This research scrutinizes the concept of 'Juchegeonchuk' (self-reliance ideology in architecture), which is a key concept to understand the architecture and urbanism of North Korea in the 1970's and 80's. In the 1970's and 80's, Kim Jong-il began to appear in politics in earnest after Kim Il-sung appointed Kim Jong-il as Kim Il-sung's successor to the next generation. There have been many previous studies about 'Juchesasang' (self-reliance ideology) in various fields, except in architecture. On the other hand, the in-depth research into Juchegeonchuk, which was a method to strengthen Juchesasang, was not good enough in architecture. In this sense, this research investigates the concept of Juchegeonchuk based on the Geonchugyesullon (The Art of Architecture), which embodied the thought of architecture and culture of Kim Jong-il published in 1992. This research scrutinizes the idea of Juchegeonchuk on The Art of Architecture, and its representation in architecture and urbanism in Pyeongyang based on the idea of Juchegeonchuk. It enables to find a new interpretation of North Korea's architecture introduced by Kim, Jong-il in the late 20th century.

In the meantime, the government has implemented various policies for young farmers at a time when the number of people in charge of agriculture and rural areas is decreasing, but it is difficult to secure a stable agricultural workforce. This study analyzed the mediating effect of family support in the will to self-reliance and farming continuation for young farmers at a time when agricultural and rural farmers are decreasing and aging. According to the analysis, young farmers are young, highly educated, have short farming experience, and mainly livestock and gardening were high. In addition, it was found that the will of young farmers to stand on their own feet influenced the sustainability of young farmers by partially selling their family support. The main implications are the need for support or support for internal growth of young farmers and the need for continuous family support. It was also understood that young farmers should have the will to stand on their own feet in order to have continuous and satisfactory farming results.

본 연구의 목적은 소년원 내 남자 청소년들의 사회적 지지가 진로 성숙과 자립 의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국 소년원을 대표하는 S소년원의 청소년들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 115부의 응답된 설문지를 바탕으로 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 수집된 데이터를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지가 진로 성숙에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, $R^2=.411$, p<.001로 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 인구사회학적 특성을 통제한 상태에서 친구 지지와 종교인 지지가 진로 성숙에 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지가 자립 의지에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, $R^2=.520$, p<.001로 또한 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 그러므로 종속변수인 친구 지지, 가족 지지가 자립 의지에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 한 제언으로는, 유의미한 변수인 친구 지지를 강화할 수 있도록 집단활동, 상담 등의 프로그램 확대가 필요하다. 또한 사회적 지지 체계의 마련을 위해 소년원 주변 지역사회 내의 자원 발굴 및 연계, 효과적인 사회적 지지 제공을 위한 교육이나 관련 단체 설립도 필요하다고 사료된다.

이 연구는 부사관과 학생들이 자각하는 지지가 셀프리더십 욕구와 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 살펴보고, 이러한 셀프리더십 욕구를 매개변수로 학생들의 임용행동과의 인과관계를 규명하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 부산지역의 남녀 대학 학생 부사관과 전공 학생을 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 362명의 학생을 추출하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모형을 설정한 다음 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 셀프리더십이 진로신념에 미치는 영향에서 진로계획 명확성에서는 확인 중심적 전략(+), 목표 중심적 전략(+), 독립적 자기신뢰에는 확인 중심적 전략(+), 건설적 사고전략(+), 자책 중심적 전략(+), 진로 유연성에서는 자연적 보상전략(+), 건설적 사고전략(+), 전문능력향상은 확인 중심적 전략(+), 자책 중심적 전략(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 셀프리더십이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향에서 일반만족에서는 자연적 보상전략(+), 교과만족에서는 자연적 보상전략(+), 목표 중심적 전략(+), 인식만족에서는 자연적 보상전략(+), 목표 중심적 전략(+)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로신념이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향에서 일반만족에서는 진로계획 명확성(+), 독립적 자기신뢰(+), 진로유연성(+), 전문능력향상(+), 교과만족에서는 독립적 자기신뢰(+), 진로유연성(+), 전문능력 향상(+), 인식만족에서는 독립적 자기신뢰(+), 진로유연성(+), 진로계획명확성(+)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

There is a rental housing policy in Korea to support low income citizen. However, the living condition of tenants through this rental program is not work for improving, unlike the initial purpose of providing rental housings. Rental housings, which were planned to improve the residential welfare and enhance self-reliance ability of low income groups and the elderly. It's not effective any more in terms of policy purpose. To solve this problem, plans are needed to support for the construction by Farm-Housing(FH) so that the residents of can support their self-reliance by promoting creating jobs and cooperation. This paper analyze and propose some solution in terms of legal system, financing and streamlining of planing process and permission to support FH program. The paper focus purpose to help identify a new area through such proposals and retain a power of leading technology by bridging the gap between the realistic aspect and ideal aspect.

KEPCO Research Center is carrying out a simulator(full scope replica type) development project for two nuclear power plants(Kori-2, Younggwang-3,4) and one fossil power plant(Poryong-3,4). In this project, we aim not only the installation of high performance simulators at the power plant sites but also the realization of self reliance of power plant simulation technology in Korea. In the course of preparing procurement specification for the 3 simulators, the present status of power plant simulation technology has been surveyed and is presented in this paper. The fidelity of simulation and the automation of simulation model production has been greatly improved due to the ever increasing computing power of today's workstations. The need and importance of the application of high fidelity simulators to the operator training is refocused since the accident at TMI Nuclear Power Plant, U.S.A.
