화주의 광양항 선택 결정요인에 관한 실증분석 (Empirical Analysis of the Determinants for Shippers' Selection of Gwangyang Port)

  • 항만선택 결정요인에 관한 선행연구를 정리해보면 매우 다양한 연구에서 결정요인들이 도출되었으며, 다수의 연구에서 주요요인들이 중복적으로 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 연구자별로 조사대상의 입장과 선호도에 따라 다소 연구결과가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 따라서 화주들의 광양항 선택 결정요인을 도출하기 위해서는 문헌조사와 함께 적합한 실증적 연구와 분석이 요구되어 진다. 본 연구에서는 화주가 항만을 선택할 때 미치는 결정요인들을 선행연구를 통해 도출한 후, 도출된 결정요인들이 광양항을 이용하고 있는 화주들에게 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 광양항 이용화주들의 지속적인 광양항 이용 여부를 종속변수로 설정하였고, 선행연구에서 도출된 항만선택 결정요인인 항만서비스, 항만시설, 항만입지, 항만비용 등을 독립변수로 설정하였다. 독립변수의 주요 요인을 살펴보면, 항만서비스 요인으로는 하역능력, 선박기항 빈도, 항만체선, CFS의 처리능력, 통관서비스, 항만정보 서비스 등을 변수로 설정하였다. 또한, 항만시설 요인으로는 항만의 규모, 적절한 하역장비의 보유, 화물의 손상 및 멸실 빈도 등을 변수로 설정하였으며, 항만입지 요인으로는 항만과의 접근성, 항만의 인지도 등을 설정하였다. 마지막으로 항만비용 요인으로는 내륙운송비, 항만시설사용료, 하역료, 무료장치기간, 인센티브 등을 변수로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 광양항 이용 화주들은 항만서비스, 항만시설, 항만입지, 항만비용 요인에서 모두 광양항 선택에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 항만비용, 항만입지, 항만서비스, 항만시설 등의 순으로 중요도가 나타나고 있다. 이는 화주들이 항만시설보다는 항만비용과 항만의 입지, 항만서비스를 항만선택 시 주요한 고려요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 판단된다.

  • The seismic slope stability is most often evaluated by the pseudo-static limit analysis, in which the earthquake loading is simplified as static inertial loads acting in horizontal and/or vertical directions. The transient loading is represented by constant acceleration via the pseudostatic coefficients. The result of a pseudostatic analysis is governed by the selection of the value of the pseudostatic coefficient. However, selection of the value is very difficult and often done in an ad hoc manner without a sound physical reasoning. In addition, the maximum acceleration is commonly estimated from the design guideline, which cannot accurately estimate the dynamic response of a slope. There is a need to perform a 2D dynamic analysis to properly define the dynamic response characteristics. This paper develops the modified one-dimensional seismic site response analysis. The modified site response analysis adjusts the density of the layers to simulate the change in mass and weight of the layers of the slope with depth. Multiple analyses are performed at various locations within the slope to estimate the change in seismic response of the slope. The calculated peak acceleration profiles with depth from the developed procedure are compared to those by the two-dimensional analyses. Comparisons show that the two methods result in remarkable match.

  • The major cause of Concrete Spalling at high temperatures can be divided into the Vapor Pressure Rising, caused by the increase in free water temperature within the concrete, and Pore Pressure Rising induced by the vapor moving into dense pores within the concrete. Although the occurrence of spalling within concrete caused by these pressure increases can be assessed experimentally, a close examination into Mechanistic influence against various spalling factors shall be carried out first by using Mathematical Modeling and Theoretical Equations. The Spalling Prospect Process by theoretical mechanism is expedited in order of the following; selection of heating condition (fire strength and flame heating direction), a selection of constituent elements, an analysis of heat transmission, an analysis of moisture movement, distribution of water content, an analysis of pore/vapor pressure, and assessment of spalling occurrence.

Analysis of the Combined Positioning Accuracy using GPS and GLONASS Navigation Satellites

  • In this study, positioning results that combined the code observation information of GPS and GLONASS navigation satellites were analyzed. Especially, the distribution of GLONASS satellites observed in Korea and the combined GPS/GLONASS positioning results were presented. The GNSS data received at two reference stations (GRAS in Europe and KOHG in Goheung, Korea) during a day were processed, and the mean value and root mean square (RMS) value of the position error were calculated. The analysis results indicated that the combined GPS/GLONASS positioning did not show significantly improved performance compared to the GPS-only positioning. This could be due to the inter-system hardware bias for GPS/GLONASS receivers, the selection of transformation parameters between reference coordinate systems, the selection of a confidence level for error analysis, or the number of visible satellites at a specific time.

  • 마이크로셀 이동 통신에서 기지국으로부터 이동국까지의 전파환경을 보다 신속하고 정확히 해석하기 위해 전파의 반사횟수와 전파경로를 연산처리 할 수 있는 삼각해석법 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고, 이동국이 가시거리 영역의 전파 음영지역 또는 가시거리 영역과 임의의 경사각으로 기울어져 있는 비가시거리 영역의 전파 음영지역에 위치한 경우를 각각 가정하고 제안 알고리즘을 시뮬레이션하여, 그 결과를 분석함으로써 마이크로셀 이동 통신의 최적 기지국 위치 선정 조건을 제시한다.

  • In this paper, we apply several pattern recognition algorithms to emotion recognition system with speech signal and compare the results. Firstly, we need emotional speech databases. Also, speech features for emotion recognition is determined on the database analysis step. Secondly, recognition algorithms are applied to these speech features. The algorithms we try are artificial neural network, Bayesian learning, Principal Component Analysis, LBG algorithm. Thereafter, the performance gap of these methods is presented on the experiment result section. Truly, emotion recognition technique is not mature. That is, the emotion feature selection, relevant classification method selection, all these problems are disputable. So, we wish this paper to be a reference for the disputes.

과시소비성향과 정장 수입브랜드선호에 따른 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (Clothing Purchasing Behavior by Conspicuous Consumption and Imported-Brand Preferences)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine conspicuous consuming tendency and imported-brand preferences based on purchasing behavior of clothing. 464 women living in Seoul were collected for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range teats, and $X^2-test$ were used. As the result, five factors in conspicuous consumption are generated from the factor analysis. Consumers with high conspicuous consumption prefer imported-brand clothing. According to the levels of conspicuous consumption, purchasing behaviors of clothing are significantly different in information usages, clothing selection evaluations, patronage store types, purchasing frequencies, and seasonal clothing expenditure. Finally, clothing purchasing behaviors are significantly different by imported-brand clothing preference in information usages, clothing selection standards, and patronage store types.

주관적 연령에 따른 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study of Clothing Purchase Behaviors According to Subjective Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in clothing purchase behaviors among groups determined by subjective and chronological ages. The subjects of this study were teens and adults of up to 59 years of age residing in Seoul and the Metropolitan areas. Out of 700, 578 were used for final data analysis, Chi-square analysis, ANOVA, Duncans multiple range test and descriptive statistics were used for statistics analysis. The following results were found: the subjects were divided into 3 groups based on the subjective age. All age groups tended to perceive subjective age similar to chronological one. Regarding evaluative criteria for selecting clothes and stores, significant differences were found among all chronological and subjective age groups. By chronological age levels, significant differences were found among subjective age groups except the teens in the evaluative criteria used for purchasing clothing. Significant differences were found among subjective age group in all chronological age brackets in store selection criteria.

  • Human Resource Management (HRM) performs numerous activities in organizations including employee recruitment, selection, placement, job analysis, training and development, and labor relations. POSCO (Pohang Steel Company) has concerned with employee management related to job placement and analysis among these activities because of the problems of over-complexity of placement precedures for the variety of recruits, the frequency of selection, a large amount of job descriptions / specifications, and their changes. This study, as a phase of developing the entire HRM systems in the organization, briefly summarizes the preliminary information related and describes an implementation of expert system as a means for effective job placement based on the principle of right-person-in-right-place with identifying aptitudes and personalities of employees. Thus, a new approach for developing a job description/specification using a formal specification language like Z is also proposed. The result of this study will cultivate the performance of personnel, prevent conflicts between labor and management, promote overall productivity of organization, as well as helpfully verify job analysis.
