This study examines performances and varieties of export of IP sensitive products across emerging countries, namely, India and China by utilizing 6-digit disaggregated product-level export data. Further, this study constructs trade margins - extensive and intensive margins to understand trade potential and different trade patterns, specifically, exporters' productivity, product diversification, and volume of trade during 2007-2016. This study finds India's performance is comparable with China at the extensive margin though the gap between India and China is very wide in terms of the total value of exports and the intensive margin. China majorly exports more expensive electronics and manufacturing-related products as opposed to relatively cheaper medicinal and synthetic products, the total value of exports from China to the rest of the world is much higher than that of India. This study suggests that India is exporting IP-sensitive products to lower-income countries sufficiently, but the IP-sensitive exports to higher-income countries are still lagging.

Properties of purified isocitrate lyase from Saccharomycopsis lipolytica ATCC 44601 and MX9-11RX8 temperature-sensitive mutant were investigated. Purified isocitrate lyase from temperature-sensitive mutant was indistinguishable from the wild type enzyme with respect to the isoelectric pH(5.3), the thermostability and Km value for threo-Ds-Isocitrate(about 0.2 mM). When isocitrate lyase induced by acetate minimal medium at 33$^{\circ}C$, MX9-11RX8 mutant did not express enzyme activity but did synthesize polypeptide chain whose electrophoretic mobilities were equal to those of the purified enzymes.

In this study, the static and the dynamic characteristics of the load-sensitive hydraulic pump control systems of a hydraulic excavator were analyzed using the developed analysis tool. The results were compared with the experimental ones. To improve the static performance of the system, the system parameter effects on the controllable region and the pump pressure variation were studied. The parameters enhancing dynamic characteristics were also considered.

A stiffness in a dynamical system is numerically studied to investigate a sensitivity of a reactor to the delayed neutron spectra with the Doppler feedback. To test numerical procedure, we adopted a case of a reactivity accident in a point reactor model. We found that the stiffness is sensitive to a reactivity insertion rate and the delayed neutron spectra in the Doppler feedback phase. Our numerical results show that global reactor characteristics are not very sensitive to the delayed neutron spectra even though their instantaneous ones are sensitive. We present the time evolution of each precursor group explicitly.

We suggest a quantitative conditional unrelated question model that can be used in obtaining more sensitive information. For whom say "yes" about the less 7han sensitive question .B we ask only about the more sensitive variable X. We extend our model to two sample case when there is no information about the true mean of the unrelated variable Y. Finally we compare the efficiency of our model with that of Greenberg et al.′s.

A new algorithm, CBIR (Correlation Based Image Registration) was proposed to improve the resolution of image registration for PSP (Pressure Sensitive Paint). The local displacement vectors were obtained by finding the displacement which maximizes the cross-correlation between two interrogation windows of 'wind-off' and 'wind-on' images. A recursive multigrid processing was employed to increase the non-linear spatial resolutions. The variations of image were precisely measured without identifying the control points.

This paper is planned to use multi-proportions randomized response model for sensitive information on internet survey. This is an indirect response technique as a way of obtaining much more precise information. In this system we consider that respondents are generally reluctant to answer in a survey to get sensitive information targeting employees, customers, etc.

Polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) was developed to image highly scattering tissues with accounting for polarization effects in the sample. These polarization-sensitive images can provide additional information on the structure of the tissue because of a polarization state of the light is changed at its interaction with biological tissues. The scattering and birefringence are two phenomena, which change the polarization state of light passing through medium. (omitted)

Mycobacterium sp. strain JC1 was capable of growth on benzylamine as a sole source of carbon and energy. The primary deamination of benzylamine was mediated by an inducible amine oxidase, which can also oxidize tyramine, histamine, and dopamine. Inhibitor study identified this enzyme as a copper-containing amine oxidase sensitive to semicarbazide.
