Semiconductor devices can be series stacked for the application of high voltage switching. It can provide high reliability and long lifetime by the safe design with a reasonable margin. The equal voltage distribution at solid-state switches in series should be guaranteed. Static and dynamic voltage division, over current protection must be considered carefully in the design stage. A fast switching thyristor is a good candidate for the high power pulse applications. A high voltage switching module is designed and tested. Its specifications are working voltage of 70 kV, switching pulse width of 120${\mu}s$, peak switching current of 220A, maximum repetition rate of 200pps. The module can be series connected to get higher working voltage. This paper presents the design details and the test results are compared with expected circuit simulations.

This research is to build the foundation of systematic application of color in cosmetology by analyzing color attributes in women's makeup presentation. The result were as follows. 1. The most popular color series in make up were R then RP and YR. The most popular color tone is 'd' and 'lt'. 2. Colors in make up according to age was as follows. For eye shadow, people aged 18 to 24 used 'lt' tone of the R color series; people aged 25 to 34 used 'lt', 's', 'sf tone of the R color series, 'lt' tone of the PB color series, 'lt' tone of the YR color series; people over 35 'g' tone of the YR color series, 'sf' tone of the P color series. For lipstick, people aged 18 to 24 used 'd' tone of the R color series; people aged 25 to 34 used 'd', 'sf' tone of the R color series; people over 35 used 'd' tone of the R color series. For lip-gloss, people aged 18 to 24 used 'v', 'lt', 'b', 's' tone of the R color series; people aged 25 to 34 used 's' 'd' 'dp' 'sf' tone of the R color series; people over 35 used 'b' tone of the R color series. 3. Make up colors according to marital status was as follows. For eye shadow, while married interviewees used 's', 'dk' tone of the R color series, single interviewees used 'lt', 'sf' tone of the R color series. For lipstick, while married interviewees used 'd', 'g' tone of the R color series, single interviewees preferred to use madder 'd', 'sf' tone of the R color series. For lip-gross, while married interviewees used 'd' tone of the R color series, single interviewees used 'b' tone of the R color series the most.

Superhero movies are an important part of the Hollywood film industry. The Superman series is the most important of them, bringing high box office receipts and profits of surrounding goods to the Hollywood film industry. The Superman series of live-action movies is an adaptation and secondary creation of superhero comics. With the development of the times, the narrative content, narrative form and aesthetic design of the Superman series have changed with the times. The film "Superman: The Body of Steel" is the latest in the series, and it is also the re-launch of the Superman series of movies after seven years. The film has innovated and subverted the story and aesthetic design of the previous film.

Furniture reflects historical, cultual spatial background of human life style. This means that we cannot think of a furniture apart from the living environment. This study is focused on the process of furniture design in woman`s fashion shop. Basically furniture design is consisted of two main parts of process. The first part is series of a theoretical background and the second part is a visual design process. Theoretical background contains human activities in place, antropometric data, requisite furniture type according of visual main concept, series of sketches and the development of alternatives of design. Researching and applying all these factors systematically to furniture design process will lead to well designed furniture and harmonious interiors.

Novel 1,4-substituted piperazine derivatives 5, Series A and B were designed by fragment analysis and molecular modification of 4 selected piperazine-containing compounds which possess antidepressant activity. We synthesized new 39 analogues of Series A and 10 compounds of Series B, respectively. The antidepressant screening against DA, NE, and serotonin neurotransmitter uptake inhibition was carried out using the Neurotransmitter Transporter Uptake Assay Kit. The compounds in Series B showed relatively higher reuptake inhibitory activity for SERT, NET, and DAT than those in Series A. The length of spacer between the central piperazine core and the terminal phenyl ring substituted at the piperazine ring in Series B seems to exert an important role in the activity.

This paper analyzes the difficulties with the learning of sequence and series of the second-year students who participated in a year long whole class at the university level. The research was carried out at the end of students' third semester. These students were randomly selected. They were applied to one paper and pencil test containing eight task items on sequence and series. In this study, qualitative method (case study design) was used to explore students' difficulties and misunderstandings in learning sequence and series. Students' responses to the questions were divided into three categories: These were "correct", "partial correct" and "false or no responses". Students' responses to the paper and pencil test were evaluated. The results show that students had difficulties and misunderstandings in series and sequence.

Newly developed Series hybrid low-floor articulated vehicle which can meet both road and railway running conditions. It has the rated driving speed of 80 km/h and three driving modes with hybrid(engine+battery) driving mode, engine driving mode, battery driving mode. The battery driving mode requires the several 10 km running without additional charging operation. The vehicle has been equipped with LPB (lithium polymer battery) pack for the series hybrid propulsion system. LPB pack consists of 168 cells (3.7 V in a cell, 80 Ah) in series, DC Circuit breaker, mechanical rack, BMS (battery management system). This paper has shown the design process of LPB pack and application to the vehicle. Driving results in the road was successful to be satisfied with the requirement of the series hybrid vehicle.
