  • Context-awareness techniques in ubiquitous computing environment provide various services to users who need to get information via the analysis of collected information from sensors in a spatial area. Context-awareness has been increased in ubiquitous computing and is applied to many different applications such as disaster management system, intelligent robot system, transportation management system, shopping management system, and digital home service. Many researches have recently focused on services that provide the appropriate information, which are collected from Internet by different kinds of sensors, to users according to context of their surrounding environment. In this paper, we propose an abstraction model to manage the large-scale contextual information and their metadata which are collected from different kinds of in-situ sensors in a spatial area and are presented them on the web. This model is composed of the modules expressing functional elements of sensors using sensorML(Sensor Model Language) based on XML language and the modules managing contextual information, which is transmitted from the sensors.

Proposal of Eco-M Business Model : Specialty Store of Eco-friendly Agricultural Products Joined with Suburban Agriculture

  • The main purpose of the research is to suggest a new business model of direct distribution of organic agricultural products cultivated in suburban area. To secure competitiveness, logistics cost reduction is important through direct transaction of organic agricultural products cultivated on suburban area. The research addresses food safety, farmers' income and unemployment issues with Eco-M business model. The research methods include investigation on the followings: current domestic agriculture; related problems on the existing literature reviews; the current status of suburban agriculture; specialty store of eco-friendly agricultural products. Eco-M business model can solve various problems of suburban agriculture supply system, challenges of organic farming specialty stores, unemployment issues, and difficulties of processing verticalization. Future research should include followings. First, there should be comparative analysis between businesses of environment-friendly specialty stores through suburban agriculture and producer's agriculture connected with organic farming market. Second, it is required to develop strategy of environment-friendly specialty stores. Finally, analysis of the potential of Sextic industries is necessary throughout production-process-service process.

협대역 사물 인터넷 환경에서 웹 객체의 평균 전송시간을 추정하기 위한 해석적 모델 (Analytical model for mean web object transfer latency estimation in the narrowband IoT environment)

  • 본 논문은 TCP 혼잡제어 메커니즘의 슬로우-스타트 단계에서 웹 객체의 평균전송 시간을 추정하기 위한 수학적 모델을 제안한다. 평균 지연은 네트워크의 종단 사용자가 필요로 하는 중요한 서비스 품질이다. 제안하는 모델의 적용대상은 작은 윈도우 크기로 인해 패킷손실이 슬로우-스타트 구간에서만 발생하는 멀티-홉 무선 네트워크와 대역폭이 작은 사물 인터넷을 대상으로 한다. 모델은 초기 윈도우 크기와 패킷 손실률을 고려하여 지연시간을 구한다. 제안한 모델은 주어진 패킷손실에 대해 라운드 트립 타임과 초기 윈도우 크기에 따라 주로 영향을 받게 되며, 종단 사용자가 사물 인터넷 응용 서비스에 요구하는 응답시간을 추정하는 데 적용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 무선 LAN(Local Area Network) 상에서 단말간에 전송되는 트래픽의 처리율을 향상하기 위한 새로운 백오프 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 백오프 방식은 사용 중인 서비스 영역의 정보 중 하나인 단말의 수를 이용하여 충돌이 증가함에 따라 경쟁 윈도우를 변화시켜 백오프 절차를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 백오프 방식을 분석하기 위해 마코프 모델을 이용한 수학적 분석으로 기존의 IEEE 802.l1e 백오프 방식과 비교 분석한다. 수치적 결과에서 제안된 백오프 방식이 처리율에서 기존의 백오프 방식보다 성능이 우수함을 보여준다.

산업체 단체급식 종사자의 직무특성과 직업몰입, 직무만족 간의 구조적인 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Causal Relationship between Job Characteristics, Job Commitment, and Job Satisfaction of Industrial Organization Food Service Workers)

  • This study conducted a survey on 414 industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area to find out the effect relationship of the job characteristics of organization food service workers and its effects on job commitment and job satisfaction by recognizing the need for job application through the job characteristic model, which was the beginning of the intrinsic motivation theory for the job of organization food service workers. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the method to analyze the survey was undertaken by using the SPSS 23.0 and Amos 21.0 statistic package program via a data coding process for collected data processing. We can confirm from the analysis results that there is a statistically significant causal relationship in all factors, except task identity, which is a sub factor of job characteristic. This result reaffirms the results of previous research by showing that the worker must be allowed to ensure completion of the entire job when performing the job as the job itself is not one part of the processes. Decision-making autonomy must be given in the work process when the worker performs their job in order to raise job satisfaction and furthermore to increase job commitment. The limitation of this study is that there are limits that making generalization as the study was conducted on industrial organization food service workers in the Kyungnam area as extracted samples.

인터넷 상거래 처리속도의 경제적 가치분석 모형에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on a Model of Economic Value of Transmission Speed of Internet Commerce)

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

빅데이터 분석을 활용한 재해 분야별 안전지수 서비스 모델 연구 (A Study on the Safety Index Service Model by Disaster Sector using Big Data Analysis)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 재난 발생 데이터와 실시간 기상·대기 관련 데이터를 수집하고 정제과정을 통하여 데이터베이스를 구축하고, API로 제공되는 공공 데이터와 연계하여 빅 데이터 기반의 도시안전지수의 서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 재난 발생과 관련한 다양한 정보를 공공 데이터와 SNS를 활용하여 수집하고, 기계학습 알고리즘으로 분석한 결과를 중심으로 이용자 관심지역의 재난상황을 실시간 대시보드로 확인하고 대처하는 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과: 분야별 지역안전지수와 기상·대기의 상관관계가 높은 속성을 추출하여 예측모델과 비교하면 교통사고 분야의 지역안전지수는 기상·대기 데이터와 상당한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 결론: 기계학습 알고리즘 기반의 안전지수 예측모델을 생성하여 이용자 관심 지역에 분야별 안전지수를 지도에 표시하는 시스템을 제안하였다.

The Influence of Service Recovery Justice on Intention to Recommend for Retailer

  • Purpose: This research aimed to suggest retailing companies some ways to enhance customer satisfaction with service recovery and recommendation intention towards these companies. For this purpose, current study examined the relationships among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend and the moderating role of ego-resilience. Research design, data and methodology: Current study developed a structural equation model in which perceived service recovery justice is a predictor, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction are mediators, intention to recommend is a dependent variable and the ego-resilience is a moderator between the perceived service recovery justice and the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. Data were collected from customers who experienced service failures from retailers. A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and 365 samples were used for analysis after deleting data having missing value. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to test the validity, reliability, and structural equation modeling. Results: Empirical results showed that the perceived service recovery justice had a negative influence on the perceived service failure severity and a positive influence on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction. These results indicate that when customers perceive the service recovery justice more highly, they perceive the service failure less severe but they perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery. In addition, the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction had a positive influence on the intention to recommend. These results indicate that when customers perceive the retailer more trustworthy and are satisfied with service recovery, they are more intend to recommend the retailer. Moreover, the influence of the perceived service recovery justice on the customer trust and the recovery satisfaction was moderated by the ego-resilience. Conclusions: This study contributed to the service recovery literature by proving the relationship among service recovery justice, service failure severity, customer trust, recovery satisfaction and intention to recommend. Moreover, current research introduced the ego-resilience into service recovery research area and revealed the moderation role of the ego-resilience. Managerially, this research suggested retailing companies some ways to effectively recover from service failure.

  • 조직 커뮤니케이션은 하나의 사회적 체제인 조직에서 구성원의 정보전달 행위를 통해 공동의 목표를 달성하는 과정이며 조직구조의 한 요소이다. 목표달성의 정도와 서비스의 질을 포함하는 효과성, 만족도 등은 조직성과로 표현될 수 있으며 도서관 조직성과로 간주될 수 있는 서비스 품질은 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ 모형을 통해 측정될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직 커뮤니케이션을 공공도서관 조직성과를 향상시키는 조직요소로 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ 모형에 따른 서비스 품질을 조직성과로 설정하고 이들의 관계를 통해 커뮤니케이션의 특성이 차원별 서비스 품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것을 그 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 수도권에 위치한 8개 공공도서관의 사서 및 이용자 대상 설문조사를 통한 통계적 분석을 시행한다. 연구결과 도서관의 상향, 수평, 하향 커뮤니케이션은 품질의 3개 차원(서비스의 감성적 차원, 정보통제 차원, 도서관 공간 차원)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

무선인터넷서비스 수용의 영향요인 분석: 플로우이론을 가미한 기술수용모델의 확장 (Factors Influencing Mobile Internet Service Acceptance: Extension of Technology Acceptance Model Using The Flow Theory)

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the acceptance of mobile internet services based on the theoretical backgrounds of the technology acceptance model(TAM) and the flow theory. This research extended the Davis' TAM model(1989) by including the flow concept as another major factor towards the intention to use the mobile device in order to explain the acceptance of divers mobile services. According to the marketing studies(Ghani & Desphande, 1994; Novak, Hoffman & Yung, 2000), flow is regarded a psychological state in which one is absorbed in something he or she is doing, and is known to be widely adopted in explaining one's acceptance in the area of game, sports, and even hobby. This study developed a research model to explain the use of mobile services employing usefulness, ease of use and flow as major research variables, and collected 221 survey responses from the high school students who had experiences with such mobile services as game and audio file download. The results of the current research indicates that usefulness and flow influence the intension to use mobile services, but the effect of ease of use did not appear significant to the intention to use. It was also found that flow affects both usefulness and ease of use, and then ease of use next influences usefulness.
