IPSEC (Internet Protocol Security) is a network layer security protocol that is designed to support secure TCP/IP environment over the Internet considering flexibility, scalability, and interoperability. IPSEC primarily supports security among hosts rather than users unlike the other security protocols. Recently, IPSEC is emphasized as one of the important security infrastructures in the NGI (Next Generation Internet). It also has suitable features to implement VPN (Virtual Private Network) efficiently and its application areas are expected to grow rapidly. In this paper, the basic concepts and related standard documents of IPSEC will be introduced.

사회안전과 질서유지를 위하여 Security를 연구하는 학문이다. 비록 산업계에 비하여 18년이라는 짧은 기간이지만, 다방면의 학자들이 이 분야에 관심으로 가지고 많은 노력을 해왔다. 그러나 지금의 경호학은 몇 가지 문제점들을 안고 있어서 학문으로써의 가치를 인정받기 어려운 실정이다. 이를 위해서 몇 가지 선결과제가 해결이 되어야 한다. 첫째, 학문적인 개념과 범위 설정에 대한 산학간의 합의점 마련. 둘째, 모호한 학문의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 학적체계의 정립. 셋째, 교육체계의 정비부족을 극복하기 위한 교육체계 정립 방안의 마련. 넷째, 산업계와 상이한 연구방향에 대한 비가시성을 극복하기 위한 방안 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 경호학이 학문으로써의 정체성과 가치를 높이기 위하여 네 가지 선결과제를 중심으로 그에 따른 대안을 제시하도록 하는데 목적을 두었다.

Airport security staff are outsourced workers, whose status is a special security agent under the security service law in Republic of Korea, who are subject to persuing both profitability and public concern at the same time. This paper has chosen the sample of security staff working at Incheon airport. This is because airport security staff is being outsourced, this paper had made an empirical research such areas as the perception of job identity, public service motivation and organizational commitment through job satisfaction. According to statistical research, it was found the perception on job identity by airport security staff had a significant negative effect on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The more they have perceived their status as non-permanent status, the less they had job satisfaction and commitment at the same time as a special security agent at airport. Their perception of job identity had a significant effect on such public service motivation factors as 'absorbing public concern' and 'a solicitude'. Lastly, their motivation factors had also significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

In the era of the Internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security qualty positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets and Information Security Service influence informations security quality positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.

본 연구에서는 향후 전개될 신규 IT 서비스에 대하여 정보보호 요구사항 분석 및 정보보호 수준을 측정하기 위하여 신규 IT 서비스의 정보보호등급인증제를 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서 국내외 등급인증 제도를 분석하고 일반적인 정보시스템 정보보호 평가와는 차별되는 IT 서비스 자체의 특성을 반영한 평가모형을 개발하고 실제적인 추진체계를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 IT 서비스의 정보보호 수준을 객관적으로 평가하는 데 활용될 수 있으며, 국내 IT 서비스 제공기업들의 정보보호 수준제고를 위한 정책수립의 합리적인 의사결정 도구로 응용될 수 있다.

인터넷 뱅킹 서비스가 보편화되면서 많은 사용자들이 온라인을 통한 재화의 교환이 가능하였다. 하지만 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스에서 존재하는 보안위협에 의하여 사고사례가 지속적으로 발생하는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스의 전 구간에 걸쳐 다양한 보안기술이 적용되었으며, 본 논문에서는 금융기관 구간과 네트워크 구간에 적용된 보안기술에 대한 조사 결과를 서술한다. 본 논문의 결과를 통하여 내부자에 의하여 발생하는 피해사례와 구현과정에서의 취약점으로 인하여 발생하는 위협에 대응하기 위한 참고 자료로써 활용 가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

As smart phones have become widely adopted, they have brought about changes in individual lifestyles, as well as significant changes in the industry. As the mobile technology of smart phones has become associated with all areas of industry, it is not only accelerating innovation in other industries such as shopping, healthcare service, education, and finance, but is also creating new markets and business opportunities. The preparation of thorough security measures for smart phones is increasing in demand. While offering excellent mobility and convenience, smart phones can be exposed to a range of violation threats. In particular, it is necessary to make efforts to develop a security system that can preemptively cope with potential security threats in the banking service area, which requires a high level of reliability. This paper suggests a security reference model that is considered for the smart phone-based joint mobile banking development project being undertaken by the Bank of Korea in 2010. The purpose of this study is to make a security reference model for a reliable smart phone-based mobile financial service, by recognizing the specific security threats directed toward smart phones, and providing countermeasures to these security threats. The proposed mobile banking security reference model is useful in improving system security by systematically analyzing information security threats to the mobile financial service, and by presenting the guideline for the preparation of countermeasures.

전력서비스를 지원하는 융합보안시스템 단말장치는 상대적으로 고도의 신뢰성이 요구된다. 특히, 에너지서비스의 복합적인 통신과 데이터 인터페이스장치간의 보안시스템이 유기적으로 연동되어야 한다. 기존의 서비스와 연관성을 두어 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 시스템독립성과 확장성을 지원하는 생명주기 방식의 보안 서비스플랫폼이 요구된다. 생명주기를 지원하는 유니버설미들웨어방식의 Security Layer를 활용하는 것이다. 이 융합보안 플랫폼은 첫째, 실시간으로 운영되는 통신과 데이터 및 응용서비스에 대해 독립적으로 동작 가능하도록 서비스 단위로 모듈화 하였다. 둘째, 보안 레이어 개념을 적용하여 외부 보안 서비스에 대하여 보안모듈의 설치, 삭제, 시작, 중지 및 갱신을 통해 생명주기 모듈로 배포하는 플랫폼 모델을 구성하고 평가하였다. 그리하여, 실시간으로 운용되는 프로토콜의 실행상태에서 프로토콜 전송 서비스의 안정성과 하드웨어시스템에 독립적인 모듈단위의 보안서비스를 지원하도록 하였다.

In this study, general outline of P2P(peer to peer) application was analyzed dealing with security attacks and threats on the P2P environment. Information security service was studied to provide secure P2P service under the information threats. This study proposes two methods to provide secure information security service. One is a method to use personal firewall software on the peer. The other is a method to use key distribution protocol for confidentiality and integrity.

최근 다양한 사이버 침해사고의 개인정보 유출 사례를 살펴보면 공격 대상이 서비스 제공자를 대상으로 하고 있지만 실제적인 피해 대상은 사용자라고 할 수 있다. 정당한 서비스 계약을 체결하였음에도 불구하고 정상적인 서비스를 받을 수 없거나 서비스를 위해 제공한 개인정보가 유출되는 피해가 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 사업자 및 사용자간 제공되는 서비스에 대한 SLA와 관련하여 보안SLA가 크게 주목받고 있다. 특히 안타바이러스 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 제공자의 경우 보안SLA를 통해 보다 높은 수준의 보안서비스를 제공해야 한다. 그러나 국내에서는 보안SLA와 관련된 연구가 미비하여 유지보수 수준의 SLA만 제공되는 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 안티바이러스 시스템의 보안 기능을 분석하여, 보안SLA의 지표를 개발하고 보안기능별 등급화 방안을 제안한다.
