실시간 물 관리 운영을 위한 유역 유출 모의 모형 개발 (Development of Basin-wide runoff Analysis Model for Integrated Real-time Water Management)

  • The development of a basin-wide runoff analysis model is to analysis monthly and daily hydrologic runoff components including surface runoff, subsurface runoff, return flow, etc. at key operation station in the targeted basin. A short-term water demand forecasting technology will be developed taking into account the patterns of municipal, industrial and agricultural water uses. For the development and utilization of runoff analysis model, relevant basin information including historical precipitation and river water stage data, geophysical basin characteristics, and water intake and consumptions needs to be collected and stored into the hydrologic database of Integrated Real-time Water Information System. The well-known SSARR model was selected for the basis of continuous daily runoff model for forecasting short and long-term natural flows.

  • A case study of fire risk analysis was conducted for train coach which has no gangway doors between coaches. The analysis boundary was limited to the time of outgoing from the coaches for it was train fire risk analysis. ASET(available safe egress time) and RSET(required safe egress time) methodology was used for calculating the dead. 4 liters of gasoline and cable fire at the electric cabinet and the standard fire of EN 45545 were selected for the fire sources. The fire were considered to be occurred at 3 different locations in the car. The train had 3 cases of driving scenarios. The result of all event was summarized for remained tunnel and station egress step.

시뮬레이션을 활용한 편도 카쉐어링 시스템의 최적 운영 조건 및 차량 재배치 알고리즘에 대한 연구 (Simulation of One-way Carsharing Systems : Operating Parameters and Relocation Policy Analysis)

  • The concept of carsharing involves sharing a small number of reserved cars to be used individually by a larger number of people as required. This study examines the operating parameters of one-way carsharing systems in order to determine the appropriate operating conditions that minimizes the lost sales rate. Five operating parameters are tested in this study: the number of stations, the average number of vehicles per station, the rate of one-way trip, the average number of staffs per station, and the relocation policy. The performance of round-trip carsharing systems is also compared to that of one-way carsharing systems. A simulation model is developed and simulations are performed to determine the appropriate combination of operating parameter and levels. The simulation results show that the average number of vehicles per station is the most critical parameter. Other key findings obtained from this research are as follows. First, applying the appropriate relocation policy to one-way carsharing systems can allow more customers to rent vehicles than the traditional round-trip carsharing systems. Second, the appropriate relocation policy should be selected based on the average number of vehicles per station in order to minimize the lost sales rate. Third, the number of stations does not affect the lost sales rate. This study findings will provide tools to understand impact of the carsharing system parameters on the efficiency of the carsharing operations.

철도 환승센터의 시설배치기준 및 평가방안 (The Guidelines for Station Layouts and Their Assessments in Railroad Transfer Centers)

  • 우리나라 대중교통 시스템은 서로 다른 수단간 복합적인 상호 연계로 그 교차지점에서 승객의 이동이 많이 발생하는 환승 위치가 점점 많아지고 있다. 즉, 2개 이상의 교통수단이 한 곳에서 교차하는 환승센터의 올바른 기능은 보행자의 편리성과 안락함등으로 직결되고, 그로 인한 더 많은 대중교통 이용유발이 촉진된다. 이처럼 중요한 기능을 담당하는 역할에도 불구하고 국내에는 아직 환승보행센터의 배치기준이나 그것을 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환승센터를 이용하는 보행자의 이용실태(환승거리 및 시간, 접근거리 및 시간, 역사 내 승객 이동경로)를 조사 분석하였다. 그 분석결과를 토대로 환승센터에서의 연계시설 배치 평가기준을 승용차 이용자 보행 편리성과 대중교통 이용자의 보행 편리성으로 나누어 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 환승시설에서의 배치 평가기준은 보행자의 주요 이동 경로를 설정하고, 그에 따른 도보시간을 평가기준으로 설정하였다.

근린의 토지이용과 대중교통시설 보행접근성이 통근통행에 미치는 영향 - 서울시를 대상으로 (Impacts of Neighborhood's Land Use and Transit Accessibility on Residents' Commuting Trips - A Case study of Seoul)

  • 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 근린의 토지이용과 대중교통시설 보행접근성이 통근통행에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2010년 수도권 가구통행실태조사 자료를 이용하여 분석을 수행하였으며, 최종적으로 34,071명의 통근통행 자료를 분석자료로 이용하였다. 분석방법은 임의절편로짓모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과 근린의 주거밀도와 토지이용혼합도가 높을수록, 그리고 거주지에서 지하철역까지 보행거리가 짧을수록 통근통행에서 승용차보다 지하철을 이용할 확률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고밀 복합개발을 유도하고 대중교통시설의 보행접근성을 높여주는 도시정책은 대중교통이용을 활성화하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각된다. 마지막으로 대중교통을 이용한 통근통행에 영향을 미치는 지하철역의 보행권 범위를 산정한 결과 약 432~525m로 추정되었다.

최적화 기법을 이용한 광역상수도 관로시스템 설계 (Design of Multi-Regional Water Supply System Based on the Optimization Technique)

  • In this research, it is proposed that optimization method is introduced and applied to the design of pipeline system in multi-regional water supply project, which has been constructed to settle the regional unbalance problems of available water resources. For the purpose, interface programs are developed to integrate linear programming model and KYPIPE model which is used for optimization and hydraulic analysis, respectively. The developed program is applied to the pipeline system design of multi-regional water supply project. The optimal diameters from the application of linear programming technique are compared with those from conventional method that is time-consuming and tedious trail and error process. Since the conventional design largely depends upon the experience of designers and the results of general hydraulic analysis, it can not be reasonable and consistent. The application of linear programming technique can make it possible to design pipeline system optimally by using same design factors of general hydraulic models. The model can select commercial discrete pipe diameter as optimal size by using pipe length as decision variables. The developed model is applied to Pohang multi-regional water supply system design with two different objective functions, which are initial construction cost and annual cost including electric cost. As results, it is calculated that the initial construction cost of 1,449,740 thousand won is saved and annual cost of 128,951 thousand won is saved for a year within study year. Also, the optimal site of pump station is selected on 5th pipe, which is located between the diverging junction to Kangdong(2) province and the diverging junction to Cheonbuk province. It is explained that pump cost is less than pipe cost in this application case study due to little pump station scale. In the case of water supply with large pump capacity, it is reasonal that the increase of pipe size is more efficient instead the increase of pump station capacity to save annual cost.

  • 본 연구는 지진계측시스템이 설치되지 않은 중소형 교량의 지진손상 수준을 평가하기 위하여 대상 중소형 교량 인근에 위치한 지진관측소의 지진관측 데이터를 이용하여 대상 교량위치에서의 지반응답스펙트럼을 추정하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 일반적으로 중소형 교량의 내진설계 및 성능평가는 동적해석법 중 응답스펙트럼해석법이 가장 널리 활용되고 있으므로 대상 중소형 교량에 대한 평가 지진력으로 지반응답스펙트럼을 적용할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 제안된 알고리즘을 이용한 프로그램 알고리즘도 제안하고 제안된 알고리즘을 통하여 실제 지진계측데이터를 이용하여 특정 위치에서의 지반응답스펙트럼 추정 예를 나타내었다.

GIS Buffering기법을 이용한 대중교통취약지구 선정방법 (Selection method of public transportation vulnerable area using GIS buffering analysis)

  • Public transportation network in our country is concentrated and advanced focusing on urban area in order to secure economic feasibility. As a result, as dependence on private vehicles is relatively getting higher in public transportation vulnerable area, traffic problem occurs since the average running speed in urban area is 22.5km/h. This paper has an objective to suggest an improvement plan by selecting public transportation vulnerable area, and defining according to urban structure, formation and function, and understand traffic characteristics and draw problems. As a method selecting public transportation vulnerable area, an area with high division rate of vehicle was selected as a primary proposed site by calculating division rate of means of public transportation according to area. Final proposed site was selected by using GIS Buffering technique aiming at selected proposed site, and selecting non-benefit area 500m outside, which is the road limit distance from each subway and bus station. Lastly, the degree of improvement effect was studied by constructing imaginary public transportation network aiming at final proposed site and comparing to the amount of change in division rate of means of transportation.

배경대기 중 $CO_2$ 자료 선정 방법에 따른 안면도 자료의 분석 (Analysis of Background $CO_2$Concentrations at Anmyeon-do Using Selecting Method of World Data Centre for Greenhouse Gases)

  • Continuous atmospheric CO$_2$measurements measured during the 1 year(1998.8∼1999.8) at Korea Global Atmosphere Watch Observatory (KGAWO) in Anmyeon-do are analyzed by the selecting method which is recommended by WDCGG to get background CO$_2$. This method can reject data based on two criteria: the instability of CO$_2$ concentration within 1 hour from hourly standard deviation (hourly variability$\leq$ 0.6 ppm first selection) and the large changes in the CO$_2$ concentration from one hour to the nex(∼$\leq$0.3 ppm, second selection). We could obtain hourly background CO$_2$ of 37% in first selection and 20% in second selection during the l year. That are a little less than those of Ryori station in Japan. especially, the cases of background CO$_2$ which is selected were few during the summer. That is caused by affection of vegetation and anthropogenic source. After the selecting methods are applied, the cases which is selected for easterly wind decrease remarkably according to the analysis of wind direction about continuous CO$_2$ .That was affected by anthropogenic source from the east area.
