We present a survey for finding hidden star clusters using the WISE data. There are more than two thousand star clusters in the current catalogs of star clusters in the Milky Way Galaxy. However, there are still numerous star clusters remaining to be discovered, especially, along the Milky Way. The WISE, NIR to MIR all sky survey, is an efficient source to find star clusters obscured by dust along the Milky Way. Taking the advantage of the power of WISE, we survey a wide area at ${\mid}l{\mid}<30^{\circ}$ and ${\mid}b{\mid}<6^{\circ}$, toward to the central region of the Milky Way to find new star clusters. To find cluster candidates, we used two kinds of method: the visual inspection and the brightness density investigation. We will report the progress of this survey.

Galaxy clusters, the largest gravitationally bound systems, are an important means to place constraints on cosmological models and study the evolution and formation of galaxies and their large scale distribution. We report results from our study of galaxy clusters in the European Large Area ISO Survey North1(ELAIS-N1) field, covering a sky area of 8.75 $deg^2$. We combine multi-wavelength data from the UKIRT Infrared Deep Sky Survey Deep Extragalactic Survey (UKIDSS DXS, JK bands), Spitzer Wise-area InfraRed Extragalactic survey (SWIRE, Optical-Infrared bands), and CFHT (z band). The photometric redshifts are derived from these datasets and are used to search for high redshift galaxy cluster candidates. Finally, we provide new candidates of galaxy clusters at redshifts 1.0

Purpose: The modern IT can give enormous impacts on the agricultural production and consumption. However, farmer's ability to use IT devices has been known as one of the critical factors on success of IT in agriculture. This survey study was performed to evaluate the informatization status of farmers and to draw a strategy to develop and distribute a ubiquitous agricultural information system. Methods: A survey questionnaire with 19 questions on the degree of IT devices such as computers and smartphones and their utilization were developed. The survey was questioned 3 groups of farmers in Gyounggi Province and analyzed statistically by the ${\chi}^2$ test. Results: The order of IT devices distribution were computers, smartphones, smart TVs and tablet PCs in all groups. The ratios of ownerships of the devices are 97.7, 78.6%, 31.4%, 17.8% respectively. The active farmers in this survey showed higher informatization level than that of native and the general farmers. Conclusions: The ubiquitous agricultural information system was judged to be developed for the computer because spread and use of it exceeds the other devices. Also, the information system based on the smartphone could be a complementary way if the rapid of the smartphones continues and proper education on use of the phone is provided.

We present a preliminary result of the Fornax cluster survey as a part of the KMTNet Intensive Nearby Southern Galaxy Group Survey (KINGS). We discovered about 200 new dwarf galaxy candidates from the survey of the $8^{\circ}{\times}6^{\circ}$ area around the Fornax cluster. They have magnitudes ranging from V=17.5 to 22 mag (Mv = -13.8 to -9.3), and they are almost complete to V = 20 mag. Surface brightness profiles of most of these galaxies are fit well by a Sersic law with n ~ 1.0. Structural parameters of these galaxies follow well the scaling relations of dwarf galaxies in the fundamental plane. The color-magnitude diagram of these galaxies shows that they are mostly located at the faint end of the red sequence, indicating that they are the probable member of the Fornax cluster. We also derive a luminosity function of the Fornax cluster by combining the new galaxies with the known galaxies in the previous catalogs. We will discuss the future of the KINGS-Fornax.

Intensive Monitoring Survey of Nearby Galaxies (IMSNG) has been managed over 6 years. It aimed to constrain the progenitor system and explosion mechanism of SNe by detection of very early signal from shock heated emission. We have conducted monitoring observation of nearby bright galaxies those were carefully selected using global network of 1-m class telescopes. More than 20 SNe have occured in our target fields. As One of result of the survey, we present light curve analysis of type Ia SN 2018kp, which was discovered in NGC 3367. Based on photometric analysis, we calculated explosion parameters and set constraints of physical conditions of this supernova. We compared the results with theoretical model progenitor systems to find out which scenario is the most fitted to SN 2018kp case. Moreover, we estimate the distance to the galaxy and look into the relation between SNe and galactic physical parameters.

The purpose of this study was to set and analyze the feasibility and survey of the Hanok(The traditional Korean style house) housing complex project within Seoul metropolitan area. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, a survey was carried out to find out the optimum Hanok style. The survey showed that many people chose a frond and back yard garden as a merit of Hanok and pointed out the weak crime prevention as a weakness of Hanok. The optimum size for a Hanok was from $264m^2$ to $330m^2$ and living space was from $100m^2$ to $132m^2$. And people considered about 120% of what the apartment sells for as the reasonable price of a Hanok. Based on the survey, this study planned a Hanok housing complex on a lot that has competitive price and analysed the feasibility of the housing plan. The result was that Hanok's construction cost per $3.3m^2$ to be a marketable product has to be below about 6 million Won. As a result, the construction cost-saving through the advanced technology and planning to meet the changing customers' needs are needed to vitalize Hanok's supply.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the activation plan of the post-construction sales through the results of a survey on the perception of Seoul citizens and experts. Research design, data and methodology: The purpose of this study is to suggest the activation plan of the post-construction sales through the results of a survey on the perception of Seoul citizens and experts. Results: According to a survey of Seoul citizens' perceptions, 76.7% of Seoul citizens were well aware of post-construction sales and recognized that post-construction sales would reduce pre-sale speculation and confusion in the real estate market. Second, 73.6% of Seoul citizens were willing to buy houses through post-construction sales, and third, 79.6% of Seoul citizens recognized that a post-sale system was necessary. Experts' opinions generally responded to the expansion of the introduction of post-construction sales, saying, 'It is necessary for both the public and the private sectors'. Second, while experts say that there are also positive effects, negative effects such as polarization centered on large corporations, an increase in sales prices, and a decrease in housing supply are also concerned. Third, experts responded that 'diversification of financing methods' is the most important task in revitalizing the post-sale system. Conclusions: The policy implications are that it is necessary to mandate the post-construction sales in the long term, and that the quality assurance system needs to be supplemented even if the sale is promoted post-construction sales. In addition, private participation is essential to revitalize the post-construction sales, and government support such as initial financing, low-interest rates, and various financing measures should be sought to expand private participation.

The editorial department of Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society[JKNS] polled more than 1,210 members of the Korean Neurosurgical Society[KNS] to evaluate the present status of JKNS from a viewpoint of readers or authors. The survey form includes questions about the impressions and opinions of JKNS regarding to its contents, style, and service. There responses were collected by means of e-mail and a total of 107 replies could be gathered during 2 months. Analysis of the responses revealed that majority of members of the KNS recognized the efforts to improve the quality of JKNS during recent years. However, there was also apprehensions and discontent about the quality of articles and review process in some KNS members.
