건강운동참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처 및 신체적 자기개념의 관계 (Relationship between Self-management, Stress Coping and Physical Self-concept of Healthy Exercise Participants)

  • 본 연구는 건강운동참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처 및 신체적 자기개념의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 휘트니스센터에서 건강운동프로그램을 진행하고 있는 12개 센터를 방문하여 총 274부의 설문결과를 얻었다. 이를 SPSS 프로그램을 통해 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 건강운동참여자의 자기관리와 스트레스 대처의 관계에서 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 또한, 자기관리와 신체적 자기개념의 관계에서 역시 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 스트레스 대처와 신체적 자기개념의 관계에서 유의미한 설명력을 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 건강운동 참여자의 자기관리, 스트레스 대처, 신체적 자기개념이 유의미한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속연구에서는 자기관리와 관련한 환경적 요인과의 인과관계를 통해 자기관리의 심층적 분석이 요구된다.

시뮬레이션 기반 자체 구동 롤러 컨베이어 물류시스템의 전력 효율 분석 (Simulation-based Analysis of Electric Power Consumption Efficiency for Self-Driving Roller Conveyor Systems)

  • 본 논문은 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 자체 구동 롤러 컨베이어 물류시스템의 전력 효율을 분석하는 연구이다. 물류 시스템의 전력 효율 향상은 온실 가스 배출과 물류 비용을 감소시키는 이점을 가져온다. 자체 구동 롤러 컨베이어는 제품이 접근할 때에만 구동이 된다. 따라서 자체 구동 롤러 컨베이어 기반 시스템은 연속 구동 롤러 컨베이어 시스템에 비해 더 적은 전력을 소비한다. 본 논문에서는 DEVS(이산 사건 기반 시스템) 기반의 시뮬레이션 시스템을 설계하고 자체 구동 롤러와 연속 구동 롤러컨베이어 모델을 구축하였다. 설계된 시뮬레이션시스템과 컨베이어 모델의 검증과 확인을 위해 우리는 실험 환경에 대응하는 물류 모델을 모델링하고 모델과 실제 시스템간의 비교를 하였다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용하여 자체구동 롤러 컨베이어 기반 물류 시스템의 전력 소비의 이점을 설명하는 것이다.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 낙상에 대한 태도 및 낙상예방행위에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-leadership, Fall Attitude, and Nurses' Behavior to Prevent Patient Falls)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify self-leadership and attitude to patient falls and fall prevention behavior in nurses. Methods: The participants were 178 nurses from two general hospitals in Seoul. Data were collected from March 20 to May 10, 2012 using structured questionnaires which included a Self-leadership scale, Fall attitude scale, and Fall prevention scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Hierarchial multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The mean score for nurses' self-leadership was 3.48 (5 point scale). The average reported fall attitude was 3.59 (5 point scale) and fall prevention behavior was 3.26 (4 point scale). Self-leadership had a 18% explanatory power in fall attitude and a 5% explanatory power in fall prevention behavior. The factors which influenced fall prevention behavior were nurses' fall attitude (${\beta}$=.21, p=.009), fall prevention education (${\beta}$=.20, p=.007) and self-leadership (${\beta}$=.16, p=.047). All of the factors together had a 13.1% explanatory power. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that provision of regularly fall prevention education to nurses is required and should include a program to activate their positive attitude and self-leadership in order to improve fall prevention behavior in nurses.

  • This paper applies fuzzy self-tuning PID controller in DS/CDMA cellular system. Power control is essential in DS/CDMA to compensate for the differing received powers due to both the slowly varying long-term and fast varying short-term fading processes and co-channel interference. The controller proposed is adaptable for the variations of the system dynamics and especially for the variable time delay which exists in mobile radio systems. Accordingly the results is the smaller power control error, that is, the smaller average transmitting power of mobile compared with the conventional control schemes. Because interferences to the other mobiles are reduced, the capacity of CDMA can be increased.

  • A 32-b self-timed parallel carry look-ahead adder (PCLA) designed for 0.5.mum. single threshold low power CMOS technology is demonstrated to operate with 2.7nsec delay at 8mW under 1V power supply. Compared to static PCLA and DPL adder, the self-timed PCLA designed with NORA logic provides the best performance at the power consumption comparable to other adder structures. The wave pipelined clock control play a crucial role in achieving the low power, high performance of this adder by eliminating the unnecessary power consumption due to the short-circuit current during the precharge phase. Th enoise margin has been improved by adopting the physical design of staic CMOS logic structure with controlled transistor sizes.

Self-injection-locked Divide-by-3 Frequency Divider with Improved Locking Range, Phase Noise, and Input Sensitivity

  • In this paper, we integrate a divide-by-3 injection-locked frequency divider (ILFD) in CMOS technology with a $0.18-{\mu}m$ BiCMOS process. We propose a self-injection technique that utilizes harmonic conversion to improve the locking range, phase-noise, and input sensitivity simultaneously. The proposed self-injection technique consists of an odd-to-even harmonic converter and a feedback amplifier. This technique offers the advantage of increasing the injection efficiency at even harmonics and thus realizes the low-power implementation of an odd-order division ILFD. The measurement results using the proposed self-injection technique show that the locking range is increased by 47.8% and the phase noise is reduced by 14.7 dBc/Hz at 1-MHz offset frequency with the injection power of -12 dBm. The designed divide-by-3 ILFD occupies $0.048mm^2$ with a power consumption of 18.2-mW from a 1.8-V power supply.

임상실습 스트레스 요인이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Relationship between self-leadership in clinical practice and stress)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between self-leadership in clinical practice and stress in dental hygiene majoring students. Methods : Subjects were 250 dental hygiene majoring students in J area from March 20 to April 20, 2012. Data were analyzed using the statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0 for frequency, mean and standard deviation analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression. Results : There were significant differences between Satisfaction and clinical practice, practice and major stress factors(p<0.01). There were significant differences between practices, satisfaction, and self-expectations(p<0.001). The explanatory power of the model was 9%(p<0.05). The combination of self-leadership, activity, interpersonal factors were very important factors and the explanatory power of the model was 8%(p<0.001). Conclusions : Self-leadership is able to decrease stress. Self-leadership is very important in clinical practice in dental hygiene majoring students.

자가발전효율 향상을 위한 유수관내 블레이드 형상의 모델링 및 해석 (Modeling of Blades to Enhance Self-Power Generation in Pipe Flow)

  • We examined the optimal shape of blades and efficiency of a self-power generator when the self-power generator using flow of the water in pipe as the power source was installed. Selected factors were the shape of blades, the number of blades, pitch angle, and the existence of separator. GAMBIT2.4 was used as a modeling program, FLUENT6.3, which is computational fluid dynamics simulation program, was used as an analytical model. In the case of a viscous model, k-epsilon standard model was chosen. As a result, when the number of blades was increased, the efficiency and maximum moment were enhanced slightly. The pitch of blades went up, and maximum moment was also increased. The optimal pitch of blade was 62.5 degree and the efficiency was increased by 30%. The efficiency was also increased when a separator was installed.

해양 소수력발전용 유도발전기의 최적 무효전력 산정방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Reactive Power Calculation Method of Induction Generator for Marine Small Hydraulic Power)

  • Since the West Sea experiences a big difference in tides, the output power of the small marine hydroelectric power plant varies with the tide. When an induction generator is used here for small hydroelectric power, the reactive power capacitor should be installed at the generator main bus to compensate for the changes in power. As such, the sizing method for the power compensation of the induction generator is reviewed and an optimal method for compensation is suggested. The self-excitation minimum capacitor capacity method, which prevents high voltages, and the power factor automatic control method, which retains a power factor of greater than 90% are reviewed. The compensation effect of reactive power is confirmed through a case study.

  • This paper deals with the transient performance of an induction generator in a wind power plant. An induction generator and grid equipment may be damaged when a sudden disturbance occurs, for example, a sudden disconnection from the utility grid. The reasons for this are over-voltage and over speed. This paper analyzes this phenomena using PSCAD/EMTDC and coincides with its corresponding mathematical equation.
