Due to the nature of HMR food that is susceptible to contamination, its safety management is becoming more important. The relevant food types in food code corresponding to HMR foods are addressed, and the criteria for hygiene indicator bacteria and food poisoning bacteria, and storage and distribution standards according to the product type were presented. The government's safety management for HMR foods is basically carried out through the Food Sanitation Act. Those who intend to do HMR business must complete business registration or declaration, hygiene education, health examination of employees, and comply with legal obligations such as HACCP application. The government confirms compliance with legal requirements through hygiene inspection and monitoring inspection of products. However, the safety of HMR foods is not realized by the safety management system alone. A food safety culture should be established in which industry workers and consumers carry out actions to ensure food safety.

뷰티산업은 고객을 대면하면서 서비스를 제공하여야 하는 특성상 종업원들의 감정적 스트레스가 높은 직업 중 하나이다. 따라서 뷰티산업 종업원들을 내부고객으로 인지하고, 적절한 내부마케팅(교육훈련, 보상시스템, 권한 위임, 경영층지원)을 통하여 직무에 대한 만족을 높여준다면, 종업원들이 외부고객에게도 다양하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공함으로써 매출액이 극대화되고, 이직률이 낮아진다는 명제를 기초 자료로 활용하고자 4가지 가설을 수립하고, 뷰티산업 피부미용 프랜차이즈 종사자들을 대상으로 2018년 11월 1일부터 12월 30일 동안 설문지 320부를 회수하여 AMOS 21.0, SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 경로분석 등으로 처리하였다. 그 결과 교육훈련은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 보상시스템, 권한위임, 경영층지원은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뷰티산업도 내부마케팅을 강화하여 종업원들의 정신적 스트레스와 직무에 대한 만족도를 높여야 한다고 사료된다.

핀테크 산업은 전세계적으로 급속도로 발전하고 있지만, 그 속도에 비해 국내의 발전 상황은 다소 느린 편이다. 따라서 국내의 핀테크 산업 발전의 방향성을 제시하기 위해 현재의 핀테크 산업 현황을 분석함으로써 추후 발전 방향을 설정할 수 있다. 국내의 핀테크 산업에 속하는 기업들이 주요하게 제공하는 서비스는 송금결제, 금융투자, 자산관리, 크라우드펀딩, P2P금융, 해외송금, 핀테크 SI, 인슈어테크, 가상통화, 보안 및 인증 등의 분야로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 해당 서비스에서 활용되는 주요 기술을 확인하고, 현재의 국내 현황을 파악한다. 또한 각 서비스별 종사자들의 분포 현황에 대한 분석을 진행한다. 본 연구는 핀테크 회사의 기술적 분석을 통해 금융산업 분야 발전에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다.

The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

Recently, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies are attracting attention as core technologies in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. These virtual and augmented reality technologies are being used in a variety of industries, including the construction industry, healthcare industry, and manufacturing industry, to innovate in communication and collaboration, education and simulation, customer service and reinvention of the customer experience. In this paper, VR-based experiential safety education was conducted for workers of shipbuilding companies in Ulsan city, and for them, the educational effectiveness such as immersion, site applicability, safety accident prevention, education satisfaction, overall performance, and safety behavior in VR-based safety experience education were measured. In addition, we examined whether the immersion of VR-based safety experience education affects site applicability, safety accident prevention, educational satisfaction, overall performance, and safety behavior. Furthermore, it was analyzed whether site applicability plays a mediating role in the relationship between immersion and safety accident prevention. As a result, it was found that the immersion of VR-based safety experience education affects site applicability, safety accident prevention effect, education satisfaction, overall performance, and safety behavior, and that site applicability mediates between immersion and safety accident prevention. Based on these results, we suggests a direction for the development of VR-based contents in the field of safety and health and the transformation of safety and health education in the future.

This study was conducted to evaluate food service satisfaction of senior citizens in three charged silver towns in Gyeonggido. Food satisfaction factors influencing the satisfaction of silver town residents' included satisfaction and word of mouth. For this study, 210 silver town residents were surveyed; however, 16 of these resident did not complete the survey. Therefore, the results of 194 survey questionnaires were analyzed. All results were conducted using the frequency, factor analysis, and regression procedure of SPSS 12.0. The determinant factors of the silver town feeding service included food service, food feeding, emotional, physical, and sensory characteristics of the senior citizens. Among these, food service, food feeding, emotional, and sensory characteristics of the respondents had a significant effect on their level of satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction of the residents was affected by word of mouth. Thus, the results of this study suggests that if the food service is well-arranged by hiring professional workers in the food service industry while considering the needs of senior citizens, feeding service can be improved. In addition, if the feeding service is focused on providing better service with more trained and educated staff members so that the clients perceive that they receive more personalized care and differentiated concern, it would be possible to enhance the relationship with customers continuously and to induce potential customers' residence in the silver town.

This study was carried out to idedtify Worker's general health diagnosis and specific health diagnosis state and provide the basic data about occupational health nursing services in Kyung Sang Nam Do. Data was obtained from 36 industry in Chang-won, Jin-joo, Geo-jeoi, Chung-moo area during Dec. 20. 1992-Feb. 18. 1993 through questionaire survey. Data was analyzed into frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and score sum The main findings are as follows : 1) 83.3% of subject was manufactures. The factory which have over 1000 Worker's are 41.7% and 500-999 are 36.1%. 2) Health managers are composed of 5 man power. Doctors occupied in 44.4% of factories, average age of them are 43.9 years, average careers are 4.0 years. Nurses occupied in all factories and their average ages are 27.6, average careers are 3.0 years. Industrial hygienist occupied in 33.3% of factories, environmental hygienist occupied 69.4% of industries, and nurse aids occupied in 19.4%. 3) 99.9% of workers are received general health diagonosis. And 10.8% of workers are received elaborate health diagnosis. Among them 30.9% are C class and 23.4% are D class. Among D class, 50% of workers are treated as work time shortening, work replacement, being under treatment. Total specific health diagnosis' subject are 19.3% of workers but 79.9% of them are received specific health diagnosis. Among them 18.6% are needed follow up treatement. Only 44.9% of them are received follow up treatement. 4) 69.4% of industries have their referral hospital and 97.2% have their clinics. Among Occupational health services, health diagnosis are carried out first. of all and the next, environmental management, industrial diagnosis, health education are carried out.

FTA 체결에 따른 피해지원 및 경쟁력 향상을 위해 향후 농수산업 등의 직접적 피해에 대해서는 피해보전직불제도와 폐업지원제도를 통해 지원하며, 피해보전직불제도는 FTA로 인한 수입증가로 피해가 발생하였을 경우 발생된 피해의 일정부분을 피해보전직불금으로 보전하여 농수산업의 경영안정을 도모하는 제도이고, 폐업지원제도는 FTA로 인한 수입증가로 과수, 축산 등 해당 사업을 계속하는 것이 곤란하다고 인정하는 품목에 대하여, 농가가 폐업을 희망하는 경우에 폐업지원금을 지급함으로써 농가의 경영안정과 해당 산업의 구조조정을 도모한다. 산업경쟁력 강화 및 농어촌 소득기반 확충을 위한 지원방안 마련하여 해당 산업의 지원하며, 농공단지 확대 조성, 도농교류 확대 등을 통해 농어촌 지역 소득기반을 강화에 노력할 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 FTA 체결에 따른 국내지원대책을 직접적 피해보전, 산업별 경쟁력 강화, 소득기반확충으로 나누어 계층설계를 하였다. 직접적 피해보전대책에는 농업인, 어업인, 제조업, 서비스업 경영인, 근로자로, 산업별 경쟁력 강화는 농업, 수산업, 제조업, 제약산업, 서비스업, 소득기반확충에는 농업과 어업에 대하여 계층적으로 구조화된 평가틀을 구축하였으며, 27개의 하위기준의 측정항목을 선택하여 AHP분석을 위한 계층 설계를 하였다. 국내지원대책 중에서는 직접적 피해보전 대책보다는 산업경쟁력 강화와 소득기반확충을 위한 대책의 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 산업경쟁력강화에서는 농업과 제조업에 대한 지원을 소득기반확충에서는 어업보다는 농업에 대한 지원을 그리고 직접적 피해보전대책에서는 농업인과 근로자에 대한 지원대책이 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

최근 다양한 사회경제적 이슈 및 갈등을 야기하고 있는 비정규직은 대체로 고용에 대한 불안감으로 인해 조직에 대한 충성도나 직무만족도가 낮을 수밖에 없는데, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구는 비정규직의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족도가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 제 7차 인적자본기업 패널조사 자료 중 비정규직 설문데이터를 구조방정식 모형분석 등을 활용하여 분석하는 방식으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비정규직이 인식한 조직커뮤니케이션은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 비정규직의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 비정규직의 커뮤니케이션 만족과 조직몰입의 관계에 있어서 직무만족이 매개작용을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스업 위주의 연구에서 연구대상을 비정규직으로 확대하였으며, 보다 다양한 업종을 아울렀다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 비정규직의 조직유효성 향상을 위해 미션 및 비젼 공유, 커뮤니케이션 활성화 제도가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 부산지역 외식업체(뷔페레스토랑, 패밀리레스토랑) 종사자들을 대상으로 감정노동이 직무소진과 이직의도에 미치는 영향관계에서 직무만족의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 연구대상자 278명에 대하여 빈도분석, 요인 및 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인 분석 및 가설검정을 위하여 구조방정식 모형검정을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 감정노동의 하위요인인 표면행동은 직무소진에 정(+)의 영향관계, 내면행동은 직무소진에 부(-)의 영향관계를 나타내었고, 직무소진은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타내었다. 그리고 직무만족의 조절효과는 내면행동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 부산 지역 외식업체 종사원들이 근무 중 경험하는 감정노동의 하위요인 중 내면행위는 직무소진에 부(-)의 영향관계가 있으므로 내면행동의 증가는 것이 직무소진을 감소시키고 이직의도를 줄일 수 있는 방안임을 입증한 결과이다. 따라서 외식업체 경영주 들은 종사원들에게 교육을 실시하거나 복지를 향상시켜서 종사원들의 감정노동에서 내면행위를 증가시키는 것이 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
