The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual understanding of ASP service for ERP implementation in small-to-medium enterprises under the current market situation in which the significance of information systems was standing out to respond to the rapid changes of managerial environment caused by the spread of Internet. In addition, it was to extract practical causes of introduction of ERP through ASP services by analyzing the causes and benefits considered by small-to-medium enterprises which use it. This study confirms that using ASP is better, faster and cheaper. Therefore, it is inevitable. The enterprises can reduce many risks of in-House ERP system such as excessive initial investment and operational expenses, lengthened constructional time, and the possibility of failure while achieving the benefit of ERP solution. However, there are many considerations which the enterprise carefully take into in order to implement the systems successfully such as selecting the system which is right for the enterprise's environment by setting the goal of implementing the system clearly, reducing the construction time by minimizing the customizing of the system, including the core people who knows the business process well, enough education before and after the implementation, and considering many aspect of ASP service provider. Also, the service provider should develop new way to provide customized service with cheap price while guaranteeing the reliability and supporting the customer's needs actively.

본 연구의 목적은 외부 IT감리의 핵심 성공 요인을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 정보시스템 성공 모형과 서비스 품질 개념을 기반으로 통합 모델을 제시하였다. 연구모형은 외부 감리를 수행한 경험이 있는 국내 공공기관을 표본으로 총 254개의 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 서비스 품질 특성 중 응답성, 신뢰성, 유형성은 정보시스템의 구현 프로세스 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 프로세스 품질은 정보시스템 구현 성공(시스템 품질)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper suggests the evaluation method of success factors of CRM implementation using AHP technique, and presents why firms implement CRM, how it could be successfully implemented, and what is the most important factor. For the purpose, this study applies the method to department stores' industry. AHP structure consists of three steps to determine CRM's key success factors. First of all, strengthening loyalty of customers, improvement of service quality, upgrade of intelligence system and advancement of management process are selected as superordinate object (i.e. CRM-implementation goal). The next project factor, technology/data factor and organizational factor were decided as success factor of CRM-implementation. Subordinate criteria of project factor consist of 11 criteria. The experimental results of this study show that department stores think advancement of management process and improvement of service quality as most important purposes for CRM implementation. The results also indicate that among the subordinate success factors, accuracy of customer information, conversion to customer-oriented business model, practical use of experienced consultant, and establishing IT infrastructure for CRM are evaluated as most important success factors for CRM implementation.

국가공간정보체계(NSDI)는 국가 공공기관의 공간정보를 통합 연계하여 공동 활용하기 위한 목적으로 2008년부터 추진되어 2012년 그 사업을 완료하였다. NSDI의 존재에도 불구하고 각 기관의 공간정보와 NSDI의 공간정보가 동시에 갱신되지 않는 방식을 사용하기 때문에 최신성 확보에 어려움이 있다. 공공기관의 공간정보를 활용한 서비스 사용현황을 살펴보면, 재활용이 가능한 비슷한 서비스가 중복 구축 및 운영되고 있으며 이에 따라 국가 예산이 낭비되고 있다. 이러한 이슈들은 전산자원을 공유하기 위한 목적의 클라우드 시스템을 NSDI에 적용함으로써 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 확대발전 방안을 다룬다. 제안되는 NSDI의 확대 발전 방안은 공간정보 서비스 클라우드 시스템 구축방안과 거버넌스 체계 수립방안을 포함한다. 시스템 구축방안에서는 서비스 시나리오, 목표 시스템의 개념도, 그리고 서비스 기능이 도출된다. 서비스 기능에서는 제안된 두 가지 모듈에 대한 단위 기능과 세부 기능을 도출한다. 거버넌스 체계 수립방안에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 운영을 위한 서비스 라이프사이클 단계별 조직의 필요역할을 정의하고 업무 프로세스를 도출한다. 제안된 시스템 구축방안을 기반으로 상세 시스템을 설계하고 조직을 구성함으로써 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 체계가 구축될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 공간정보를 활용하여 구현가능한 방범 관련 기능 및 서비스를 평가할 수 있는 기준을 도출하고, 도출된 기준별 상대적 중요도를 계산하여 최종적으로 공간정보 기반 지능형 방범서비스 어플리케이션의 적용 기능/서비스 대안에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 또한 현재 정부 및 지자체 주도하에 운영 중인 10여개의 국민안심서비스의 연계방안과 세부 서비스 구현방안을 함께 제시함으로써 실질적인 사업화 및 실증화가 가능한 공간정보 기반 지능형 방범 앱서비스 모델을 제시하였다. 최종 평가기준은 1계층에 속하는 3가지와 2계층에 속하는 12가지의 평가기준에 따라 AHP 중요도 평가분석을 수행하였으며, 이를 토대로 긴급상황 시 대처방안, 보호자 실시간 위치파악 및 미아/치매환자전용 단말 사용, 사용자 참여 및 정보제공 등의 지능형 방범서비스 어플리케이션 구현방안을 모색하였다.

Objectives: Several studies on hospital malnutrition have reported that malnutrition among patients is highly prevalent and that more than 40% of hospitalized patients have nutritional risk factors. The purpose of this study was to assess the implementation of physicians' prescribed nutrition therapy before and after a protocol on nutrition therapy for malnourished inpatients was instituted. Methods: Data regarding the rates of physician implementation of nutritional therapy and the duration of therapy were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 20. Results: The percentages of physicians who prescribed nutrition therapy before and after the protocol was initiated were 47.5% and 74.6%, respectively, which statistically significant with 95% confidence. The rates of therapy lasting less than 24 hours before and after the protocol was in place were 100% and 86.4%, respectively, which was not statistically significant. This result suggests that the improvement activity was not effective. Conclusion : The percentage of physicians who prescribed nutritional therapy based on improved nutritional program was significantly increased. Nutrition therapy for malnourished inpatients can be advanced through this new model.

Under the worldwide booming internet environment, there has been increasing demand for various multimedia services. Especially the demand for effective video services has been rapidly increased. In this paper, we describe the implementation of video service system for internet use based on H/263 video compression technique and UDP socket on the TCP/IP environment. In addition, by using the plug-in-play technique, the implemented system improved user interface for correct retrieval and easy usage.

최근 SNS가 급속히 성장하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 불특정 다수가 아닌 한 명을 대상으로 하는 안드로이드 기반 SNS 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안한 폐쇄형 SNS는 상대방 번호를 입력해 단 한명만 지정할 수 있는 어플리케이션이다. D-day기능을 이용한 기념일 관리와 사진 공유 관리가 가능하며 Wish List를 통해 상대방의 관심사도 알 수 있는 등 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하다.

The paper describes the design and implementation of full-software videophone module for Korean Government's Ubiquitous Robotic Companion project 2007. The project shows the commercial feasibility of video service, particularly videophone service with 3G WCDMA cellular mobile phone.

We investigate the middleware technology which will take a major role of extending the usage of home networking. UPnP and Jini belong to the most important technologies among them. In this paper, we suggest the interoperability between UPnP and Jini. We describe the design and implementation of UPmp-to-Jini service which makes it possible for a Jini client to utilize a UPnP device.
