체중조절용 조제식품과 다이어트 건강기능식품 섭취자의 체형 및 체중조절 인식에 관한 연구 (Perceptions of Body Shape and Weight Control in Individuals Consuming Weight-Control or Functional Health Foods)

  • 본 연구는 다이어트 건강기능식품 또는 체중조절용 조제식품을 섭취하는 성인의 체형 및 체중조절에 대한 인식을 조사함으로써, 소비자 특성을 파악하고자 시행되었다. 1) 조사 대상자는 남자 28.6%, 여자 71.4%, 평균 연령 $34.2{\pm}5.9$세, 대졸 71.9%, 기혼 65.8%로 나타났고, 월평균소득은 300만원 이상인 가정이 총 88.1%로 높게 나타났다. 또한 과체중 및 비만 (BMI ${\geq}$ 23)이 64.6%, 정상범주 (BMI < 23.0)인 사람들이 35.4%를 차지하여, 비만하지 않은 사람들도 상업용 제품을 비교적 많이 섭취하고 있었다. 2) 체형인식은 73.4%가 '살찐 편'으로, 체형만족도는 여자가 남자보다 유의적으로 낮았다. BMI ${\geq}$ 23인 사람들은 '남자'또는 '만 35~44세' 또는 '기혼' 또는 '사무직 등' 또는 '주부'라는 특성을 갖으며, BMI < 23인 사람들은 '여자', 또는 '만 25~34세' 또는 '미혼'또는 직업은 '서비스직 등'와 '대학생 등'라는 특성을 나타냈다. 3) 체중조절인식 조사결과, 다이어트시 중점 사항은 '체중감량'이 가장 우선이며, 이를 일반특성에 따라 분석해 보면, 남자는 '체지방 감소'에, 여자는 '체중감량'에, 미혼은 '체지방 감소', '건강회복', '몸매개선'에, 기혼은 '체중감량', '체중증가 억제'에, 또한 BMI ${\geq}$ 23인 사람들은 '체중감량'과 '체지방 감소'에, BMI < 23인 사람들은 '건강회복'과 '몸매개선'에 더 중점을 두는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다이어트 동기로는 '정상체중 유지' (25.6%), '산후 체중조절' (7%), '건강관리'(9%) 등의 객관적인 동기는 42.1%, 보다 주관적인 동기인 '남의 시선 의식', '원하는 디자인의 옷을 입기위해'등은 57.9%로 나타났다. 4) 두 제품유형을 섭취하는 사람들 간의 체형인식의 유의적 차이는 없었으나, 다이어트 건강기능식품 섭취군에서는 '정상체중 유지' (29.3%)와 '건강관리를 위해' (12.7%) 라는 동기가 우선이었고, '체지방감소', '체중증가 억제'에 중점을 두어 다이어트를 하는 경향을 보였다. 반면 체중조절용 조제식품 섭취군에서는 '원하는 디자인의 옷을 입기 위해' (35.8%)라는 동기가 가장 높았고, '체중 감량'에 중점을 두어 다이어트를 하는 경향을 보였다.

편마비 환자의 재활과정에 따른 스트레스와 대처의 변화양상 (Stress and Coping for Patients with Hemiplegia during the Rehabilitation Process)

  • It is important to understand that patients with hemiplegia are under stress during the rehabilitation process. This study was designed to determine what changes occur in the stress perceived by these patients during the rehabilitation process. and what changes occur in the ways they coped with stress. A decriptive study with a longitudinal design was conducted. A total of 57 patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to one general hospital made up the sample for this study. A questionnaire, observations and interviews were used for the data collection which was done in three phases(within one week after admission : within one week before discharge ; within one month after discharge ). Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA repeated measures of ANOVA, and post hoc paired t -test, Bonferroni correction. The results of this study are : 1. Changes in the perception of stress during the rehabilitation process : There was a statistically significant differencs in the perception of stress among these patients during the rehabilitation process. On the post-hoc test. the perception of stress showed a statistically significant decrease from admission to discharge. The perception of psychological stress was high during the rehabilitation process as compared with the perception of physical and social stress. 2. Changes in the way the patients coped during the rehabilitation process : On admission passive coping was used by most of the subjects(91.2%). Passive coping showed an decrease from admission to discharge, but an increase from discharge to follow-up at one month post discharge. There was, however, no statistically significant changes in the way the patients coped during the rehabilitation process. 3. Changes in perception of stress during the rehabilitation process according to variables. Perception of stress among patients classified as So-Um was higher during the rehabilitation process, when compared with patients classified as So- Yang and Tae-Um. There was, however, no statistically significant difference in perception of stress over time. The patients with right sided paralysis perceived higher stress than those with left sided paralysis. There was, however, no statistically significant difference in perception of stress over time. Hence, stress was not influenced by which side was paralyzed th frequency of the relapse of the disease, or the time in the rehabilitation process. 4. Changes in coping during the rehabilitation process according to variables. There was a statistically significant difference in the way the patients coped at follow- up according to the three different kinds of the constitution groups. In other words, coping was not used by patients classified as Tae-Um but was used by those classified as So-Um. On the repeated measures of ANOVA, there was a statstically significant difference in stress over time, and an interaction between constitution and time. But the way of coping during the rehabilitation process was not influenced by which side was paralyzed nor by the frequency of the relapse of the disease. In conclusion, perception of psychological stress was high during the rehabilitation process, as compared to perception of physical and social stress. There was a statistcally significant difference in the perception of stress over time, Perception of stress showed a gradual decrease from over admission to follow-up period. There was. however, no statistically significant difference in the way of coping over time. Passive coping was used by most of patients. In the study, these findings suggest a need for nursing care related to the psychological support for patients with hemiplegia both in the hospital as well as at home, and the need for education and counseling on independent self-care to help the hemiplegic patients adapt to stress using active coping.

세라밴드를 이용한 PNF 기법 적용이 65세 이상 여성노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of PNF Technique application Using Thera-Band on the Balance and Gait of Females over 65 years old)

  • Purpose: Study on the effect of the use of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation(PNF) method by use of the direction and charge regulation which is the advantage of the Thera-band therapy on the walks and balances in old people and comparison with the result after applying the general PNF technique. Method: The study has been performed on 30 females over 65 years old. The study has been done by dividing the object group in 3 patterns, which are number 1, the comparison group of 10, two ones that are applied the PNF technique using Thera-band and third, the ones that are applied only the PNF technique. For the PNF and the Thera-band using PNF, we have divided the group into Combination of Isotonic technique and the Rhythmical stabilization technique according to the patient's acquaintance pattern and applied them to the patient's body. Evaluation was the balancing ability which was calculated by using the BIODEX Balance system / FRT and for the evaluation of walking ability, we have used the speed of walking for 10M / TUG. Result: In the comparison group of 10, the balancing ability and the walking ability did not change much before and after the experiment, which made it possible to compare the group with the other two easily(p>0.05). For the other two groups, we have recognized the enhancement both in the balancing ability and the walking ability, but they did not know much difference between themselves(p<0.05). Conclusion: Though there were not a big difference in the sense of improvement between the Thera-band using PNF and the PNF technique only, we could infer that these two therapy has enhanced much in the walking and balancing ability for people over 65 and through these result we can foresee that not only using the method shown in this study but also by using many advantages of Thera-band, we could diminish the tiredness of healer, enhance the efficiency of exercise in them and also by forming self training program for older people we could help them build the prevention program from falls.

부모의 양육태도가 섭식장애의 발병과 심각도에 미치는 영향 (Parental Behavior Influence on the Onset and Severity of Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa)

  • 연구목적 한국에서 신경성 식욕부진증과 신경성 폭식증을 진단받은 환자 군에서 부모 양육태도의 차이와 각 아형에서 부모 양육태도의 차이가 발병 나이와 섭식장애 증상의 심각도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 167명의 섭식장애 환자(신경성 식욕부진증, N=49 ; 신경성 폭식증, N=118)를 대상으로 하였다. 자가보고식 설문지인 부모 양육행동 척도(Parental Behavior Inventory, PBI)를 시행하여 환자가 인식하는 부모님의 양육행동을 측정하였으며, 섭식장애 검사 개정판(The Eating disorder Inventory-2, EDI-2)를 통하여 증상의 심각도를 평가하였다. 결 과 신경성 식욕부진증 환자를 발병 나이에 따라 분류하였을 때, 16세 이후에 발병한 군보다 16세 이전에 조기 발병한 경우 낮은 아버지의 애정, 높은 아버지의 합리적 설명, 낮은 어머니의 과잉간섭을 보고하였다. 섭식장애 증상의 심각도(EDI-2)는 신경성 식욕부진증과 신경성 폭식증에서 어머니의 애정, 합리적 설명과 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 단계별 회귀분석을 시행하였을 때, 아버지의 애정, 어머니의 과잉기대와 합리적 설명이 신경성 식욕부진증의 발병 나이에 중요한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 두 집단에서 모두 어머니의 애정이 높을 수록 EDI-2의 점수가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 섭식장애 환자의 평가 및 치료에서 가족의 기능과 인식된 부모의 양육태도가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있겠다. 본 연구 결과는 아버지의 양육방식이 섭식장애 발병나이에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 이제까지 상대적으로 부족하게 평가되었던 아버지 역할의 중요성을 확인하였다. 이뿐 아니라, 섭식장애 증상의 심각도와 어머니의 애정과의 관련성을 확인함으로써 가족 기능에 대한 평가가 치료에 필수적임을 입증하였다. 앞으로 본 연구 결과에 대한 해석 및 적용을 위한 후속 연구들이 필요하겠다.

광주지역 중학생의 영양지식 및 식습관 (Nutrition Knowledge and Eating Behavior of Middle School Students in Gwangju Area)

  • 본 연구는 광주지역 중학생의 영양지식과 식습관을 조사하여 가정 교과에서 중학생의 건강한 식습관 확립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 중학생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문 조사를 실시하여 330부를 SPSS(Statistics Package for the Social Science, Ver. 20.0 for window) 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생이 영양지식을 습득하는 경로는 학교 교과 시간이 31.82%로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 영양지식은 14.33점(20점 만점)으로 양호한 편이었고, 성별에 따른 영양지식은 '식품' 영역에서 여학생이 남학생보다 높았으며(p<.05), 학년에 따른 영양지식은 3학년이 1, 2학년보다 높았다(p<.001). 셋째, 식습관은 69.75점(100점 만점)으로 보통 수준이었고, 성별에 따른 식습관은 남학생이 여학생보다 높았다(p<.05). 특히 '하루 세 끼를 규칙적으로 먹는다'(p<.01), '아침 식사를 거르지 않는다'(p<.01), '단 음식을 자주 먹지 않는다'(p<.01), '학교생활 외에 운동을 규칙적으로 한다'(p<.001)에서 남학생이 여학생보다 높았다. 학년에 따른 식습관은 '식사를 준비해 준 사람에게 감사하며 먹는다'(p<.01), '매끼 곡류를 먹는다'(p<.01)에서 3학년이 높았다. 넷째, 영양지식 정도에 따른 식습관은 영양지식이 '상'과 '중'인 그룹의 식습관이 양호하였고, 영양지식이 낮으면 식습관 점수도 낮았다. 이상의 결과로 학교 교과 시간에 식생활교육을 담당하고 있는 가정과 교사는 보다 큰 사명감과 자부심을 가지고 중학생의 영양지식과 식습관의 향상을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

식량작물 생산에 대한 스마트디지털 농업기술의 발전 방향 - 전문가 설문조사 연구 (Development of Smart Digital Agriculture Technology for Food Crop Production in Korea-The Path Forward Based on Expert Feedback)

  • 정부는 4차산업혁명의 선도사업으로 농업 부분의 스마트디지털 농업기술 사업을 지정하였다. 이에 한국 작물학회에서는 우리나라 식량작물 노지스마트디지털 농업기술의 발전 방향을 알아보고자 작물 분야 및 스마트디지털 농업기술 관련자 207명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 설문조사 결과, 노지스마트디지털 농업기술은 한국 농업의 구조적 문제를 해결하는 데 도움이 되며 노지스마트디지털 농업기술 발전 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 노지스마트디지털 농업기술 개발에 따른 핵심 인력 양성 및 지속적인 정부의 관심과 노지스마트디지털 농업기술 설비 구축 및 기술 개발의 필요성이 제안되었다. 농업 선진국들의 노지스마트디지털 농업기술의 연구 및 개발 수준은 현장 적용 및 검증 단계, 실용화 단계이나 우리나라는 아직 기술개발 단계에 머무르고 있다. 고령화나 노동력 부족, 기후변화, 지속가능한 발전 등을 위해선 스마트디지털 농업기술의 도입이 필요하다는 의견이 많았다. 스마트디지털 농업기술 확산을 위해서는 기술개발, 인프라 구축 등이 필요하고 농민을 대상으로 한 체계적인 기술 교육이 필요하며 노지스마트디지털 농업기술의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 장비-데이터의 표준화가 필요하다는 결과가 도출되었다. 나아가 소비자와 다른 농산업 현장에도 적용되어 디지털 전환이 이루어질 수 있는 방향성을 가지고 진행되어야 할 것이다. 노지스마트디지털 농업기술의 도입 및 성공적인 정착은 기후변화 대응, 농업의 친환경성 증진, 노동력 부족의 해소에 기여할 수 있으므로 우리나라의 작물 생산 능력 제고를 통한 식량 안보 강화 측면에서도 필요하다.

스마트폰의 지각된 가치와 지속적 사용의도, 그리고 개인 혁신성의 조절효과 (An Empirical Study on Perceived Value and Continuous Intention to Use of Smart Phone, and the Moderating Effect of Personal Innovativeness)

  • With rapid development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology), new services by the convergence of mobile network and application technology began to appear. Today, smart phone with new ICT convergence network capabilities is exceedingly popular and very useful as a new tool for the development of business opportunities. Previous studies based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) suggested critical factors, which should be considered for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing users in smart phone market. However, they had a limitation to focus on technology acceptance, not value based approach. Prior studies on customer's adoption of electronic utilities like smart phone product showed that the antecedents such as the perceived benefit and the perceived sacrifice could explain the causality between what is perceived and what is acquired over diverse contexts. So, this research conceptualizes perceived value as a trade-off between perceived benefit and perceived sacrifice, and we need to research the perceived value to grasp user's continuous intention to use of smart phone. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structured relationship between benefit (quality, usefulness, playfulness) and sacrifice (technicality, cost, security risk) of smart phone users, perceived value, and continuous intention to use. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups of smart phone users by the degree of personal innovativeness. Personal innovativeness could help us to understand the moderating effect between how perceptions are formed and continuous intention to use smart phone. This study conducted survey through e-mail, direct mail, and interview with smart phone users. Empirical analysis based on 330 respondents was conducted in order to test the hypotheses. First, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived usefulness among three factors of perceived benefit has the highest positive impact on perceived value, and then followed by perceived playfulness and perceived quality. Second, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived cost among three factors of perceived sacrifice has significantly negative impact on perceived value, however, technicality and security risk have no significant impact on perceived value. Also, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived value has significant direct impact on continuous intention to use of smart phone. In this regard, marketing managers of smart phone company should pay more attention to improve task efficiency and performance of smart phone, including rate systems of smart phone. Additionally, to test the moderating effect of personal innovativeness, this research conducted multi-group analysis by the degree of personal innovativeness of smart phone users. In a group with high level of innovativeness, perceived usefulness has the highest positive influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, the analysis for a group with low level of innovativeness showed that perceived playfulness was the highest positive factor to influence perceived value than others. This result of the group with high level of innovativeness explains that innovators and early adopters are able to cope with higher level of cost and risk, and they expect to develop more positive intentions toward higher performance through the use of an innovation. Also, hedonic behavior in the case of the group with low level of innovativeness aims to provide self-fulfilling value to the users, in contrast to utilitarian perspective, which aims to provide instrumental value to the users. However, with regard to perceived sacrifice, both groups in general showed negative impact on perceived value. Also, the group with high level of innovativeness had less overall negative impact on perceived value compared to the group with low level of innovativeness across all factors. In both group with high level of innovativeness and with low level of innovativeness, perceived cost has the highest negative influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, the analysis for a group with high level of innovativeness showed that perceived technicality was the positive factor to influence perceived value than others. However, the analysis for a group with low level of innovativeness showed that perceived security risk was the second high negative factor to influence perceived value than others. Unlike previous studies, this study focuses on influencing factors on continuous intention to use of smart phone, rather than considering initial purchase and adoption of smart phone. First, perceived value, which was used to identify user's adoption behavior, has a mediating effect among perceived benefit, perceived sacrifice, and continuous intention to use smart phone. Second, perceived usefulness has the highest positive influence on perceived value, while perceived cost has significant negative influence on perceived value. Third, perceived value, like prior studies, has high level of positive influence on continuous intention to use smart phone. Fourth, in multi-group analysis by the degree of personal innovativeness of smart phone users, perceived usefulness, in a group with high level of innovativeness, has the highest positive influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, perceived playfulness, in a group with low level of innovativeness, has the highest positive factor to influence perceived value than others. This result shows that early adopters intend to adopt smart phone as a tool to make their job useful, instead market followers intend to adopt smart phone as a tool to make their time enjoyable. In terms of marketing strategy for smart phone company, marketing managers should pay more attention to identify their customers' lifetime value by the phase of smart phone adoption, as well as to understand their behavior intention to accept the risk and uncertainty positively. The academic contribution of this study primarily is to employ the VAM (Value-based Adoption Model) as a conceptual foundation, compared to TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) used widely by previous studies. VAM is useful for understanding continuous intention to use smart phone in comparison with TAM as a new IT utility by individual adoption. Perceived value dominantly influences continuous intention to use smart phone. The results of this study justify our research model adoption on each antecedent of perceived value as a benefit and a sacrifice component. While TAM could be widely used in user acceptance of new technology, it has a limitation to explain the new IT adoption like smart phone, because of customer behavior intention to choose the value of the object. In terms of theoretical approach, this study provides theoretical contribution to the development, design, and marketing of smart phone. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategy formulation for acquiring and retaining long-term customers related to smart phone business. Since potential customers are interested in both benefit and sacrifice when evaluating the value of smart phone, marketing managers in smart phone company has to put more effort into creating customer's value of low sacrifice and high benefit so that customers will continuously have higher adoption on smart phone. Especially, this study shows that innovators and early adopters with high level of innovativeness have higher adoption than market followers with low level of innovativeness, in terms of perceived usefulness and perceived cost. To formulate marketing strategy for smart phone diffusion, marketing managers have to pay more attention to identify not only their customers' benefit and sacrifice components but also their customers' lifetime value to adopt smart phone.
