  • 현대의 모든 기기나 사물들은 인터넷과 연결이 되어 있어서 직접 조작을 하지 않아도 원격으로 쉽게 사물들을 조작할 수 있고, 사물들이 스스로 필요한 것들을 확인하여 사용자에게 알려주는 시대가 되었다. 사용자 생활면에서는 편리한 시대가 되었다고 볼 수 있다 하지만 보안면 에서는 나쁜 의도를 가진 사용자들에게는 좋은 먹잇감이 되었다. 이 논문에서는 해킹을 시도하거나 다른 사람에게 손해를 끼치려는 사람들을 방지하기 위해 블록체인의 보안 기술을 이용하여 IOT의 보안 기능을 향상하는 논문을 작성하려고 한다.

공정 플라즈마에서 실시간 유전박막두께 측정법의 보상연구

  • 공정 플라즈마 장치에서 이중 주파수법을 이용하여 실시간 유전박막 두께 측정법에 대한 보상연구를 하였다. 이중 주파수법은 유전박막과 플라즈마 쉬스를 간단한 전기적인 등가회로로 모델링하여 유전박막의 두께를 측정하는 방법이다. 이중 주파수법의 문제는 측정탐침의 인가전압에 따른 유전박막의 두께 측정치가 다르다는 점이다. 플라즈마 쉬스를 선형 저항만으로 등가하였기 때문에, 쉬스의 인가전압에 상관없이 쉬스 저항의 값이 일정하다는 가정이 존재한다. 그러나 쉬스 저항은 쉬스의 인가전압에 종속적이면서 비선형적인 특성을 갖는다. 측정 탐침에 출력 전압이 인가될 때 쉬스 양단에서 인가전압에 따른 쉬스의 등가저항의 비선형성을 고려하여 측정 탐침에 증착된 유전박막의 커패시턴스성분에 대한 방정식을 Numerical analysis로 풀어 유전박막의 두께 측정값을 보상하였다. 보상된 위의 방법으로 다양한 RF파워, 압력에 따라 $Al_2O_3$박막의 두께를 실시간으로 측정하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 이 방법은 낮은 플라즈마 밀도(${\sim}10^9cm^{-3}$)에서도 인가전압에 따른 유전 박막두께측정의 오차를 줄일 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 자기유도를 기반으로 하는 중전력 (100W~2.4kW) 무선전력전송(Wireless Power Transfer, WPT) 및 IH(Induction Heating) 융합을 위한 인버터 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 넓은 출력 전력 범위를 지니며 송수신 코일간의 거리 및 위치 변화 등에 대해 일정한 출력 전력을 제공한다. 중전력에서 고효율, 안정성 및 국내외 규제를 만족하는 시제품을 제작하여 상용화에 대한 가능성 확인을 목표로 한다.

Yielding Ability and Competitive Influence of Tillering Maize(Zea mays L.) when Mixed with Uniculm Hybrid (형태적(形態的)으로 다른 두 옥수수 (Zea mays L.)의 혼작(混作)이 청예(靑刈)및 종실수량(種實收量)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • This study was done to investigate the interplanting effects of corn, when a corn hybrid with tillers (IK derivaties) was interplanted with a corn hybrid without tillers(Jinjoo Ok). The interplanting ratios of two hybrids, IK and Jinjoo Ok, were 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3, 2 to 1, and 3 to 1. The interp1anting effects were compared with monoculture for major agronomic characteristics. 1. The plant height was increased when interplanted regardless of the interplanting ratios of the two hybrids. The general growth of IK hybrid was a little hindered when the interplanting ratio of Jinjoo Ok hybrid increased. 2. The number of tillers produced by the IK hybrid increased until 40 days after emergence and appeared to increase as the interplanting ratio of IK hybrid increased. 3. When monocultured, the fresh weight of IK hybrid per 10a was 8,096kg and and 6,677kg at silking and dough stages, respectively and these were 77%, 53% over the fresh weight of Jinjoo Ok at the sarne stages. When IK and Jinjoo Ok hybrids were interplanted in 1 to 1 ratio, the fresh weight of IK was 20% higher than that of Jinjoo Ok monocultured. 4. The highest grain yield per 10a was obtained from the Jinjoo Ok hybrid monocultured and the yield was 434kg. Even the interplanting ratios between IK and Jinjoo Ok were 1 to 1 and 1 to 3, the grain yield of Jinjoo Ok was 16% and 13% over the IK, respectively. 5. Root and stalk lodging of IK hybrid was 29% when monocultured and seemed to increase as the interplanting ratio of Jinjoo Ok increased. The lowest lodging was found when the interplanting ratio of IK and Jinjoo Ok was 1 to 1. 6. Stem diameter of IK hybrid was also decreased as the interplanting ratio of Jinjoo Ok increased. The ear height of IK was lowered as the interplanting ratio of IK was increased. The two hybrids tested seemed to have tolerance to the black streaked dwarf virus(BSDV).

  • Local field distribution in the mixed state of type II superconductors has been numerically calculated and compared with $^{11}$B NMR spectra for YNi$_2B_2C$ single crystals. We find that only small distortion of vortex positions from the perfect lattice points is enough to smear out the low frequency shoulder. As the vortices are further distorted, the line shape changes from an asymmetric shape with a high frequency tail to a symmetric Gaussian line shape. It is found that the second moment of the field distribution has a major contribution from the high frequency tail. Consequently, a linewidth of the full width at half maximum calculated from the second moment assuming for a Gaussian line shape is overestimated.

  • A novel -1, 4-endoglucanase (EGase, EC 3.2.1.4) cDNA belonging to glycoside hydrolase family (GHF) 45 was cloned from the mulberry longicorn beetle, Apriona germari. The cDNA encoding EGase of A. germari (Ag-EGase) is 711 base pairs long with an open reading frame of 237 amino acid residues. The deduced protein sequence of Ag-EGase showed 54% and 48% identity to phytophagous beetle Phaedon cochleariae and termite Reticulitermes speratus hindgut symbiont, respectively. (omitted)

  • This paper deals with a heuristic algorithm for solving a broadband converged access networks (BCAN) design problem. The problem is to minimize the total cost of switches and cables while satisfying demand and QoS constraints. We propose a Tabu Search (TS) algorithm for finding a good feasible solution within a reasonable time limit.

  • In this study, 3-D underwater object restoration using ultrasonic transducer fabricated with PZT-Polymer 1-3 type composite are presented. Using the acquired underwater object data 16${\times}$16 pixels. Modified SCL neural networks using the 16${\times}$16 low resolution image was used for underwater object restoration of 32${\times}$32 high resolution Image.

  • HTS(High Temperature Superconductor) cable has a high possibility of practical use due to the possibility of low voltage and high capacity transmission caused by its lower power loss than copper cable. On the other hand, when fault current occurred, resistance increase caused by superconductivity loss, the amount of power supplies has diminished, furthermore, it's necessary to take the possible danger of damage to HITS cable into account. Therefore, an effective plan for dealing with the above problem is to link HITS cable to SFCL. In this study, we researched the possibilities of normal transport current as well as the safety of HITS cable by analyzing the properties of transport current in HITS cable connected with SFCL.

  • In this paper, it is described the performance of the breast cancer detection system that is composed of sensing, RF signal and image reconstruction part. Especially in the reconstruction algorithm, the amplitude and the phase of electric fields are used as compare value. So we improved to get the stable values of measured amplitude and phase of electric fields. Through compare images of reconstruction, we confirmed the performance of improved system.
