The fisheries resources control system in the Fisheries Act of Korea is introducing technical management method and input control method that controls fishing effort. Fishing effort control system of Korea aiming at realizing the maximum sustainable yield does not regulating the limitation of fishing quota and the limitation of fisheries object target fish. Therefore fishing operators who have fishing permit can use fishery resources without any restriction of fishing quota. But there are no rules that can controlling capacity of productivity of fishing by developing of fishing technic and fishing gear. For those reasons, productivity of fishing is superior to reproductivity of fisheries resources. Therefore, the Fisheries Act of Korea rearranges a legal basis for an introduction of fisheries resources management system by TAC, but the contents to be possible for a legal guarantee is not included and it is exceedingly defective as abstract and institutional devices. And that the affairs to be required for an enforcement of the said regime was placed in an administrative mandatory legislation and the danger to be degenerated is high in accordance with the bureaucratic self-righteous and/or the coercion of group's interest concerned and accordingly its substitute legislation system is keenly required. TAC system that is going to be introduced in our country is expected to enforce the Olympic fishing method and the individual quota method in parallel. This method is not certainly proper, because it occurs to overcapitalize and to compete fishing amounts between fishery operators. So as to prevent overcapitalization and fishing competition between fishery operators, and the exhaustion of coastal fisheries resources, individual transferable quota system should be introduced in Korean sea. Accordingly this thesis has attempted to constitute a view to improving problems of the traditional fisheries resources control system and introducing TAC fisheries resources control system.
A comparative investigation of free amino acids content in healthy check and virus diseased leaves of Chinese date tree, Zyzyphus jujuqa Mill var. inermis Rhed, was carried out by authors throughout the growing season of 1959 and 1960 from June to October. The methods of qualitative analysis of free amino acids aplied in this experiment is followed by Moore and Stein. Free amino acids determined in this experiment are shown in Fig. 1 and Table 1. As the figure and the table are shown, three more amino acids such as glutamine, asparagine and histidine are detected in the diseased material. The additional amino acids which are known as diamines in diseased leaves are conspicuous. It is presumed that the diamine might be incresed by the self-reproduction of the virus in cooporation with certain enzymes which are carrying out the protein metabolism in the host protoplast in contrast with the healthy checks which is carrying out normal protein metabolism. From the histological poing of view, the facts of phloem degeneration or necrosis in diseased leaves, it seems to interrupt to move free amino acids from roots to leaves and it possibly takes place an excessive production of NH3 which is diaminated by the metabolism of nitrogen compounds in such conditioned leaves. Therefore, it is also presumed that additional diamino acids are accumulated in diseased leaves. There are no change of amino acids are accumulated in diseased leaves. There are no change of amino acids in both materials of this plant throughout the growing season qualitatively, and this result agress with the paper of Knight.

In this study, a portable x-ray generator was manufactured and a real-time image acquisition system was constructed using the image intensifier from the generated generator. We have developed a real - time position error verification system that can verify whether the artificial joint position is different from the initial image from the acquired image. The template image of the region of interest is extracted from the reference image using the pattern matching technique and compared with the image to be compared. As a result, It is shown that real - time position error verification is achieved by displaying the difference angle. This system is portable type, has a self-shielding facility, and the output of the irradiation device can be manufactured in a small size of 1kw and can be used as a portable type. In case of emergency patients in the non-destructive field for industrial use, It has proved effective for use in small areas such as feet.
Recently among several tennis techniques forehand stroke has been greatly changed in the aspect of spin, grip and stance. The most fundamental factor among the three factors is the stance which consists of open, square and closed stance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between the segments of the body, the three dimensional anatomical angle according to open, close, and square stance patterns during forehand stroke in tennis. For the movement analysis three dimensional cinematographical method(APAS) was used and for the calculation of the kinematic variables a self developed program was used with the LabVIEW 6.1 graphical programming(Johnson, 1999) program. By using Eular's equations the three dimensional anatomical Cardan angles of the joint and racket head angle were defined. In conclusion, the first hypothesis, "In three dimensional maximum linear velocity of racket head would be significant difference among the stance patterns during forehand stroke in tennis" was rejected. The second hypothesis, "In three dimensional anatomical angular displacement of trunk would be significant difference among the stance patterns during forehand stroke in tennis" was rejected and the result showed that the internal-external rotation showed most important role among the three dimensional anatomical angular displacement of trunk The third hypothesis, "In three dimensional anatomical angular displacement of upperlimb would be significant difference among the stance patterns during forehand stroke in tennis" was rejected and the result showed that The three dimensional anatomical angular displacement of shoulder joint showed most important role in forehand stroke. Flexion-extension and internal-external rotation the open stance showed the largest angular displacement and is follwed by square stance and closed stance. The fourth hypothesis, "In three dimensional anatomical angular velocity of upperlimb would be significant difference among the stance patterns during forehand stroke in tennis" was rejected and the result showed that X-axis angular velocity and Z-axis angular velocity the square stance showed the largest angular velocity of the trunk and X-axis angular velocity and Y-axis angular velocity the closed stance showed the largest angular velocity of the shoulder joint.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiologic outcome of syndesmosis fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ (Arthrex, Naples, FL, USA) in acute syndesmosis injuries. Materials and Methods: Twenty-five consecutive patients with acute syndesmosis injuries, treated using TightRope$^{TM}$, were reviewed. Patients were evaluated preoperatively and at the last follow-up (at least 12 months postoperatively). Clinical outcomes were assessed using American Orthopaedics Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot score and self-subjective satisfaction survey. Three radiologic parameters were evaluated two times at the preoperative and final follow up from the nonweightbearing ankle anteroposterior radiographs. Results: The mean AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was 95.5 at the final follow-up. According to the satisfaction survey, 21 patients chose excellent, and four patients chose good. All radiologic parameters, including the mean tibiofibular clear space, mean tibiofibular overlap, and mean medial clear space on nonweightbearing ankle anteroposterior view, significantly improved after surgery. Complications occurred in only one patient who experienced knot irritation with infection. Conclusion: The short-term surgical results of syndesmosis fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ were good to excellent, both clinically and radiographically. These results suggest that the fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ is a valid option for acute syndesmosis injury.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the expression method according to the planning of townhouse and the healing method that affects residents for communicating with natural environment, in order to propose resident-focused communication with nature for healing. The results are as follows. First, the expression of nature elements can be divided into 'direct' and 'indirect' and healing effects through nature can be divided into 'body' and 'psychology'. The healing method of residents through nature was classified into physical and psychological healing through openness, familiarity, comfort, and stability. Second, as an expression method according to townhouse planning, the arrangement plan induced active communication with nature through the arrangement according to topography and a common garden. In terms of construction plan, a bigger window or door than that of other residential spaces was installed on a wall, ceiling or opening to directly bring the nature of outside visually for more communication. Third, with regard to healing methods of townhouse, 'openness' which reduces depression and increases self-esteem, expands the view of residents. 'Familiarity', the healing method that can relieve the fatigue of eyes and bring psychological warmth and comfort, makes us feel familiar through the pattern and texture of woods and stones that are natural materials. 'Comfort' which heals residents by creating an outside space and bringing the nature elements through a huge window can provide psychological healing such as eased tension in daily life as well as physical healing such as vitamin D synthesis and the recovery of physiological function. Also, 'Stability' gives a comfortable feeling by applying the colors of finishing materials inside or seeing the colors of surrounding nature as it is through big windows. Finally, in order to support the results of this study more objectively, a follow-up study conducting a survey on the residents of townhouse is needed.
In preparative anti-corrosive coating experiments, polyaniline was obtained by reacting an oxidizing agent with the monomer aniline. Further, the primer coating was prepared using a variety of widely-used materials such as urethane resin. For the top coating, epoxy resin and acrylic urethane resin were used. Characteristics of the coatings were assessed according to KS and ASTM specifications, and the structure of the polyaniline was characterized using FT-IR and TGA. For analysis of anti-corrosive properties in salt-spray experiments, measurements of the oxidation state of iron and surface atomic analysis were conducted using XPS and SEM-EDX. Unlike general anti-corrosive coatings which exhibit anti-corrosive effects only as a primer coating, the anti-corrosive coatings using polyaniline as the anti-corrosive pigment showed a marked synergistic effect with the top coatings. In other words, the top coatings not only produce a fine view effect, but also increase, through interaction with the primer coatings, the resistance to diffusion of corrosive factors from the external environment. It was also found that, unlike the heavy metal oxide-forming layer of the passive barrier alone, the polyaniline anti-corrosive pigment oxidized iron at the interface with the iron substrate to form a passive barrier in the oxidic layer, and itself formed a potential barrier layer with anti-corrosive factors from the external environment. Although the passive layer was damaged, the damaged area did not become completely oxidized iron; on the contrary, it showed a tendency to reduction. This can be interpreted such that a passive layer is formed again on the damaged area, and that at the same time there is a tendency to self-healing.
This paper explores the empirical performances of the workout companies with special interests in the effectiveness of corporate reorganizing tools on their revitalization. In the empirical analysis it considers the criteria of success or failure in restructuring from both creditors' and debtors' perspectives. The key results are summarized as follows. First, the initial conditions on the debt structure of the workout companies are significantly related to the revitalization from both creditors' and debtors' point of view. Second, the debt restructuring instruments are insignificant in the success of corporate turnarounds while the debt-to-equity conversion has been a relatively effective tool. Third, the self-restructuring efforts, employment downsizing and governance reshuffling do not affect the performances significantly. The higher importance of initial conditions than corporate restructuring efforts may imply that Korean corporate workouts serve better to the needs of creditor financial institutions which are to maximize debt recovery and of the government which is to overcome financial crisis.
Many of the universities in Korea recently is changing the school policy oriented from the supply approach to the demand as the case of business companies. Customer orientation is the key point of the customer satisfaction. But there are few studies focused on the satisfaction of students as a customer. In this paper, we studied the components of satisfaction in university life, the factors affecting on the satisfaction of students, and the relationship among them. The principal components of satisfaction in university life are services related to the activities of students, the utilization of welfare facilities, curriculum, the adminstration on students, and the department office. Factors affecting on the satisfaction of students are expectation, pride, self evaluation on learning, and special activities. Demographic variables, for example, sex, grade, colleges, and so on are also important factors. We also found the fact that the pride was the most important factor, and it gives positive drive on the satisfaction of students in university life. It gives us the important implication to the school policy.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify hospital nurses' recognition of the team system and the effectiveness of the team system as an organizational structure. Methods: A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data from 247 general hospital nurses during 4 months in 2013. Analysis was done using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and factor analysis with SPSS 18.0. program Results: There was no significant difference in nurses' recognition of team structure (t=2.06, p=.153) or effect of team structure (t=0.36, p=.549) according to use of team system. In hospitals with a team system, there were positive correlations between recognition of the effect of the team system and age (r=.25, p=.033), and total clinical career (r=.26, p=.012). In hospitals not using a team system, nurses' recognition of team structure as an organizational system (r=.31, p<.001), nurses' recognition of team structure, total (r=.30 p<.001) correlated significantly with the effects of team system. Conclusion: Results of this study provide a retrospection view of the team system in nursing organizational systems. The nursing team system's ultimate goal needs to be confirmed for complementary nursing care. Also, more studies on nurses' perceptions of, and effectiveness of the team system are necessary.
