This study was carried out to optimize the production of immature green cherry tomato pickles and to produce green cherry tomato pickles of good sensory quality. The composition of immature green cherry tomato pickles was optimized using a central composition design with 3 variables and 3 levels. The overall acceptability score, based on sensory evaluation, was best, when the immature green cherry tomato pickles contained 231 g of vinegar, 52.6 g of salt, 168.3 g of sugar, 204 g of tomatoes, and 231 $m{\ell}$ of water. The statically predicted optimal formulation of immature green cherry tomato pickles on overall acceptability value was 33.54%(w/w) of vinegar, 7.64%(w/w) of salt, 25.28%(w/w) of sucrose, 33.54%(w/w) of water. The optimal conditions for producing immature green cherry tomato pickles should consider the factors of time and temperature of storage.

This study was conducted to identify the choice attributes in the purchase of chocolate and to identify differences between the choices, by considering the purpose of purchase being self-gift or interpersonal gift. The preferred optional attributes considered and assessed were capacity, package, product composition, brand reputation, and sensuality. The survey included customers who purchased chocolates from June 1, 2017 to August 31, 2017. T-test was applied to verify the difference in optional attributes depending on the purpose of purchase. Our results indicate that people consider packages, product composition, and reputation for interpersonal gifts, and that Valentine's Day purchases are frequently for themselves and others' gifts. Our results will help to identify chocolate consumption behavior, and will facilitate in establishing chocolate product composition and development as well as brand positioning strategies, through factors affecting preferences based on the purpose of purchase.

Background: The hospital accreditation program in Korea has been conducted since 2011 in order to improve patient safety and healthcare service quality. This study was conducted to find factors associated with satisfaction as surveyor and reliability of surveyors in hospital accreditation program. Methods: This study was performed targeting 217 responded to the survey among 412 surveyors who had participated in the accreditation survey for acute care hospitals from December 2010 to February 2014. Results: The average number of survey per surveyor is 2.35. We divided surveyors into those who participated in the survey more than 3 times and less than 3 times in order to judge the professionalism of surveyors according to the number of survey participation. Those factors that have an influence on the satisfaction as surveyors include: activity period as surveyor, role in the survey team, experience of survey in other fields, experience as consultant and the useful education and proper composition of survey team (p<0.05). Those factors that have an influence on the reliability for fellow surveyors include: number of beds of hospitals they belong, experience of survey in other fields, useful education, proper composition of survey team and difficulty in leadership interview (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is important to provide useful education and proper composition of survey team to increase the satisfaction as surveyors and the reliability for fellow surveyors.

지능형 웹 서비스는 시맨틱 웹과 에이전트 기술을 통하여 자동적인 서비스의 발견, 호출, 조합 및 상호운영, 실행 감시 및 복구를 수행하기 위한 목적으로 제안되었다. 이러한 지능형 웹 서비스의 목적을 실현하기 위해서는 컴퓨터가 지식을 추론하고 처리할 수 있게 하기 위한 온톨로지가 필수적으로 요구된다. 그러나 현재 지능형 웹 서비스를 위한 서비스 온톨로지의 생성은 서비스 개발자의 휴리스틱에 의존하여 많은 시간과 비용을 소모할 뿐만 아니라 서비스와 서비스 온톨로지간의 완벽한 매핑이 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한 서비스 온톨로지를 기술하기 위한 마크업 언어를 서비스 개발자가 단기간 내에 학습하기에 많은 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 MDA 방법론을 사용하여 서비스 온톨로지를 효율적으로 설계 및 생성하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 우리가 제안하는 방안은 MDA를 기반으로 UML을 사용하여 웹 서비스 모델을 설계하고 구축하는 과정에서 생성되는 모델을 재사용 한다. 즉, 플랫폼 독립적인 웹 서비스 모델을 서비스 온톨로지 기술 언어인 OWL-S에 종속적인 모델로 변환한 후 XMI를 통해 OWL-S 서비스 온톨로지로 변환한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방안은 이미 널리 사용되는 UML과 같은 소프트웨어 공학적 방법을 사용하기 때문에 서비스 개발자들이 쉽게 서비스 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있으며 하나의 모델로부터 서비스와 서비스 온톨로지 모델을 동시에 이끌어 낼 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 또한 모델로부터 자동적으로 서비스 온톨로지를 생성함으로써 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 플랫폼 변화와 같은 외부 환경 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있다. 끝으로 본 논문에서는 제안된 방안의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실제로 웹 서비스 모델을 설계하고 서비스 온톨로지를 생성하는 예를 보인다. 또한 생성된 서비스 온톨로지가 올바르게 생성되었는지를 유효성 검사를 통해 검증한다.

Three experiments were carried out in which lactating Hereford ${\times}$ Friesian cattle walked up to ten kilometers a day for three periods of five days with two non-walking days between each walking period and in which the animals were fed different diets. Measurements were made of milk yield, milk constituent yields and concentrations and blood metabolite concentrations. Exercise caused significant reductions in milk yield and in the yields of lactose and milk protein. Milk fat yield was not reduced when animals were exercised. During exercise the concentrations of ${\beta}-OH$ butyrate and free fatty acids increased, whereas the concentrations of glucose, magnesium and inorganic phosphorus decreased. Diet influenced the effect of exercise on some blood metabolite concentrations.

In this paper we discuss personal data management with mobile devices, an activity requiring the composition of services offered by standard suites of applications. We propose a data model and an interface model that allows users to define activities, tasks and services, to navigate among them according to the evolution of the personal situation as perceived and interpreted by the users themselves. The interface model acts as a lens exploring the situation, zooming into the details, covering different areas of the personal data, supporting the user in the role of a composer of personal services.

As we make every effort to improve our health, the needs and interests of the rehabilitation medicine is increasing. And as society gets more advanced and as the quality of life become higher, rehabilitation department will be important for general hospital and we need the certain guidelines about it. In this study, selected 8 general hospitals in the metropolitan area are analyzed by the analysis of drawings and comparison. The important architectural planning of rehabilitation department are the connection with orthopedics and neurosurgery and the position for convenience approach. Rehabilitation department has 0.63~1.07% of general hospital area. And the rehabilitation department is divided into four branches - medical service space, office space, public space and support space. As the number of programs in the rehabilitation department is increasing, the planning will be considered for the flexible use. And this study proposed the programs, necessary spaces, space composition and basic planning of "rehabilitation department".

The purpose of this study is to present elementary data for space programming of pharmacy department in Korean Herb Medicine Hospital. The space composition of pharmacy department have been changed according to pharmaceutical service. In conclusion, the necessary spaces consist of medicine window, dispensary, herb medicine storeroom and decoction room. The selectable spaces consist of laboratory, processing room, manufacturing room and amenities for employees. This study suggest 2 types of space composition model according to total floor area and building scope. The location and area of pharmacy department change by means of change and growth of Korean Herb Medicine Hospital.

Unforeseen failures of boilers in power plants may affect the continuation of electricity generation. Main failures in boilers are influenced by the tube material, tube position, boiler service temperature and pressure, and chemical composition of the feed water and coal. This investigation was intended to find answers on the causes and mechanism of failure of the fire-side boiler water-wall tubes, due to perforation and corrosion. The tube conformed to the material requirements in terms of its chemical composition and hardness. Microscopic examination showed ferrite and pearlite indicating no changes in its microstructure due to the temperature variation. SEM test showed a single layer and homogenous film density particularly on the area far from perforation. However, layers of corrosion product were formed on the nearby perforation area. EDX showed that there were Na, Ca, S, and O elements on the failed surface. XRD indicated the presence of Fe₂O₃ oxide. The failure mechanism was identified as a result of significant localized wall thinning of the boiler water wall-tube due to oxidation.
