도시철도기관사의'일과 삶의 균형'에 관한 연구 : 선행변인과 후행변인의 탐색 (A Study on the 'Work-Life Balance' of Metro Drivers : Exploration of Precedence and Antecedence)

  • This study intended to investigate exploratorily the precedent factors affecting two types of perceived balances between work and life(family/leisure) and the antecedent ones affected by them, focusing on the metro train drivers. To attain this purpose, literature survey on the precedent factors, work-life balance, and antecedent factors was performed, and the study model was designed based on this survey, and then this model was analyzed empirically using Multiple-Regression. The results on the precedent factors showed that Job Demand, Self-Efficacy, and Age have significant effects on the negative transfer of work. On the other hand, it was shown that Affiliative Culture, Self-Efficacy, and Internal Locus of Control have significant effects on the family centered balance. And the results on the antecedent factors showed that family centered balance has significant effects on Job Satisfaction, Psychological Depression and Fatigue, Safety Behavior, and accident, and the negative transfer of work has significant effects on Physical and Psychological Depression and Fatigue, Emergency Stress, and Safety Behavior.

운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스의 관련성 (Research on Relationship between Drivers' Self-control, Driving Behavior and Driving Stress)

  • 본 연구는 운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2015년 4월 29일부터 7월 24일까지 광주·전남에 거주하고 운전면허를 소지하며 운전경험이 있는 운전자 180명을 대상으로 자기통제력, 운전행동, 운전스트레스에 대한 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하여, 운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스의 관련성을 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 운전자의 자기통제력이 운전행동의 실수, 위반, 착오와 운전스트레스의 진행 장애, 운전환경, 사고단속, 교통법규, 시간압력에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 운전자의 자기통제력이 높은 집단에서 운전행동과 운전스트레스의 하부 구성요인들은 낮았다. 둘째, 운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동의 실수, 위반, 착오와 운전스트레스의 진행 장애, 운전환경, 사고단속, 교통법규, 시간압력 간에 상관관계가 있었다. 연구 결과를 종합하여 보면 운전자의 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스는 서로 관련 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 자기통제력, 운전행동과 운전스트레스로 인해 발생할 수 있는 교통사고를 예방하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. 또한, 향후에는 다양한 지역에서 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다.

자동차 자가진단을 위한 임베디드 리눅스 시스템 (Embedded Linux System for Self-Control System of Car)

  • 본 논문은 Wibro 시대를 맞아 차량내에서 인터넷이 가능하고 다양해지는 자동차 시스템에 적응하고 사용자가 자동차를 스스로 진단하고 이상이 생겼을 때 스스로 저장하여 자동차 정비소에 갔을 때 정확한 판단을 하여 신속하게 처리 할 수 있게 해 주며 자동차에 대해서 잘 모르는 운전자에게 정확한 정보를 제공한다. 주행 중에 자가 진단을 위해 임베디드 리눅스 시스템을 구축하고 자동차 와 진단 시스템의 통신을 위해 캔과 RS232 통신을 위한 EML327를 통해 통신을 한다. 그리고 미디어 플레이와 웹서버를 포팅하여 사용자 어플리케이션을 제공한다.

  • The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Tranport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest Rf protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of Pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase $15{\sim}40%$ pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments.

  • Brushless servomotor systems offer a great advantae in unmanned factories where a great number of servomotors are employed, because of its easy maintenance charateristics and controllability. This paper propose a sinusoidal type brushless DC motor speed servo system which has high efficiency and usability in industrial field as described above. And this servo system is realized by a new Auto-Tuning PI control algorithm and verified it's practical potential of implementation by self-designed driver system. In particular, DSP(digital signal processor) is adopted in this study as controller and sensor signal processor owing to their fast computational capability and suitable architecture.

  • This paper presents the duplex controller operated as master slave for Self Excited Static Type excitation system and the results of operation for duplex digital excitation system. Software is made up duplex multi-tasking control algorithm which is based on VxWorks(real-time OS), preprocessing algorithm for input-output signal, BSP & Device Driver for interfacing hardware and software, and OIS(Operator Interface Station) program, HMI S/W. Master controller and slave controller intercommunicate dominant data to minimize bump when controller switchover from master to slave occurs.   • Reduced surface field lateral double-diffused MOS transistor for the driving circuits of plasma display panel and field emission display in the 120V region have been integrated for the first time into a low-voltage $1.2{\mu}m$ analog CMOS process using p-type bulk silicon. This method of integration provides an excellent way of achieving both high power and low voltage functions on the same chip; it reduces the number of mask layers double-diffused MOS transistor with a drift length of $6.0{\mu}m$ and a breakdown voltage greater than 150V was self-isolated to the low voltage CMOS ICs. The measured specific on-resistance of the lateral double-diffused MOS in $4.8m{\Omega}{\cdot}cm^2$ at a gate voltage of 5V.

  • In this paper, we standardized the water operation system picture, process control logic, realtime database and system configuration. All aspects, including monitoring & controlling processes, symbols such as pumps, valves and pipes were standardized. As a result we have developed a specialized Integrated water operation system, iWater. We have developed a variety of advanced application programs that are essential for water treatment systems, such as IWS (Integrated Warning system), MBO(modbus opc)/LSE(LS ethernet) driver, video monitoring, self diagnosis system, network monitoring, etc. IWS prevents water supply accidents by using a variety of alarms and warning messages. Drivers have the flexibility to communicate with other 3rd party systems. We expect that iWater will eliminate any concerns regarding water-related issues while also promoting the production and fair distribution of clean water.

내구면 접촉식 무단변속장치 개발 (Development of the Inner Spherical Traction Continuously Variable Transmission)

  • A new CVT, the inner spherical traction CVT (ISCVT) is introduced. Transmission of the most scooters is the self-controlled variable pulley-belt type of CVT having some disadvantages in the fuel consumption and the limitation of the transmittable power due to the slippage between the belt and pulley. Unlike this, ISCVT controlled directly by driver is more efficient and the contact mechanism having the same line of contact normal of the spherical rotors of different radii on common center causes that the power density and torque capacity are remarkably improved. The prototype with the specifications of 50cc scooter is designed and tested.
