  • In this paper, we proposed a new secure RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) mutual authentication protocol on insecure communication channel which assumed that all communication channels between the database, the reader and the tag are insecure communication channels. The proposed protocol used a secure one-way hash function and the goal is to improve search time of a tag ID and overload of hash calculational load in DB. In addition, the proposed protocol supports not only basic security requirements to be provided by RFID mutual authentication protocol but also forward secrecy, and the tag does not generate a random number to reduce overload of processing capacity in it.

  • In ubiquitous computing environment, An RFID system will be the important way that recognizing an object instead of Bar-code system. But a privacy infringement problem is predicted between a tag and leader to be serious. There is many difficulty that just uses an existing research method because it has an Hardware restriction. Therefore we will suggest that A RFID Privacy Protect system using Hareware friendly security algorithm. we will use RC5 and CBC_MAC because the tag has hardware restriction .To implement, We will simulate and test on One chip microprcessor environment. In the result of the experiment, We will know that a suggested system solves privacy problem on RFID system that it was using CBC-MAC and RC5 security algorithm.

  • In this paper, I have proposed a secure dynamic ID allocation protocol using mutual authentication on the RFID tag. Currently, there are many security protocols focused on the low-price RFID tag. The conventional low-price tags have limitation of computing power and rewritability of memory. The proposed secure dynamic ID allocation protocol targets to the high-performance RFID tags which have more powerful performance than conventional low-price tag by allocating a dynamic ID to RFID using mutual authentication based on symmetric encryption algorithm. This protocol can be used as a partial solution for ID tracing and forgery.

  • The vulnerabilities related to Flash player which is widely used in internet browsers and office programs are gradually increased. To detect Flash malwares, previous work focuses on predefined features of ActionScript. However above work cannot detect new/mutated Flash malwares, since predefined features could not cover the new patterns of new/mutated Flash mawares. To solve this problem, we propose a Flash malware detection method that uses machine learning to learn Flash Tag patterns and classify Flash by using machine learning.

  • A RFID system is a technology for detecting information on an object through wireless communication between a tag on the object and a reader, and its applications are being expanded to various areas. Because of its wireless communication, however, there are many vulnerabilities in security. Until now, many studies have been executed in order to solve problems related to the security and stability of RFID. In order to resolve vulnerabilities in existing security methods for privacy protection, this study proposed an authentication protocol that uses hash values received from tags and random numbers. When the proposed protocol was implemented, it was safe from various types of attacks between tag and reader and between reader and DB. Furthermore, compared to recently proposed protocols, it could implement a RFID system with enhanced security and less computation in tags.

  • The problem of privacy is considered one of the main concerns to deploy RFID applications. In this paper, we propose methods to change a tag state and assign a master leader for the protection of privacy. By changing a tag state, we can limit the range for the information retrieval of the tag to all leaders or a specific leader (mater leader). Whenever the owner of a tag changes, with the master leader assignment method for the tag, we can make only the master leader get the information for the tag. With the proposed methods, it is expected that the privacy problems can be solved by preventing the private information of tags that persons have from being exposed by illegal leaders.

  • The proposed system can achieve more safety of RFID system with the 2-step authentication procedures for the enhancement about the security of general RFID systems. After it has authenticated RFID tag, additionally, the proposed system extract the characteristic information in the user image for acquisition of the additional authentication information of the user with the camera. In this paper, the system which was proposed more enforce the security of the automatic entrance and exit authentication system with the cognitive characters of RFID tag and the extracted characteristic information of the user image through the camera. The RFID system which use the active tag and reader with 2.4GHz bandwidth can recognize the tag of RFID in the various output manner. Additionally, when the RFID system have errors. the characteristic information of the user image is designed to replace the RFID system as it compare with the similarity of the color, outline and input image information which was recorded to the database previously. In the experimental result, the system can acquire more exact results as compared with the single authentication system when it using RFID tag and the information of color characteristics.

  • Applying Varying Pseudonym (VP) to design of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) authentication protocol outperforms the other existing approaches in several respects. However, this approach is prone to the well-known denial-ofservice (DOS) attack. In this paper, we examine the de-synchronization problems of VP-based RFID authentication protocols, and propose effective solutions to eliminate such weaknesses. We shall show that the proposed solutions indeed improve the security for these protocols, and moreover, these solutions require 0(1) computational cost for identitying a tag and 0(1) key space on the tag. These excellent performances make them very attractive to many RFID applications.

  • In this paper, Our proposed Multipurpose Complex Card UHF band RFID small-size Tag antenna. Multi purpose Complex Card UHF band RFID small-size Tag antenna that is to minimize the low efficiency of RFID Tag Read Range that generates space limitation and a conductor surrounded by inducing fingerpring system with dual(HF, UHF) Card is presented. Our proposed UHF band RFID small-size Tag antenna is for the Multipurpose Complex Card that is mounted on the fingerpring system as well as the HF Tag. It also enables to minimize and facilitates Tag chip matching by adjusting Tapered, Meander line and Loop structure. Given the card substance properties and periphery circuit, the proposed small-size Tag antenna, in this report, is designed with PET film with size of $50{\times}15mm^2$. The RFID small-size Tag method for measurements is used by EPCglobal Static Test instrument in Anechoic Chamber, which is tested with dual Card, within the car and in wallet. It is found that Read Range is 3.8m from the EPCglobal Static Test, Maximum Read Range within the car from the field test results in 7.6m. Proposed Tag antenna is will be used in the parking control security system.

  • RFID security and privacy issues have been intensively studied in the research field, the authentication between RFID reader and tag is the fundamental them. Most of the existing authentication protocols draw assumptions on classic primitives. Since tags have small capacities, the security mechanisms which are in use in computer networks and communication are not suitable. In this paper, we compare and analyze recent technical research on the problems of privacy and security. It consists of security mechanism, threats and performance evaluation, etc.
