In this paper, it is suggested and implemented that a new structure of illumination control system using the adaptation control method is to control a number of illuminators. IDs is given to each illuminator controller, the systems are connected in serial, and then the main system controls the on and off of the power supply, intensity of illumination, and a failure check.

In this paper, we consider a code acquisition of W-CDMA signals over multipath Rayleigh fading channel when double-dwell serial search code acquisition is used for initial synchronization. We derive the detection and false alarm probability, and mean acquisition time mathematically by taking into account of multiple H$_1$ cells and double-dwell serial search. It is noteworthy that the more the number of the post-detection integration, the shorter the mean acquisition time in low SNR.

TCMS(Train Control ＆ Management System) control monitor and test the main on-board equipments including propulsion/brake unit by the serial transmission line. TCMS reduces interface circuits and number of train lines by the software logic and utilizing serial communication method. This paper describes the method of powering and braking control by TCMS software logic, and the software logic is verified by running test at Seoul Subway Line＃ 6. The focus of this paper is to develop the optimization procedures and analyze the complexities of the nonserial diverging branch systems in Dynamic Programming. The optimization procedure of the system is developed such that it helps to reduce the computational demands of the system. The complexity of the network is analyzed with the increasing number of nodes, branches and their connectedness to the main serial system. Determination of the optimal set of nodes for the main serial chain is also investigated.

TCMS(Train Control ＆ Management System) is the management system of train information which intensively control, monitor and test the main on-board equipments including propulsion/brake unit by the serial transmission line. TCMS reduces interface circuits and number of train lines by the software logic and utilizing serial communication method. This paper describes the method of powering and braking control by TCMS software logic, in comparison with the powering/braking control by conventional relay logic/hardwire circuits, and the software logic was verified by simulation test with TCMS simulator.

We investigate the stepwise parallel processing of the serial search which can success the co]1 search at low Ec/Io. The single path Rayleigh fading channel which is worst-case channel model is considered. The typical 3-step cell search is used. The probabilities of detection, miss and false alarm for each step are used in closed forms based on the statistics of CDMA noncoherent demodulator output. The optimal power allocation to each channel and The optimal number of post-detection integrations for each step is obtained. Also, the cumulative probability distribution of the average eel] search time for serial search methods are compared.

A dynamic absorber is used to protect the primary vibration system under the steady-state harmonic disturbance. In a number of cases it appears expedient to install several absorbers of smaller masses instead of one. This may be due to the need of distribute the absorber's response along the construction, restrictions on the absorber's installation. So, we studied characteristics of the primary vibration system for the optimal natural frequency ratio and the optimal damping ratio of serial multi-dynamic absorber. Also we obtained the optimum values of the serial multi-dynamic absorber parameters using computer simulation for the damped primary vibration system. In designing multi-dynamic absorber, we presented for the optimal natural frequency and the optimal damping ratio of multi-dynamic absorbers.

The MDDI(Mobile Digital Display Interface) standard is an optimized high-speed serial interconnection technology developed by Qualcomm and supports the VESA(Video Electronics Standard Association). It increases reliability and reduces power consumption in clamshell phones by decreasing the number of wires to interconnect with the LCD display. In this paper, the MDDI host is designed using VHDL and implemented on FPGA. We demonstrates that the MDDI host is connected with S3CA460 LCD controller is designed by Samsung Electronics Co. and display a steal image to the LCD.

Optimal design of serial connected PZT driven micro compressor was investigated. Modeling equations were derived using energy equation and mass conservation equation. The results show that mass flow rate was increased as number of connected micro compresses is increased. As pressure difference between suction port and discharge port in compressor group is increased, connected compressors have much more mass flow rate than single compressor. Mass flow rate is also increased as driving frequency is increased. And optimal design scale is suggested for highest efficiency or highest mass flow rate.

음열 음악은 쇤베르크가 창시한 20세기 음악의 중요한 작곡 기법중 하나이다. 이 음악은 범조적인 혹은 무조적인 특정을 가지며, 이로 인하여 독특한 현대 음악의 분위기를 생성하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 수학적 알고리즘을 이용하여 음열 음악을 생성하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 방법은 음열음악에 대한 쇤베르크의 엄격한 정의보다는 더욱 자유로운 형태를 띄지만, 전체 음악 내에서 12개의 음이 사용되어야 한다는 규칙은 만족한다. 이를 위하여 원형 음열 및 원형 음열의 전위과 전조로 구성되어있는 음열도표를 자유롭게 탐색하는 공간 채움 곡선을 이용한다. 임의의 공간을 한번만 탐색하는 성질을 가진 이 곡선을 사용함으로써, 음열 도표에 있는 모든 음을 한번씩 사용하면서도 적절한 반복성을 띄는 음악을 생성할 수 있다. 따라서 생성된 음악은 원래의 음열 음악의 특징인 범조성 및 무조성을 유지하면서도 현대음악에 친숙하지 않은 사람들에게도 보다 쉽게 접근하는 음악을 생성할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 다차원 공간 채움 곡선을 이용하여 음의 길이 및 세기까지 음열을 사용하는 더욱 확장된 형태의 음열음악을 생성하는 방법도 소개한다.
