직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 2 보) : 요인분석에 의한 직무수행 특성 영역 및 직무정보 기술 (Categorization of Competencies and Description of Job Informations for Dietitians in Employee Foodservice by Wdorker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted), b) categorize KASO items by factor analysis and c) provide job information and job descriptions for dietitians in employee foodservices. The job analysis questionnaire was consisted of questions concerning the 134 KASO items. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Through factor analysis, the 134 KASO items were regrouped into 6 categories :‘primary dietetic tasks concerning menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning facility, sanitation and safety control’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning nutrition education and research’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning foodservice operation management’and‘human attributes’. 2) Analysis of the total scores(average scores of degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of KASO items within 6 categories), group A showed high priorities placed on‘human attributes’, ‘procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘whereas group B showed high priorities placed on’‘human attributes’, ‘foodservice operation management’. 품질경쟁력 우수기업 평가지표의 확인적 요인분석 (A Confirmatory Factor Analysis for Quality Competitiveness Excellence Company Evaluation Indicators)

  • Companies struggle to make their best products with high quality and service at a competitive price in global markets. However, customer needs and requirements keep changing with a variety of situations. Companies that face the changes can not stay the same and make an effort to adapt themselves to new circumstances. They would probably review the overall management system that is currently implementing to improve management efficiency. Among other things, quality might be considered to be a crucial element if they are manufacturing industries to be sustained in global markets. KSA (Korean Standards Association) is a government-affiliated organization under the Ministry of Trade, Infrastructure, and Energy. It is a Korean standards provider for quality and service industry. KSA confers national commendations for organizations, quality circles, artisans, QCEC (Quality Competitive Excellent Company), and the most honorable KNQA (Korean National Quality Award) every year. KSA established KNQA on the basis of Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award, Deming Prize, and European Quality Award. Research on quality awards shows that there are many similarities in the framework. Although KSA summarizes two factors for 13 evaluation indicators in the quality competitive excellent model of QCEC, the categorization is ambiguous to explain them according to earlier studies. We performed a deep analysis of foreign quality awards and background for KNQA and QCEC. We conducted a content analysis of KNQA and QCEC and matched evaluation items that were closely related. We proposed a quality competitiveness model with three factors, Technology, System, and Tools, summarizing 13 evaluation indicators in QCEC. Based on audit data for six years from 2012 to 2017 we carried out a confirmatory factor analysis for the proposed model by examining the model validity and fitness.

  • 디지털 플랫폼은 온라인 커뮤니티의 운영과 지속가능성에 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 디지털 플랫폼 개발의 진정한 혜택은 누구를 위한 것이며 스마트 커뮤니티의 발전을 위해 디지털 플랫폼이 제공하는 혜택은 무엇이 있을까? 본 연구는 이러한 질문에 답하고자 디지털 플랫폼과 스마트 커뮤니티 간의 연관성을 이해하고 군집분석 프로세스를 사용하여 각 디지털 플랫폼의 스마트커뮤니티 지원에 관한 특성을 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 본 연구에는 29개의 디지털 플랫폼이 연구 사례로 활용되었다. 이를 통해 디지털 플랫폼 특성을 구분하여 각 특성에 따른 플랫폼 서비스가 어떻게 스마트 커뮤니티의 참여를 유도하고 정보 및 서비스 제공을 개선해나가는지를 분석하였다. 디지털 플랫폼의 발전은 정책 입안자에게 스마트커뮤니티 육성을 통한 도시 혁신의 새로운 도전과제를 제공하기도 하고 효과적이고 효율적인 서비스 제공 수단으로서의 역할이 강화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

대학도서관 고객화 연구정보서비스 필요성에 대한 사서의 공감대 연구: 델파이 조사를 중심으로 (Librarian Consensus on the Need for Customerized Research Information Services in Academic Libraries: A Delphi Method Study)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관 고객화 연구정보서비스 개념을 확립하고, 사서의 인식을 파악하여 고객화 연구정보서비스 필요성에 대한 공감대 형성 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 연구정보서비스와 고객화의 정의 및 유형, 연구 동향 등을 정리하였고, 대학도서관의 연구정보서비스를 유형화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사서 실무자를 대상으로 연구정보서비스 제공 필요성과 고객화 방안 적용 필요성에 대한 의견을 조사하는 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 고객화 방안 적용 필요성 측면에서 사서 응답자들의 합의가 도출된 대학도서관 연구정보서비스 항목은 8가지인 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 연구정보서비스의 개선 및 발전을 위해 새로운 시도를 제안하고, 사서의 공감대 형성을 통해 대학도서관의 전문성 및 가치 제고를 도모할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

코로나19 발생 후 지역농산물 이용 간편식에 대한 시장 이슈 변화: 온라인 빅데이터의 텍스트마이닝 (Change in Market Issues on HMR (Home Meal Replacements) Using Local Foods after the COVID-19 Outbreak: Text Mining of Online Big Data)

  • This study was conducted to explore the change in the market issues on HMR (Home Meal Replacements) using local foods after the COVID-19 outbreak. Online text data were collected from internet news, social media posts, and web documents before (from January 2016 to December 2019) and after (from January 2020 to November 2022) the COVID-19 outbreak. TF-IDF analysis showed that 'Trend', 'Market', 'Consumption', and 'Food service industry' were the major keywords before the COVID-19 outbreak, whereas 'Wanju-gun', 'Distribution', 'Development', and 'Meal-kit' were main keywords after the COVID-19 outbreak. The results of topic modeling analysis and categorization showed that after the COVID-19 outbreak, the 'Market' category included 'Non-face-to-face market' instead of 'Event,' and 'Delivery' instead of 'Distribution'. In the 'Product' category, 'Marketing' was included instead of 'Trend'. Additionally, in the 'Support' category, 'Start-up' and 'School food service' appeared as new topics after the COVID-19 outbreak. In conclusion, this study showed that meaningful change had occurred in market issues on HMR using local foods after the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, governments should take advantage of such market opportunity by implementing policy and programs to promote the development and marketing of HMR using local foods.

생태계서비스 번들을 이용한 경기도 도시의 유형화 (Categorization of Citiesin Gyeonggi-do Using Ecosystem Service Bundles)

  • 생태계서비스의 개념은 지역의 생태자원을 관리하고 효율적으로 사용하는데 중요하다. 지역 생태계가 동시에 제공하는 다양한 생태계서비스는 생태계서비스 번들로 표현된다. 생태계서비스 번들은 지역 생태계서비스 특성을 파악하고, 유사한 생태계서비스를 제공하는 지역들을 그룹화하여 지역 생태계서비스 관리정책을 용이하게 한다. 본 연구는 경기도 도시들을 대상으로 11개 생태계서비스 항목들을 모형과 통계지표를 이용하여 평가하고, 시군별 생태계서비스 번들을 제작하였다. 또한 생태계서비스 평가결과에 대한 주성분분석과 클러스터분석을 수행하여 경기도 시군들을 유형화하였다. 연구결과 경기도 도시들의 생태계서비스는 조절, 문화, 공급서비스 유형들로 분류되며 각각의 유형들은 지역특성에 따라서 도시형, 도시산림형, 농촌형, 산림형으로 구분되었다. 각각의 유형들은 지역의 인문사회 및 자연환경 특성을 반영하는 토지이용과 연관되어 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 지역 생태계서비스 특성을 파악하는데 중요한 정보를 제공하여 지역 생태계서비스 관리정책을 수립하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

메타버스 플랫폼의 서비스 특성요인이 메타버스 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Service Characteristic Factors of Metaverse Platforms on Intention to Use the Metaverse)

  • 최근 가상융합기술이 발전하면서 가상과 현실을 융합한 디지털 가상공간인 메타버스(Metaverse) 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 이러한 메타버스는 다양한 서비스와 콘텐츠 구축을 통해 현실과 가상공간에서 새로운 가치를 구현하고 있다. 그러나 메타버스에 관한 기존 연구들은 메타버스의 개념 및 유형화에 관한 연구가 대부분이며 메타버스에서의 소비자 경험이 사용의도에 미치는 연구는 아직 미미한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 선행연구로부터 메타버스 서비스 특성요인(실재감, 정보성, 상호작용성, 유희성)을 도출하고 메타버스 플랫폼의 신뢰와 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 메타버스 이용경험이 있는 수도권 성인남녀를 대상으로 총 284부의 설문지를 수집하였으며, 가설 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메타버스 서비스 특성요인 중 실재감, 상호작용성, 유희성은 메타버스 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 정보성은 메타버스의 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 메타버스 신뢰는 메타버스의 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼 운영에 있어 메타버스 활성화 및 서비스 개발에 관한 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 전략 수립 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Active VM Consolidation for Cloud Data Centers under Energy Saving Approach

  • Cloud computing represent a new era of computing that's forms through the combination of service-oriented architecture (SOA), Internet and grid computing with virtualization technology. Virtualization is a concept through which every cloud is enable to provide on-demand services to the users. Most IT service provider adopt cloud based services for their users to meet the high demand of computation, as it is most flexible, reliable and scalable technology. Energy based performance tradeoff become the main challenge in cloud computing, as its acceptance and popularity increases day by day. Cloud data centers required a huge amount of power supply to the virtualization of servers for maintain on- demand high computing. High power demand increase the energy cost of service providers as well as it also harm the environment through the emission of CO2. An optimization of cloud computing based on energy-performance tradeoff is required to obtain the balance between energy saving and QoS (quality of services) policies of cloud. A study about power usage of resources in cloud data centers based on workload assign to them, says that an idle server consume near about 50% of its peak utilization power [1]. Therefore, more number of underutilized servers in any cloud data center is responsible to reduce the energy performance tradeoff. To handle this issue, a lots of research proposed as energy efficient algorithms for minimize the consumption of energy and also maintain the SLA (service level agreement) at a satisfactory level. VM (virtual machine) consolidation is one such technique that ensured about the balance of energy based SLA. In the scope of this paper, we explore reinforcement with fuzzy logic (RFL) for VM consolidation to achieve energy based SLA. In this proposed RFL based active VM consolidation, the primary objective is to manage physical server (PS) nodes in order to avoid over-utilized and under-utilized, and to optimize the placement of VMs. A dynamic threshold (based on RFL) is proposed for over-utilized PS detection. For over-utilized PS, a VM selection policy based on fuzzy logic is proposed, which selects VM for migration to maintain the balance of SLA. Additionally, it incorporate VM placement policy through categorization of non-overutilized servers as- balanced, under-utilized and critical. CloudSim toolkit is used to simulate the proposed work on real-world work load traces of CoMon Project define by PlanetLab. Simulation results shows that the proposed policies is most energy efficient compared to others in terms of reduction in both electricity usage and SLA violation.

원격의료서비스 수용요인의 구조적 관계 실증연구 (Structural Relationships Among Factors to Adoption of Telehealth Service)

  • Within the traditional medical delivery system, patients residing in medically vulnerable areas, those with body movement difficulties, and nursing facility residents have had limited access to good healthcare services. However, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides us with a convenient and useful means of overcoming distance and time constraints. ICT is integrated with biomedical science and technology in a way that offers a new high-quality medical service. As a result, rapid technological advancement is expected to play a pivotal role bringing about innovation in a wide range of medical service areas, such as medical management, testing, diagnosis, and treatment; offering new and improved healthcare services; and effecting dramatic changes in current medical services. The increase in aging population and chronic diseases has caused an increase in medical expenses. In response to the increasing demand for efficient healthcare services, a telehealth service based on ICT is being emphasized on a global level. Telehealth services have been implemented especially in pilot projects and system development and technological research. With the service about to be implemented in earnest, it is necessary to study its overall acceptance by consumers, which is expected to contribute to the development and activation of a variety of services. In this sense, the study aims at positively examining the structural relationship among the acceptance factors for telehealth services based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected by showing audiovisual material on telehealth services to online panels and requesting them to respond to a structured questionnaire sheet, which is known as the information acceleration method. Among the 1,165 adult respondents, 608 valid samples were finally chosen, while the remaining were excluded because of incomplete answers or allotted time overrun. In order to test the reliability and validity of the assessment scale items, we carried out reliability and factor analyses, and in order to explore the causal relation among potential variables, we conducted a structural equation modeling analysis using AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 17.0. The research outcomes are as follows. First, service quality, innovativeness of medical technology, and social influence were shown to affect perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the telehealth service, which was statistically significant, and the two factors had a positive impact on willingness to accept the telehealth service. In addition, social influence had a direct, significant effect on intention to use, which is paralleled by the TAM used in previous research on technology acceptance. This shows that the research model proposed in the study effectively explains the acceptance of the telehealth service. Second, the research model reveals that information privacy concerns had a insignificant impact on perceived ease of use of the telehealth service. From this, it can be gathered that the concerns over information protection and security are reduced further due to advancements in information technology compared to the initial period in the information technology industry, and thus the improvement in quality of medical services appeared to ensure that information privacy concerns did not act as a prohibiting factor in the acceptance of the telehealth service. Thus, if other factors have an enormous impact on ease of use and usefulness, concerns over these results in the initial period of technology acceptance may become irrelevant. However, it is clear that users' information privacy concerns, as other studies have revealed, is a major factor affecting technology acceptance. Thus, caution must be exercised while interpreting the result, and further study is required on the issue. Numerous information technologies with outstanding performance and innovativeness often attract few consumers. A revised bill for those urgently in need of telehealth services is about to be approved in the national assembly. As telemedicine is implemented between doctors and patients, a wide range of systems that will improve the quality of healthcare services will be designed. In this sense, the study on the consumer acceptance of telehealth services is meaningful and offers strong academic evidence. Based on the implications, it can be expected to contribute to the activation of telehealth services. Further study is needed to assess the acceptance factors for telehealth services, such as motivation to remain healthy, health care involvement, knowledge on health, and control of health-related behavior, in order to develop unique services according to the categorization of customers based on health factors. In addition, further study may focus on various theoretical cognitive behavior models other than the TAM, such as the health belief model.

차량용 모바일 앱의 분류: 융복합 관점의 앱 개발을 위해 (A Classification of Car-related Mobile Apps: For App Development from a Convergence Perspective)

  • 다수의 앱 개발업체가 사업에 어려움을 겪고 있는 상황에서 수익을 높일 수 있는 분야로 본 연구에서는 자동차용 앱을 선정하고, 자동차를 운전하거나 관리하는 용도로 쓰이는 모바일 앱을 분석하여 분류하였다. 총 697개의 자동차용 앱(애플의 앱 스토어에서 273개와 구글 플레이 스토어에서 424개)을 분류한 결과 8개 집단으로 나뉘었는데, 대부분 차량 뉴스 및 정보(28%), 위치 서비스(23%), 대여 서비스(15%), 안전/효율 운전(12%) 집단에 속하였다. 나머지는 매매, 운전자 소통, 유지보수 관리, 경비 관리용 이었다. 하지만, 다수의 앱들이 주 기능면에서 너무 비슷한 경우가 많았고, 단지 소수의 앱만이 둘 이상의 집단에 속할 만큼 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있었다. 분류 체계의 실용성을 높이기 위하여 분류자간 신뢰성 검사를 두 번에 걸쳐 실시한 결과 Cohen's Kappa 값이 0.886과 0.828로 수용할 만한 수준이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 자동차용 앱 개발업체가 기존 앱이 제공하지 않는 기능을 발굴내거나 다기능을 복합한 앱을 개발하는데 유용할 것이며, 향후 유망 앱을 찾기 위한 방안을 연구할 필요가 있다.
