본 연구는 국가시험 보안업무 관련분야 학위소지자와 국가시험 보안업무현장에서 출입관리 및 보안검색 등의 종합적인 보안업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 국가시험 보안업무 운영의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위해서 관련분야 학위 소지자 5인과 경력 6년 이상의 현장전문가 7인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 국가시험 보안업무운영의 발전적인 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 국가시험 보안업무에 적합한 교육프로그램이 시행되어져야 한다. 둘째, 재난 및 응급상황 대처교육이 추가적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 국가시험 보안업무에 투입되어지는 요원들은 정신교육과 검색장비 및 첨단장비 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에 국가시험 보안업무를 명시하여, 법규와 제도가 적극적으로 대응할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 관계기관(계약상대방)은 용역비용을 재 산정 후 현실에 맞게 인상하여야 한다. 여섯째, 국가시험 보안업무에 경비원 신임교육을 이수한 경비원들이 투입되어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

There is a growing demand for public rental housing since housing price increased rapidly and socially vulnerable people need more stable housing. The purpose of this study is to investigate housing evaluation (satisfaction), moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident, and to suggest the development direction for comprehensive housing services including the community level. Data used for analysis in this study are from 2016 Seoul panel survey of public rental housing residents. A total of 3009 questionnaire from public rental households were collected in 2016 Seoul panel survey. In order to investigate housing requirements, we analyzed household characteristics, housing satisfaction, moving plans, welfare services, residential activities and community facilities, social environment. In this study, the difference of residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident is analyzed to identify their housing demands. As a result, there were differences in residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service depending on type of public rental housing and characteristics of residents. Residents in public rental housing modified from the multi-family housing after purchase showed lower residential satisfaction, and higher intention for moving plan compared to residents living in other type of public rental housing. In the residential service, residents in permanent lease type have higher experience of housing service as well as demand on housing service. Especially single household, elderly household, female household, or household with handicapped person indicated higher demand for housing services.

This study is aimed at proposing the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. To achieve this goal I collected all of data that were used in process of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA and interviewed some people to get information from the people concerned. After that I analyzed data involved in using SWOT technique and proposed the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. The conclusions are as these. First, alliances must be vitalized between businesses besides between organizations. For example 'Developing of voluntary comeback program for foreigner' and 'Establishment of HRD KOREA Center' can be proposed as action plans for this strategy. Second, glocalization must be pushed ahead. For example 'Business career monitoring system for PMC' can be proposed as action plan. Third, building of preemptive base must be done. For example 'Standing of international HRD forum' can be proposed as action plan. Fourth, reinforcement of organizational competency must be done. For example 'The program for internationalization' can be proposed as action plan. Fifth, SBU(Strategic Business Unit) must be pushed ahead. For example 'Customer diversification portfolio' can be proposed as action plan.

서비스산업이 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 커지고 국내 GDP비중과 고용비중에 미치는 영향이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 2006년 12월에 정부가 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 종합대책을 발표하였다. 이와 같이 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위한 정부의 노력이 강화되고 있는 이 시점에서 서비스품질 평가에 관한 주제는 시사하는 바가 크다. 이러한 서비스품질 평가는 서비스산업의 생존과 수익성에 지대한 영향을 미치므로 서비스품질에 대한 객관적인 평가문제는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 주관적 환경에서 주관성을 고려하여 서비스품질을 평가하고, 평가결과에 대한 객관성을 보장하기 위하여 퍼지이론과 AHP모형을 이용한 통합모형을 개발하였고, 이는 서비스산업 경쟁력 제고뿐만 아니라 효과적인 의사결정 수립에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

In this paper, we demonstrate the implementation case using component based development tool under development process for application developments. The tool suggested provides the programming environment for the development of distributed manufacturing applications primarily. The development tool is classified into visual component, logic component, data component, knowledge component, neural net component, and service component which is a core component for the support component edit and execution. We applied the tool to the domain of the design and routing plan to retrieve existing similar design models in database, initiate a model, generate a process plan, and store the new model in the database automatically. Utilizing the tool, it integrates a geometric modeler, engineering/manufacturing database, and knowledge sources over the Internet.

This research includes the prototype development of the master plan title. "National Research and Development Program Integrated Management System". The system collects the information of projects, supports the survey analysis evaluation, and pre budget coordination of national research and development programs, and provide the information service for people about the situation of the national research and development. The results of the research may be used as the base technologies in information service(information retrieval directory service) to manage all programs of national research and development in their life cycle and to allocate resources efficiently to the national research and development in the increasing tendency. tendency.

본 연구에서는 우리나라의 디지털 고용서비스 구축상황을 분석하고 해외사례와 최신 디지털 기술의 발전 동향을 토대로 디지털 고용서비스의 지속적인 고도화 및 발전 방향을 제시한다. 벨기에, 호주, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 미국 등 주요 국가의 구체적인 디지털화 추진전략과 현황을 알아본다. 그리고 우리나라 디지털 고용서비스의 발전방안을 제시하기 위해 AI, 빅데이터 등을 활용한 디지털 고용서비스를 통해 개인별·맞춤형 고용서비스, 데이터 개방과 민관협업 확대 등을 통해 궁극적으로 온라인 고용센터로 디지털 고용서비스 확대 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 고객서비스에 관한 기본적인 이해와 함께 관광산업에 있어서의 성공적인 고객서비스의 제공을 위한 전략 및 고객서비스의 실패에 따른 회복전략을 이론 및 사례를 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 고객만족의 경영시대에 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 고객서비스의 핵심을 파악하고, 고객서비스에 있어 고객을 기준으로 생각하고, 준비하고, 제공함으로써 고객만족을 달성해야만 한다.

The objective of this study is to lead balanced development of tourism industry by proving the nature of customer service which is one of the service characters as well as ultimate goal of tourism industry. This paper contains a few case studies of service industry customer service and proposed desirable development plan. This study tried differentiate customer service from management side in its role. Meanwhile, management and tourism industry integration, partly in the service channel, is a task to be studied continuously in terms of customer satisfaction. Customer service should utilize for social welfare and improving the firm's competitiveness in the tourism industry.

유비쿼터스 기술을 실생활에 활용하고자 하는 노력은 기업은 물론 중앙정부와 지자체를 중심으로 다양한 사업 형태로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 많은 사람들이 모이는 다중집합장소를 중심으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용하여 시민서비스를 고도화하기 위한 전략적 추진방안을 제시하였다. 유무선 통신망을 통해 네트워크 접속이 가능해 지면서, 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델은 보편적 지도위에 참여와 협업을 전제로 하는 모델이 구상되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 이를 구현하기 위해 본 연구에서는 보편적으로 이용 가능한 디지털 지도의 구축, 디지털 지도기반의 컨텐츠 제작, 이와 관련된 유비쿼터스 시설 설치, 그리고 컨텐츠 확보를 위한 기존 홈페이지의 웹 표준화 및 자료정비, 기존자료를 인터넷지도와 연계하여 지리정보 및 속성정보 표출할 수 있도록 하는 등의 인터넷고도화 사업을 제안하였다. 향후의 유비쿼터스 서비스는 기술적 관점 뿐 아니라 그 장소를 활용하는 시민, 기업, 공공부분의 특성과 이들이 요구하는 수요에 기반 하는 서비스 모델이 개발되어야 할 것이며, 이 기반에는 지리공간 웹이 핵심이 될 것으로 판단된다.
