출력분기 기반 플러그인 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력전달 시스템 특성 분석 (Analysis of Powertrain Characteristics for Output Split Type Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

  • In this paper, powertrain of output split type plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is analyzed for the operation range of speed, torque, and power. First, it is assumed that the efficiency of motor is 100%. And, the speed and torque equations are derived based on the lever analogy. With the above equations, the simulations are performed for the powertrain of output split type plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. From the simulation results, it is found that the output torques of EV1 and series modes are larger than the EV2 and power split modes' ones. It means the EV1 and series modes can be used for the rapid acceleration. But the EV1 and series modes can be used only the velocity of under the 120 km/h. It is because the motor reaches its maximum speed when the velocity is over the 120 km/h for the EV1 and series modes. When the engine is turned on, the engine power is transmitted through the two motors. But, the power split mode shows the power split of engine at the output shaft, and it has the point of zero motor power. Thus, the transmission efficiency of the power split mode can be higher than the series mode's one, it the motor efficiency is considered.

An Empirical Analysis of Sino-Russia Foreign Trade Turnover Time Series: Based on EMD-LSTM Model

  • The time series of foreign trade turnover is complex and variable and contains linear and nonlinear information. This paper proposes preprocessing the dataset by the EMD algorithm and combining the linear prediction advantage of the SARIMA model with the nonlinear prediction advantage of the EMD-LSTM model to construct the SARIMA-EMD-LSTM hybrid model by the weight assignment method. The forecast performance of the single models is compared with that of the hybrid models by using MAPE and RMSE metrics. Furthermore, it is confirmed that the weight assignment approach can benefit from the hybrid models. The results show that the SARIMA model can capture the fluctuation pattern of the time series, but it cannot effectively predict the sudden drop in foreign trade turnover caused by special reasons and has the lowest accuracy in long-term forecasting. The EMD-LSTM model successfully resolves the hysteresis phenomenon and has the highest forecast accuracy of all models, with a MAPE of 7.4304%. Therefore, it can be effectively used to forecast the Sino-Russia foreign trade turnover time series post-epidemic. Hybrid models cannot take advantage of SARIMA linear and LSTM nonlinear forecasting, so weight assignment is not the best method to construct hybrid models.

  • A protection scheme for hybrid active power filters, which is combined shunt passive filter and small rated series active filter, is presented and analyzed in this paper. The proposed series active power filter operated as a high impedance 'k($\Omega$)' to the fundamental component when over current occurs in the power distribution system, and three control strategies are proposed in this paper. The first is the method by detecting the fundamental source current through the p-q theory, the second is the method by detecting the fundamental component of load current in Synchronous Reference Frame (SRF) and the third is the method by detecting the input voltage. When the over current occurs in the power distribution system, the proposed scheme protects the series active power filter without additional protection circuits. The validity of proposed protection scheme is investigated through experimental result for the prototype hybrid active power filter system.

  • 본 연구에서는 금융시계열의 일간 변동성 측정을 위해 가중 융합 방법을 제안하고 있다. 고빈도(high frequency)자료에 기반을 둔 조정된 실현변동성을 계산하고 이를 참 값으로 간주하여 제안된 가중 융합 변동성에서 최적 가중치를 결정하는 과정을 서술하였다. 국내 KOSPI200자료의 1분 단위 고빈도 주가로부터 조정된 실현변동성을 구한 후 최적의 가중 융합 변동성을 제안해 보았다.

  • A series hydraulic hybrid vehicle(SHHV) concept has been explored as a potential pathway to an ultra-efficient city vehicle. Improvements in SHHV fuel economy with reduced emissions strongly depend on their supervisory control strategy. Thermostatic control is simple and reliable but it's cause of frequent engine on-off. Therefore, power follower strategy is presented. In this paper, thermostatic control strategy and power follower strategy is compared for the SHHV model developed using AMESim.

  • A bimodal low-floor tram can provide the punctuality of trains and the flexibility of bus together to the passengers. Its propulsion system is a series hybrid type using a set of CNG engine generator and Li-polymer battery. This paper presents a development of the measurement equipment for fine-tuning of a series hybrid propulsion system of bimodal low-floor tram. Its configuration schemes are described and certified using the measurement data of bimodal low-floor tram.

  • A control algorithm is developed for highly efficient operation of auxiliary power unit (APU) that consists of a diesel engine and a directly coupled induction generator in series hybrid electric Bus (SHEB). In a series hybrid configuration the APU supplies the electric power needed for maintaining the state of charge (SOC) of the battery unit in various conditions of vehicle operation. As the rotational speed of generator does not depend on the vehicle speed, an optimized operation of engine-generator unit based on the efficiency map of each component can be achieved. The output torque of diesel engine can be controlled by the amount of fuel injection, and the power converted from mechanical to electrical energy can be adjusted by generate control unit (GCU) using the decoupling vector control of torque and flux. As for the given reference of the generating power, the multiply of speed and torque, many combinations of operating speed and torque are possible. The algorithm decides the new operating point based on the engine efficiency map and generator characteristic curve. During the transition of operating points, the speed controller saturation is avoided using variable limit and filtering of generator torque reference. A test rig and SHEB consist of a 1.5L diesel engine and a 30kw induction generator are constructed by Hyundai Motor Company.

  • 직렬형 하이브리드 자동차는 구조가 간단하고 단품들의 효율이 높기 때문에 연비성능이 우수하며, 병렬형과 비교하여 배터리, 엔진, 모터의 용량이 상대적으로 고용량인 특징을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 직렬형 하이브리드 자동차의 최적용량매칭을 통해 최적의 연비를 도출하고, 실시간 시뮬레이션 환경에서 사용될 알고리즘을 개발한다. 연구에서 진행된 용량매칭은 모터, 엔진/발전기 및 배터리를 대상으로 13개 주행 사이클에 대하여 순차적으로 이루어 졌으며, 이를 위해 Matlab 환경에서 최적화 기법인 DP(Dynamic Programming)을 사용하였다. 실시간 성능검증을 위한 차량모델은 Simulink 및 AMEsim을 기반으로 개발되었고 실시간 제어로직이 구현된 RCP(Rapid Control Proto-typing)와 연동하여 그 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

A Multi-step Time Series Forecasting Model for Mid-to-Long Term Agricultural Price Prediction

  • 본 논문에서는 Multi-Step Time Series의 세 가지 전략을 비교 분석하기 위해 LGBM, MLP, LSTM, GRU를 사용하여 농산물 중장기 가격 예측에 대한 최적의 모형을 제안한다. 제안 모형은 다각도로 전략을 선택하여 모델과 전략간 최적의 조합을 찾도록 설계되었다. 기존 농산물 가격 예측 연구에서는 전통 계량경제 모델인 ARIMA를 비롯하여 LSTM 계열 모델이 주로 사용된 반면 Multi-Step Time Series 관련 농산물 가격 예측 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 농산물 가격의 변동성 정도에 따라 두 개의 기간으로 나누어 실험을 진행하였으며, Direct, Hybrid, Multiple Outputs 등 세 전략의 중장기 가격 예측 결과 Hybrid 접근법이 상대적으로 우수한 성능을 보였다.본 연구 결과는 중장기 일별 가격 예측을 고도화할 수 있는 효과적인 대안을 제시한다는 측면에서 학술적, 실무적 의의를 갖는다.
