최근 Application에 대한 공격을 통하여 네트워크와 데이터베이스에 대한 방어정책인 침입탐지 룰(rule)을 무력화시키고, 침해사고를 유발한다. 이러한 공격으로부터 내부 네트워크와 데이터베이스의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 통합보안에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 침입탐지 룰을 설정한 Application에 대한 공격을 차단하기 위한 통합보안 시스템 구축에 관한 연구이다. 네트워크 기반의 공격을 탐지하여 대응하고, 내부 Integration Security System을 Virtual clustering과 Load balancing 기법으로 공격을 분산시키며, Packet 모니터링과 분석을 통하여 공격 목적지 Packet에 대한 방어정책 설정, 공격 Packet 분석, 기록, 룰 업데이트를 한다. 또한 공격 유형별 방어정책을 설정하여 Virtual Machine 분할 정책을 통한 접근 트래픽 해소, 공격차단에 적용하는 Integration Security System을 제안하고 방어를 실험한다. 본 연구 결과는 외부 해커의 공격에 대한 통합보안 방어를 위한 현실적인 자료를 제공하게 될 것이다.

The article identifies areas for effective management of innovative development. The competitiveness of the economy in the context of European integration and economic security is assessed. The level of innovative economy of some countries of the world is analyzed. The issue of attracting foreign investors to stimulate innovative production in Ukraine is raised. It is identified the need for the formation of an updated state policy capable of providing innovative development and improving the competitive position of the state in international rankings. Emphasis is placed on the need to form a critical mass of managers-civil servants capable of developing, implementing and monitoring the policy of innovative development of entrepreneurship.

시큐리티 환경이 급변하고 있다. 위협의 종류가 복합화 되고 다양한 채널과 방법으로 발생하고 있으며, 신종위협이 발생하고 있다. 또 보안기술이 비 IT산업에 활용되고 있고 정보통신기술과 스마트폰의 등장으로 비즈니스 환경이 변화하고 있다. 이에 적절하게 대응하기 위해 융합보안이 대두고 있다. 융합보안은 융합관제, 통합인증, 출력물보안 등의 형태로 진전되고 있다. 융합보안 시대를 맞이하여 물리보안 사업자도 보안환경 변화 속에서 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 찾아야 할 것이다.

The development and integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems have consistently attracted attention from software engineering researchers. Many studies have examined the factors that influence successful ERP integration, while others have focused on introducing integration models that address issues and challenges that affect the successful integration of ERP. However, it is crucial to recognize that the key player in successful integration is the individual involved. This paper aims to investigate how individuals based on departmental attachments and experiences have viewed the factors that affected the success of ERP integration. A case study was conducted at one large organization namely Umm Al Qura University, Saudi Arabia. Five departments were involved namely: Financial management, purchasing management, warehouse management, human resources management, and the Deanship of Information Technology. The results of 78 participants were collected and analyzed. Furthermore, it was different how individuals from different departments involved in the ERP integration viewed the factors that affected the success of integration. In addition, it was noticed that individuals with different experiences have various views on the factors. Moreover, it was evident that departmental attachments and individual experience might play a role in the successful integration of ERP.

The expansion of new applications and business models is being significantly fueled by the development of Fifth Generation (5G) networks, which are becoming more widely accessible. The creation of the newest intelligent vehicular networks and applications is made possible by the use of Vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANETs) and Software Defined Networking (SDN). Researchers have been concentrating on the integration of SDN and VANET in recent years, and they have examined a variety of issues connected to the architecture, the advantages of software-defined VANET services, and the new features that can be added to them. However, the overall architecture's security and robustness are still in doubt and have received little attention. Furthermore, new security threats and vulnerabilities are brought about by the deployment and integration of novel entities and a number of architectural components. In this study, we comprehensively examine the good and negative effects of the most recent SDN-enabled vehicular network topologies, focusing on security and privacy. We examine various security flaws and attacks based on the existing SDVN architecture. Finally, a thorough discussion of the unresolved concerns and potential future study directions is provided.

남미지역은 재생에너지 및 비-재생에너지 분야에서 풍부한 에너지 보유량을 자랑하는 지역이다. 하지만 오늘날 이 지역의 에너지 안보는 에너지의 공급과 수요의 지역 간 균형을 맞추지 못하면서 이웃 국가 간 갈등과 분열을 보이고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 21세기 들어 이 지역에서 일고 있는 남미지역 에너지안보 공동 구축 움직임은 에너지 국제협력과 통합이라는 새로운 움직임을 낳고 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 움직임을 고찰해 보고 남미지역 에너지 협력과 통합의 가능성을 다양한 관점에서 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 이를 주도적으로 리드하고 있는 남미지역 에너지 대국 브라질의 사례를 통해 더욱 심도있게 분석 고찰해 본다. 에너지협력과 통합은 이들 지역 공동체에게 막대한 경제적 이익을 가져다 줄 수 있다. 하지만 문제는 브라질이 이들 지역 공동체 개별 국가들을 에너지협력 및 통합체에 대한 제도적 장치를 얼마나 잘 리드해 가느냐에 달려있다. 이 논문은 이러한 제도적 취약성과 다양한 내부 갈등의 배경들과 원인들을 분석해 향후 통합 가능성을 진단해 보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 90개의 시설을 대상으로 물리적 보안시스템 구축 및 운용수준에 대해 조사하여 결과를 분석하고 향상방안을 제시하였다. CCTV에 대한 구축수준과 운영수준이 출입통제시스템이나 침입감지시스템에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났으나 구축된 보안시스템에 대한 개선이나 유지 관리 수준이 낮게 나타나 구축 후 관리가 부족하게 나타났다. X-ray 검색기를 설치한 시설이 적게 나타났지만 이는 물품의 반입 반출을 검색에 대한 관심을 보여주는 것이라 할 수 있다. 물리적 보안시스템을 통합적으로 구축 운영 수준이 비교적 낮게 나왔는데, 물리적 보안시스템의 기능과 보안인력의 기능이 연계될 수 있도록 기술과 운영을 포함한 통합보안운영체계 구축을 확대하는 것이 필요하다. 출입통제시스템의 효과를 높이기 위하여 구역별 개인별로 세분화 된 형태로 출입통제시스템을 운용하고, 많은 인원의 출입을 동시에 통제할 수 있고 일정한 경계구역을 설정할 수 있는 스피드게이트와 RFID의 사용을 확대할 필요가 있다.

In this paper, we quantify the tradeoff between security and performance in secure data communication systems based on the queueing theory, and propose the optimization methods, such as the preprocessing, a message segmentation, compression, integration of compression and encryption and integration of user authentication and access control, which are able to reduce the delay induced by the security mechanisms and protocols. Moreover, we analyze the average delay for the secure data communication systems through the computer simulations, which are modeled by M/M/1, M/E$_2$/1 and M/H$_2$/1 queueing systems, respectively. We consider the DES, RSA digital signature and the combination of IDEA and RSA as security mechanisms for applying security services.

정보화 시대의 도래로 각 기관에서 생성되는 정보의 종류와 양이 점차 증가하고 있으며, 또한 관련 기관 간 데이터를 연계하는 정보연계 역시 증가되고 있다. 국방 분야에서는 군수품의 품질을 담당하는 국방기술품질원에서 군수품의 품질 향상을 위해 품질관련 정보를 수집 분석하려는 노력을 지속하고 있으며, 정보연계 대상 또한 국방 분야의 기관뿐만 아니라 민간기관의 데이터까지 확대하고자 노력하고 있다. 서로 다른 환경의 정보체계 데이터를 연계하는 방법으로 여러 가지 방법들이 사용되는데, 높은 보안성이 요구되는 국방 분야에는 보안측면을 더욱 강화한 연계방안의 수립 및 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 정보화 환경의 기관 간 업무처리를 위하여 필요한 업무요건과 보안 고려요소를 고찰하고, 이에 적합한 연계 아키텍처 및 표준 연계 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 그리고 제시된 프레임워크를 4개 연구기관의 정보체계에 시범적으로 적용하여 기관 간 데이터 연계로 업무처리가 이루어질 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 국방 분야에도 안전하게 적용할 수 있는 정보연계 아키텍처가 제시되었으며, 특히 보안성이 강화된 표준 연계 프레임워크를 적용함에 따라 수집된 데이터는 군수품 품질향상을 위한 정보로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
