본 연구에서는 부사관과 대학생을 대상으로 병영실습이 전공만족에 미치는 직접적인 효과를 살펴보고, 대학생 안보의식의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 해병대와 학술교류협정을 체결하고 있는 전국 8개 대학의 부사관과 학생들로부터 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부사관과 학생의 군 병영실습은 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 안보의식은 부사관과 학생의 병영실습과 전공만족간의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 미흡했던 부사관과 학생의 병영실습, 전공만족, 안보의식간의 관계를 확인하여 합리적인 교수학습 전략 및 교육과정 개발에 근거자료를 제시할 수 있으며, 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

최근 한반도를 둘러싼 국제 정세가 급변하고 있다. 평창올림픽 개최 전까지만 해도 경색 국면이었던 남북관계가 해빙무드로 전환되어 사회 전반에 걸쳐 통일에 대한 기대감이 고조되고 있으나 한편으로 북한의 전통적인 화전양면(和戰兩面) 전술을 경계해야 한다는 경계의 목소리도 공존하고 있다. 최근 조사에서 드러난 대학생과 청소년층의 낮은 안보의식은 국민들의 확고한 안보의식과 국가관 확립의 필요성을 보여준다. 이를 위해 국가안보의 핵심기관인 육군이 소장한 각종 기록(Army Records)을 온라인 콘텐츠로 재창출하여 제공하는 것이 하나의 방편이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우방국이자 기록관리 선진국으로 평가받는 미 육군 아카이브즈의 온라인 콘텐츠 서비스 현황을 살펴봄으로써 우리 군 기록의 온라인 콘텐츠 서비스 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the structure of nursing needs during labor pain as perceived by women who have given birth. The phenomenological perspective of qualitative research theory guided the approach to the study. The sample consisted of 20 women who had undergone normal labor and had delivered a healthy baby at term. Collection of data was by means of in-depth interviews conducted 1-2 days after delivery in the admission room from March to may 1998. On average, the interviews lasted for about 30 minutes. Interviews were taken with the consent of the subjects. Data were analyzed by means of Giorgi's method and categorized according to the similarities of their contents. The investigator read the data repeatedly to identify themes and categories. Four categories were : 1) a sense of security 2) self esteem 3) willingness to learn 4) a sense of comfort. Under these categories there were twelve themes. I. A sense of security : (a) presence (b) conversation (c) touching II. Self esteem : (a) praise (b) encouragement (c) treating the women with respect (d) caregiver with good character III. Willingness to learn : (a) teaching (b) information IV. A sense of comfort : (a) self controlled pain relief (b) artificially controlled pain relief (c) skillfulness of caregiver The findings should sensitize nurses to the various needs of women in labor who are under their care. Further research should focus on developing instruments to assess the nursing needs of parturients. Researchers also need to identify ways to assess women's satisfaction with nursing needs.

As evidenced through rapidly growing digital devices and information, digital authentication is becoming ever more critical, especially considering the complex and prevalent digital accounts we are using every day. Also, digital authentication is apt to consistent digital security application. In this sense, digital security quality and usability can be enhanced by developing a mechanism for efficient digital authentication. In this paper, a mechanism of efficient digital authentication called T-TIME is introduced in order to alleviate issues dealing with secure and user friendly authentication across ever- growing digital devices and information. Touch Signal generation time difference is utilized for T-TIME as a mediation mechanism that enhances the security quality by confusing others unlike other graphical password mechanisms which are using spatial information. Hence, digital authentication by using T-TIME can be a good way of enhancing security quality and usability.

정보보호에 대한 인식이 부족한 학생들의 경우 쉽게 자신의 정보를 타인에게 알려주거나, 죄의식 없이 남의 정보를 가져다 이용하는 일이 발생하고 있다. 사이버 범죄로부터 학생들을 보호하고 예방하기 위해서는 정보보호교육이 필요하지만, 국내 정보 교과과정에는 구체적인 정보보호 관련 내용이 별도로 없고 학교나 교사 재량으로 네티켓 교육을 실시하는 정도에 그치고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등학생들의 정보보호실천에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾는 것이다. 실증분석을 위하여 초등학생들이 이해하기 쉬운 정보보호 어휘로 구성된 설문지로 조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 PLS(Partial Least Square, PLS)를 이용하여 측정모형 및 구조모형 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 정보윤리인식과 정보보호인식이 정보보호실천에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 초등학생의 정보보호실천에 필요한 구체적인 정보보호 교육내용을 선정하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Civil aviation cybersecurity challenges are global in nature and must be addressed using global best practices and the combined efforts of all stakeholders. This requires the development of comprehensive international strategies and detailed plans for their implementation, with appropriate resources. It is important to build such strategies on a common methodology that can be applied to civil aviation and other interrelated critical infrastructure sectors. The goal of the study was to determine the methodological basis for developing an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, taking into account existing experience in strategic planning at the level of international specialized organizations. The research was conducted using general scientific and theoretical research methods: observation, description, formalization, analysis, synthesis, generalization, explanation As a result of the study, it was established the specifics of the approach to formulating strategic goals in civil aviation cybersecurity programs in the documents of intergovernmental and international non-governmental organizations in the aviation sphere, generally based on a comprehensive vision of cybersecurity management. A comparative analysis of strategic priorities, objectives, and planned activities for their implementation revealed common characteristics based on a single methodological sense of cybersecurity as a symbiosis of five components: human capacity, processes, technologies, communications, and its regulatory support. It was found that additional branching and detailing of priority areas in the strategic documents of international civil aviation organizations (by the example of Cybersecurity Strategy and Cybersecurity Action Plan) does not always contribute to compliance with a unified methodological framework. It is argued that to develop an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, it is advisable to use the methodological basis of the Cyber Security Index.

The article examines one of the most important means of visualization of mass information on the Internet - information graphics in the broadest sense of the term as a visual technology for presenting mass information. The main objectives of the article are to determine the genre-typological features of infographics and basic technological principles; identification of features of creation and use of information graphics in modern network. Certain benefits of online infographic editors include savings in resources and time. They allow the user, who has basic PC skills, to create standardized infographics based on their own data. In addition, the use of online services develops visual thinking, allows you to get an idea of quality criteria and current trends in infographics, as well as to gain initial experience in the visual presentation of data.

The current electricity networks will undergo profound changes in the years to come to be able to meet the growing demand for electricity, while minimizing the costs of consumers and producers, etc. The electricity network of tomorrow or even the intelligent « Smart Grids » network will be the convergence of two networks: the electricity network and the telecommunications network. In this context falls our work which aims to study the impact of the integration of energy decentralization into the electricity network. In this sense, we have implemented a new smart grid model where several coexisting suppliers can exchange information with consumers in real time. In addition, a new approach to energy distribution optimization has been developed. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of this approach in improving energy exchange and minimizing consumer purchase costs and line losses.

일본의 경비업법과 경비산업이 한국에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 현대적 의미의 민간경비에 대한 역사와 발전과정은 양국간에 큰 차이가 없는데도 불구하고 실질적으로 민간경비에 대한 인식은 차이가 크다. 일본의 민간경비와 경찰의 협력은 교육, 범죄예방, 방재 및 복구, 생활안전 등의 면에서 활발하게 이뤄지고 있다. 한국에서도 민간경비와 경찰의 협력이 더욱 필요한 시점이다. 일본의 협력사례들을 참고하여 한국에서도 범죄예방을 위한 민간경비와 경찰의 협력을 강화해야 할 것이다. 일본의 경우 경찰과 시민단체 경비업협회 경비업자 등은 국민의 안전욕구를 적극적으로 충족시키기 위해 다양한 방범, 방재활동을 전개하고 있다.

It is a commons sense that the Republic of Korea is a maritime state that depends its survival on International Trade and International Economy. Korea was a peninsula and do it can be both maritime and continental state by its choice. However, after the national division in 1945, South Korea had became a virtual island and pursue a maritime way for national development in the past 60 plus years. Now, South Korea is becoming a world's 12 th largest major trading and maritime state. South Korea has far more ships per capita than any other nations in the world and its economy is heavily depend upon the imports and exports with other nations in the world that pass through the oceans. Therefore, the Koreans regard the security of the sea lanes of communication as vital to the survival of the nation. The SLOC is the life line for Republic of Korea. Since the early 1990s, immediately after the Cold War was over, South Koreans began to recognize the importance of Sea Routes and thus began to build a navy that can handle with the new problems of the post Cold War era. However, the maritime security environments of the Republic of Korea today is shaky and dangerous. Almost every water near the Korean peninsula, some kind of international confrontations are going on. Territorial disputes on Dok do, Senkaku, Scarbrough, Shisha, Nansha and Eodo between and among Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Phillipines, Indonesia and Vietnam are the examples. In this essay, the author argues that the S. Korean efforts and capabilities to deal with these challenges are not enough and exhorts more efforts and more powerful navy for the Korean people.
