Based on the development of digital technology, Photoshop as a computer graphics program has extended its range of application to creative techniques that can express the contemporary sense of fashion illustration. Thus, the objectives of this study are to seek a new technique of fashion illustration through a study of computer graphics programs required for vitalization in this digital era and to present the application. This is done after a literature review and empirical investigation. For the literature review, specialty publications with precedent studies related to the subject of this study are examined, and internet materials with related key words are sought to establish the reference data for the study. For the empirical investigation, cases of each expression for blending mode are examined to seek the correct means of fashion illustration. Five works are created as a result. The specific contents of this study are as follows: First, the types and characteristics of blending mode are examined. Second, cases in which the blending mode is applied are analyzed to seek insight into their utilization. Third, five works are created by applying the blending mode to present the result.

In this paper, the dual stage interaction between the coarse actuator and the fine actuator of an optical disk drive and the control method to enhance the track pull-in performance are discussed. First, the interaction analyses for the dual stage, and the experiments to find the each actuator dynamics are studied. From the experiments results, some physical parameters was derived, then, some simulations are performed to find the residual vibration effect of the fine actuator during seek motion. Second, the fine actuator control method to reduce the relative velocity, which is a key factor in track pull-in performance, between the target track and beam spot is proposed. From simulations, we show that fine actuator control which has same frequency and same phase of the disturbance is effective to reduce the relative velocity, hence, the control method is good approach in the track pull-in enhancement. Finally, the some comments are discussed briefly.

This study compared types of time and money attitudes by respondents' characteristics, and compared leisure consumption behavior and leisure satisfaction among different groups, which are classified by attitudes toward time and money. It also verified a structural model for the relationship of leisure satisfaction and the attitudes toward time and money, and investigated the moderating effects of leisure consumption behavior. Data were obtained from a questionnaire completed by 512 adult consumers. Using factor analyses and cluster analyses, this study classified the types of time and money attitudes. The time attitude was categorized according to four clusters: time-insensibility, future- oriented, present-oriented, and past-oriented. The money attitude was divided into four clusters: future safety, stinginess/anxiety, diversion, and power/prestige. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the propensity of leisure consumption behavior to seek fashion and conspicuousness was higher for time-insensibility group than for the others. However, the propensity of rational consumption behavior for leisure was higher for the future-oriented group. The level of leisure satisfaction was the highest for the time-insensibility group. Second, the propensity of leisure consumption behavior to seek fashion and conspicuousness was higher for those who considered money as tools for diversion and power/prestige. The propensity of rational consumption behavior for leisure was higher for the future safety and stinginess/anxiety groups. The level of leisure satisfaction was significantly higher for the diversion group. Third, from the results of structural analyses, the time-insensibility attitude showed a positive effect on the leisure consumption behavior to seek fashion and conspicuousness. The future-oriented attitude had a positive effect on the propensity of rational consumption behavior for leisure. The money attitudes of diversion and power/prestige had positive impacts on the leisure consumption behavior to seek fashion and conspicuousness, although they had negative effects on the propensity of rational consumption behavior for leisure. The leisure consumption behavior to seek fashion and conspicuousness had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction, although the rational consumption behavior for leisure had a negative effect.

인터넷으로 접근할 수 정보의 형태가 텍스트는 물론 이미지나 사운드까지 포함되면서 다양한 웹 이미지 검색엔진들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 이 검색엔진들은 검색 특성과 효율성 면에서 상당한 차이를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 개발된 이미지정보를 탐색하는 검색엔진들의 유형을 살펴보고 이들의 특성과 성능을 비교 평가하여 이용자로 하여금 정보요구에 적합한 이미지 검색엔진을 선택할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 비교대상 검색엔진으로는 현재 가장 널리 쓰이고 있는 AV Photo Finder, Lycos MultiMedia, Amazing Picture Machina Image Surfer, WebSeek, Ditto를 선정하였다. 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 이미지 검색엔진의 평가기준을 마련하였다. 그리고 마련된 기준에 따라 각 검색엔진들의 데이터베이스 및 색인 방법, 검색 기능, 출력 형태, 이용자 인터페이스를 조사하였고 검색성능을 평가하기 위해 상대적 재현율과 정확률을 측정하였다. 그 결과 AV Photo Finder의 정확률이 가장 높았고 Ditto와 WebSeek의 정확률은 비교적 높은 편이었다. 그리고 Lycos MultiMedia와 Image Surfer의 정확률 값이 그 뒤를 이었으며 Amazing Picture Machine의 정확율이 가장 낮았다.

WTO체계 이후 급속히 변화하는 의류시장의 환경 속에서 진 제품 시장 역시 소비자의 다양한 취향에 따라 세분화 되고 있다. 이에 국내 진 브랜드들이 수입 진 브랜드들과의 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 소비자들이 추구하는 혜택은 무엇이며 그 혜택에 따른 제품을 평가하는 기준과 선호하는 이미지에 대한 연구의 필요성 이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 진 제품 구매자의 추구혜택을 알아보고 추구혜택 집단에 따라 제품평가기준과 선호 이미지에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 청바지 시장에서 주요 표적고객으로 선정되고 있는 20대 남, 녀 대학생으로 선정되었다. 표본추출법으로 할당표본추출법이 실시되었다. 자료수집은 설문지 응답방식으로 이루어 졌으며, 추구혜택, 제품평가기준 및 선호 의복이미지를 측정하기 위하여 선행연구에서 사용된 척도들을 본 연구에 맞도록 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 총 492부의 설문지가 자료의 분석을 위하여 사용되었으며, SPSS 11.5를 사용하여 cluster analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ANOVA 및 Duncan test를 실시하였다. 진 제품 구매자의 추구혜택에 따라 소비자를 유형화시킨 결과, 4개의 집단으로 분류되었다. 집단 1은 성적매력, 유행, 개성, 실용성과 같은 의복의 표현적, 도구적인 혜택을 모두 추구하는 집단으로써 다혜택 추구 집단이라 명명하였으며, 집단 2는 유행을 가장 추구하는 집단으로써 유행추구 집단이라 명명하였으며, 집단 3은 경제성을 가장 추구하는 집단으로써 경제성 추구 집단이라 명명하였으며, 집단 4는 유명상표를 가장 추구하는 유명상표 추구 집단이라 명명하였다. 추구혜택 집단에 따른 평가기준의 차이를 알아본 결과 심미적 기준, 외재적 기준, 품질성능적 기준에서 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 즉 다혜택 추구 집단은 제품을 평가하는 단서로 심미적 기준과 품질 성능적 기준을 다른 집단보다 더 중요시 여기고 있었으며, 유명상표 추구 집단은 제품의 외재적 기준을 더 중요시 여기고 있었다. 반면 경제성 추구 집단은 진 제품에 있어서 심미적 기준이나 외재적 기준은 별로 중요하게 여기고 있지 않았다. 추구혜택 집단에 따라 선호 의복이미지에 차이가 있는지를 알아 본 결과 개성적 이미지, 활동적 이미지, 섹시한 이미지, 세련된 이미지, 심플한 이미지에서 유미한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 성적 매력, 유행, 개성, 실용성을 모두 추구하는 다혜택 추구 집단의 소비자들은 진 제품에서 개성적 이미지, 활동적 이미지, 섹시한 이미지, 세련된 이미지, 심플한 이미지 모두를 다른 집단에 비해 더 선호하고 있었으며, 유행을 추구하는 소비자들은 개성적 이미지를 더 선호하고 있었다. 또 유명상표를 추구하는 소비자들은 청바지를 착용함으로써 개성적 인 이미지와 세련된 이미지를 표현하는 것을 더 선호한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
