The purpose of this research paper is to re-valuate the factors that affected the Royal Navy's rearmament and preparation for war by conducting analysis on the discussion held in the Britain on the strategic priorities and Navy's coping measures adopted during the interwar period. After the end of the WWI, each of the military arms of the Britain faced significant difficulty in securing budget and increasing their military power all throughout the interwar period, and the Navy was not an exception. The WWII that got started on September 1939 was the turning point in which this difficulty led to full-fledged crisis. Immensely many criticisms followed after the war and problems were identified when it comes to the Royal Navy's performance during the war. This type of effort to identify problem led to the attempt to analyze whether Royal Navy's preparation for war and rearmament policy during interwar period were adequate, and to identify the root causes of failure. Existing studies sought to find the root cause of failed rearmament from external factors such as the deterioration of the Britain itself or pressure from the Treasury Department to cut the budget for national defense, or sought to detect problems from the development of wrong strategies by the Navy. However, Royal Navy's failed preparation for the war during interwar period is not the result of one or two separate factors. Instead, it resulted due to the diverse factors and situations that the Britain was facing at the time, and due to intricate and complex interaction of these factors. Meanwhile, this research paper focused on the context characterized by 'strategic selection and setting up of priorities' among the various factors to conduct analysis on the Navy's rearmament by linking it with the discussion held at the time on setting up strategic priorities, and sought to demonstrate that the Navy Department's inadequate counter-measures developed during this process waned Royal Navy's position. After the end of WWI, each of the military arms continued to compete for the limited resources and budget all throughout the interwar period, and this type of competition amidst the situation in which the economic situation of Britain was still unstable, made prioritization when it comes to the allocation of resources and setting up of the priorities when it comes to the military power build-up, inevitable. Amidst this situation, the RAF was able to secure resources first and foremost, encouraged by the conviction of some politicians who were affected by the 'theory of aerial threat' and who believed that curtailing potential attack with the Air Force would be means to secure national security at comparatively lower cost. In response, Navy successfully defended the need for the existence of Navy despite the advancement of the aerial power, by emphasizing that the Britain's livelihood depends on trade and on the maintenance of maritime traffic. Despite this counter-measuring logic, however, Navy's role was still limited to the defense of overseas territory and to the fleet run-off instead of sea traffic route production when it comes to the specific power build-up plan, and did not understand the situation in which financial and economic factors gained greater importance when it comes to the setting up of strategic priorities. As a result, Navy's plan to build its powers was met with continual resistance of the Treasury Department, and lost the opportunity to re-gain the status of 'senior service' that it had enjoyed in the past during the competition for strategic prioritization. Given that the strategic and economic situation that Korea faces today is not very different from that of the Britain during the interwar period, our Navy too should leverage the lessons learned from the Royal Navy to make the effort to secure viable position when it comes to the setting of priorities in case of national defense strategy by presenting the basis on why maritime coping should be prioritized among the numerous other threats, and by developing the measures for securing the powers needed effectively amidst the limited resources.

This study is to examine the importance of site selection and service quality in franchise business as food service franchise became one of the fastest-growing service industries today. The chief finding of this study is as follows: First, a survey in locational and service quality factors affecting food service franchise shows that responders are more concerned with hygiene and visibility of the store than proximity and transportation advantages which reflects low statistical significance, thus the distance did not seem to be a big problem for the responders in the context that they mostly visit nearby food franchise. Second, the examination of the influence by the service quality factors and customer satisfaction shows significant positive relation with customer response, speed and accuracy, and accuracy factors which reveals that the responders prefer prompt response and swift judgment toward the customer's needs and expectations, professional knowledge services to the credibility factors in which little correlation with the customer satisfaction were found. Third, the examination of the influence by the service quality factors, locational factors, and re-visit reveals that customer response and specialty showed statistically significant correlation with intention of WOM (Word of Mouth) and revisit, which suggests that swift judgment and response toward the customer's needs and expectations, professional knowledge services is of great importance to both customer satisfaction and revisit. The study on the aspects of locational and service quality factors affecting franchise industry's customer satisfaction was conducted as above, an investigation in both factors' influence on the customer satisfaction was made, and based on the results of the analysis, this research seeks an optimal operation strategy of a franchise business. Food service franchise are relatively very competent to business adminstration and reaction capability to consumption changes due to the already established market, and there are stores springing up everywhere inspired by the founders who are too confident of their success in the franchise business. However, it is necessary for the franchise beginners to figure out a zone oriented, regular customer oriented business strategy than just complying with the head office manual. Owing to an increasing trend of opening medium to large sized stores and investments in the wake of converting to multiple business type Korean food franchise, there is growing need to set up new concept of store development and operational management strategy in order to overcome the excessive competition and limited sales volume of the old-fashioned small sized, small capital franchise stores. Furthermore, as most business category of food service franchise serve very similar menus, from a product differentiation point of view, it is required to map out flexible sales concept including the adoption of competitive and low-price strategy. In conclusion, as is shown in the analytical research, the customers' optimal choice fluctuate over their preferences like customer convenience and circumstances rather than insisting on specific brand, thus it will be necessary for the franchise stores to draw up aggressive strategy and planning in running food service franchise to maximize their profits.

This paper emphasized the necessity of the marine spatial planning (MSP) through the analysis of the major developmental projects which could make a contradiction based on the adequacy of the site selection and environmental impacts. The conflicting affairs between space utilization and management plan happen in the following ways: marine renewable energy development, sand mining, reclamation, construction of golf course in coastal area, thermal effluent and waste heat, erosion causing port development. The conflict of stakeholder continues caused by the accumulated environmental impact. For the reasons mentioned above, we found two things. First, it is necessary to comprehend the fact of developmental planning and MSP. Second, it is still unsatisfactory to connect the relevance of laws related to the spatial planning. For the reinforcement of marine environmental policy management, it is necessary to consolidate the property of site selection and assessment of developmental scale. Especially, while the strategic environmental assessment is in progress based on site selection and property of scale, consistent diagnosis is needed in the following concerns: the fact of the marine spatial planning, the relevance between national developmental plan and regional developmental plan, fisheries regulation, marine protected animals. For the environmentally sound and sustainable development (ESSD), MSP should have to be prepared based in a way of top-down including coastal and EEZ plan, relevance of ocean-use zoning and sector planning, 3-D spatial information. And also integrated information system have to be prepared through high-tech marine spatial information. In conclusion, consistent and relevant strategy for MSP should have to include the whole information related to the maritime affairs such as harbor, fishing port, fishing ground, coastal management, marine ecosystem generally.

Korean government proposed a new initiative 'government 3.0' with which the administration will open its dataset to the public before requests. City of Seoul is the front runner in disclosure of government data. If we know what kind of attributes are governing factors for any given segmentation, these outcomes can be applied to real world problems of marketing and business strategy, and administrative decision makings. However, with respect to city of Seoul, selection of optimal variables from the open dataset up to several thousands of attributes would require a humongous amount of computation time because it might require a combinatorial optimization while maximizing dissimilarity measures between clusters. In this study, we acquired 718 attribute dataset from Statistics Korea and conducted an analysis to select the most suitable variables, which differentiate Gangnam from other districts, using the Genetic algorithm and Dunn's index. Also, we utilized the Microsoft Azure cloud computing system to speed up the process time. As the result, the optimal 28 variables were finally selected, and the validation result showed that those 28 variables effectively group the Gangnam from other districts using the Ward's minimum variance and K-means algorithm.

Research Projects allow students to experience of scientific research by conducting experiments on specific scientific subjects and writing reports. The process of research begins as students find and propose research questions and its importance has been consistently emphasized. In this study, we developed various strategies to support students to draw research questions and applied to each phase. We analyzed how students' research questions were developed at different phases. The program consists of five phases, such as (1) Exploration, (2) Literature Review and Data Collection, (3) Modification and Extension, (4) Sharing and Evaluation, (5) Final Selection and Research Plan. The program was applied to high school Research Project for 12 hours. A total of 13 students were divided into four groups of 3-4 students and conducted researches. The results of each student's research process and final research plans were then collected and analyzed. The overall quality of research questions produced by the students showed improvement in each phase. Each strategy improved in various aspects of the research questions at each level. Students were able to find their own area of interest in the 'Exploration' phase and then they began to suggest verifiable plans in the 'Literature and Data Collection' phase. They were able to find a variety of variables under the 'Modification and Extension' phase, whereas the precision of research questions improved in the 'Sharing and Evaluation' and the 'Final Selection and Research Plan' phase.

In the planning stage of mobile phone development, one of the most important considerations is to select a FormFactor properly to determine the strategy and Purpose of a Product. Up to now, the FormFactor has been selected only by intuitional and qualitative methods. In this study, the Appraisal Methodology using Sensibility Adjectives of Emotion and Sensibility Engineering was presented to suggest the systematic and rational framework in the field of FormFactor selection. First, we verified the conceptual FormFactors with Axiomatic Design and classified the Sensibility Adjectives into the verified FormFactors. When the FormFactor and classified Design Parameters (DP) were given to a designer, the designer implemented the preliminary designs and they were assessed and analyzed by the survey. With these processes, we were able to select the proper designs for FormFactors which were fit for the purpose of a product. This was caused by connecting the Axiomatic Design and tile Sensibility Adjectives. This study gave the possibilities that can be spread to the selection factors, except for the FormFactor, from now on.
The purpose of this study is a convergence study to find out the relationship between store image, price, human service, and trust on customer satisfaction among the shop selection attributes of customers using hair beauty salons. This study analyzed the data of 500 copies of questionnaires for women who used hair beauty salons within the last 6 months using the SPSS v.22 statistical package program. As a result, store image (B= 1.321, p= .004), price (B= 1.189, p= .032), human service (B= 1.013, p= .000), trust (B= .782, p = .000) was found to have a meaningful positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the ranking of influence was store image (β= .445), human service (β= .377), and price (β= .252). ), And trust (β= .167). Therefore, through this study, it was found that the higher the store image, personal service, price, and trust of the customer's hair salon, the higher the customer satisfaction. We confirmed the detailed influence of the effect of customer's shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction. Among them, store image and human service were found to be factors influencing customer satisfaction. It is necessary to find an economical and efficient way to improve store image, and to cultivate competency to strengthen human service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for establishing a differentiated marketing strategy of cosmetic services industry.

This study examines the importance of location and transportation in the operation of small- and medium-sized hospitals in the rapidly changing clinical environment. Approximately 350 persons were surveyed for approximately 40 days from July-August 2017, and responses were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS Statistical Package for 335 parts excluding 8 parts of 343.The main research results were as follows: First, a hypothesis was adopted that the attractiveness of building materials will positively affect customer satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis that transport infrastructure has a significant impact on customer satisfaction was rejected. Third, the hypothesis that the building appeal will positively affect the site was supported. Fourth, the hypothesis that transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on location marketability was supported. Fifth, the hypothesis that location marketability will significantly impact customer satisfaction was supported. Sixth, the hypothesis that the relationship between the site and customer satisfaction with the relationship between the client and the client is explained is partly attributable to the fact that there is a partial function. The assumption that the relationship between traffic infrastructure and customer satisfaction was confirmed. The hypothesis that the relationship between traffic infrastructure and customer satisfaction was supported. This research focuses on small- and medium-sized hospitals located in Seoul, which does not include the recognition of patients' awareness of the location and transportation of small- and medium-sized hospitals. Moreover, this study has the limitation in analyzing patient satisfaction, rather than the objective data of the financial management performance of the hospital. The results of this study could provide the basis for selecting the future locations of health care facilities.

Internally Korean insurance market is that whole life products' growth are becoming slowdown that's why new insurance products have appeared on the market in consideration of consumer's needs recently. Externally domestic insurance market competitions has drifted from insurance industry to whole financial industry since bankasurance started. Life insurance companies should open up a new market to survive from severe competitions. Worksite marketing can be an alternative. An insurer make arrangements with an employer about an insurance terms which an insurer offers in Worksite marketing. Then eligible individuals enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage through payroll deductions. An employer doesn't need to pay extra money for additional benefit but can raise employee's loyalty and satisfaction of company through worksite marketing. An employee can be covered at discounted premium rate and less strict underwriting guidelines to an insurer compared to individual insurance. In developed countries specially U.S insurance market, Worksite marketing is getting very popular and growing rapidly due to the advantages. Worksite marketing has both individual insurance characters and group insurance characters. Individual insurance characters are that employees enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage. Group insurance characters are that actively at work and participation etc. An insurer have to reflect these two characters on Worksite marketing when an insurance company work out a plan for developing products and underwriting guidelines. When an insurer devise worksite products, one should consider participation level which means percentage of eligible employees participating. Participation is related to anti-selection. As we know underwriting is essential for every kind of insurance, especially underwriting plays major role in worksite marketing. We can see that in the below. Firstly, it has a function in calculation of premium rate. When calculate premium rate for worksite products underwriters have to estimate expected participation level and risk factors. So underwriters and acturies keep in close contact with each other. Secondly, underwriting methods are important. When an insurer underwrite worksite products, there are three kinds of underwriting methods. These are Simplified issue underwriting, Full underwriting and Guaranteed issue underwriting. Simplified issue underwriting typically requires no medical examination, but usually requires supplying satisfactory answers to one or several health and/or lifestyle questions. Full underwriting requires a complete medical history questionnaire that may further require an exam. Guaranteed issue underwriting means that coverage is issued without the employee having to provide evidence of insurability. When insurer set the GI limit are usually based on the type of industry, number of eligible employees, the average amount of coverage and participation level. In addition to insurer should have a clear definition of eligible employee on the insurance provision and application form. It will minimize possibility of trouble claims and anti-selection. An insurer also establish preexisting condition exclusion and special guidelines for late entrants. When an insurer introduce Worksite marketing to Korean insurance market, an insurer has to examine market research to analyze potential market and strategy of sales most of all. With the structure of tilde-area computing system which Is specified by a researching team in Vrije University, Netherlands, lots of researchers and developers have been progressing the studies of global location and interconnection services of distributed objects existing in global sites. Most of them halve focused on binding services of only non-duplicated computational objects existing wide-area computing sites without any consideration of duplication problems. But all of objects existing on the earth rave the duplicated characteristics according to how to categorize their own names or properties. These objects with the same property can define as duplicated computational objects. Up to now, the existing naming or trading mechanism has not supported the binding services of duplicated objects, because of deficiency of independent location service. For this reason, we suggest a new model that can not only manages locations of duplicated objects In wide-area computing environments, but also provide minimum binding time by considering both the optimal selection of one of duplicated objects and load balance among distributed systems. Our model is functionally divided into 2 parts, one part to obtain an unique object handle of duplicated objects with same property as a naming and trading service, and the other to search one or more contact addresses by a node manager using a liven object handle, as a location service For location transparency, these services are independently executing each other. Based on our model, we described structure of wide-area integrated tree and algorithms for searching and updating contact address of distributed object on this tree. finally, we showed a federation structure that can globally bind distributed objects located on different regions from an arbitrary client object.

제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
