Security in wireless sensor networks is very pressing especially when sensor nodes are deployed in hostile environments. To obtain security purposes, it is essential to be able to encrypt and authenticate messages sent amongst sensor nodes. Keys for encryption and authentication must be agreed upon by communicating nodes. Due to resource limitations and other unique features, obtaining such key agreement in wireless sensor network is extremely complex. Many key agreement schemes used in general networks, such as trusted server, Diffie-Hellman and public-key based schemes, are not suitable for wireless sensor networks [1], [2], [5], [7], [8]. In that situation, key pre-distribution scheme has been emerged and considered as the most appropriate scheme [2], [5], [7]. Based on that sense, we propose a new resource-optimal key pre-distribution scheme utilizing merits of the two existing key pre-distribution schemes [3], [4]. Our scheme exhibits the fascinating properties: substantial improvement in sensors' resource usage, rigorous guarantee of successfully deriving pairwise keys between any pair of nodes, greatly improved network resiliency against node capture attack. We also present a detailed analysis in terms of security and resource usage of the scheme.

정보보안 인식 및 행위에 미치는 요소와 관련하여 심리학에서 사용되는 개념인 낙관적 편견과의 연관성에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 즉, 개인이 가진 낙관적 편견이 정보윤리 활동에 얼마나 어느 분야에 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 인식 및 정보보안 행위와의 관련성을 실증해 보았다. 국내 민간기업 종사하는 111명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 개인의 보안관련 경험적 요인으로 인해 개인별 낙관적 편견이 존재하며, 낙관적 편견은 정보보안 인식에 영향을 미치며, 낙관적 편견이 많을수록 정보보안에 대한 인식은 부(-)의 영향을 미침으로서 정보보안 인식이 낮아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 낙관적 편견이 정보보안 인식에 영향을 미치며, 낙관적 편견을 줄이는 활동을 함으로써 정보유출 등 정보보안 사고를 줄이는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나, 정보보안 인식을 제고시키는데 낙관적 편견이 조절효과를 보여줄 것으로 판단되었어나 그 조절효과를 보여주지 못하였다. 그 이유는 낙관적 편견관련 건강분야 연구와 달리 IT분야는 선행연구가 부족하여 구체적인 조절 요인을 제시하는데 어려움이 있는 등의 한계점이 제시되었다.

A (n,t,n) secret sharing scheme is to share a secret among n group members, where each member also plays a role of a dealer,and any t shares can be used to recover the secret. In this paper, we propose a strong (k,t,n) verifiable multi-secret sharing scheme, where any k out of n participants operate as dealers. The scheme realizes both threshold structure and adversary structure simultaneously, and removes a trusted third party. The secret reconstruction phase is performed using an additive homomorphism for decreasing the storage cost. Meanwhile, the scheme achieves the pre-verification property in the sense that any participant doesn't need to reveal any information about real master shares in the verification phase. We compare our proposal with the previous (n,t,n) secret sharing schemes from the perspectives of what kinds of access structures they achieve, what kinds of functionalities they support and whether heavy storage cost for secret share is required. Then it shows that our scheme takes the following advantages: (a) realizing the adversary structure, (b) allowing any k out of n participants to operate as dealers, (c) small sized secret share. Moreover, our proposed scheme is a favorable candidate to be used in many applications, such as secure multi-party computation and privacy preserving data mining, etc.

스마트폰의 대중화에 힘입어 모바일 결제 시장이 급속히 성장하고 있다. 전자금융거래시 공인인증서 의무사용이 폐지됨에 따라 패스워드만으로 결제 가능한 간편결제가 속속 시장에 진출하고 있으나 확산속도는 그다지 빠르지 않다. 왜냐하면 소비자들의 개인정보유출 및 보안에 대한 우려, 결제 습관의 변화 기피, 소비자 보호 미흡, 결제인프라의 부족, 각종 규제 등으로 인하여 간편결제가 활성화되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 최근 글로벌 IT기업들이 모바일 결제시장에 경쟁적으로 진출하고 있으며 이는 핀테크 혁신에서 뒤처지면 향후 생존이 위태로울 수 있다는 위기감과 폭발적으로 성장하는 모바일 결제시장의 주도권을 차지하겠다는 심리가 작용하고 있는 것이다. 이런 상황 속에서 우리의 간편결제가 외국에 종속되지 않고 독자적인 성장을 하기 위해서는 철저한 준비와 많은 노력이 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 간편결제의 본격 시행을 앞두고 국내 모바일 간편결제의 문제점을 짚어보고 활성화 방안으로 유연하고 차별적 보안, 소비자 보호체계 구축, 법제도 정비, 서비스의 차별화 등을 제안하였다.

새로운 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼인 소셜네트워크 서비스(이하 SNS : Social Network Service)는 다양한 정보의 빠른 전달과 함께 상호신뢰를 바탕으로 의사소통을 강화하고 친밀감을 형성해 조직 활성화에 기여하였다. SNS의 사회적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 군에서도 SNS를 통해 자발적 참여와 신뢰관계 구축을 바탕으로 군내 외 유대감 강화에 활용하고 있다. 그러나 국방 SNS 도입시 개인정보의 노출이나 프라이버시 침해, 군사자료의 유출 등과 같은 역기능은 군에 치명적인 요인이 될 수 있어 이에 대한 보안대책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방 SNS 도입을 위해 SNS 기능별 유형을 분류하고, 유형별 구조를 분석하여 국방 SNS에 필요한 보안기능요구사항을 제시하고자 한다.

CSD는 미국 국토안보부(DHS)에서 제시한 IEEE Standard 802.15.4b를 토대로 하는 컨테이너 보안 장치로 ISO 668 표준 규격으로 제작된 컨테이너에 장착되어 컨테이너 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하는 장치이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 CSD(Container Security Device)의 주 기능은 컨테이너 도어 개폐 여부 감지와 컨테이너 내부 환경 상태 및 운송 도중 컨테이너에 가해지는 충격에 대한 이력 조회이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류 패러다임 변화를 토대로 컨테이너화물 안전수송에 질적 서비스 향상을 위하여 본 연구에서 개발한 ConTracer를 활용하여 구현된 시스템을 한국 일본 간 컨테이너 물류 경로에 시범 운영 테스트를 적용하여 ConTracer의 시스템 성능 평가를 검증하는데 초점을 두었다.

CSD는 미국 국토안보부(DHS)에서 제안한 Active RFID를 기반으로 하는 컨테이너 보안 장치로 컨테이너 내부에 장착되어 컨테이너 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하는 장치이다. ConTracer는 본 연구에서 개발한 CSD(Container Security Device)로 이 장비의 주기능은 컨테이너 도어 개폐 여부 감지뿐만 아니라 온도, 습도, 충격 센서를 장착하여 컨테이너 내부 환경 상태 및 운송 도중 컨테이너에 가해지는 충격에 대한 이력 조회가 가능하다. 그리고 RFID 동작주파수는 433MHz와 2.4GHz의 두 주파수 대역을 사용하여 각 국가별 주파수 사용제안에 능동적으로 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 컨테이너 보안 장치의 발전 방향에 대해서 알아본 후 본 연구에서 개발한 ConTracer와 각 회사에서 개발한 CSD를 비교하여 보고, ConTracer를 이용하여 설계 및 구현한 CSD 시스템을 소개한다. 마지막으로 구현된 CSD 시스템은 한국 중국 간 컨테이너 물류에 시범서비스를 실시하여 구현한 CSD 시스템을 검증 하였다.

이 연구는 대통령경호실이 출범한 1963년 제3공화국부터 박근혜 정부에 이르기까지 대통령경호실에 대한 신문 또는 인터넷 등의 언론매체의 내용을 중심으로 NVivo 10을 활용하여 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부적으로는 조직의 활동영역 확장으로 내실을 다지고 외부적으로는 그 동안 일부 특권층에게만 신변보호를 제공하여 이질감을 떨치고 대중으로 다가설 필요가 있다. 둘째, 업무특성과 지위 우월성을 악용한 범죄행위나 이권개입과 관련된 외압행위를 방지하기 위해 "대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률"제 10조의 직권면직의 사유에 범죄와 관련된 사유 신설이 요구된다. 셋째, 임무수행과 관련하여 업무태만 및 허위사실 보고 등에 대해 "대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령" 제31조의 "공무원 징계령" 적용과 더불어 대통령경호실이라는 특수성과 중요성에 입각하여 징계 수위를 "공무원 징계령" 보다 엄격히 규정함으로써 정부의 타 조직과의 차별성을 두어 매우 중요한 조직으로 인식시킬 필요가 있다.

Walter Benjamin expresses his concern that the new technologies of mechanical reproduction robs the artwork of its own uniqueness, its "aura." Benjamin uses the word "aura" to refer to the sense of awe or reverence one presumably experiences in the presence of works of art. This aura does not merely inhere in the works of art themselves, because Benjamin extends his notion of aura to the level of how he both understands and positions the modern subject in the world of uncertainty and transitoriness. The theoretical framework of Benjaminian aura becomes a crucial and efficient strategic apparatus to read The Education of Henry Adams. As for Benjamin the modern implies a sense of alienation, a historical discontinuity, and a decisive break with tradition, Adams observes that modern civilization has wiped out "tradition," a mythic home in which man can experience order and unity. Adams claims that the growth of science, reason, and multiplicity at the expense of religion, feeling, and unity has been accompanied by a parallel growth in individualism at the expense of community and tradition. To Adams the collapse of traditional values such as maternity, fecundity, and security in America is a waking nightmare of the moral dilemmas of a capitalist society, in which the cruel force of the modern Dynamo is becoming a prime governing principle.

Design of the container was designed to be able to have a sense of security by emphasizing the points and easy to use sophisticated in order to match the image of the company in an environmentally friendly form of the whole. The design of the natural detergent container, because the container itself is to prevent related bar closely with water, a slip, with an emphasis on the form of fish swim, looks the handle of the oval for the harmony of the entire container I was used to the point. The image extraction in the ordinary, you can design by applying the curve of streamlined feet of thin in order to emphasize the image of honest companies, oval fuselage top, easily without slipping and harmony of the image of the entire container in view of the functional aspects can grab to, which is designed to enter the interior. The design of the natural environment detergent container industry, it was incorporated as much as possible to the vessel and corporate image and sense of stability and the proportion of the overall shape, the basic concepts, the form on the productivity and functionality in the field of design, through the change and simplicity, with an emphasis on merchantability.
