오늘날의 컴퓨팅 환경은 통신 네트워크의 복잡성과 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스 처리를 위해 객체지향 기술을 분산 시스템에 도입하고 통신망을 소프트웨어 계층적 모델로 구조화한 개방형 정보 통신망 구조 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 분산환경에서 멀티미디어 스트림 데이타를 전송하기 위한 아키텍쳐에 관한 모델의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것으로 분산 환경에서 멀티미디어 스트림 데이타를 효율적으로 전송할 수 있는 구조를 제시하고 있다. 설계한 구조는 Point-to-Point와 멀티캐스트를 지원하며 컴퓨터 통신망에서 멀티캐스트 연결을 효율적으로 관리하고 추후 기능 확장 및 기능 변경이 용이하도록 모듈화하고 유연성을 가지는 연결 관리 구조를 설계하고 구현하였다. 신호기능은 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)의 ORB를 이용하여 실현하였으며, 데이타 전송 기능은 TCP/IP연결을 이용하였다. 이렇게 신호처리 부분과 데이타 전송 부분을 독립적으로 만들어서 하부망 기술에 독립적인 연결 관리 구조를 채택하고 있으므로 향후 다른 환경에서도 신호처리 부분을 그대로 적용할 수 있다. 분산 객체 개념을 적용하여 연결 관리 기능을 분산 객체화 하였으며 각 분산 객체간 인터페이스를 OMG(Object Management Group) IDL(Interface Definition Language)로 정의함으로써 유연성을 갖도록 하였다.AbstractThis paper proposes communication service architecture to support dynamic communication configuration and multiple connection management which are required to handle a variety of multimedia multicast application. Our communication service architecture was designed to fulfil the objectives as the following:- To build a common networking system for various multimedia multicast services- To build a platform for rapid service development and provisioning- To provide service networking independent on transport network technologiesWe implemented communication service architecture based on Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) for multimedia multicast applications. Our communication service architecture is distributed and object-oriented for extensibility and easy modification. The interfaces between the distributed objects are specified in (Object Management Group) OMGs Interface Definition Language.

Urban transit administers need to introduce the intelligent system to know the situations in the urban transit service area automatically. It is one of the important elements to detect of intrusion in operation room or electric rooms, etc. In this paper, we describe the definition for detection of intrusion in urban transit area, and propose the context-awareness model detect of intrusion. We expect that the definition is helpful to extract the elements that are need to construct the intrusion detecting system. The proposed model that is based on an image analysis model and a rule-based model is also helpful to design intelligent surveillance model.

The Government has recently planned to improve the medical insurance drug price systems by removing the drug margin occurring from the difference between the official and purchasing prices, and instead by setting prices through adding drug administration casts calculated to the purchasing costs. In the circumstances, the major policy and implementing issues are how to define the drug administrance cost and how to calculate them. This study attempts to provide for the conceptional and operational definitions and thereby develop a costing model for the cost. The relationship between the current systems of medical services costs and prices were reviewed to define the concept of the costs. The study defined the costs from the narrow and wide prospective of meaning, and three operational definitions were provided. The costing model was developed applying the departmental costing principles. Finally, several prerequisites that have to be considered for the implementation of the definition and the model from the practical viewpoint.

In order to investigate information seeking behavior of web search users, this study analyzes transaction logs posed by users of NAVER, a major Korean Internet search service. We present a session definition method for Web transaction log analysis, a way of cleaning original logs and a query classification method. We also propose a query term definition method that is necessary for Korean Web transaction log analysis. It is expected that this study could contribute to the development and implementation of more effective Web search systems and services.

This paper is an investigation of comparative and contrasting characteristics of service in manufacturing sector - especially quality aspects. A review of both service and manufacturing industries' systems literature revealed conflicting views on defining two different industries and its system assessment. While some researchers have documented the value of service IS implementations on both industries, there are others who feel that such implementations are not appropriate for all situations or all organizations. Because of IS implementations and IT improvement, defining service and manufacturing is blur than ever. There is a dearth of literature on the assessment of service systems in service and manufacturing industries due to blurred and controversial argument.

The Internet has been identified as the worlds fastest growing marketplace with seemingly limitless opportunities for marketing products and services. Logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment. Logistics excellence has become a powerful source of competitive differentiation within diverse marketing offerings of internet firms. The quality of logistics service performance is a key marketing component that helps create customer satisfaction. As the business environment has changed, the operations based definition of logistics service have evolved. The objective of this study is to examine the logistics service quality in internet shopping mall and the impact of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction. The quality factors of logistics service in this study are consist of five quality factor. The survey result is drive from a man experienced in used internet shopping mall. The finding suggest that logistics service quality of five factor had a positive effort on customer satisfaction. Specifically, timeliness had the most consistent positive effort on customer satisfaction.

UHD(Ultra High Definition) Broadcasting is the focus of attention recent days. However, current broadcasting system faces with difficulty of bandwidth, encoding and so on. To solve this problem, MMT was suggested as the one of solutions. MMT is designed to be based on IP network and it has characteristics that can deliver multimedia through many networks at the same time. UHD Media service can be available with the current broadcasting system that divides media data into hierarchical data based on MMT. To provide this service, information about heterogeneous network should be delivered and signalling should be given to perceive it. For UHD media data service, the information about data from heterogeneous networks should be transported for providing presentation information and service for the receiver models. The present MMT signalling has not much information about heterogeneous services with hierarchical media data. In this paper, we suggest the design of service signaling structure based on MMT for UHD broadcasting systems.

Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. Through the AHP evaluation model" developed in this study, as a result of measuring the relative satisfaction of major factors, service utilization rate (0.470), facility management (0.210), and other project implementations (0.073) appeared in order. Here, the service utilization rate was evaluated as the most important.

The location-based service is one of the most powerful services in the mobile area. The location-based service provides information service for moving user's location information and information service using wire / wireless communication. In this paper, we propose a model for personalized recommendation system which includes location information and personalized recommendation system for location-based service. For this service system, we consider mobile clients that have a limited resource and low bandwidth. Because it is difficult to input the words at mobile device, we must deliberate it when we design the interface of system. We design and implement the personalized recommendation system for location-based services(advertisement, discount news, and event information) that support user's needs and location information. As a result, it can be used to design the other location-based service systems related to user's location information in mobile environment. In this case, we need to establish formal definition of moving objects and their temporal pattern.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a system for quality management and improvement of overall public services. Methods: Literature Review, Framework Design Method, Case Studies Analysis Results: Public Service Quality Management Principles, Definition of Public Services Quality Management Areas, Quality Management Guidelines, Service Quality Management Tools Conclusion: In this study, a study case of the public service quality management framework, which is a system that supports overall quality management and continuous quality improvement of public services, is presented. The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.
