The purpose of this study is to explore the development methods of private security services based on the problems that field experts in charge of event security are currently aware of. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we conducted interviews with 4 professors in relevant fields and 6 field experts with more than 10 years experience and analyzed the data. They suggested the development of private security services as follows. First, education that is related to event security work is necessary. Second, training should be conducted in response to audience and audience complaints. Third, service-related training is required. Fourth, in the Security Law, the provisions of the collective complaints field should be adjusted to the reality. Fifth, improving poor working conditions. Sixth, it is necessary to educate to develop responsibility and sense of mission.

The suggestions that follow are about the Qualitative Improvement of private security Industrial. First, in legal and institutional policy, new establishment by law for private security and more support from government is asked. Moreover, the restructuring or M&A between petty companies and the pricing for security service should be performed. Second, in the structural aspect of private security industry, the professional education center for private security guards should be established and the terms of payment and welfare should be improved to the level above standard. In addition, it should be achieved to change the public to have a new and correct understanding of private security and develope the specialized parts suited to the characteristic and ability of each companies. Third, the construction of operating system for private security service should be achieved; recruit system for competent security guards, marketing strategy and enforcement system, widely known confidence to client, normal training system for security guards and post management system for client. This is also to be suited to the characteristic of each companies.

Recently, inflicted damage for people's life and property from occurred major disaster that landslide by localized downpour and hydrofluoric acid leak from the Gumi. However public needs about safe society is more increasing from disaster because response is unsatisfactory on that. The purpose of this paper is that establish the core foundation for the education contents system of disaster management through cultivating expert. Therefore first, designed the training of course and subject by demand forecast. Next, designed the training course focus on preparedness and response at on-scene.

Reserved force's training(RFT) is undoubtedly the critical component to increase the national capability in case of emergency. It is because RFT plays an important role in maintaining the peace for the Korean peninsula as the key deterrence force power for more than 40 years. Considering the reserved force reform linked with the goal and the plan of Korean Defense Reform 2020', we can expect the utility of the reserved force as the potential combat power to make national defense resources more efficient and useful. In that sense, this study suggests some solutions to promote the reserved force's competency to demonstrate the ROK Armed Force's combat power as the equivalent partner with the active force as well as the future deterrence power. This study also analyzes the present training system including law and regulation, identifies some implications through the literature review, and designs the future ROK reserved force's training system by extracting new variables forecasting the future environment for national defense. In addition, this study includes its concerned systems generally without limiting the scope into the reserved force. Therefore we try to seek to prepare for mobilization readiness and to promote regional hometown defense capability in order to cope with the enemy's threat in case of emergency.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of breathing training on the balance ability, lung capacity, and shooting score of shooting athletes. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: Twenty shooters were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. Both the experimental group and the control group performed trunk stabilization exercise, and the experimental group received breathing training during exercise. Balance ability, lung capacity, and shooting score were measured before and after the intervention. Results: There was a significant difference in the forced expiratory volume at one second(FEV1), forced vital capacity(FVC) before and after intervention in the experimental group. In the comparison between the two groups, there was a significant difference in FVC between the control group and the control experimental group. Conclusion: The application of breathing training was effective in improving the lung capacity of shooters.

This study aims to verify the structural correlation empirically between information security performance and information management performance. To verify the correlation, three factors such as managerial controlled activity, technical controlled activity, and physical controlled activity are divided for the information security activities variable. the security performance are divided into accident prevention and accident response variables. As a result, security organization activity is a unique factor being positively significant to information security and management performance. And three activities such as human security, security training, development security do not affect at all on both information security and management performance.

The article discusses the use of smart technologies in the training of future specialists. Smart education should ensure that the benefits of the global information society can be used to meet educational needs and interests. A special place is occupied by computer-based educational multimedia systems that allow you to deepen your knowledge, reduce the duration of training, and increase the number of students per teacher. The main principles of smart education are highlighted. Improving the efficiency of training in a modern higher education institution is impossible without the introduction of smart technologies in the organization of the educational process.
