지역사회거주 노인의 여가시간활용과 바우처사업 서비스 만족도에 관한 연구-부여군을 중심으로 (A Study on Actual Conditions of Leisure Time and Service Satisfaction of Community-dwelling Elderly -Focused on Buyeo)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 농촌지역 노인을 대상으로 실시한 바우처사업 서비스 만족도와 여가시간사용을 조사한 자료를 바탕으로 지역사회거주 노인들의 서비스 선호도를 고려한 여가시간 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 부여군에 거주하고 있는 노인 71명을 대상으로 하였으며, 노인들의 특성에는 성별, 배우자 유무, 건강수준, 학력, 월 생활비, 자녀수, 직업 등의 변수들이 포함되었다. 대상자들의 자아존중감, 생활만족도, 삶의 질, 프로그램 만족도에 대한 조사는 설문지를 사용하였으며, t-검증과 상관분석을 이용하여 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 결과 : 대상자들의 여가활동에 대해 조사한 결과, TV시청하기, 친구만나기, 전화통화하기 등의 정적인 활동에 많은 시간을 소모하고 있었으며, 바우처 사업에 대한 만족도를 조사한 결과, 노인구강관리 서비스, 건강검진 서비스, 스포츠마사지 서비스 등 건강과 관련된 서비스에 만족도가 비교적 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 이 연구결과를 통하여 농촌지역 노인의 의미 있는 여가시간활용이 부족한 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 건강관련 서비스에 대한 욕구가 강한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 그러므로 추후 여가활동에 대한 경험 및 지식습득의 기회를 제공하여 의미 있는 여가시간을 증진 할 필요가 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 노인들의 욕구에 부합하는 다양한 프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.

월경곤란시 여자중학생이 지각하는 스트레스 및 그 대응에 관한 소고 (A Review on Stress and Coping Level at Dysmenorrhea Perceived by Middle School Girls in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the stress and coping level as a result of dysmenorrhea which was experienced by girls. For the collection of data, the girls from the 1st to the 3rd grade in middle school in Seoul were selected through a random sampling technique. The survey was conducted from the 1st. to the 14th of June, 1991 by the use of questionnaires made after a pilot study. The final subjects for analysis were restricted to only those who had experienced me~arche, the number of which totaled 1,131. The stress, coping level, and other variables, were tested and analysed by descriptive statistics (eg, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation), t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficients. The obtained results are summarized as follows. 1. The chronological start for menarche was at a mean age of 13.1 The respondents who had experienced menarche numbered $70.9\%$ of the 1st grades and $96.2\%$ of the 2nd grades in middle school, otherwise the starting age for menarche was in the 4th grade in primary school. 2. Their menstrual cycle and period were longer than adult's one. The number of students studied who had experienced dysmenorrhea during their menstrual cycle were 860, and 650 of those revealed that their mothers or sisters had experienced similar problems. 3. The subjects who were late or head left early rather than being absent from school every menstruation cycle were more stressful. The results are thought to show that the girl's perception of dysmenorrhea seems to be more sensitive than adult's one. 4, A significant negative correlation was found between the perception of menstrual flow and strees level. It means that an increase in the stress of dysmenorrhea was associated with decreased menstrual bleeding. The degree of hypochondrical concern assessed by the girls was significantly correlated to stress and coping level. When the girls perceived high stress as a result of dysmenorrhea, they worried about their physical health more. The above results lead us to the suggestion that the starting point of early education with a school program is appropriate for the 4th grade in primary school. Especially if the girls in middle school should be required to give the information about correct knowledge and sufficient self -care management of menstruation monthly, if this could be implemented the loss in school days among the students due to dysmenorrhea would be minimized with more ease.

건강검진 수검자의 노화에 대한 기대, 우울이 건강증진 생활양식에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Depression, Expectations Regarding Aging on the Health Promoting Lifestyle among Health Checkup Examinee)

  • 본 연구는 건강검진 수검자를 대상으로 노화에 대한 기대, 우울, 건강증진 생활양식을 조사하고 건강증진 생활양식의 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구대상은 편의표집에 의해 선정된 G 광역시 M건강검진센터를 내원한 건강검진 수검자인 143명이었다. 자료수집은 2016년 7월 5일부터 21일까지 자기기입 방식의 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석(Pearson's correlation), 위계적 회귀분석(Hierarchical regression)으로 분석되었다. 그 결과, 건강증진 생활양식은 노화에 대한 기대와 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 우울과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 회귀분석에 따른 건강증진 생활양식의 영향요인은 학력, 지각된 건강상태, 건강관리시설 이동시간, 노화에 대한 기대, 우울이었다. 일반적 특성을 통제한 상태에서 노화에 대한 기대, 우울의 독립변인을 추가할수록 건강증진 생활양식의 수행 수준을 보다 잘 설명하였으며, 최종 모델의 설명력은 27.0%로 산출 되었다. 따라서 건강증진 생활양식을 향상시키기 위해서는 신체적인 접근 외에, 인지적(지식, 노화에 대한 기대), 심리적 요인(우울)을 함께 고려할 필요가 있다.

예비 과학교사의 탐구지도 경험에 관한 사례연구 : 탐구의 인식과 실천 사이의 딜레마 해소를 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Inquiry Guidance Experiences of Pre-Service Science Teachers : Resolving the Dilemmas between Cognition and Practice of Inquiry)

  • 오랜 기간 동안 과학교육 분야에서 탐구는 과학 학습의 핵심적인 목표이자 수단으로 자리매김해왔다. 그러나 교육 실천의 맥락에서 탐구 활동을 온전히 수행하기란 결코 녹록하지 않으며, 탐구의 역할과 기능에 대한 논의는 여전히 분분하다. 따라서 과학교사들이 실제로 탐구를 지도하면서 겪는 어려움을 비판적으로 검토하는 일은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 탐구를 지도하는 교사에 초점을 두고, 예비교사의 탐구에 대한 인식과 실천 사이에서 나타나는 갈등의 양상을 질적 사례연구를 통해 살펴보고자 했다. 연구 참여자는 과학교육을 전공하는 8명의 대학생들이다. 이들은 약 1년 동안 주말 과학 프로그램에서 저소득층 중학생들의 보조교사와 멘토로 활동하면서, 방학 기간에는 자유로운 방식으로 담당 학생들의 탐구 활동을 지도하였다. 연구의 사례는 '자유탐구에서 수행하는 예비 과학교사의 탐구지도 활동'으로, 참여자의 개인면담과 집단면담과 참여관찰 기록, 자기보고서 등을 연구 자료의 분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과, 예비교사들은 학습자의 능동성뿐만 아니라 교과 지식과 연역적 절차 역시 탐구 활동을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요인으로 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 예비교사들이 실제로 탐구를 계획하거나 수행할 때, 인식과 실천 사이의 간극으로 인해 딜레마와 마주했다. 딜레마의 양상은 '발산하는 탐구와 수렴하는 과학', '흥미 중심의 탐구와 학습 중심의 탐구', '학습 주체로서의 학생과 부족한 지식인으로서의 학생'의 세 가지로 정리하였다. 끝으로 예비교사들의 딜레마 해소 과정을 논의하면서, 탐구와 과학교사에 대한 대안적인 관점을 제안하였다.

2014년 정신건강박람회 공황장애 인식도 조사 (Results of Public Awareness Survey of Panic Disorder at the 2014 Mental Health Exposition in Seoul)

  • Objective : Despite high prevalence and effective treatments of panic disorder, lots of patients are not properly treated due to lack of awareness of the disorder. This study summarizes and presents the results from Public Awareness Survey of Panic Disorder during the Mental Health Exposition held in Seoul in April, 2014. Methods : A total of 401 participants who visited the booth of the Korean Academy of Anxiety Disorder agreed and completed the survey. The questionnaires comprised of three sections; first, after given a case of patient with panic disorder, participants were asked to choose a diagnosis and treatment options. Second, participants were asked to differentiate the symptoms of panic disorder from those of other mental disorders and answer where they acquired the knowledge of the disorder. Third, visual analogue scales were used to get more detailed information for several issues about panic disorder. The incidence and ratio for each question were provided and compared. Results : Among the participants, 78% reported a patient within the case need treatment, and 30% accurately recognized it was panic disorder. As for treatment needed, 40% selected psychotherapy by psychiatrists, 28% chose counseling by psychologist, 23% said that they can overcome it by self-care. Only 2% of participants selected the pharmacotherapy as treatment needed. Approximately 40% of participants have encountered information about the disorder from gossips of celebrities, 32% from mass-media, and merely 6% from medical professionals. About 80% of participants could discriminate the symptom of panic disorder from those of depression, schizophrenia, or generalized anxiety disorder. Conclusion : Our results suggest that substantial proportions of participants have the awareness of panic disorder, while as for treatment they were strongly biased against pharmacologic treatments. Most of their source of the awareness was not relied upon professional information. Efforts for giving correct information and increasing public awareness of panic disorder are needed to bridge a gap between professionals and general public.

한방물리요법에 대한 문헌적 고찰 (A Literatural Study on the Traditional Korean Medical Physiotherapy)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to establish literatural evidence about traditional Korean medical physiotherapy through literatural review. Methods : Applicable paragraphs which were related to the traditional Korean medical physiotherapy were phrased from in "Hwang-je-nae-gyung(黃帝內經)", "Yumun-sa-chin(儒門事親)", "Geum-guei-yo-ryack(金匱要略)", "Eui-hack-ip-mun(醫學入門)", "Gyung-ack-jeon-seo(景岳全書)", "Eui-hack-gang-mock(醫學綱目)", "Dong-eui-bo-gam(東醫寶鑑)" where were archiving of Oriental or Korean medicine literatures. Searched paragraphs were analysed for establishing historical and theoretical bases of Korean medical physiotherapy. Results : 1. Theromtherapy is originated from yu(熨), hot hand, warm, water bath, warm earth, fumigation, lamp, torchlight and brazier. Matching indications are various musculoskeletal pain and diseases, skin diseases such as chronic inflammation, frostbite, gynecological and urogenital diseases such as uterine myoma, lower abdominal pain, metrorrhagia, breast diseases, digestive tract diseases such as vomiting, diarrhea, stomachache and also it treats cardiovascular disease. Other matching indications are sunstroke, rhinorrhea, psycosis and anal pain. And it used helping acupuncture therapy. 2. Cryotherapy is originated from lengfu(冷敷), lengtie(冷貼), cold stone and cold water. Matching indications are various fever disease, skin diseases such as acute inflammation, wound, fever skin disease, otorhinolaryngological diseases such as acute sore throat, otitis, stomatitis, nasal bleeding and contusions, abrasions, burn and dysuria. In addition, it treats extremity coldness, chillness, stomachache caused to accumulate fever. 3. Physiotherapy by circulating meridian system is originated from manipulation such as pushing, massage and beating to therapy point. Matching indications are musculoskeletal diseases such as various muscular pain, heavy sensation, convulsion, urogenital diseases such as dysuria, lower abdomen pain, digestive tract diseases such as stomachache, and paralysis due to blocked meridian system. And other matching indications are psycosis, leprosy, hypoesthesia, acute stroke. In addition it helps other therapy methods. In addition, the power of manipulation classify to strengthen and reduce. 4. Physiotherapy by balancing meridian system is originated from sunshine, magnet, horn, bamboo and tube. Sunshine helps improving self's care and cure inflammatory skin disease. Magnet's matching indications are paralysis, various injuries, abscess, fever and eye disease. Cupping therapy treats to skin diseases and internal diseases such as tuberculosis. Conclusions : Traditional Korean medical physiotherapy was widely used in traditional Korean medicine since ancient time based on the traditional Korean medical principle and anatomical knowledge. With modern physiotherapy and traditional Korean medicine together, effects of treatment are enhanced. And traditional Korean medical physiotherapy is appropriated to world physiotherapy's expectation.

초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식: 질적 내용분석 연구 (Perception about Shared Decision Making of Family Caregivers of Early Dementia Patients: A Qualitative Content Analysis Study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 3개 치매지원센터에 등록된 초기 치매환자를 돌보는 가족 돌봄제공자 12명(여성 8명, 평균연령=$71.4{\pm}10.4$세)을 대상으로 반 구조화된 개별 심층면담을 이용하여 수집된 자료에 대해 질적 내용분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구를 내용 분석한 결과 6개 범주, 17개의 하위 범주가 도출되었는데 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 초기 치매환자 가족 돌봄제공자의 공유 의사결정에 관한 인식은 치매환자와의 의사소통 촉진 수단과 치매환자의 자율성 보장 수단, 치료 촉진 기회, 가족 돌봄제공자의 부담감 증가 원인, 치매환자와의 관계 악화 원인, 우선순위 변화에 따른 선택 사항의 여섯 가지 범주로 나타났다. 또한, 공유 의사결정의 상황과 시기 및 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식이 가족 돌봄제공자의 경험을 통해 만들어졌다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 치매 관련 교육 시 간접경험을 통해 공유 의사결정을 선택 사항으로 생각하는 가족 돌봄제공자들에게 공유 의사결정을 경험할 수 있는 기회 등을 제공하는 것이 공유 의사결정에 대한 인식 제고에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이상 결과에 근거하여 초기 치매환자의 자기결정권 존중과 가족 돌봄제공자들의 부담감을 감소시키기 위해 공유 의사결정을 성공적으로 할 수 있는 실제적이고 총체적인 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 평가 연구를 제언한다.

신장이식 환자의 치료지시이행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Treatment Adherence of Kidney Transplantation Recipients)

  • 본 연구는 신장이식 환자를 대상으로 치료지시이행에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 설명적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 일 대학병원 외래를 방문하는 신장이식 환자 132명이었다. 자료수집은 2017년 7월 17일부터 2017년 8월 22일까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 24.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 분산분석, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 대상자의 연령, 종교의 유무, 이식 후 경과기간에 따라 치료지시이행에 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 또한 총 사회적 지지(r=.54, p<.001), 가족의 지지(r=.43, p<.001), 의료인의 지지(r=.57, p<.001) 및 자가 간호지식(r=.21, p=.015) 역시 치료지시이행과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석의 결과, 치료지시이행의 영향요인은 의료인의 지지, 신장이식 후 경과기간, 배우자 유무, 종교의 유무였고, 최종 설명력은 41.9%였다. 결론적으로, 신장이식 환자들의 치료지시이행을 높이기 위해 의료인의 지지를 증진시킬 수 있는 효율적인 중재방안이 도입되어야 할 것이다.

퇴계 이황의 도덕교육론 - 『성학십도』 체계와 내용을 중심으로 - (Toegye(退溪) Yi Hwang(李滉)'s Moral Education Theory - Focused on the system and contents of the 'Ten Diagrams of Sage Learning')

  • 사람과 사람 사이의 올바른 관계를 추구하는 유학은 수기(修己)와 치인(治人)이라는 논리구조를 통하여 도덕적 개인이 공동체의 발전에 기여하는 이상향을 그린다. 16세기 한국 성리학의 태두인 퇴계 이황은 자신의 교육적 의도와 관심을 반영하고 성리학의 본체와 공부의 전 과정을 그림 열 폭에 정리하여 "성학십도"를 만들었다. "성학십도"에서 표방하는 교육의 목적은 성인(聖人)이 되는데 있으며, 이는 성찰적이며 실천적인 도덕인이 되고자 하는 도덕교육의 목적과도 궁극적으로 그 궤를 같이 한다. "성학십도"의 전체 주제는 경(敬)을 기초로 인륜과 도덕의 원리를 밝혀 인간의 본성을 회복하기 위한 것과 연관된다. 경(敬)은 또한 수양의 목적이자 방법이며, 주요 내용이다. 전통 유학의 교육 방식은 교육의 목적 내용 방법 간의 유기적 통합성을 지향하고 있으며, 내용과 방법에 있어서 지(知)와 행(行)의 병진이라는 일관성을 드러내고 있다. 전통문화가 가지고 있는 보편적 가치를 탐구하고, 전통교육의 측면에서 도덕문화를 다시 일으키는 것은 현재와 미래에 유효한 것들이 과거의 전통으로부터 연원한다는 점을 논의하는 것으로서 오늘의 교육 문제를 해결하는 데 있어서 유용할 수 있다. 특히, 전통교육이 추구했던 도덕교육의 본질을 분석하여 교육의 궁극적 목적인 '자신을 실현하고' '공동체를 배려'할 수 있는 인재를 배양하기 위한 반성적 접근은 매우 의미가 있다.

초중등학생의 구강보건관리에 대한 인식도 조사 (A Study of Students' Knowledge Level of Dental Health Care)

  • This study was conducted to prevent oral disease of primary school, middle school, and high school students, providing basic data for the development of oral health education programs. Data were collected from 898 primary school, middle school, and high school students from March 2, 1999 to May 31, 1999. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) The subjects of this study were primary school students(32.6%), middle school students(33.0%), and high school students(34.4%). Boy students were slightly more prevalent than girl students. That is, primary school boys were 56.3%, middle school boys were 53.2%, and high school boys were 52.6%. 2) According to the self-judgement of oral health, primary school students were better than middle/high school students and boy students were better than girl students, 63.5% of primary school students and 57.8% of middle/high school students brushed their teeth once or twice a day. 3) 76.3% of middle/high school students and 63.5% of primary school students experienced dental caries. Girl students were higher than boy students in experiencing dental caries, 35.9% of primary school students and 27.6% of middle/high school students experienced periodontal disease. 4) 22.9% of primary school students and 7.9% of middle/high school students received oral examinations periodically. Girl students showed a higher rate than boy students in primary school, while boy students showed a higher rate than girl students in middle/high school. 5) Explaining to the reasons for reluctant visits to dental hospitals and clinics, 'no time to go' was highest(22.9% of primary school students; 27.4% of middle/high school students) and the rate of 'feeling scared' was second highest. Middle/high school students were more reluctant to visit dental hospitals and clinics than primary school students. In case of problematic symptoms in the mouth, the rate of 'feeling painful or cold in teeth when eating cold or hot foods' was highest, 71.3% of primary school students was concerned about oral health, while 68.6% of middle/high school students was concerned about it. 6) In gathering to the sources of information on oral health, the rate of medical institutions was highest(30.0%) in primary school students, while the rate of family members or persons around them was highest in middle/high school students. 7) 54.9% of primary school students received oral health education, while 13.1% of middle/high school students received it. Only 4.7% of middle school and high school girls received it. In relation to dental health education, the rate of 'possibility of prevention of oral caries or disease of the gum' was highest. 79.5% of primary school students and 80.3% of middle school students answered that they would attend oral health education. 8) 60.4% of primary school students and 60.2% of middle/high school students think the purpose of oral health is to prevent dental caries and disease of the gums. In preventing dental caries, 78.8% of primary school students and 71.8% of middle school students thought that periodical oral examination was effective, 88.4% of primary school students and 88.8% of middle/high school thought that brushing one's teeth was effective and 64.1% of primary school students and 50.7% of middle school students thought that the use of toothpaste containing fluoride was effective. In preventing periodontal disease, 91.1% of primary school students and 90.2% of middle/high school students thought that brushing one's teeth was effective, while 72.4% of primary school students and 70.3% of middle/high school students thought that teeth cleaning was effective. 9) 16.0% of middle school students and 12.7% of high school students thought that their oral health condition was healthy. According to individual experiences in dental treatment, the rate of experience of middle school students was higher than that of high school students, 12.7% of middle school students received oral examinations periodically, while only 3.3% of high school students did so. 10) In cases of 'having no problematic symptoms in the mouth' and 'concerns about oral health', the rate of middle school students was higher than that of high school students. In gathering obtaining information on oral health, the rate of obtaining it through broadcast media including TV, Radio, etc. was highest in middle school students, while the rate of obtaining it through family members or persons around them was highest in high school students. 11) 81.7% of middle school students have not received oral health education. In case of girl students, 97.3% have not received it in high school students. 85.6% of middle school students and 151.2% of high school students think that oral health education is necessary. 12) According to the knowledge level of oral health, the point of high school students($26.33{\pm}2.33$) was similar to the point of high school students($26.23{\pm}2.30$). It appeared that the point of primary school students was highest($26.35{\pm}2.50$) The more concerned about oral health the students were the higher the knowledge level of oral health was. In conclusion, the middle/high school students' knowledge level of oral health was lower than primary school students. The rate of middle/high School students' experience in oral health education was too low. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify oral health education for middle/high school students. Especially, the necessity of oral health education to girl students is strongly recommended. Developing an oral health education program for primary school, middle school, and high school students, related public authority and organizations, teachers; and dentists must actively make efforts together in order to maintain healthy teeth through having students prevent dental caries and periodontal disease.
