  • 정보시스템의 역할이 증대되고 있는 현시점에서 정보 자원에 대한 효과적인 보호는 매우 중요하다. 인터넷의 영향으로 정보 시스템의 개방화와 접속성의 증대로 인해 보다 많은 위협과 취약성에 노출되어 있으며 이들을 관리하는 것 또한 매우 중요한 이슈가 된다. 특히 정보 시스템의 사용을 위한 수단인 패스워드의 급증은 정보 보호에 더 많은 주의를 요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 위험분석에 사용되는 자산, 위협, 취약성 등으로부터 도출된 위험의 발생 가능성이 실제 지각된 위험에 어떠한 영향력을 행사하는가를 살펴보고, 여기서 도출된 위험이 정보보호를 위한 패스워드 특성에 어떠한 영향관계를 가지는가를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 패스워드의 효과적인 사용과 보안 대책을 수립하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Innovation and investment strategies to intensify the potential modernization and to increase the competitiveness of microeconomic systems

  • Within the article, strategic guidelines for the modernization of microeconomic systems are identified. Modernization levels of the potential implementation are formalized for enterprises: contractile, extensive technical, technological, progressive, adaptive, steady, intensive, creative, absolute and leader modernization. This allowed to specify the directions and tasks of the enterprise modernization at different management levels. Accordingly, the conditions and criteria for selecting resource tools are set. It is proved that the strategies of the potential modernization of enterprises must be carried out at four main management levels: first, at the enterprise level; secondly, for a particular type of product / service; third, by functional directions of modernization of separate spheres of the enterprise activity or responsibility, fourth, at the level of structural units of the enterprise. It is substantiated that in the processes due to the activation of the potential modernization, the resources are transformed into the results of the innovation implementation and the investment strategies modernization. A system of tasks for the corporate strategies implementation in order to modernize microeconomic systems has been formed. Key vectors of the activation determine the nature and properties of investment resources and necessary innovations to enhance the modernization potential. Therefore, the system of innovation and investment strategies' modernization, based on the vector and resource provision of the modernization process, is specified:

  • 슈퍼 컴퓨터는 20G 프리플롭을 처리 할 수 있는 용량을 가진 컴퓨터를 말하며, 과거에는 슈퍼 컴퓨터로 복잡한 과학 계산을 처리하였으며, 지금도 많은 클라이언트 컴퓨터가 복잡한 계산 처리를 요청하면 빠른 처리 속도로 클라이언트의 요청을 처리하고 있다. 슈퍼 컴퓨터가 바이러스에 감염될 경우 연결된 많은 클라이언트 컴퓨터에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 최근 사이버 공격은 슈퍼 컴퓨터에 초점을 맞추고 있고, 따라서, 본 연구 논문은 슈퍼 컴퓨터 보안 문제를 분석하고 슈퍼 컴퓨터의 보안 레벨을 올리기 위해 현재 문제점과 생체정보를 이용한 방어책을 제시하였다.

  • 전자상거래 활동은 인터넷과 같은 안전하지 않은 공중망을 사용하기 때문에 많은 보안 위협요소들이 존재한다. 따라서, 다양한 형태의 보안 어플리케이션들이 안전한 전자상거래의 구현을 위하여 CAPI(Cryptographic Application Programming Interface)가 사용될 것으로 예상된다. CAPI는 각 수준별 암호 서비스와 다양한 보안 서비스들을 제공한다. CSSM API는 다른 CAPI들에 비하여 모듈성, 단순성, 다양한 Add-in 모듈과 인터페이스에 의한 확장성을 제공한다. 본 논문은 다른 CAPI와 CSSM API의 비교분석과 전자상거래에 다양한 확장성과 멀티플랫폼을 지원하는 CSSM API의 적용 방안을 제안한다. CSSM API CSP 인터페이스의 암호화, 디지털서명 오퍼레이션에 대하여 기술하고, 전자상거래 위협요소에 대응한 보안 서비스의 연관관계로 CSSM API 적용에 따른 안전성 평가를 하였다.

  • 최근 국내 주요 금융권 및 방송사를 타깃으로 사이버 테러가 발생하여 많은 수의 PC가 감염되어 정상적인 서비스 제공이 어려워졌으며 이로 인한 금전적 피해도 매우 큰 것으로 보고되었다. 빅 데이터의 중요성 인식과 이를 마케팅에 이용하려는 노력은 매우 활발한데 비해 빅 데이터의 보안 및 개인정보보호에 대한 노력은 상대적으로 낮은 수준을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 산업의 실태분석과 지능화되고 있는 빅 데이터 보안 위협과 방어 기술의 변화에 대해 알아보고, 빅 데이터 보안에 대한 향후 대응방안을 제시한다.

System Access Control Technique for Secure Cloud Computing

  • Along with the diversification of digital content services using wired/wireless networks, the market for the construction of base systems is growing rapidly. Cloud computing services are recognized for a reasonable cost of service and superior system operations. Cloud computing is convenient as far as system construction and maintenance are concerned; however, owing to the security risks associated with the system construction of actual cloud computing service, the ICT(Information and Communications Technologies) market is lacking regardless of its many advantages. In this paper, we conducted an experiment on a cloud computing security enhancement model to strengthen the security aspect of cloud computing and provide convenient services to the users. The objective of this study is to provide secure services for system operation and management while providing convenient services to the users. For secure and convenient cloud computing, a single sign-on (SSO) technique and a system access control technique are proposed. For user authentication using SSO, a security level is established for each user to facilitate the access to the system, thereby designing the system in such a manner that the rights to access resources of the accessed system are not abused. Furthermore, using a user authentication ticket, various systems can be accessed without a reauthorization process. Applying the security technique to protect the entire process of requesting, issuing, and using a ticket against external security threats, the proposed technique facilitates secure cloud computing service.

Strengthening Food Security through Food Quality Improvement - Focus on Grain Quality and Self-Sufficiency Rate

  • The concern about food security is rising as the unstable situation of food supply and demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic, climate change, and turbulent political situation. Korea's global food security index (GFSI), analyzed by the Economist Group, is considered good, but the level continuously decreases in comparing food security levels by country. In particular, Korea is highly dependent on food imports, and food and grain self-sufficiency rates continuously decrease. Therefore, increasing those rates to strengthen food security is urgent. Among the major grains, the self-sufficiency of wheat, com, and soybeans, except rice, is relatively low. Unlike the decrease in the annual rice consumption, the annual wheat consumption has been continuously maintained or increased, which is required public-private efforts to increase the self-sufficiency rate of wheat. Applying the government's policies implemented to increase the self-sufficiency rate of rice in the past will help increase the self-sufficiency rate of wheat. In other words, expanding wheat production and infrastructure, stabilizing supply and demand, and establishing a distribution system can be applied. However, the processing capability of wheat and rice is different, which is necessary to improve wheat quality and processing technology to produce consumer-preferred wheat-based products. The wheat and flour quality can be improved through breeding, cultivation, post-harvest management, and milling. In addition, research on formulation, processes, packaging, and storage to improve the quality of wheat-based products should be done continuously. Overall, food security could be strengthened by expanding wheat production and consumption, improving wheat quality, and increasing wheat self-sufficiency.

  • The purpose of the article is to analyze students' self-assessment of the level of soft skills development and the prospects for its improvement in a pandemic. For an adequate and objective study of the stated issues, comparative analysis was most often used. For this purpose, theoretical studies of national and foreign experts were analyzed, which included specific sociological surveys. Prospects for further work are assumed in a detailed study of the factors, conditions and mechanisms for the formation and development of soft skills in students of natural, engineering and technological, medical, social and humanitarian specialties.

  • The Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) (the Act) is a unique form of statutory regulation for the building and construction industry, which gives virtually all industry participants a statutory right to, and a means of recovering, payments for work done under a construction contract. The research aim is to examine current trends in adjudication applications and determinations under the Act. The research reveals: (a) that the adjudication process is encouraging parties to resolve disputes as to payment (b) that there is low level of awareness and understanding of the provisions of the Act, particularly amongst subcontractors; (c) that claimants making small claims experience a high rate of success at adjudication; and (d) that the indirect cost of adjudication is becoming problematic.

Transfer Learning for Face Emotions Recognition in Different Crowd Density Situations

  • Most human emotions are conveyed through facial expressions, which represent the predominant source of emotional data. This research investigates the impact of crowds on human emotions by analysing facial expressions. It examines how crowd behaviour, face recognition technology, and deep learning algorithms contribute to understanding the emotional change according to different level of crowd. The study identifies common emotions expressed during congestion, differences between crowded and less crowded areas, changes in facial expressions over time. The findings can inform urban planning and crowd event management by providing insights for developing coping mechanisms for affected individuals. However, limitations and challenges in using reliable facial expression analysis are also discussed, including age and context-related differences.
