the mobile phone has experienced a rapid rate of innovation and a shortening of its product life cycle. The shortened product life cycle poses major challenges to those involved in the creation of forecasting methods fundamental to strategic management and planning systems. This study examined whether the best model applies to the entire diffusion life span of a mobile phone. Mobile phone sales data from a specific mobile service provider in Korea from March of 2013 to August of 2014 were analyzed to compare the performance of two S-shaped diffusion models and two non-linear regression models, the Gompertz, logistic, Michaelis-Menten, and logarithmic models. The experimental results indicated that the logistic model outperforms the other three models over the fitted region of the diffusion. For forecasting, the logistic model outperformed the Gompertz model for the period prior to diffusion saturation, whereas the Gompertz model was superior after saturation approaches. This analysis may help those estimate the potential mobile phone market size and perform inventory and order management of mobile phones.

  • This paper presents the results of spectral analysis about waveforms and leakage current waveforms on contaminated silicon insulators under various environment conditions.(salt fog, clean fog, rain). The larger the leakage current during 200ms, the higher the power spectrum at 60Hz. If contaminated insulators suffers from high salt density fog, the leakage current occurs with high crest value intermittently, results in the low spectrum. Analysis of leakage current data showed that this electrical activity was characterized by transient arcing behavior contaminants are deposited on the insulator surface during salt fog tests. This provides a path for the leakage current to flow along the surface of the insulator. It is important to have an indication of the pollution accumulation in order to evaluate the test performance of a particular insulator. If the drop in surface resistivity is severe enough, then the leakage current may escalate into service interrupting flashover that degrade power quality.

  • Since 1998 IMF economic crisis, hotel companys have made an operation innovation in generally to reinforce a competitive power. Never ther less, a structural depression with high expense of costs-low degree of efficiency and high price of commodities-low degree of growth during the last few years. And hotel companys were doing endeavor for conquer this depression with reshuffle of the personnal system and that systematizing an enterprise and production control. Hotel has more increase personnel expenses percents than increase sold price percents so that hotel reducing cook and as result, hotel has a problem from production selling of foodservice because that is insufficient of cook man power. On studying this research, an importancy of cusine department in inquire hotel and an efficiency man power control of cusine department influence on hotel marketing were made use of analysis for hotel kitchen management. The result of this study is like that. First, the quality of a hotel employee is directly related to that of hotel service, which is functioned as a principle factor on which success or failure of tie hotel very largely depends, Second, fair evaluation of merits. Third, cognition for job as expert. Fourth, the roles and competences of the employees were affected much by the inner or outer environmental changes surrounding the hotel enterprises. • This study identifies consumers' perceived benefits and costs when using Samsung Health (a healthcare app) based on consumer reviews from Google Play Store's app and social media discourse. We examine the differences in the benefits and the costs of Samsung Health using these two sources of data. We conducted text frequency analysis, clustering analysis, and semantic network analysis using R programming. The major findings are as follows. First, consumers experience benefits and costs on several functions of the app, such as step counting, device interlocking, information acquisition, and competition with global consumers. Second, the results of semantic network analysis showed that there were eight benefit factors and three cost factors. We also found that the three costs correspond to the benefits, indicating that some consumers gained benefits from certain functions while others gained costs from the same functions. Third, the comparison between consumer app review and social media discourse showed that the former is appropriate to assess the performance of app functions, while the latter is appropriate to examine how the app is used in daily life and how consumers feel about it. The current study suggests managerial implications to healthcare app service providers regarding what they should strengthen and improve to enhance consumers' satisfaction. It also suggests some implications from the two media, which can be mutually complementary, for researchers who study consumer opinions.

  • CM at Risk has been introduced in Korea to keep up with the global standards of construction management and provide a higher quality of cm service in line with a rapid change of the construction industry recently. However, it is widely considered that more time would required to settle down the system due to a lack of understanding towards CM at Risk, shortage of reliability and low capability to manage and undertake CM at Risk. Therefore, this research is analyzed problems of contract types, open book policies, and contract conditions of 33 numbers of projects undertaken by a bespoke domestic construction management firm in this research. Moreover, this research is suggested a method to establish an open book policy of CM at Risk aiming a better customers satisfaction through staff training, simplifying and improving a payment system, and a way to settle down an open book policy by improving a performance management system on site. It's expected that this research will contribute to a more competitive system with more dominating the market and a differentiation of the service so as clients to rely more on the CM at Risk.

  • This study analyzed the customer's revisit concepts and storytelling by restaurant customers to identify the elements that can attract the attention of customers. The restaurant concept or advertising, restaurant decor will also have to change to emphasize the comparative advantage of the features in the menu of a restaurant or other restaurants / service that tells a story. Membership cards or money, or the same convenience and use of the restaurant non-monetary 'transition cost' can compensate for the negative emotions and low satisfaction level of restaurant customers and help them choose to revisit the restaurant. Therefore, if such a transition takes full account of the effects of the cost to the customer, it can be used as an effective means. In class restaurants, such as the food and customer service, the increased levels of the restaurant atmosphere and empirical elements, such as store concept and physical environment, can improve the positive consumer sentiment, strengthen the customer satisfaction and have a positive effect on the customers' revisit intention. It is also important to improve the level of visual texture using light. In addition, positive consumer sentiment can be induced using the store concept, the physical environment, and experiential elements. In other words, membership cards, mileage points, and various financial and non-financial inducements as a marketing tool will have a positive impact on the customer's revisit intention.
