문화예술전공 대학생의 직무만족, 고용장벽, 위험감수성향이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Job Satisfaction, the Employment Barriers and the Risk-taking Orientation on the Entrepreneurial Intention of Undergraduates Majoring in Cultural and Arts)

  • 다수의 창업의도 논문은 창업유인요인에 대해 연구하고 있으나 실제 창업동기는 생계유지 등 창업압박요인이 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이런 현실을 고려할 때 창업연구에서 고용장벽, 직무만족수준 등 창업압박요인을 연구하여야 한다. 본 논문은 문화예술인의 다수가 프리랜서 혹은 자기고용상태인 창업가라는 사실에 주목하였다. 문화예술 전공자를 대상으로 개인의 내외부 환경이 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 계획적 행동이론을 기반으로 연구하였다. 개인이 취업과 창업사이에서 창업의도를 선택하게 된 요인을 탐색하고 이들 요인과 창업의도와의 관계에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 직무불만족과 고용장벽은 대표적인 창업 압박요인이었다. 직무만족은 창업결과기대와 창업의도에 부정적인 영향을 주었으며 인지된 고용장벽은 창업결과기대와 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 개인의 위험감수성은 대표적인 기업가정신 중 하나로 창업자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 창업결과기대와 창업자기효능감은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

Characteristics of Unsteady Combustion and Combustion Control by Pulsating Mixture Supply

  • The effects of unsteady combustion are experimentally studied using forced pulsating mixture supply. It was shown that unsteady combustion used in this experiment plays an important role in controlling self-excited combustion oscillations. It may also have desirable performances, from a practical point of view, such as high combustion load, augmented heat transfer, reduced pollutant emissions and so on. We examined the characteristics of unsteady combustion driven by forced pulsating mixture supply in a small duct-combustor with a rearward-facing step. Further, we found its influence on the onset of self-excited combustion oscillations, the possibility of suppressing self-excited combustion oscillations and the reason why the self-excited combustion oscillation was suppressed using the forced pulsating mixture supply, comparing with the steady mixture supply.

  • Experimental study in coflow jet flames has been conducted to investigate effects of adding Helium to coflowing air-side in self-excitation. The Differences between buoyancy-driven and diffusive-thermal self-excitations with the same order of O(1.0 Hz) in self-excitation are explored and discussed in laminar coflow jet flames.

  • In this report, a self-organizing fuzzy neural network is proposed to control chemical feeding, which is one of the most important problems in water treatment process. In the case of the learning according to raw water quality, the self-organizing fuzzy network, which can be driven by plant operator, is very effective, Simulation results of the proposed method using the data of water treatment plant show good performance. This algorithm is included to chemical feeder, which is composed of PLC, magnetic flow-meter and control valve, so the intelligent control of chemical feeding is realized.

  • Since the semiconductor manufacturing requires the silicon wafers with extraordinary degree of surface flatness, the surface polishing of wafers from ingot cutting is an important process for deciding surface quality of wafers. The present study introduces the development of wafer polishing equipment and, especially, the wafer polishing head that employs the forced self-driving of installed silicon wafer as well as the wax wafer mounting technique. A series of wafer polishing tests have been carried out to investigate the effects of self-driving function in wafer polishing head. The test results for wafer planarization showed that the LLS counts and SBIR of polished wafer surfaces were generally improved by adopting the self-driven polishing head in wafer polishing stations.

Resonant Pulse Power Converter with a Self-Switching Technique

  • In this paper, a resonant pulse power converter (RPPC) is proposed. The proposed RPPC transfers the pulse-shape power from a DC source to a load periodically. The RPPC consists of a resonant circuit and a resonant pulse converter driven by a self-switching circuit. Depending on the magnitude difference between the input and output voltages, the operations of the RPPC are divided into 4 modes; boost mode, hybrid mode, direct mode and cut-off mode, respectively. The main switch of the RPPC turns on in the ZCS condition and off in the ZVS condition spontaneously. The operational principles of a RPPC using the self-switching technique are analyzed and verified in experiments. An example of a RPPC application is demonstrated in the area of thermoelectric energy harvesting.

  • The Clamp Mode(CM) Forward Zero Voltage Switching Multi Resonant Converter(ZVS-MRC) with self-driven synchronous rectifier in studied. The loss at the synchronous rectification stage of the converter is analyzed using MOSFET linear model and is compared with the loss at the conventional schottky diode rectification stage of the converter. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the use of MOSFETs as a synchronous rectifier reduces the loss at the rectification stage over the whole load range comparing the use of schottky diodes as a conventional rectifier in the converter. In order to verify the validity of the analysis, we have built a 33W(3.3V/10A) CM Forward ZVS-MRC with self-driven synchronous rectifier, in which switching frequency is 1MHz, and tested. From the experimental results, it is known that the synchronous rectification achieved about 1W improvement in the loss at the rectification stage and about 3% in the efficiency at the converter as compared with the conventional schottky diode rectification.

  • EEFL can be driven by square wave driving method. A square wave is applied directly to both ends of EEFL by cascaded multi-stage full-bridge inverter. The various current shapes of lamp are achieved by various inductors between lamp and inverter. In this paper, it is newly investigated that the area of current directly influences the luminance. Furthermore, the 3-level square wave is considered to drive EEFL with self-discharge characteristics. The highest luminance efficiency is achieved by properly controlling the rate of self-discharge usage.

  • 본 논문에서는 능동 클램프 스위치를 위한 별도의 구동 회로가 생략된 새로운 자기 구동 능동 클램프 포워드 컨버터를 제안하였다. 능동 클램프 스위치의 구동에는 컨버터 자체의 변압기의 보조 권선을 이용하였고, 두 스위치 구동 신호 사이의 데드 타임을 설정하기 위하여 간단한 R-C지연 회로를 추가하였다. 제안된 컨버터의 동작 원리를 제시하였고 실험 결과를 가지고 이론적인 결과를 입증하였다. 출력 100W(5V/20A)의 컨버터를 제작하였으며 입력이 50V일 때 능동 클램프 스위치의 구동에 단지 1.5T의 보조 권선의 권선수로 충분하다는 점을 보였다. 끝으로 제안된 컨버터의 측정 효율을 제시하였고 91%의 최대 효율을 달성하였다.

터빈로터 중심공 검사용 자기주행 공압형 로봇 개발 (Development of Self-Driven Pneumatic Robot for Boresonic Examination of Turbine Rotor)

  • This study presents a new principle for driving the robot aimed at reducing the position error for the boresonic examination of turbine rotor. The conventional method of inspection is performed by installing manipulator onto the flange of the turbine rotor and connecting a pipe, which is then being pushed into the bore. The longer the pipe gets, the greater sagging and distortion appear, making it difficult for the ultrasonic sensor to contact with the internal surface of the bore. A pneumatic pressure will ensure the front or rear feet of the robot in close contact with the inner wall to prevent slipping, while the ball screw on the body of the robot will rotate to drive it in the axial direction. The compression force required for tight contact was calculated in the form of a three-point support, and a static structural simulation analysis was performed by designing and modeling the robot mechanism. The driving performance and ultrasonic detection ability have been tested by fabricating the robot, the test piece for ultrasonic calibration and the transparent mock-up for robot demonstration. The tests have confirmed that no slipping occurs at a certain pneumatic pressure or over.
